Description

[0001] Hebezwinge

[0002] The invention relates to a lifting clamp, comprising a slide rail, a base device which is mounted on the slide rail and via which the lifting clamp can be set up on a base, a support device which is displaceably arranged on the slide rail with at least one support element for a workpiece, wherein a displacement axis of the support device on the slide rail is parallel to a spacing direction between the base device and the at least one support element, a first movement mechanism with a pushing device, with an actuating lever which is pivotally mounted on the support device, and with a counter element which is firmly connected to the support device, wherein the actuating lever is coupled to the pushing device and, upon pivoting movement of the actuating lever in a lifting function of the lifting clamp, a distance between the base device and the at least one contact element gradually increases, a second movement mechanism with a lowering lever, wherein the lowering lever is arranged on the contact device and, upon actuation of the lowering lever in the lifting function, a distance between the at least one contact element and the base device gradually decreases, and a third movement mechanism with a release lever, wherein the release lever is located on the contact device and, upon actuation of the release lever, a lock on the displaceability of the at least one contact device on the slide rail can be released.

[0003] WO 2019 / 160424 A1 discloses a handheld lifting tool with a rail and a frame, wherein the frame is movable relative to the rail. A pumping mechanism is provided for this mobility. Two outer legs are attached to the frame or rail. A middle leg is attached to either the frame or the rail and is positioned between the outer legs. A foot is connected to each of the legs at a right angle, with the feet pointing in the same direction.

[0004] WO 2020 / 209731 A1 discloses a lowering mechanism for a handheld lifting tool.

[0005] GB 501 554 discloses a car jack. Car jacks are also disclosed in US 2 820 608, DE 2 002 264, and GB 732 528.

[0006] The invention is based on the object of providing a lifting clamp of the type mentioned at the outset, which enables simple and safe operation with a structurally simple design.

[0007] This task is solved according to the invention in the lifting clamp mentioned at the beginning by at least one of the following:

[0008] (i) the lowering lever is positioned between the operating lever and the counter element with respect to the displacement axis;

[0009] (ii) the release lever is positioned between the actuating lever and the counter element with respect to the displacement axis.

[0010] By means of the lifting clamp according to the invention, a workpiece or a load resting against the at least one support element can be lifted, particularly with one-handed operation, while increasing the distance of the at least one support element from the base device. This is achieved via the first movement mechanism.

[0011] The second movement mechanism allows a gradual ("slow") lowering of the support device with at least one support element toward the base device by actuating the lowering lever. The third movement mechanism with the release lever allows the support device to be freely moved along the slide rail when actuated.

[0012] According to the invention, the lowering lever and / or the release lever are positioned between the actuating lever and the counter element. This effectively covers them both at the top and bottom. During the lifting function of the lifting clamp, the aforementioned levers (individually or jointly) are covered by the counter element at the bottom towards the base unit and at the top by the actuating lever.

[0013] This effectively prevents an operator from accidentally triggering the lowering or release mechanism.

[0014] In particular, manual operation is provided, in which an operator grasps the counter element and the actuating lever with one hand. Due to the protected arrangement of the lowering lever and / or the release lever between the actuating lever and the counter element, foot actuation of the actuating lever is also possible, for example, since unintentional actuation of the lowering lever or the release lever is effectively prevented.

[0015] It is particularly advantageous if the actuating lever and the counter-element are arranged in such a way that the counter-element and the actuating lever, with the actuating lever being pivotable, can be grasped by an operator with one hand. In particular, the counter-element is intended to be applied to the inside of a metacarpal of the operator's hand and the actuating lever is actuated by a movement of the ball of the thumb (thenar movement). This makes it easy to gradually increase the distance of the at least one contact element from the base device. This makes it possible to effectively lift a workpiece or load, i.e. to move it away from the base device. In one embodiment, the lowering lever has a first actuating surface and the release lever has a second actuating surface. This results in simple operability. In particular, actuation occurs when the operator exerts pressure (in the direction of the counter element) on the respective actuating surface.

[0016] In particular, at least one of the following is then provided: with respect to a direction perpendicular to the slide rail, the second actuating surface is closer to the slide rail than the first actuating surface; the first actuating surface and the second actuating surface are arranged one behind the other with respect to a direction perpendicular to the slide rail; the first actuating surface and the second actuating surface are aligned on a line which is oriented transversely to the slide rail and which intersects the contact device and in particular the slide rail; the first actuating surface and / or the second actuating surface are arranged and designed such that they can be actuated by means of a gripping hand of an operator and in particular with a thumb of the gripping hand; the second actuating surface is positioned between the slide rail and the first actuating surface with respect to a direction perpendicular to the slide rail.

[0017] When the release lever is actuated, the support device can move freely toward the slide rail. If at least one support element on the support device is subject to a load, actuating the release lever can cause the support device to move rapidly downward ("rush downward") toward the base device, driven by gravity.

[0018] If the second actuating surface is closer to the slide rail than the first actuating surface, it is generally more difficult for the operator to reach. This makes it more difficult to accidentally trigger the release lever.

[0019] The sequential arrangement of the first actuating surface and the second actuating surface in a direction perpendicular to the slide rail creates a kind of "visual hierarchy." This reduces the risk of confusion for an operator between the release lever and the lowering lever. This can be further enhanced, for example, by using different colors or similar for the first actuating surface and the second actuating surface.

[0020] The design is simple if the first actuating surface and the second actuating surface are aligned on one line.

[0021] The ability to operate with a thumb of a gripping hand means that in addition to one-handed operation for the first movement mechanism, one-handed operation for the second movement mechanism and, if applicable, also for the third movement mechanism is also possible.

[0022] In one embodiment, the release lever is passed through the lowering lever, or alternatively, the lowering lever is passed through the release lever. This results in a simple arrangement with a structurally simple design in which the release lever and the lowering lever are arranged one behind the other in a direction of distance from the slide rail.

[0023] It is advantageous if at least one of the following is provided: the contact device has a first side and an opposite second side, wherein the slide rail is positioned between the first side and the second side, and wherein the actuating lever and / or the counter-element protrude from the first side of the contact device, and the at least one contact element protrudes from the second side of the contact device; the actuating lever and the counter-element protrude away from the slide rail on the same side of the slide rail; the release lever protrudes away from the slide rail on the same side of the slide rail as the actuating lever and / or the counter-element; the lowering lever protrudes away from the slide rail on the same side of the slide rail as the actuating lever and / or the counter-element; the counter-element and / or the actuating lever, the release lever and the lowering lever lie on a central plane of the slide rail.

[0024] The appropriate arrangement of the operating lever and counter element, as well as the release lever and lowering lever, relative to the slide rail, particularly in the same half-space defined by the half-rail, results in ease of operation. The lifting clamp can be assigned a workpiece side and an operating side, with all elements required for operator access (operating lever, release lever, lowering lever) located on the same operating side, and the operating side facing away from the workpiece side.

[0025] If the counter element and / or the actuating lever, the release lever and the lowering lever are located on a central plane of the slide rail, this results in a simple structural design. In particular, the release lever and actuating lever can be positioned one behind the other in alignment. In one embodiment, the counter element has a shell with an interior, wherein the lowering lever and / or the release lever are at least partially positioned in the interior, and in particular an inner side of the shell forms a stop for the release lever and / or the lowering lever. This results in simple operation. This results in a simple structural design. In particular, a stop for the lowering lever on the inner side of the shell results in simple operation for step-by-step lowering with a simple structural design.

[0026] For a lifting function in which the distance between the support device and the base device can be increased by the first movement mechanism, it is advantageous if the counter element is positioned between the base device and the actuating lever with respect to the displacement axis. This results in a simple structural design. When actuating the actuating lever, an operator can use their body weight, since the actuating lever is located above the counter element with respect to the direction of gravity when the lifting clamp is in an upright position, and actuation involves pressing downwards. For example, foot operation of the actuating lever is also possible.

[0027] It is particularly advantageous if a locking device is provided, which is arranged on the support device and which, when in a locking position during a lifting function, blocks the movement of the support device toward the base device. This results in an effective lifting function; upon actuation of the first movement mechanism, the locking device prevents any countermovement, thus resulting in a pure lifting function.

[0028] In particular, the locking device comprises at least one locking element which is movably arranged on the support device and through which the slide rail is passed, with at least one of the following: the at least one locking element is plate-shaped and in particular made of a metal material; a locking element package with a plurality of locking elements is provided, wherein adjacent locking elements abut one another; in a locking position, the at least one locking element is canted relative to the slide rail and, during a lifting function, blocks the mobility of the support device towards the base device, wherein the at least one locking element allows the support device to be displaced away from the base device;the release lever acts on the at least one locking element, wherein the at least one locking element can be brought into a neutral position by actuating the release lever, in which position the locking effect is canceled; the release lever is directly connected to the at least one locking element; a spring device is provided which is supported on the at least one locking element and holds the at least one locking element in the locked position without any force acting on the release lever; the at least one locking element is pivotably and in particular exclusively pivotably arranged on the contact device and is pivotably relative to the slide rail; the release lever is pivotably and in particular exclusively pivotably arranged on the contact device; the at least one locking element is arranged on the contact device closer to the at least one contact element with respect to the displacement axis than the pushing device of the first movement mechanism; With respect to an area around the slide rail, the at least one locking element is positioned between the lowering lever and the base device during the lifting function and with respect to the displacement axis; A stop for the at least one locking element is provided on the support device, which defines a maximum deflection of the at least one locking element to the locking position, wherein the locking position is released when the stop is applied.

[0029] This results in a simple locking device with an effective locking effect. Furthermore, the third movement mechanism with the release lever can be easily implemented. This results in a locking effect for relatively heavy loads.

[0030] Furthermore, it is advantageous if the at least one locking element is positioned in a housing of the support device, and in particular is positioned such that the support device can be removed from the slide rail with decoupling of the at least one locking element from the slide rail, and the support device can be pushed onto the slide rail with coupling of the at least one locking element to the slide rail. This makes it possible to replace the support device. It is also possible, for example, to place the support device on the slide rail either for a lifting function or for a tensioning function. In the lifting function, when the first movement mechanism is actuated (by actuating the actuating lever), the distance between the at least one support element and the base device is increased.By placing the support device on the slide rail in reverse, the distance between the at least one support element and the base device is reduced when the first movement mechanism is activated. This allows one or more workpieces to be clamped between the base device and the at least one support element. The lifting clamp can thus be converted into a clamping clamp.

[0031] Furthermore, it is advantageous if the pushing device has at least one pushing element through which the slide rail is passed and on which the actuating lever acts, in particular with at least one of the following: the at least one pushing element is designed as a small plate and is made in particular from a metal material; a pushing element package with a plurality of pushing elements is provided, with adjacent pushing elements abutting one another; the actuating lever acts on the at least one pushing element in such a way that when the actuating lever is actuated, the at least one pushing element is tilted with the slide rail and is displaced against the contact device, thus causing a displacement of the contact device with the at least one contact element towards the slide rail; the at least one pushing element is pivotably and displaceably arranged on the contact device;the at least one thrust element is pivotable relative to the slide rail; the at least one thrust element is supported on the support device by a spring device, wherein in order to actuate the actuating lever by pivoting it towards the counter-element, a spring force of the spring device must be overcome and releasing the actuating lever causes the at least one thrust element and in particular also the actuating lever to return to a neutral position relative to the slide rail; the at least one thrust element is positioned closer to the actuating lever than to the counter-element with respect to the displacement axis; with respect to a lifting function of the lifting clamp and with respect to the displacement axis, a locking device is positioned between the thrust device of the base device;a tilt angle of the at least one sliding element with the slide rail has an opposite sign to a tilt angle of a locking element of a locking device with the slide rail;

[0032] This makes it easy to implement the first movement mechanism, particularly for lifting relatively large loads. In particular, it allows for one-handed operation and, if necessary, foot operation.

[0033] It is advantageous if the at least one pushing element is positioned in a housing of the support device and in particular is positioned such that the support device can be removed from the slide rail, decoupling the at least one pushing element from the slide rail, and the support device can be placed on the slide rail, coupling the at least one pushing element to the slide rail. In particular, this allows the lifting clamp to be converted from a lifting function to a clamping function. It is particularly advantageous if the second movement mechanism comprises at least one intermediate element, which is positioned on the support device and on which the lowering lever acts. This makes it possible to achieve a second movement mechanism with a step-by-step lowering of the at least one support element towards the base device, which second movement mechanism is designed in a structurally simple manner. The second movement mechanism can be implemented as a mechanism for "slow" lowering (in contrast to the third movement mechanism, where, if lowering occurs, a rapid lowering is possible).

[0034] In particular, the at least one intermediate element is positioned relative to the displacement axis between the pushing device, on which the actuating lever acts, and a locking device, on which the release lever acts. This makes it possible, for example, to act on both the at least one intermediate element and the locking device via the lowering lever. This results in a structurally simple design.

[0035] Advantageously, the at least one intermediate element is positioned in a housing of the support device, and in particular, positioned such that the support device can be removed from the slide rail, decoupling the at least one intermediate element from the slide rail, and the support device can be placed on the slide rail, coupling the at least one intermediate element to the slide rail. This allows, for example, the lifting clamp to be converted from a lifting function to a clamping function.

[0036] In one embodiment, the at least one intermediate element is provided with a recess through which the slide rail is passed. This makes it easy to tilt the at least one intermediate element with the slide rail by means of the lowering lever. This in turn makes it easy to implement a step-by-step or slow lowering function. It is advantageous if the at least one intermediate element is positioned so that it can be pivoted and moved on the support device and in particular is pivotable relative to the slide rail. The action of the lowering lever then makes it possible to pivot and move it. The pivoting leads to tilting with the slide rail and the displacement ensures a relative movement between the support device and the slide rail. This in turn makes it easy to implement a step-by-step or slow lowering function.Gradual lowering of the system device with at least one system element to the base device.

[0037] It is furthermore advantageous if at least one of the following is provided: the at least one intermediate element is designed as a small plate and is made in particular from a metallic material; the at least one intermediate element has a neutral position without actuation of the lowering lever, in which position the slide rail is movable relative to the at least one intermediate element; the at least one intermediate element is canted with the slide rail by actuation of the lowering lever, wherein the actuation takes place in particular towards the counter element, and is displaced relative to the contact device, wherein the contact device is displaced in the direction of the base device with respect to a lifting function of the lifting clamp; a displacement of the contact device relative to the base device only takes place during a movement of the lowering lever.

[0038] This allows the second movement mechanism to be designed in a simple manner and, in particular, to be integrated into a protected housing. Without acting on the lowering lever, the intermediate element does not impede the advance of the first movement mechanism, nor does it impede the free movement of the support device on the slide rail when the release lever is actuated.

[0039] If the attachment device is moved towards the base device or during a movement of the lowering lever, a gradual, controlled lowering of the attachment device towards the base device can be achieved.

[0040] It is particularly advantageous if, in a lifting function of the lifting clamp, when the lowering lever acts on the at least one intermediate element, the lowering lever simultaneously acts on a locking device, allowing the support device on the slide rail to be displaced toward the base device. This action of the lowering lever simultaneously drives the movement of the slide rail relative to the support device and removes the locking effect of the locking device, finally enabling relative movement between the support device and the slide rail. The lowering lever can be supported on the locking device, resulting in a structurally simple design of the second movement mechanism.

[0041] It is particularly advantageous if the lowering lever acts on at least one locking element of the locking device in such a way that it is not pressed against a stop (even at maximum deflection of the lowering lever), but remains spaced from the stop. In particular, the stop is provided when the release lever is actuated. The release lever then allows the at least one locking element to be pressed against the corresponding stop to allow the support device to move freely on the slide rail. If the lowering lever is designed in such a way that the stop of the at least one locking element is not reached, a step-by-step lowering via the second movement mechanism can be achieved in a structurally simple manner. This, in turn, effectively prevents the support device from "slipping" on the slide rail when the second movement mechanism is actuated.

[0042] It is advantageous if a spring device is provided which is supported on the at least one intermediate element, wherein the spring device holds the at least one intermediate element in a neutral position when the lowering lever is not actuated, and when the lowering lever is moved, a spring force of the spring device must be overcome, and wherein after force is exerted by the lowering lever, the spring force of the spring device returns the at least one intermediate element to the neutral position. In the neutral position, the intermediate element does not impede the displaceability of the contact device relative to the slide rail. As a result, the intermediate element does not impede the function of the first movement mechanism and the third movement mechanism. Furthermore, a relative expenditure of force is necessary to trigger the second movement mechanism. This facilitates controlled lowering.

[0043] From a design perspective, it is particularly advantageous if a common spring device is provided for the thrust device and the at least one intermediate element, which is supported in particular on the thrust device and on the at least one intermediate element. The design solution with the at least one intermediate element allows the use of a common spring device, which essentially holds one or more thrust elements of the thrust device in the neutral position without actuating the actuating lever, and holds the at least one intermediate element in the neutral position without actuating the lowering lever.

[0044] It is particularly advantageous if the lowering lever has a first effective range, with which it acts on at least one intermediate element of the second movement mechanism, and a second effective range, with which it acts on a locking device. As a result, upon actuation of the lowering lever, the locking effect of the locking device can be simultaneously canceled (at least partially canceled) and acted on the intermediate element to achieve a step-by-step lowering. Furthermore, this enables a corresponding area of the lowering lever to be supported (via the second effective range) on the locking device, in particular to effect a pivoting of the at least one intermediate element and a displacement of the at least one intermediate element. The pivoting of the intermediate element leads to a canting with the slide rail and the displacement of at least one intermediate element leads to a relative displacement of the system device with the slide rail and thus in turn causes a gradual lowering.

[0045] In particular, at least one of the following is provided: the first effective area and the second effective area are located on opposite sides of the lowering lever, wherein in particular the first effective area and the second effective area are facing away from the displacement axis; the first effective area points in the direction of the pushing device with respect to the displacement axis; the second effective area points in the direction of a locking device with respect to the displacement axis; the first effective area and the second effective area are positioned in a housing of the contact device; the first effective area and the second effective area are located in different areas of the contact device, wherein the different areas are separated by a central axis of the slide rail; the first effective area is located in a first area of the contact device on which the at least one contact element is located;the second effective area is located in a second area of the system device, in which the actuating device and / or the counter element are located;

[0046] These features result in a simple design. The second movement mechanism for the controlled, step-by-step lowering of the system toward the base unit can be achieved in a simple manner.

[0047] It is advantageous if the lowering lever is mounted on the support mechanism in a pivoting or pivotally movable manner. This allows it to pivot and shift an intermediate element (when the lowering lever is actuated). The pivoting of the intermediate element leads to a jamming with the slide rail, and the displacement of the intermediate element results in a relative displacement of the slide rails relative to the support mechanism. This relative displacement is, in turn, metered or gradual.

[0048] In one embodiment, at least one sliding element or roller element is arranged on the lowering lever for (particularly additional) sliding guidance of the lowering lever on the support device and / or the slide rail. This results in a defined, step-by-step lowering.

[0049] It is advantageous if the counter element has or forms a limit stop for the lowering lever. This defines a maximum pivot angle of the lowering lever. This, in turn, defines the corresponding action of the lowering lever on a locking device and also on an intermediate element for the controlled, step-by-step displacement of the support device toward the slide rail, thus implementing a "slow" lowering mechanism.

[0050] It is particularly advantageous if the system includes a housing through which the slide rail passes. This effectively protects the components of the lifting clamp. These components can be securely stored. For example, this also makes it easy to convert the lifting clamp from a lifting function to a clamping function.

[0051] In one embodiment, the support device is removable from the slide rail, and (i) a lifting function of the lifting clamp is provided, wherein in the lifting function, the support device is pushed onto the slide rail such that, upon actuation of the actuating lever, the at least one support device moves away from the base device, and (ii) a clamping function is provided, wherein the support device is seated on the slide rail such that, upon actuation of the actuating lever, the at least one support element moves toward the base device. The lifting clamp can be converted, in particular, from the lifting function to the clamping function and vice versa. The difference between the lifting function and the clamping function ultimately lies in how the support device is placed on the slide rail, i.e. whether, when the first movement mechanism is actuated, at least one support element moves away from the base device or moves towards the base device.

[0052] In one embodiment, the at least one contact element comprises an angle element that is fixed to the contact device and, in particular, to a housing of the contact device. This allows for a simple implementation of a contact element. In particular, the at least one contact element can be arranged on a housing in a space-saving manner without affecting functionality.

[0053] In one embodiment, the angle element has a first region oriented perpendicular to the slide rail, and a second region connected to the first region and in particular connected in one piece and arranged at an obtuse angle to the first region, wherein in particular the second region is fixed to the support device. Essentially, the first region serves to support a load or a workpiece, and the second region is the mounting region of the angle element on the support device. This results in a structurally simple design. This allows for easy integration with a housing.

[0054] In one embodiment, it is further provided that the base assembly has a dome area to which the slide rail is attached. This allows a base assembly to be easily connected to a slide rail.

[0055] For example, the base assembly may include a base plate (particularly made of a metallic material) on which the dome area is mounted. This results in a stable design of the base assembly. This can then be easily secured to an application, for example, by screwing.

[0079] In one embodiment, the slide rail 12 is made of a metallic material. A base assembly 24 is mounted on the slide rail 12. The base assembly 24 allows the lifting clamp 10 to be placed on a base 26 (see Figure 3). In the illustrated embodiment, the base assembly 24 is located at one end of the slide rail 12.

[0080] The base assembly 24 has a first web 28 and a second web 30, which are spaced apart from one another. A free space 32 lies between the first web 28 and the second web 30.

[0081] The first web 28 and the second web 30 are parallel to each other in a fork-shaped arrangement. They are oriented perpendicular to the longitudinal axis 14 of the slide rail 12 and point away from the first narrow side 16.

[0082] The lifting clamp 10 can be assigned a first half-space 34 and a second half-space 36. The first half-space 34 and the second half-space 36 are separated by the slide rail 12. A dividing plane 38 between the first half-space 34 and the second half-space 36 is oriented parallel to the longitudinal axis 14 of the slide rail 12. The first web 28 and the second web 30 are oriented perpendicular to this dividing plane 38.

[0083] The first web 28 and the second web 30 are located in the first half-space 34.

[0084] In one embodiment, the stand assembly 24 includes a plate 40. The plate 40 has a flat bottom surface 42 for positioning the stand assembly 24 on the base 26.

[0085] The plate 40 comprises a fixing region 44 and the webs 28, 30, wherein in particular the webs 28, 30 are formed integrally on the fixing region 44.

[0086] In one embodiment, the plate 40 is made of a metallic material. A holder 46 for the slide rail 12 is fixed to the fixing area 44.

[0087] In one embodiment, the holder 46 is made of a plastic material.

[0088] A dome portion 48 is located on the holder 46, which has a recess 50. The slide rail 12 is inserted into the recess 50 and fixed with the fixing portion 44 (and possibly also with the plate 40).

[0089] The stand device 24 comprises an area on the fixing area 44 and the plate 40, which lies in the second half space 36.

[0090] The slide rail 12 is oriented perpendicular to the plate 40 (and also to the webs 28 30).

[0091] The dome area 48 surrounds the slide rail 12 on all sides.

[0092] A support device 52 is positioned on the slide rail 12 and can be moved (with appropriate operator intervention). The support device 52 is slidably mounted on the slide rail 12.

[0093] The support device 52 comprises a housing 54. In one embodiment, the housing 54 is formed as a double shell with a first part 56a and a second part 56b. Essential components of the lifting clamp (including the thrust device and locking device) are protected within the housing 54. This will be explained in more detail below.

[0094] The housing 54 has a first through-passage 58 and a spaced-apart second through-passage 60. The first through-passage 58 faces the base assembly 24 (with respect to the lifting function). The second through-passage 60 faces away from the base assembly 24. The slide rail 12 extends through the housing 54 through the first through-passage 58 and the second through-passage 60. A sliding bearing is also formed by the first through-passage 58 and the second through-passage 60.

[0095] The support device 52 is movable along the slide rail 12 with a displacement axis 62. The displacement axis 62 is parallel to the longitudinal axis 14 of the slide rail 12 or coincides with it.

[0096] On the housing 54 of the support device 52, there is (at least) one support element 64 for a workpiece. The support element 64 is aligned at least approximately parallel to the webs 28, 30. The displaceability of the support device 52 on the slide rail 12 allows a distance D in a spacing direction 66 between the support element 64 and the webs 28, 30 (and thus the base device 24) to be varied. The spacing direction 66 is parallel to the displacement axis 62.

[0097] The contact element 64 is arranged on a region 68 of the housing 54, which has an end 70 which in turn faces the stand device 24.

[0098] The contact element 64 is positioned in the first half-space 34 like the webs 28, 30 of the base device 24.

[0099] It is provided that the contact element 64 is positioned in the free space 32 when the contact device 52 is pushed towards the base device 24 and the distance D is minimized and in particular is zero.

[0100] In the area 68, the housing 54 has a cutout 72 which is adapted to the dome area 48 of the stand device 24, so that in a lowest position the contact element 64 can be brought into the free space 32.

[0101] In one embodiment, the contact element 64 and the first web 28 and the second web 30 have the same thickness (parallel to the longitudinal axis 14). In one embodiment, the contact element 64 is formed by an angle element 74. The angle element 74 has a first region 76 and a second region 78. The first region 76 is oriented perpendicular to the longitudinal axis 14 of the slide rail 12 and extends away from the housing 54. The first region 76 serves to engage a workpiece.

[0102] The second region 78 lies at an obtuse angle 80 to the first region 76. The second region 78 is fixed to the housing 54.

[0103] In particular, the second region 78 of the angle element 74 is positioned on a housing region 82 which delimits the cutout 72.

[0104] The housing 54 has a wall 83 (see Figure 1), from which the first region 76 of the angle element 74 and the contact element 64 protrude, in particular vertically. The wall 83 is in particular flat and oriented parallel to the longitudinal axis 14.

[0105] An actuating lever 84 is pivotally mounted on the contact device 52 (on the housing 54) via a pivot bearing 86. A pivot axis 88 of the pivot bearing 86 is oriented perpendicular to the slide rail 12 (to its longitudinal axis 14) and is oriented, in particular, parallel to the webs 28, 30 or the first region 76 of the contact element 64.

[0106] In particular, the pivot bearing 86 is arranged such that the pivot axis 88 penetrates the slide rail 12. The pivot axis 88 can also be positioned in front of the slide rail 12.

[0107] In one embodiment, the pivot bearing 86 is formed by vertically projecting shaft stubs 87 arranged on the actuating lever 84 (see Figure 7), which are mounted in corresponding receptacles in the housing 54 about the pivot axis 88. The corresponding receptacles for the shaft stubs 87 each face the broad side 20 and 22 of the slide rail 12.

[0108] The actuating lever 84 is oriented away from the housing 54 and positioned in the second half-space 36. It points away from the slide rail 12 and protrudes from the housing 54 transversely to the slide rail 12.

[0109] Figures 1 to 12 show a neutral position of the actuating lever 84, in which it is not pivoted relative to the housing 54.

[0110] In one embodiment, the actuating lever 84 comprises a pivoting element 90. The pivoting element 90 is made, in particular, of a metallic material. A handle shell 92 is firmly connected to the pivoting element 90.

[0111] The handle shell 92 covers the pivoting element 90 in an upward direction. In the top view according to Figure 2, the handle shell 92 is visible and the pivoting element 90 is concealed.

[0112] The pivot bearing 86 is arranged at an upper region of the support device 52 relative to the base device 24. The pivot bearing 86 is located closer to the second recess 60 than to the first recess 58.

[0113] Furthermore, a counter element 94 for the actuating lever 84 is rigidly mounted on the housing 54. The counter element 94 extends away from the housing 54 and is positioned in the second half-space 36.

[0114] The counter element 94 is ergonomically aligned with the operating lever 84.

[0115] The counter element 94 and the actuating lever 84 are designed and adapted to one another in such a way that an operator can grip the counter element 94 with the inside of his metacarpal of the gripping hand and can grip the actuating lever 84 with the ball of his thumb of this gripping hand and can also perform a pivoting movement of the actuating lever 84 towards the counter element 94 by "pumped" by moving the ball of the thumb (with a thenar movement).

[0116] A corresponding pivoting direction is indicated in Figures 4 and 5 by the reference numeral 96.

[0117] The counter element 94 is located (relative to the lifting function) closer to the base device 24 than the operating lever 84.

[0118] The counter element 94 is positioned between the actuating lever 84 and the base device 24 with respect to the displacement axis 62.

[0119] The counter element 94, like the actuating lever 84, projects away from the housing 54 transversely to the longitudinal axis 14 of the slide rail 12 and thereby away from the first narrow side 16 of the slide rail 12.

[0120] The counter element 94 has a shell 98 with an interior space 100.

[0121] The interior space 100 is open toward the actuating lever 84. The shell 98 is closed toward the stand device 24.

[0122] A locking device 102 is arranged in the housing 54 and on the slide rail 12. The locking device 102 prevents (in the lifting function of the lifting clamp 10) the support device 52 from moving toward the base device 24; upon actuation of the actuating lever 84, displacement of the support device 52 on the slide rail 12 is only possible in one direction, namely away from the base device 24, increasing the distance D.

[0123] In one embodiment, the locking device 102 comprises a plurality of locking elements 104, which are located in a locking element package 106 in the housing 54. One locking element 104 is designed as a small plate, particularly made of a metallic material ("locking plate"). The locking elements 104 of the locking element package 106 abut one another.

[0124] The locking elements 104 of the locking element package 106 have a continuous recess 108 through which the slide rail 12 is inserted.

[0125] The locking element package 106 is positioned adjacent to the first recess 58 in the housing 54; the locking element package 106 is closer to the first recess 58 than to the second recess 60 with respect to the displacement axis 62.

[0126] The locking element package 106 is supported by a spring device 110 on the contact device 52 within the housing 54.

[0127] In one embodiment, which is shown, for example, in Figures 4 and 5, the spring device 110 comprises four springs (only two springs are visible in the drawings), which are, for example, of identical design, but with a respective support point 112 of the springs of the spring device 110 located at a different height relative to the longitudinal axis 14. In principle, only one spring can be provided, which is arranged around the slide rail.

[0128] A "normal state" of the spring device 110, as shown in Figures 4 and 5, is such that the spring device 110 positions the locking element assembly 106 at an angle (at an angle 114) to a normal plane to the longitudinal axis 14 of the slide rail 12. As a result, the locking elements 104 of the locking element assembly 106 are tilted with the slide rail 12. This tilting is such that the movement of the support device 52 toward the base device 24 is blocked due to this tilting. In principle, this tilting can also be achieved if, for example, the support points 112 of the springs of the spring device 110 are at the same level, but different springs are used.

[0129] A stop 116 is formed on the support device 52. By exerting force on the locking element assembly 106, the assembly can be pressed against the stop 116. When the locking element assembly 106 then rests against the stop 116, the locking is completely released; the locking elements 104 of the locking element assembly 106 are then no longer wedged with the slide rail 12, and the support device 52 can be freely moved along the slide rail 12.

[0130] The stop 116 is located in particular in the area of the first recess 58. The stop 116 is defined such that the locking element 104 can be pressed against it and the locking is released when (or even before) the stop 116 is reached.

[0131] The locking element assembly 106 is pivotally positioned in a corresponding receiving space 118 of the housing 54. In an "initial state" without external force being applied, the locking element assembly 106 is pivoted (Figures 4, 5) such that locking is achieved by tilting. The locking element assembly 106 can be pivoted against the force of the spring device 110 and pressed against the stop 116, thereby removing the tilting and thus the locking.

[0132] A release lever 120 is assigned to the locking element package 106. The release lever 120 is directly connected to a locking element 124 via a web 122, wherein the locking element 124 is the uppermost locking element of the locking element package 106 and has the greatest distance from the base device 24.

[0133] The web 122 of the release lever 120 is positioned in the second half-space 36. The release lever 120 can be pressed by an operator in the pivoting direction 126. As a result, the release lever 120 acts on the locking element assembly 106 via the web 122. By overcoming the spring force of the spring device 110, with the force being applied by the operator, the locking element assembly can be pivoted against the stop 116 and pressed against the stop 116. As described, this cancels the locking effect of the locking device 102. This will be described in more detail below. The stop 116 defines the maximum deflection of the release lever 120.

[0134] The lifting clamp 10 has a first movement mechanism 128, by means of which the contact device 52 on the slide rail 12 can be moved upwards away from the base device 24 when the actuating lever 84 is pivoted in the pivoting direction 96.

[0135] The first movement mechanism 128 is a "pumping mechanism", as explained below.

[0136] The first movement mechanism 128 comprises a thrust device 130 (see Figure 6) with a plurality of thrust elements. The thrust elements 132 are formed as small plates and, in particular, made of a metal material ("thrust plates"). They have a continuous recess (see Figure 9) through which the slide rail 12 extends. The thrust elements 132 are arranged as a thrust element assembly 134 in the housing 54. Adjacent thrust elements 132 in the thrust element assembly 134 abut one another.

[0137] The thrust element package 134 is arranged in the housing 54 in the region of the second recess 60.

[0138] In a neutral position of the thrust element assembly 134, in which the actuating lever 84 is not actuated (Figures 4 to 6), the thrust elements 132 of the thrust element assembly 134 are positioned such that the slide rail 12 is movable relative to them. For example, if the release lever 120 is actuated and the locking of the locking device 102 is released, the support device 52 can move freely along the slide rail 12 without being obstructed by the thrust element assembly 134.

[0139] The thrust element assembly 134 has a bottom side 136 and a top side 138 facing away from the bottom side. The bottom side 136 faces the locking device 102. The top side 138 faces the second recess 60.

[0140] The actuating lever 84 has an effective area 140 with which the actuating lever 84 can act on the upper side 138 of the thrust element package 134.

[0141] The effective area 140 is spaced from the pivot bearing 86 and is located in particular in the second half-space 36. It is located within the housing 54.

[0142] The thrust element package 134 is pivotably and slidably positioned in the housing 54.

[0143] The effective range 140 is designed such that when the actuating lever 84 is pivoted in the pivoting direction 96, the thrust element assembly 134 is initially pivoted out of a neutral position by the action of the actuating lever 84 and thereby becomes wedged with the slide rail 12. Furthermore, the thrust element assembly 134 is displaced within the housing 54. Due to the wedged engagement of the thrust elements 132 with the slide rail 12, the support device 52 is thereby moved away from the base device 24.

[0144] A corresponding pivoting direction of the thrust element assembly 134 is opposite to the angle 114 of the locking device 102, based on the sign of the angle. This allows the support device 52 to be displaced upwards away from the base device 24 without the locking device 102 blocking its movement in this direction. However, the locking device 102 blocks its downward movement toward the base device 24.

[0145] In the housing 54, the thrust element assembly 134 is supported by a spring device 142. The spring device is supported on an intermediate element 144, which is described in more detail below. In one embodiment, the spring device 142 comprises two springs. A support element 146 is arranged on the underside 136 of the thrust element assembly 134, which has receiving mandrels for the springs of the spring device 142.

[0146] A support element 148 is also located on the intermediate element, which accommodates corresponding spring pins.

[0147] In an alternative embodiment, the spring device 142 comprises a single spring through which the slide rail 12 is inserted. In this embodiment, the support elements 146, 148 are not necessary.

[0148] The spring device 142 exerts such a force on the thrust element assembly 134 that, without actuation of the actuating lever 84, the thrust elements 132 are held in the neutral position. When the actuating lever 84 is actuated by pivoting in the pivoting direction 96, the springs of the spring device 142 are compressed. As described above, the thrust elements 132 are tilted with the slide rail 12 and displaced toward the housing 54.

[0149] When the actuating lever 84 is released, the spring device 142 causes a reset. The actuating lever 84 returns to its neutral position (Figures 4 to 6) and the thrust element assembly 134 returns to its neutral position. The actuating lever 84 is assigned a stop on the housing 54 so that it can only be pivoted up to a certain pivot angle. Further pivoting towards the counter element 94 is no longer possible once the stop is reached. This results in the contact device 52 being able to be displaced in steps on the slide rail 12. The actuating lever 84 is pivoted up to the stop. This causes the thrust element assembly 134 to tilt, and the distance between the contact element 64 and the base device 24 to increase. When an operator releases the actuating lever 84, it returns to the neutral position due to the action of the spring force of the spring device 142.Typically, an operator must perform the pivoting movement and return movement several times, resulting in a gradual (metered) lifting of the support element 64 relative to the base device 24. This is a type of pumping in which the process of pivoting the actuating lever 84 and releasing it must be repeated with a corresponding gradual displacement of the support device 52 on the slide rail 12 in order to achieve a "greater" travel distance.

[0150] The intermediate element 144 is designed as a plate and, in particular, made of a metallic material ("sheet metal plate"). It has a continuous recess through which the slide rail 12 passes.

[0151] The lifting clamp 10 comprises a second movement mechanism 150 (see Figure 6).

[0152] The second movement mechanism 150 serves to lower the support device 52 (in the lifting function of the lifting clamp 10) step by step to the base device 24.

[0153] The second movement mechanism 150 comprises a lowering lever 152. The lowering lever 152 is rotatably and slidably mounted on the housing 54 via a rotary-sliding bearing 154. The rotary-sliding bearing 154 (see also Figure 8) has a pivot axis 156, which is parallel to the pivot axis 88 of the actuating lever 84. The pivot axis 156 is perpendicular to the broad sides 20, 22 of the slide rail 12 and perpendicular to the longitudinal axis 14 of the slide rail 12. The pivot axis 156 is parallel to the webs 28, 30 and the first region 76 of the contact element 64.

[0154] A displacement direction of the rotary-sliding bearing 154 for a displaceability of the lowering lever 152 in the housing 54 is parallel to the displacement axis 62 or has at least one component parallel to the displacement axis 62.

[0155] In one embodiment, the rotary-sliding bearing 154 is formed by a slot 158 positioned in the housing 54 and by a pin 160 mounted on the lowering lever 152 (see Figure 8).

[0156] The rotary-sliding bearing 154 is positioned in the housing 54 facing the first narrow side 16 of the slide rail 12. It is located in the first half-space 34.

[0157] The operating lever 84 and the counter element 94 are oriented with their operating side toward the second narrow side 18 of the slide rail 12 and away from the first narrow side 16. In this sense, the rotary-sliding bearing 154 and thus the elongated hole 158 are oriented away from the second narrow side 18 of the slide rail 12 and toward the first narrow side 16.

[0158] In one embodiment, (at least) one roller 162 is arranged on the lowering lever 152 in the area of the rotary-sliding bearing 154. The roller 162 is, in particular, rotatable. The roller 162 allows the lowering element 152 to roll in this area along a corresponding guide in the housing 54 or on the slide rail 12, in particular to improve the guidance accuracy for the displacement guide or to reduce guide resistance.

[0159] The lowering lever 152 comprises a portion 164, which is positioned on the slide rail 12 and on which the pin 160 is also located. This portion 164 is fork-shaped. It comprises a first web 166 and a second web 168 (see Figure 11), between which the slide rail 12 is positioned. The slide rail 12 extends through the space between the first web 166 and the second web 168.

[0160] Furthermore, in one embodiment, the release lever 120 is passed through the area 164, that is, between the first web 166 and the second web 168.

[0161] The region 164 with the first web 166 and the second web 168 extends from the first half-space 34 (from an area in front of the first narrow side 16 of the slide rail 12) over the slide rail 12 into the second half-space 36 towards the counter element 94.

[0162] The release lever 120 is guided in the second half-space 36 through the area 164 of the lowering lever 152.

[0163] A connecting element 170 is arranged on the first web 166 and the second web 168, connecting them together. An actuating element 172 with an actuating surface 174 is located on the connecting element 170.

[0164] The actuating surface 174 is designed to be actuated by an operator, in particular by exerting pressure in the direction of the counter element 94.

[0165] Relative to the displacement axis 62, the lowering lever 152 is positioned between the counter element 94 and the actuating lever 84. Without its actuation, the connecting element 170 and the actuating element 172 are at least partially positioned in the interior space 100 of the shell 98 of the counter element 94.

[0166] The release lever 120 also has an actuating element 176 with a second actuating surface 178.

[0167] The second actuating surface 178 is designed such that an operator can exert pressure on it in order to push the actuating element 176 in the direction of the counter element 94 and in doing so to be able to release the locking of the locking device 102 by corresponding pivoting against the stop 116.

[0168] The actuating element 176 with the second actuating surface 178 is positioned between the actuating lever 84 and the counter element 94 (relative to the displacement axis 62).

[0169] Relative to a direction 180 perpendicular to the slide rail 12 (perpendicular to its longitudinal axis 14) and extending between the first narrow side 16 and the second narrow side 18, the second actuating surface 178 is closer to the slide rail 12 than the first actuating surface 174 of the lowering lever 152. The arrangement of the second actuating surface 178 is fundamentally such that it is more difficult for an operator to reach than the first actuating surface 174, at least when the operator holds the counter element 94 with the middle hand.

[0170] The second actuating surface 178 is closer to the housing 54 than the first actuating surface 174.

[0171] The first actuating surface 174 and the second actuating surface 178 are aligned with respect to a line 182 oriented transversely to the longitudinal axis 14 of the slide rail 12 (see Figure 6). In one embodiment, this line 182 is oriented perpendicular to the longitudinal axis 14, at least when the lowering lever 152 and the release lever 120 are not actuated (see Figure 6).

[0172] The lowering lever 152 and the release lever 120 are arranged one behind the other with respect to the direction 180. This arrangement is achieved in particular by the space between the first web 166 and the second web 168. The web 122 of the release lever 120 extends through the area between the first web 166 and the second web 168 of the lowering lever 152.

[0173] It is also possible in principle for the release lever 120 to have corresponding spaced webs through which the lowering lever 152 is then inserted.

[0174] The release lever 120 and the lowering lever 152 are designed in such a way that they can generally be reached via a thumb and thumb pressure of an operator when the operator grasps the counter element 94 with the middle hand of the gripping hand.

[0175] In one embodiment (see Figure 6), the release lever 120 is located closer to the counter element 94 than to the actuating lever 84 with respect to the displacement axis 62.

[0176] In particular, it is also provided that the lowering lever 152 is located closer to the counter element 94 than to the actuating lever 84 with respect to the displacement axis 62.

[0177] The lowering lever 152 has a first effective region 184. This first effective region 184 is located at the region 164 and acts on the intermediate element 144. When the lowering lever 152 pivots in a pivoting direction 186 (Figures 4 and 5), the first effective region 184, which acts on the intermediate element 144 in particular in the first half-space 34, causes the intermediate element 144 to tilt with the slide rail 12.

[0178] The lowering lever 152 has a second effective area 188 with which it acts on the locking element package 106.

[0179] The first effective region 184 and the second effective region 188 face away from each other with respect to the displacement axis 62. The first effective region 184 faces the thrust element assembly 134 and points toward the second recess 60.

[0180] The second effective area 188 points toward the locking element package 106 and points in the direction of the first recess 58. The second effective area 188 points (in the lifting function) toward the base device 24.

[0181] The lowering lever 152 is designed such that it is supported via its second effective area 188 on the locking element package 106 and thereby on the uppermost locking element 124.

[0182] This enables the pivoting movement with tilting of the intermediate element 144 from a neutral position, as described above. Due to the support and sliding bearing on the rotary-sliding bearing 154, the intermediate element 146 is then displaced in the pivoting direction 186 when the lowering lever 152 is actuated, thereby moving away from the locking device 102 toward the thrust element assembly 134.

[0183] At the same time, the action of the second effective area 188 on the blocking element package 106 pivots the latter in such a way that the displaceability of the contact device 52 is released; the blocking effect of the blocking device 102 is canceled.

[0184] The action of the lowering lever 152 with the second effective range 188 on the locking device 102 is such that even with maximum deflection of the lowering lever 152, the stop 116 is not reached. The stop 116 of the locking element package 106 can only be reached by corresponding actuation of the release lever 120.

[0185] When the lowering lever 152 is actuated in the pivoting direction 186, as mentioned above, the intermediate element 144 is tilted with the slide rail 12 due to the support of the second active area 188 on the locking element assembly 106. At the same time, the locking element assembly 106 is partially pivoted (not up to the stop 116), and the lowering lever 152, with its area 164, pushes the intermediate element 144 away from the base assembly 24, i.e., upward. Due to the tilting of the intermediate element 144, the support element 64 is lowered relative to the base assembly 24, i.e., the distance D is reduced. This lowering only occurs during the pivoting actuation of the lowering lever 152.

[0186] A stop 190 is arranged on the counter element 94, and in particular on an inner side of the shell 98, which defines a maximum pivot angle of the lowering lever 152 about the pivot axis 156. The stop 190 then specifies the maximum pivot angle of the locking element assembly 106. As mentioned above, this is such that the stop 116 is not reached.

[0187] During the actuation of the lowering lever 152, the support device 52 is lowered to a limited extent toward the base device 24. This lowering is stopped at the latest when the lowering lever 152 reaches the stop 190.

[0188] The spring device 142 also acts on the intermediate element 144. The spring device 142 is a common spring device for the thrust device 130 and the intermediate element 144. The spring force of the spring device 142 acts in such a way that it strives to hold the intermediate element 144 in its neutral position. When the lowering lever 152 pivots in the pivot direction 186 and the intermediate element 144 pivots over the first effective range 184 (to wedge it with the slide rail 12), a spring or springs of the spring device 142 are compressed. An operator must overcome the spring force of the spring device 142 when actuating the lowering element 152.

[0189] When the operator releases the lowering lever 152, the spring device 142 causes the intermediate element 144 to return to its original position (the neutral position) without jamming with the slide rail 12. The lowering lever 152 also then returns to its original position.

[0190] To achieve a greater lowering distance by actuating the lowering lever 152, an operator must repeatedly actuate the lowering lever 152 once (pivoting in the pivoting direction 186 and then, after reaching the stop 190, releasing it by the operator and returning to the starting position). Repeated actuation results in a lowering action (movement of the support device 152 toward the base device 24), which is essentially defined by the length of the elongated hole 158. Repeated actuation of the lowering lever 152 results in a gradual lowering action driven by a type of pumping mechanism, comparable to the actuation of the actuating lever 84 when lifting the support device 52 from the base device 24.

[0191] Figures 7 to 12 show a neutral state of the lifting clamp 10. None of the levers (operating lever 84, lowering lever 152, and release lever 120) are actuated.

[0192] In this neutral state 192 (see especially Figures 4 and 5), the locking device 102 is effective with respect to the locking effect for the mobility of the slide rail 12. The locking elements 104 of the locking element assembly 106 are canted with the slide rail 12 and hold the support device 52 at the predetermined height above the base device 24. The mobility of the support device 52 toward the base device 24 is blocked. In the neutral state 192, the thrust element assembly 134 and the intermediate element 144 are in a neutral state.

[0193] The locking of the downward mobility (towards the stand device 24) is indicated in Figure 4 by an arrow 194 marked with an X ("locking arrow").

[0194] If, starting from the neutral state 192, the actuating lever 84 is actuated by pivoting in the pivoting direction 96 and then releasing it (Figures 13, 14), then, starting from the neutral state, the actuating lever 84 acts on the thrust element assembly 134 during pivoting and causes it to jam with the slide rail 12 (Figures 13, 14). Furthermore, a displacement of the thrust element assembly 134 within the housing 54 of the support device 52 is effected.

[0195] The intermediate element 144 remains in its neutral state.

[0196] The locking element package 106 remains in its locking position.

[0197] This displacement of the thrust element assembly 134 within the housing 54 (Figures 13, 14) causes a relative movement of the contact element 64 away from the base assembly 24 in an upward direction due to the canting with the slide rail 12, which is indicated in Figure 13 by the arrow 196 ("lifting arrow"). This results in the lifting function. A workpiece resting against the contact element 64 and thereby on a side facing away from the base assembly 24 is lifted away from the base assembly 24.

[0198] The actuation of the actuating lever 84 is such that a pivoting movement in the pivoting direction 96 is performed up to a stop. The operator then releases the actuating lever 84, and due to the effect of the spring force of the spring device 142, the actuating lever 84 is returned to its neutral position. An operator can thus actuate the actuating lever 84 multiple times, with a stepwise stroke (indicated in Figure 13 by reference numeral 197) occurring with each actuation. This is a type of pumping mechanism.

[0199] Sliding of the support device 52 downward toward the base device 24 is prevented by the locking element package 106, which blocks displacement in this direction (downward) but allows upward displacement (increasing the distance D). The intermediate element 144 has no effect on this process.

[0200] If, with the actuating lever 84 in the neutral state, an operator pivots the lowering lever 152 in the pivoting direction 186 by pressing on the first actuating surface 174 (Figures 15, 16), then, as mentioned above, the locking element assembly 106 is pivoted without reaching the stop 116. This cancels the blocking effect of the locking device 102. At the same time, the first active area 184 acts on the intermediate element 144 and wedges it with the slide rail 12. Furthermore, the intermediate element 144 is displaced within the housing 54 toward the thrust element assembly 134.

[0201] This results in the lowering of the support device 52 toward the base device 24. The distance D is reduced. This lowering only occurs during the actuation of the lowering lever 152, since, among other things, the locking element package 106 still has a certain locking effect.

[0202] The lowering is indicated in Figure 15 by the "lowering arrow" 198. During this slow, step-by-step lowering process, the thrust element package 134 remains in its neutral position.

[0203] If an operator releases the lowering lever 152 after reaching the stop 190, the spring device 142 ensures a return to the neutral position with the neutral position of the intermediate element 144. If an operator actuates the lowering lever 152 several times accordingly ("pumping"), a step-by-step or slow lowering takes place, which is indicated in Figure 15 by the arrows 200.

[0204] A controlled lowering of the support element 64 towards the base device 24 can be achieved via the second movement mechanism 150 with the intermediate element 144, even if a load (a workpiece) rests on an upper side of the support element 64.

[0205] The lifting clamp 10 has a third movement mechanism 202, which includes the release lever 120. The release lever 120 acts directly on the locking element package 106 via the web 122.

[0206] When the release lever 120 (particularly when the actuating lever 84 and the lowering lever 152 are in the neutral position) is pivoted in the pivoting direction 126 toward the counter element 94 (by pressing on the second actuating surface 178) (Figures 17, 18) and pivoted with appropriate force, the locking element assembly 106 is pressed against the stop 116 (Figures 17, 18). As a result, the locking element assembly 106 is pivoted relative to the slide rail 12 in such a way that the canting is eliminated.

[0207] The thrust element assembly 134 and the intermediate element 144 are in their neutral position. This allows the support device 52 to move freely along the slide rail 12. The support device 52 can, as indicated in Figures 17 and 18, be moved toward the base device 24. However, due to this free mobility, the support device 52 can also be moved away from the base device 24 as long as the release lever 120 is pressed and, in particular, the locking element assembly 106 is pressed against the stop 116. When the release lever 120 is released, the spring device 110 acts and returns the locking element assembly 106 to its locked position, which blocks the movement of the support device 52 on the slide rail 12.

[0208] The movement of the contact device 52 when the release lever 120 is pressed is not a step-by-step movement.

[0209] For example, if a load is applied to the contact element 64 from above and the release lever 120 is pressed, then the effect of gravity can basically cause the contact device 52 to "whiz down".

[0210] In the solution according to the invention, it is provided that the lowering lever 152 and the release lever 120 are located between the actuating lever 84 and the counter element 94. This effectively prevents accidental triggering of the step-by-step lowering by means of the second movement mechanism 150 or rapid lowering by means of the third movement mechanism 202 during "normal lifting operation" with actuation of the actuating lever 84.

[0211] Furthermore, when holding the actuating lever 84 and the counter element 94 with a gripping hand of an operator, the release lever 120 is difficult to reach due to its arrangement closer to the slide rail 12, so that accidental release is effectively prevented.

[0212] An operator can actuate the lowering lever 152 and also the release lever 120, in particular with thumb pressure, in the direction towards the counter element 94, if desired.

[0213] The first movement mechanism 128, the second movement mechanism 150, and the third movement mechanism 202 can be implemented with plates, which are generally simple in design and are, in particular, metal plates. With a structurally simple design, the lowering lever 152 causes tilting and displacement over the first effective range 184 and a (controlled) release of the locking of the locking device 102 over the second effective range 188.

[0214] The corresponding components of the first movement mechanism 128 and the second movement mechanism 150 are arranged in a protected manner in the housing 54.

[0215] The locking element package 106 is also arranged in a protected manner in the housing 54.

[0216] The components within the housing (locking elements 104, pushing elements 132, intermediate element 144, and the spring devices 142 and 110) are arranged in a captive and functionally positioned manner within the housing 54. This makes it possible to remove the housing 54 (the contact device 52) from the slide rail 12 (by actuating the release lever 120). The housing 54 can also be placed upside down on the slide rail 12 compared to the illustration in the figures. With this reversed placement, the housing 54 is placed on the slide rail 12 such that the second recess 60 is closer to the base device 24 than the first recess 58. The pumping movement of the actuating lever 84 then allows the contact element 64 to be moved step by step toward the base device 24. This reduces the distance D. This allows one or more workpieces to be clamped between the support element 64 and the base device 24.

[0217] With this clamping function of the lifting clamp 10, the locking device 102 acts in such a way that only a movement of the contact element 64 toward the base device 24 is possible. With this clamping function of the lifting clamp 10, the lifting clamp 10 functions like a conventional clamping clamp. According to the invention, a lifting clamp 10 is provided that enables optimized operation. This results in a simple structural design, whereby, in particular, functional components can be positioned in a protected manner within the housing 54.

[0218] Due to the sequential arrangement of the release lever 120 and the lowering lever 152, they are not equivalent for an operator, and in particular, unintentional actuation of the release lever 120 can be effectively prevented. This can be further supported by the fact that the first actuating surface 174 and the second actuating surface 178 are designed differently and, for example, have a different color scheme.

[0219] The lifting clamp 10 can be converted from a lifting function to a clamping function and vice versa.

[0220] The lifting clamp 10 can be operated with one hand. The support element 64 can be lifted from the base device 24 using the first movement mechanism 128 with one gripping hand of an operator.

[0221] Since the operating lever 84 is located at the top during the lifting function (the counter element 94 is arranged between the operating lever 84 and the stand base device 24), it is in principle also possible for an operator to operate the operating lever 84 by foot.
