Abstract
Description
[0001] NEGATIVE PRESSURE AND STEAM POWERED ELECTRIC RADIATOR
[0002] TECHNICAL FIELD
[0003] The invention relates to a negative pressure and steam powered, fixed or movable electric radiator used for heating interior spaces, which performs a more effective and efficient heating process by using less energy than existing systems.
[0004] PRIOR ART
[0005] Today, a wide variety of systems are used for heating interior spaces, with fossil fuel heaters and electric heaters being the most common among these systems. Fossil fuel heaters work by heating water or oil and circulating it through the system, while electric radiators heat liquids such as water or oil in a metal body and radiate heat to the environment.
[0006] The aforementioned heating systems increase electricity consumption due to excess liquid and atmospheric pressure at the stage of generating heat and heating the environment, and also cause a significant loss of this liquid during the circulation of the heated liquid in the system. As a result, energy costs increase, as well as the efficiency of the heating process decreases.
[0007] As a result, the need to overcome the shortcomings and disadvantages of the embodiments and applications that exist in the current state of the art and are used currently necessitates a development in the relevant technical field.
[0008] DESCRIPTION OF INVENTION The present invention relates to a negative pressure and steam powered, fixed or movable electric radiator, which has been developed to eliminate the above- mentioned disadvantages and to provide new advantages to the relevant technical field.
[0009] The aim of the invention is to provide a radiator configuration that enables the rapid and complete evaporation of sufficient amount of water under negative pressure during the heating of interior spaces and the delivery of the evaporated water to the pipes and tank walls under negative pressure with equal pressure.
[0010] Another aim of the invention is to provide a simple radiator configuration that performs a more efficient heating process with less energy compared to existing systems, by providing the rapid and complete evaporation of a sufficient amount of water under negative pressure during the heating of interior spaces and the delivery of the evaporated water to the pipes and tank walls under negative pressure with equal pressure.
[0011] The structural and characteristic features and all advantages of the invention will be more clearly understood by means of the figures given below and the detailed description written with references to these figures, and therefore the evaluation should be made by taking these figures and detailed description into consideration.
[0012] BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE FIGURES

[0031] DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0032] The preferred alternative embodiments of the invention in this detailed description are provided only for a better understanding of the present invention and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. The invention relates to a negative pressure and steam powered, fixed or movable electric radiator used for heating interior spaces, which performs a more effective and efficient heating process by using less energy than existing systems.
[0033] The inventive radiator generally includes at least one body (1) to house the entire structure and also to radiate the heat gained to the environment, at least one water tank (2), positioned at the bottom of the body (1) and resistant to negative pressure, where the water to be heated is stored, inverted "U" shaped and negative pressure resistant pipes (3), positioned above the water tank (2), through which the steam obtained by heating the water is circulated, at least one water tank valve (4) to ensure that the water tank (2) and the pipes (3) connected to the water tank (2) are vacuumed and gain negative pressure, at least one thermostat (5) for adjusting the electric current and accordingly the amount of heating, at least one quartz (9) positioned inside the water tank (2) for heating and vaporizing the water in the water tank (2), at least one negative pressure heater (8) with at least one resistor (10) embedded in the quartz (9) and at least one electrical socket (7), at least one heater valve (6) to provide negative pressure to the heater (8), at least one hot air grille (11) positioned on the upper part of the body (1), which allows the hot air generated inside the radiator to rise and exit the radiator, at least one dashboard (12) with at least one on / off switch (13) positioned on the body (1) to allow the radiator to be controlled by the user and indicator lamps (14), at least one power outlet (15) positioned on the body (1) to provide electrical energy to the radiator.
[0034] The water tank (2) and the pipes (3) connected to this water tank (2) are under negative pressure. This negative pressure is obtained by vacuuming the water tank (2) through the water tank valve (4). With this negative pressure created, the water in the water tank (2) evaporates quickly and quickly moves to the pipes (3) and spreads evenly over all the walls, thus ensuring that the heating process takes place quickly, efficiently and economically. The heater (8) in the invention is vacuumed by means of the heater valve (6) and gains negative pressure, thus increasing the heat efficiency.
[0035] The electricity received through the power outlet (15) is transferred through the electrical socket (7) on the heater (8) to the resistor (10), which is also located in the heater (8) and embedded in the quartz (9), thus heating the resistor (10). The walls of the heater (8), which heats up together with the resistor (10), evaporate all the water on the floor of the negative pressure water tank (2), and the hot steam formed reaches all parts of the water tank (2) and pipes (3) with equal pressure. The water tank (2) and pipes (3) heated by the hot and pressurized steam heats the radiator body (1). The heat is given out through the radiator body (1) and the hot air grille (11) located on this body (1), thus heating the environment.
