Description

Technical field

[0001] The invention relates to the field of artificial basins, such as swimming pools.

[0002] The invention relates more particularly to an artificial basin, in particular of the swimming pool type, and a method of manufacturing such a basin. State of the prior art

[0003] Equipping a building with an artificial pool, such as a swimming pool, is relatively long and expensive. Indeed, in addition to the earthworks to form the hollow in which the artificial pool will be built, it is necessary to hire a mason to pour a slab that will form the bottom of the artificial pool and to raise the side walls of the pool. Only after the slab and these side walls have dried is it possible to equip the pool with the installation of a coating (usually liner or tiles) and the provision of a water filtration system. Due to the relatively long drying times, the installation of the pool can take up to 3 months.

[0004] In order to overcome these drawbacks, without resorting to lower quality and less adaptable solutions such as composite shell pools, it is known to make modular pools from metal panels. Such pools are generally made on the basis of a welded metal frame onto which the panels forming the side walls are welded, the panels themselves being welded together. These welds can either be carried out in the factory, requiring exceptional transport of the artificial pool to the installation site, or at least partly on site, requiring the provision of specialized equipment and technicians on site.

[0005] However, although such a solution allows for a significant time saving compared to the artificial concrete pools presented above by possibly allowing part of the manufacturing time to be postponed to the factory when the welds are carried out there, the manufacturing times remain relatively long and may require the use of exceptional transport to move the artificial pool from the factory to the installation site. Statement of the invention

[0006] The invention aims to remedy at least in part the above drawbacks and thus aims in particular to provide an artificial pool which, while having the modularity and quality of concrete artificial pools and modular artificial pools with metal panels, can easily and quickly be installed on site without requiring exceptional transport.

[0007] To this end, the invention relates to an artificial basin, in particular of the swimming pool type, the artificial basin having at least four side walls, two successive side walls being connected to each other by an edge, the artificial basin comprising: a plurality of panels arranged along the perimeter of the artificial pool, two successive panels being removably attached to each other so that the panels of said plurality of panels together form the side walls of the artificial pool, a plurality of side uprights arranged along the perimeter of the artificial pool, each side upright being removably attached to at least one panel and being preferentially attached to the at least one panel at a joint with another panel, for each of the side walls of the artificial pool, at least one respective first crosspiece arranged along said side wall, said first crosspiece being attached to each panel participating in the formation of said side wall either by means of the side upright which is attached to said panel or by means of a fixing piece removably attached to said panel, in which the artificial basin further comprises first angles, the first crosspieces being removably fixed to each other at the edges by said first angles so as to form a first frame.

[0008] The combination of a removable assembly, such as for example an assembly from screws or bolts, and modular elements such as the panels and the side uprights, allows the supply of an artificial pool whose dimensions can easily be adapted while allowing rapid installation on site. Indeed, such a pool does not require a long drying stage of the side walls, as is the case for concrete pools, or a complex assembly such as by welding a frame, plates together or even plates on such a frame. The removable assembly is generally much simpler and can be done in parallel by several workers who are not necessarily specialized. Thus the invention opens up the possibility of installing a modular pool in a few days.

[0009] Furthermore, this use of a removable assembly is not to the detriment of the solidity and quality of the artificial pool, since the first frame, formed by the first crosspieces, is fixed by the side uprights, and any fixing parts, to each panel, and therefore allows good recovery of the forces. As a result, the risks linked to the pressure of the water intended to be experienced in said artificial pool are contained, or even cancelled, and the artificial pool therefore has a solidity similar to that of pools based on welded panels.

[0010] Thus the invention allows the supply of an artificial pool benefiting from the advantages of adaptability offered by concrete artificial pools and modular artificial pools with welded metal panels while allowing particularly rapid installation without the need for exceptional transport from the factory to the installation site.

[0011] Finally, the use of such a removable attachment makes the artificial pool according to the invention easily recyclable. Indeed, unlike artificial pools of the prior art, either concrete, therefore difficult to recycle, or welded panels, therefore requiring cutting, the artificial pool according to the invention only requires removal of the removable attachment elements to separate all the elements constituting the pool. These elements can then be perfectly reused to form a new artificial pool, only the coating having to be changed, or be easily transferred to appropriate recycling channels.

[0012] By removably fixed, it is understood above and in the rest of this document a reversible mechanical assembly such as a fixing by screws, rivets, bolts. Such removably fixed fixing excludes permanent or semi-permanent fixing such as welding and gluing.

[0013] The artificial pool may further comprise, for each side wall, at least one respective second crosspiece arranged along said side wall parallel to the first crosspiece corresponding to said side wall, said second crosspiece being fixed to each panel participating in the formation of said side wall either by means of the lateral upright which is fixed to said panel (or by means of a fixing part removably fixed to said panel), the second crosspieces being either connected to each other at the edges or by the first angles, or by second angles of the second artificial pool, so as to form a second frame parallel to the first frame.

[0014] With such second crosspieces and the second frame that they allow to form, the artificial basin presents a recovery of the forces applied to the panels and therefore a good resistance to the pressure of the water intended to be contained in the basin. As a result, the risks linked to the pressure of the water intended to be known in said artificial basin are perfectly contained, even cancelled and the artificial basin therefore presents an optimized solidity.

[0015] Each side upright can be intended to be fixed to the ground.

[0016] Such a ground fixing can allow some of the forces exerted on the panels to be transferred to ground level, thus promoting the solidity of the current pool.

[0017] The artificial pool may further comprise at least one strut element removably attached to at least one tray, in which, preferably, the artificial pool comprises four side walls, two longitudinal walls and two transverse walls, said longitudinal walls, and the artificial pool comprising for each longitudinal wall at least two strut elements.

[0018] Such strut elements allow to bring back a part of the horizontal forces, such as those exerted by the water intended to be known in the basin on the panels, towards the ground. In this way, the basin has good stability with respect to the pressure exerted by said water.

[0019] The artificial basin may comprise, for at least one of the side walls, at least two struts arranged along said side wall and in which, the artificial basin further comprises for said side wall at least one secondary crosspiece, said secondary crosspiece being fixed to said at least two struts.

[0020] Such secondary crosspieces ensure good distribution of forces on the strut elements. These secondary crosspieces can thus contribute to the good resistance to pressure of the basin according to the invention.

[0021] The artificial pool may further comprise a platform housed at least partly in a volume delimited by the at least four side walls, said platform being mounted to move between a first so-called low position and a second so-called high position so as to modify an apparent depth of said artificial pool.

[0022] Such a platform allows the provision of a pool with a variable bottom, thus offering the possibility of adapting the depth of the pool according to the activity planned in the latter and the people who wish to use it. According to one possibility of the invention, such a platform can also be used, in the high position, as a closing element of the pool. Thus, according to this possibility, the platform in this high position can participate in the formation of a terrace allowing both to secure the pool and authorizing the reuse of the space occupied by the pool for other purposes when the pool is not occupied.

[0023] The artificial basin may also include: a platform actuation system arranged outside the volume delimited by the at least four side walls, at least four cables connecting the platform to the actuation system, said cables being driven into movement by the actuation of the actuation system, and at least four pulleys arranged along the side walls so as to guide a respective cable to provide vertical traction to the platform, in which the actuation system preferably comprises a cylinder whose two ends of the stroke correspond respectively to the first position and the second position.

[0024] The artificial pool may comprise an upper frame fixed to the panels on an upper part of the latter, the upper frame having two longitudinal sides and two lateral sides, each longitudinal and / or lateral side of the upper frame, preferably each longitudinal side, having a generally U-shaped section housing between the arms of the U rolling elements, such as pulleys and in which said frame is configured to allow: a removably fixing of the upper frame on the panels by the bottom of the U, the rolling elements then being able to provide support for a sliding cover, and a removably fixing of the upper frame on the panels by its arms, the artificial pool being in accordance with the invention and comprising the platform, the rolling elements forming the at least four pulleys arranged along the side walls so as to guide the respective cable.

[0025] Such an upper frame offers the possibility of using the same upper frame either for rolling a sliding cover of the pool, or for providing, in accordance with the present embodiment, a movable bottom. Thus, it is perfectly possible to adapt the configuration of the artificial pool without having to provide several separate upper frames.

[0026] Such an actuation system allows the platform to move in a manner that is perfectly integrated into the artificial pool of the invention.

[0027] Each panel can be identical and each panel advantageously presents: a width of between 25 and 100 cm, or even between 40 and 75 cm, or even between 45 and 55 cm, this width being particularly advantageously substantially equal to 50 cm, a height between 50 and 220 cm, or even between 75 and 190 cm, the height being advantageously selected from 80, 100, 120, 140, 160 and 180 cm.

[0028] The use of identical panels makes the pool according to the invention perfectly modular, only the number of panels having to be changed and the length of the crosspieces adapted to obtain the pool with the desired dimensions.

[0029] Each panel may comprise a folded sheet of which at least two longitudinal edges are folded, two successive panels of a side wall being assembled together by means of their longitudinal edges.

[0030] Such folds facilitate the assembly of the panels with the side uprights and any fixing parts.

[0031] The invention also relates to a method of assembling an artificial basin, in particular of the swimming pool type, the artificial basin having at least four side walls, two successive side walls being connected to each other by an edge, said method comprising the following steps: providing a plurality of panels intended to be arranged along the perimeter of the artificial pool and to form together the side walls of the artificial pool, providing a plurality of side uprights intended to be arranged along the perimeter of the artificial pool, providing, for each side wall of the artificial pool, at least one respective first crosspiece intended to be arranged along said side wall, providing first corner pieces, arranging the panels along the perimeter of the artificial pool and removably fixing the panels to each other in such a way that two successive panels are removably fixed to each other and that the panels of said plurality of panels together form the side walls of the artificial pool, arranging the side uprights along the outer perimeter of the artificial pool and removably fixing each side upright to at least one panel, said lateral upright being preferably fixed to at least one panel at a joint with another panel, arrangement of each first crosspiece along said corresponding lateral wall and fixing of said first crosspiece to each panel constituting said lateral wall either by means of the lateral upright which is fixed to said panel or by means of a fixing part fixed in a removable manner to said panel, the first crosspieces being fixed in a removable manner to each other at the edges by the first angles so as to form a first frame.

[0032] Such a method allows the provision of an artificial basin according to the invention and to benefit from the advantages associated therewith. Brief description of the drawings

[0035] The different parts represented in the figures are not necessarily on a uniform scale, to make the figures more readable.

[0036] The different possibilities (variants and embodiments) must be understood as not being mutually exclusive and can be combined with each other. Detailed description of specific embodiments

[0037] There figure 1 illustrates a perspective view of a modular artificial basin 100 according to the invention.

[0038] If such an artificial basin 100 according to the invention can be in particular an artificial basin of the swimming pool type, it can, of course, be of another type such as an ornamental basin equipping a garden.

[0039] According to the invention, the artificial basin 100 has at least four side walls 101, 102, two successive side walls 101, 102 being connected to each other by an edge 103. In a usual configuration of the invention, the artificial basin 100 comprises four side walls 101, 102, including two longitudinal walls 101 and two transverse walls 102 of said longitudinal walls 101. Of course, the invention is not limited to this configuration alone and the artificial basin 100 according to the invention can comprise 6 to 8 side walls 101, 102, without departing from the scope of the invention.

[0040] It will be noted that in a usual configuration of the invention, the bottom of the artificial basin 100 can be formed by a slab 106, shown in the figure 2. Alternatively, the bottom of the artificial pool 100 may be formed by a floor, for example provided by one or more metal plates or by another support not shown. According to this possibility, as is also shown in the figure 2 , the bottom may comprise a set of beams 107 to serve as a base for the metal plates or other supports. In this variant in which the bottom of the artificial basin 100 is not formed by a concrete slab, the artificial basin 100 may be formed on another type of surface, such as a bed of sand or a surface of beaten and stabilized earth.

[0041] It will also be noted that when a horizontal or vertical direction is mentioned, or more generally the qualifiers horizontal and vertical, this direction, or this qualifier, relates to the elements of the artificial pool as they are oriented when the artificial pool 100 is installed on site, it being understood that the side walls 101, 102 of the artificial pool 100 are vertical and that the bottom is horizontal. Thus, for example, if it is mentioned below that the lateral uprights 120 extend vertically, it is understood that these lateral uprights 120 are, when they equip the artificial pool 100 installed along the vertical walls, extending parallel to the latter and perpendicular to the bottom. Thus, when these elements do not equip the artificial pool 100, for example before their assembly to form the artificial pool 100, the qualifiers horizontal or vertical do not apply and these elements may have a completely different orientation.

[0042] As shown on the figure 1 , the artificial basin 100 includes: a plurality of panels 110 arranged along the perimeter of the artificial pool 100, two successive panels 110 being removably attached to each other so that the panels 110 of said plurality of panels together form the side walls 101, 102 of the artificial pool 100, a plurality of side uprights 120 arranged along the perimeter of the artificial pool 100, each side upright 120, 121 being removably attached to at least one panel 110 and being attached to the at least one panel 110 at a joint with another panel 110, for each of the side walls 101, 102 of the artificial pool 100, a respective first crosspiece 131 arranged along said side wall 101, 102, said first crosspiece 101, 102 being attached to each panel 110 participating in the formation of said side wall 101, 102 either by means of the side upright 120,121 which is fixed to said panel 110 either by means of a fixing piece 123 removably fixed to said panel 110, for each side wall 101, 102, a second respective crosspiece 133 arranged along said side wall 101, 102 parallel to the first crosspiece 131 corresponding to said side wall 101, 102, said second crosspiece 133 being fixed to each panel 110 participating in the formation of said side wall 101, 102 either by means of the lateral upright 120, 121 which is fixed to said panel 110 or by means of a fixing piece 122 removably fixed to said panel 110. ,

[0043] The artificial basin 100 further comprises first angles 140, the first crosspieces 131 being removably fixed to each other at the edges 103 by said first angles 140 so as to form a first frame 132. In the same way, the second crosspieces 133 are removably fixed to each other at the edges 103 by these same first angles 140 so as to form a second frame 134 parallel to the first frame 132.

[0044] Of course, if in a usual configuration, the basin comprises two frames 132, 134, one lower, near a lower part of the side walls 101, 102, the other upper, near a high part of the side walls 101, 102, it can also comprise a single one, intermediate between the lower part and the high part of the side walls 101, 102, or three, or even more, this without departing from the scope of the invention. It will be noted in the same way, if the first crosspieces 131 and the second crosspieces 133 are fixed by the same first angles 140, it is perfectly conceivable, without departing from the scope of the invention and according to a possibility not illustrated, that the second crosspieces 133 are connected together by second angles distinct from the first angles 140.

[0045] As shown on the figure 1, each panel 110 comprises a rectangular sheet. More specifically, each panel 110 may be a folded sheet of which two longitudinal edges are folded in such a way as to allow an assembly of two successive panels 110 of a side wall 101, 102 by means of their longitudinal edges. Each panel 110 also has these two lateral edges, transverse to the longitudinal edges, folded. All of the longitudinal and lateral edge folds are made in the same direction, such that the panels 110 have their folds oriented towards the outside of the artificial basin 100 during their assembly to form the side walls 101, 102.

[0046] In order to allow removable assembly between the panels, for example by means of bolts, the longitudinal edges of the panels may be perforated. In an identical manner, in particular, as is the case for the artificial basin 100 according to the second embodiment described below in connection with the figure 2 , to allow mounting of an upper frame, the side edges may be perforated. In order to reinforce the panels 110, as shown in the figure 1 , these can be equipped with 110A brackets connecting the longitudinal and lateral edges together.

[0047] Thus, in the present embodiment, as shown in the figure 1, for each side wall 101, 102, each panel 110 is assembled to the panel which succeeds it along said side wall 101, 102 by one of its longitudinal edges, said longitudinal edge being assembled to the longitudinal edge of the successive panel by a removable fixing system, such as by a set of nuts and bolts arranged in the perforations made on the longitudinal edges.

[0048] In terms of sizing, the 110 panels each have the following dimensions: a width of between 25 and 100 cm, or even between 40 and 75 cm, or even between 45 and 55 cm, this width being particularly advantageously substantially equal to 50 cm, a height of between 50 and 220 cm, or even between 75 and 190 cm, the height being advantageously selected from 80, 100, 120, 140, 160 and 180 cm.

[0049] Thus in the present embodiment, the panels have a width of 50 cm and a height of 180 cm. In this way the artificial basin 100 illustrated in the figure has a width of 3 m and a length of 8 m for a depth of 1.8 m.

[0050] In addition to this assembly with the panel 110 which succeeds it, each panel 110 is itself assembled to at least one of a lateral upright 120 and at least one fixing piece 123, in the present embodiment, two fixing pieces 123, one associated with the first crosspiece 131 and the other associated with the second crosspiece 133. This removable fixing of each panel 110 with a lateral upright 120 or a fixing piece 123, 140 is preferably carried out at a junction between two successive panels 110, that is to say on the longitudinal edges of these two successive panels 110.More specifically, advantageously, the fixing of the lateral upright 120 or the fixing pieces 123 to these two successive panels 110 can be carried out during the assembly between these two panels 110, the lateral upright 120 or the fixing pieces 123 then being assembled to these two panels 110 on an internal side of a longitudinal edge of one of these two panels 110.

[0051] The side uprights 120 are in the form of a U-shaped profile with one of the arms of the U extending into wings, in the present embodiment 6, defining between them passages for the first and second crosspieces 131, 132 and by which they are fixed to the tray 110. In this way when each vertical side upright 120 is fixed to a tray 110 by its wings the space between two wings forms a receiving space for one of the first crosspiece 131 and the second crosspiece 133. As discussed below in connection with the second embodiment and the figure 2 , the profiled U-shape allows the housing of guide elements of an upper frame 153.

[0052] Each fixing piece 123 is in the form of a U, or a stirrup, with a base and two arms, and is shaped to be removably fixed to a panel 110. In this way, after fixing the fixing piece 123 to the corresponding panel 110, the space delimited between the base and the two arms of the fixing piece 123 and the longitudinal edge of the panel 110 forms a passage for one of the first and second crosspieces 131, 133.

[0053] In addition to the side uprights 120 and the fixing pieces 123, each of the first and second crosspieces 131, 132 is also removably fixed to the two corner pieces 140 of the corresponding side wall 101, 102. Each corner piece 140 has a generally longitudinal shape of V-shaped lateral section, each of the arms of the V having rectangular openings, at least a portion of which forms a receiving space for one of the first crosspiece 131 and the second crosspiece 132. The outer and lateral longitudinal edges of the arms of the V are folded in an outer direction of the V. In a manner similar to the side uprights 120, each corner piece 140 has perforations to allow the fixing of said corner pieces 140 to the first and second crosspieces 131, 133 and to the panels 110 corresponding to said edge 103.

[0054] In order to obtain good resistance of the artificial basin 100 to the forces exerted by the water that it is intended to contain, the artificial basin 100 may comprise strut elements 121. More specifically and in a usual configuration of the invention, the artificial basin 100 may comprise for each longitudinal wall 101 at least two strut elements 121, in the present embodiment and as shown in the figure 1 , three strut elements 121.

[0055] Each strut element 121 is in the form of a right-angled triangular metal plate of which at least two main edges are folded, the one corresponding to the hypotenuse and the one corresponding to the horizontal edge. More specifically, to ensure good force absorption in a direction oblique to the vertical, the side corresponding to the hypotenuse has a double U-shaped fold. The horizontal edge has perforations to allow the strut to be fixed to the ground.

[0056] As shown on the figure 1 , the strut elements 121 can be of two types, a first type of strut element 121A shaped to be fixed to a vertical upright 120, a second type of strut element 121B shaped to be associated with the fixing pieces 123.

[0057] The first type of strut element 121A has its vertical edge folded and having, along said fold, perforations to allow its attachment to the side upright 120.

[0058] The second type of strut element 121B has, in the same way as the vertical uprights 120, its vertical edge which is extended by wings defining between them passages for the first and second crosspieces 131, 132. These wings are provided with perforations in order to allow their attachment to the longitudinal edges of the panels 110.

[0059] Whether the strut element 121 is of the first type or the second type, it has along their surface in a vertical direction passages for one or more secondary crosspieces 135 in the present embodiment a single secondary crosspiece 134, so as to allow a transfer of forces between the strut elements 121 of the same longitudinal wall 102. Thus the artificial basin comprises in the present embodiment two secondary crosspieces 135 each associated with a respective longitudinal wall 121.

[0060] Of course, in accordance with the pools of the prior art, the artificial pool 100 according to the present embodiment is intended to have a coating, for example a liner or tiles, and may include equipment such as a pumping system, a counter-current generation system (to allow counter-current swimming), decompression or drainage wells, water treatment system, etc. Such coatings and equipment being known from the prior art, they are not described as such in the present document.

[0061] Such an artificial pond 100 may be assembled in a manufacturing process comprising the following steps: providing the plurality of panels 110 intended to be arranged along the perimeter of the artificial pool 100 and to form together the side walls 101, 102 of the artificial pool 100, providing a plurality of side uprights 120 intended to be arranged along the perimeter of the artificial pool 100, providing for each side wall 101, 102 of the artificial pool 100, a first and a second crosspiece 131, 133 respectively intended to be arranged along said side wall 101, 102, providing first angle irons 140, providing a strut element 121, arranging the panels 110 along the perimeter of the artificial pool 100 and removably fixing the panels 110 to each other in such a way that two successive panels 110 are removably fixed to each other and that the panels 110 of said plurality of panels together form the side walls 101, 102 of the artificial basin 100,arrangement of the uprights along the outer perimeter of the artificial pool and removably fixing each lateral upright 120 to at least one panel 110, said lateral upright 120 being preferentially fixed to the at least one panel at a joint with another panel 110, arrangement of each first and each second crosspiece 131, 133 along said corresponding lateral wall 101, 102 and fixing said first and second crosspieces 131, 133 to each panel 110 constituting said lateral wall 101, 102 either by means of the lateral upright 120 which is fixed to said panel 110 or by means of a fixing piece 123 removably fixed to said panel 110, the first and second crosspieces 131, 133 being removably fixed to each other at the edges by the first angles 140 so as to form a first and a second frame 132, 134. ,

[0062] Once the artificial pool 100 has been manufactured, it can be provided with a coating to ensure its watertightness and have the desired equipment installed.

[0063] There figure 2 illustrates an artificial basin 100 according to a second embodiment similar to that of the first embodiment and in which a platform 105 is provided housed at least in part in a volume delimited by the at least four side walls 101, 102, said platform 105, or movable bottom, being mounted movable between a first position called low and a second position called high so as to modify an apparent depth of said artificial basin 100.

[0064] It should be noted that in this document the terms “platform” and “movable floor” are used interchangeably, the term “movable floor” being able to be substituted for “platform” and vice versa.

[0065] According to one possibility of the invention, the second position can be an emerging position in which the platform 105 closes the artificial basin 101 and participates in the formation of a terrace.

[0066] An artificial pool 100 according to this second embodiment differs from the artificial pool 100 according to the first embodiment in that it comprises a movably mounted platform 105 and the elements, in particular actuation elements, associated with this platform.

[0067] Furthermore, in order to illustrate the modularity possibilities offered by the invention, the different elements of the artificial basin 100 are also illustrated from the Figures 3A to 6Cwhich relate to an artificial pool 100 according to a variant of the second embodiment which differs from the artificial pool 100 according to the second embodiment in that it has a length of 6 m instead of 8 m. For the rest, in addition to the differences linked to this difference in length, in particular the fact that the artificial pool 100 comprises only four strut elements 121, the artificial pool as illustrated in the Figure 3A to 6C has a configuration identical to that of the artificial basin 100 according to the second embodiment. Therefore, in the remainder of this document, the common elements of the artificial basin 100 according to the second embodiment and its variant are described in connection with the Figures 2 to 6C this without specifying the method of implementation and the variant to which they relate.

[0068] Platform 105 has a second set of beams 105A and, as shown in the Figure 5D, a 105B covering such as tiles, PVC (Polyvinyl chloride) or wood slats, arranged supported by the second set of beams 105A.

[0069] In order to make the platform 105 mobile, the artificial basin 100 according to the second embodiment and according to its variant, comprises: an actuation system 140 of the platform arranged outside the volume delimited by the at least four side walls 101, 102, at least four cables 151, in the present embodiment and its variant six cables 151 shown only on the figure 2, connecting the platform 105 to the actuation system 140, said cables 151 being driven into movement by the actuation of the actuation system 140, and at least four first pulleys 156, in the present embodiment and its variant six pulleys 156, arranged along the side walls 101, 102 so as to guide a respective cable 151 towards the traction points 1053 of the platform 105 to provide it with vertical traction.

[0070] As shown in the figure 4 , the actuation system 140 comprises a cylinder 141 whose two ends of the stroke correspond respectively to the first position and the second position. More specifically, the actuation system further comprises: a casing 143 shaped to be fixed on one of the side walls 102 of the artificial basin 100, the jack 141 having its cylinder made integral with the casing 143, a shuttle and pulley system 142 comprising: ∘ a shuttle driven in movement with the piston of the jack 141 and comprising four secondary pulleys, ∘ Four attachments and four other secondary pulleys integral with the casing opposite the cylinder of the jack in such a way that each cable 151 is attached to a respective attachment passes through a respective pulley of the shuttle and then passes through another respective secondary pulley. With such a configuration, the movement of the jack 141 makes it possible to cause a double movement of the four cables 151.

[0071] In order to guide the cables at each end of the platform, in addition to the first four pulleys, the artificial pool 100 further comprises the upper frame 153 fixed to the lateral uprights 120. The upper frame 153 has two arms to allow the fixing of the casing 143 and two longitudinal housings 153A, 153B, each associated with one of the longitudinal walls 102, to guide the cables 151 in order to bring them to all the traction points 1051 of the platform 105. To do this, as shown in 5B to 5D, the upper frame 153 comprises: guide pulleys 154 guiding the cables along the longitudinal housings 153A, 153B and the first pulleys 156 arranged regularly along the upper frame 153, here along the longitudinal edges near each corner and at a median location of each longitudinal edge, and arranged with their axis of rotation perpendicular to the corresponding longitudinal wall in order to guide the corresponding cable 151 to pass from the horizontal direction in the corresponding longitudinal housing 153A, 153B to a vertical direction in order to provide traction to the platform 105.

[0072] According to one possibility of the invention, the upper frame 153 may have two longitudinal sides and two lateral sides, each longitudinal side having a generally U-shaped section housing rolling elements, such as pulleys, between the arms of the U. According to this possibility, the upper frame 153 is configured to allow: a removable attachment to the panels 110 by the bottom of the U, the rolling elements then being able to provide support for a sliding cover, not shown, and a removable attachment to the panels 110 by these arms, the artificial pool comprising in accordance with the present embodiment the platform 105, the rolling elements forming the first pulleys arranged along the side walls 101, 102 so as to guide the respective cable 151.

[0073] Such an upper frame 153 offers the possibility of using the same upper frame 153 for either the rolling of a sliding cover of the pool, or for the arrangement, in accordance with the present embodiment, of a movable bottom. Thus, it is perfectly possible to adapt the configuration of the artificial pool 100 without having to provide several separate upper frames 153. It will also be noted that in the present embodiment, the longitudinal housings 153A, 153B correspond to the housing delimited by the arms of the U of the longitudinal sides of the upper frame 153.

[0074] In the same way and as illustrated on the Figures 6A to 6C , in order to allow vertical traction of the platform during its movement between the first and second position, the platform 105 comprises: at least four traction points 1052, or anchoring points, to which the cables 151 are intended to be fixed, in the present embodiment and its variant, six, four traction points 1052 being associated with the four corners of the platform 105 and two other traction points 1052 being each arranged on a median portion of the respective longitudinal edge of the platform 105, third pulleys each associated with a traction point 1052, to guide the corresponding cable 151 towards said traction point 1052, guide and centering pads 1053 shaped to guide and center the platform during its movement between the first and second position.

[0075] With such a conformation and the guidance of the cables 151 permitted by the different pulleys 1052, 156, 153, the movement of the piston of the jack 141, and therefore of the shuttle, makes it possible to pull or release the tension of the cables 151 and therefore the lifting or sinking of the platform 105 in the artificial basin 100, thus making it possible to change its apparent depth.

[0076] It will be noted, of course, that according to configurations already known from the prior art, the artificial pool 100 and its platform 105 may comprise equipment shaped to adapt to the movement of the platform 105, such as stairs or fixed benches.
