AI Technical Summary

Technical Problem

In cookers with integrated ventilation means, liquids spilled on the glass can flow over the edges and pose risks by reaching sensitive components like the motor and fan, requiring frequent cleaning and compromising safety.

Method used

A channel structure integrated with a discharge hole is embedded in the glass sealing member, made of plastic, which directs liquids flowing over the edges to a discharge hole, hidden from view by a filter unit, preventing them from reaching the components below.

Benefits of technology

This solution effectively reduces safety risks and cleaning frequency by ensuring liquids are diverted away from critical components and hidden from user view, eliminating the need for regular channel cleaning.

Description

[0001] A LIQUID DISCHARGE SYSTEM FOR COOKERS WITH INTEGRATED VENTILATION MEANS

[0002] Technical Field

[0003] The present invention relates to a system for discharging various liquid before reaching other components of the cooker in cookers with integrated ventilation means.

[0004] Prior Art

[0005] In state of the art cookers with integrated ventilation means, an air inlet is arranged at the center of the glass. Said inlet is covered with an oil filter and said oil filter can be removed for cleaning. During the use of the cooker, various liquids may be spilled on the glass and may flow over the sides of the glass on the fan and the motor below. This causes problems of cleaning and safety. In the technical field, there is a need for new arrangements that minimize the possibility of liquids flowing to the bottom of the glass during spillage.

[0006] In the state of the art International Patent Application Document No. W02020212261 Al, a cooker with ventilation means is disclosed, comprising a separation plate which separates the filter unit from the fan section so as to ensure protection against liquids. However, in said document, no arrangement such as channel, etc. for directing the liquid to the discharge hole is mentioned.

[0007] Due to the above-mentioned disadvantages and problems, new arrangements are needed to provide protection against various liquids in existing cookers with integrated ventilation means.

[0008] Brief Description of the Invention

[0009] The aim of the present invention is to provide protection against liquids by creating a channel structure integrated with a discharge hole in the form of a glass sealing plastic unlike the state of the art cookers with integrated ventilation means. Thus, in case any liquid flows over the edges of the glass, the liquid is enabled to flow towards the discharge hole by means of the channel. Said channel cannot be seen by the user from the outside since the same is positioned under the filter unit.

[0011] SUBSTITUTE SHEETS (RULE 26) Some of the technical advantages provided by the present invention are listed below:

[0012] • Any liquid spilled on the glass flowing towards the glass cut-out, flows directly to the discharge hole instead of reaching the components under the cut-out, thus reducing the safety risks caused by the liquid reaching components such as motor, fan, etc.

[0013] • As the liquid flows directly into the discharge hole without flowing into the gap under the glass, less frequent cleaning is required.

[0014] • The filter unit is seated on the channel, thus hiding the channel from the user and eliminating the need for regular cleaning.

[0015] Detailed Description of the Invention

[0016] “THE LIQUID DISCHARGE SYSTEM FOR COOKERS WITH INTEGRATED VENTILATION” , realized in order to attain the aim of the present invention, is explained only for a better understanding of the subject and without any limiting effect.

[0017] Figurel. is the general view of the cooker system with integrated ventilation means.

[0018] Figure2. is the general view of the sealing member.

[0019] Figure 3. is the general view of the filter unit disposed on the sealing member.

[0020] The elements illustrated in the figures are numbered as follows:

[0021] 1. Sealing member

[0022] 2. Glass

[0023] 3. Upper ventilation member

[0024] 4. Fan

[0025] 5. Motor

[0026] 6. Filter unit

[0027] 7. Channel

[0028] SUBSTITUTE SHEETS (RULE 26) The present invention relates to a liquid discharge system in cookers with integrated ventilation means for discharging various liquids accumulated on the glass (2) before reaching other components of said cooker. Said liquid discharge system comprises

[0029] • At least one sealing member (1) for providing the sealing of the glass (2), and

[0030] • at least one channel (7) which is provided on the sealing member (1), which is connected to a discharge hole with at least one end and which has an inclined form so as to allow the discharge of liquids in order to prevent various liquids in the environment from reaching the section below said glass (2).

[0031] In the cooker systems with integrated ventilation means, the sealing member (1) is used to connect the glass (2) and the upper ventilation member (3) to each other. Said glass sealing member (1) is manufactured from plastic and provides the sealing of the glass (2). Figure 1 shows the general view of the cooker system with integrated ventilation means. A fan (4) and a motor (5) are disposed under the structure comprising the glass (2), the upper ventilation member (3) and the sealing member (1). At least one channel (7) is configured on the sealing member (1) so as to prevent various liquids in the environment from flowing over the edges of said glass (2) and reaching the fan (4) and the motor (5). Said channel (7) preferably extends along the sealing member (1) and is connected to a discharge hole. Thus, the liquids flowing down the glass pour into the channel (7) on the sealing member (1). The liquids collected in the channel (7) can be discharged through the discharge hole. The channel (7) has an inclined structure so as to ensure the discharge of liquids. In order to prevent the channel (7) from being seen from the outside, at least one filter unit (6) is provided in the sealing member (1) so as to cover the channel (7). Since the channel (7) is not seen from the outside, the need for cleaning is eliminated.
