Abstract
Description
(Fig.8.c) shows the reinforcement of the seven “vertical components” with the “external horizontal components”. A first component (6), see (Fig. 6), is drilled seven times such that the chamfered holes (6011) are distributed at regular intervals at the level of (601), (6) is slid horizontally so as to surround the (202) from the outside to make the chamfered holes (6011) coincide with the holes (2021) allowing its attachment to the (803) of the coincident ones (6011-2021-4011). For technical reasons, for example, pipe passages or to make the lower edge of the bowl coincide, (803) can be raised to drillings (2022) and having (6011-2022-4011) A second component (6) is slid horizontally so as to surround the (202) to make the chamfered holes (6011) coincide with the holes (2024) allowing its attachment to the (807) of the coincident ones (6011-2024) and for the same technical reasons, (807) can be raised to the holes (2025) and have (6011-2025). A first component (7), see (Fig.7), component ensuring the junction between the "lower" block and the block superimposed on it. It is drilled fourteen times such that the chamfered holes (7011) are distributed at regular intervals at the level of (701), (7) is slid horizontally so as to surround the (202) from the outside to make one out of two of the chamfered holes (7011) coincide with the holes (2027) allowing its fixing to the (808) of the coincident ones (7011-2027) and reserving the remaining holes for the double fixing with the vertical components of the "intermediate" block. A second component (7), see (Fig.7), is slid horizontally so as to surround the (202) from the outside to make one out of two of the chamfered holes (7011) coincide with the holes (2029) allowing its fixing to the (809) of the coincident ones (7011-2029) and reserving the remaining holes for the double fixing with the vertical components of the “intermediate” block. The second package corresponds to the “intermediate” block between the two ends of the central column unit, is superimposed on the first block, it is composed of: an “internal horizontal component” (9). seven straight “vertical components” (10). an “internal horizontal component” (4) or the assembly composed of an “internal horizontal component” (11), three “stabilization components” (115), three “stabilization components” (112) and three stays (174). an “external horizontal component” (6). the screws and all the appropriate fixing means. The assembly process of this block is carried out according to one of the two variants shown on page (3 / 12). The (Fig. 12.a), The first variant to respond to the case where the device adheres to the floor and the ceiling, we opt for the use of a component (4). In trade with a component (9), see (Fig. 9), ensuring the suspension of the mixer or the shower mixer. (9) is drilled fourteen times such that these holes (9013) are distributed at regular intervals at the level of (901) and having two large holes (9011) and (9012) placed symmetrically with respect to three (9013) and reinforced by a plate (902) welded on the face internal of (901) is having the same drillings so as to merge with (9011) and (9012). The seven vertical components (10), see (Fig.10), have a very straight appearance, having three chamfered drillings (1052), (1055) and (1057) and five simple drillings (1051), (1053), (1054), (1056) and (1058). They are held so as to make their chamfered drillings (1055) coincide with one drilling (9013) out of two at the level of (901) by surrounding (9) at regular intervals, allowing its attachment to the (1202) of the coincidents (1055-9013). Then, the component (6) is placed by sliding it horizontally so as to surround the (105) to make their chamfered holes (6011) coincide with the holes (1054) allowing its attachment to the (1203) of the coincidents (6011-1054), and we finish by introducing the component (4) horizontally in the middle of the (105) to make the holes (4011) coincide with the chamfered holes (1057) allowing its attachment to the (1203) of the coincidents (1057-4011). (Fig. 12.b), the second variant, to respond to the case where the ceiling is not accessible or cannot support the forces exerted by the upper end of the device, the invention proposes another solution to give more stability to the "central sanitary island". Where we follow the same procedure as in the first variant, but replacing the component (4) with a component (11) and its accessories. The component (11), see (Fig. 11), is pierced seven times at regular intervals with triple holes constituting three vertices of a triangle so that two holes (1111) are located on a horizontal line and the third hole (1112) is equidistant from the two holes and placed below this line. (11) is introduced horizontally in the middle of the (105) to make the lower hole of the triple (1112) coincide with the chamfered holes (1057) allowing its attachment to the (1203) of the coincident ones (1057-1112). The "stabilizing component" (112), see (Fig. 11), having a ring (113) and a groove (114) with the same dimensions (width, depth) as (10) and three chamfered holes (1121) and (1123) identical to the triple holes (1111) and (1112). It is placed on a crossing between (11) and (10) by surrounding (10) from the outside with three fixing points such that the (1203) is replaced by (1204) of the coincidents (1123-1057-1112) in addition to the two (1205) of the coincidents (1205-1111) and such that the ring (113) is arranged towards the outside, the number of components (112) can vary from one to three, depending on the importance of the forces which will be exerted on the device. Subsequently, each (112) will be connected to another “stabilization component” (115), see (Fig. 11), having a ring (116) and four holes (1151) its fixing to the ground near the base of the “central column” unit via the four drillings (1151), by means of a guy wire or a cable (117). A representation of this solution is illustrated on page (5 / 12) (Fig. 17.b). For aesthetic reasons, this maintenance process can possibly be integrated into separations delimiting the space reserved for the use of each sanitary equipment. The third package corresponds to the “upper” block of 1 central column unit, it is composed of: a “platform” (1). Seven “vertical L-shaped components” (14). Two “internal horizontal components” (4). An “external horizontal component” (6). two “external horizontal components” (13). the screws and all the appropriate fixing means. The assembly process of this block is carried out following the three steps shown in (Fig.15), page (4 / 12). In (Fig. 15.a), the vertical components (14), see (Fig.14), have the same shape as the components (2) such that the part (141) is identical to the part (201) and the part (142) differs from the part (202) in the length and the number of holes and their distribution. (14) is distinguished with two chamfered holes (1423) and (1425) and a simple hole (1424) in addition to two series of identical holes (1421) and (1422). An assembly is carried out between a component (1) and the seven components (14) in a manner identical to the assembly carried out in (Fig.8.a) in order to obtain its fixing to the (1501) of the coincidents (1411-1011) then subsequently the fixing to the (1502) of the coincidents (1412-1012-20000) at the time of its fixing to the ceiling (20000). In (Fig. 15.b), we start by placing the “internal horizontal components”. A component (4) is introduced horizontally in the middle of the (142) to make (4011) coincide with the chamfered holes (1424) allowing its attachment to the (1503) of the coincidents (1424-4011). A second component (4) is introduced horizontally in the middle of the (142) to make (4011) coincide with the chamfered holes (1423) allowing its attachment to the (1504) of the coincidents (1423-4011). In (Fig. 15.c), we start by placing the “external horizontal components”. The component (6) is slid horizontally so as to surround the (142) from the outside, and brought back to the level of the holes (1425) to coincide with them the (6011) allowing its fixation to the (1505) of the coincidents (6011-1425). Component (13), see (Fig. (13)), is pierced fourteen times by triple chamfered holes forming linear series (1311) in the width direction of (131). Said series of holes are distributed at equal intervals on (131). A first component (13) is slid horizontally so as to surround the (142) from the outside and it is brought back to the level of the series of holes (1422) allowing its temporary fixing to the (1506) between one of the holes of (1422) and one of the three holes of a series (1311) out of two, of the coincident ones (1311-1422), while waiting for the definitive fixing at the time of assembly in order to adjust the definitive height to the desired height. Following the same process, a second component (13) is slid horizontally so as to surround the (142) from the outside and it is brought back to the level of the series of holes (1421) allowing its temporary fixing to the (1507) between one of the holes of (1421) and one of the three holes of a series (1311) out of two, coincident (1311-1421). The same combination will be applied to the two (13) at the time of the final fixing at the time of assembly in order to adjust the final height to the desired height. The assembly of the different blocks of the “central column” unit is carried out in two stages. By fixing the "lower" block of the "central column" unit to the ground (10000), it is prepared to accommodate the "intermediate" block See (Fig. 16). Starting by introducing the lower ends of the (10) between, on the one hand, the two external components (7) and, on the other hand, the internal component (5) so as to make the holes (1051) coincide with the holes (7011) left free on the first component (7) starting from the base. The realization of a first fixing to the (1603) of the coincidents (7011-1051) implies the realization of two other fixings, a fixing to the (1602) of the coincidents (1052-5013) and a fixing to the (1601) of the coincidents (7011-1053). The junction between the two blocks is ensured by a triple fixing on the end of each vertical component. The junction between the "upper" block and the "intermediate" block is made regardless of the first or second variant of the latter (use of a component (4) or a component (11)). This junction is carried out in two stages. In the first step, the "upper" block is introduced into the "intermediate" block by giving it a telescopic movement, such that the lower ends of the (142) slide on the external side of the component (4) (or of the component (11)) of the "intermediate" block, and such that the upper ends of the components (10) slide on the internal side of the two components (13) of the “upper” block. In a second step: for the first variant, see (Fig. 17.a) the height of the "central column" unit is adjusted to the ceiling height by acting, firstly, on the final fixing position of the components (13) on the components (14) and then by carrying out a double fixing between the components (10) and the two components (13). Starting from the bottom, we try to coincide the holes (1056) with one of the holes of the series (1311) still free of the first component (13) with (1705) of the coincident ones (1311 / 1056) and to coincide the holes (1058) with one of the holes of the series (1311) still free of the second component (13) with (1704) of the coincident ones (1311-1058). Then, we proceed to the final fixing of the metal structure to the ceiling at (1502) the coincidents (1412-1012-20000). For the second variant, the height of the "central column" unit is adjusted to a desired height (see Fig. 17.b), following the same fixing process between, on the one hand, the two components (13) and the vertical components (10), and on the other hand, the two components (13) and the vertical components (14). Then, the three components (112) are fixed as shown in Fig. 12.b, and the three components (115) are fixed to the ground (10000) near the base of the "central column" unit to later connect them with guy wires or cables (117) to the (113). The "shower tray base" unit constitutes a base raising the shower tray to integrate it into the process of creating the central sanitary island, having a modular structure allowing perfect adaptability to the different standard models of shower trays. The "shower tray base" unit can optionally be used as a base for a shower cubicle. If the shower tray is not one of the three sanitary fittings to be installed, the "shower tray base" unit will not need to be installed, such as in the case of a walk-in shower or a shower adapted for people with reduced mobility or also in the case where the central sanitary island is equipped with a bathtub or a Japanese bathtub. For a "central sanitary island" equipped with a shower tray, the "shower tray base" unit is essential, its package is composed of: Four pillars (21). Four components with adjustable lengths (22). Four pillars (24). Four shower tray support components (23). the screws and all the appropriate fixing means. The assembly process of this block is carried out following the three steps shown in (Fig.25), page (6 / 12). In (Fig. 25. a), four pillars (21), see (Fig. 21), having a right parallelepiped shape and having two threaded through holes (2111) and (2112) made on two different faces and at two different heights. (21) are placed on the four vertices of a square such that the holes of (2111) are oriented on the same side and aligned at a distance (d) and the same for the holes (2112). On the other hand, four “modular length components” (22), see (Fig. 22), are made up of three parts (221), (222) and (223). The part (221) is straight and has two holes (2212) and (2213) placed at a distance (d) from each other and tapped holes (2211). The part (223) having tapped holes (2231) and an end (224) bent into a “V” making an angle of 45° with (223). The portion (224) has a tapped hole (2241) and at its orthogonal projection on (223) there is a simple hole (2232). Part (222) is straight and has tapped holes (2221), it forms the extension between (221) and (223). Two of the four (221) are placed horizontally at the level of the (2112), such that they are parallel and face to face with each other, while having an opposite orientation to one with respect to the other and so as to make coincide, for each, its (2213) with one (2112) in (2501) of the coincidents (2213-2112) and its (2212) with another (2112) in (2502) of the coincidents (2212-2112). The two remaining (221) are placed at the level of the (2111) such that they are parallel and face to face with each other, while having an opposite orientation to one with respect to the other, so as to make coincide, for each, its (2213) with one (2111) in (2503) of the coincidents (2213-2111) and its (2212) with the other (2111) in (2504) of the coincidents (2212-2111). The length of each (22) is determined according to the dimensions of the shower tray by first designating the different holes to be used on the different parts constituting it. The parts (222) are fixed in the extension of the parts (221) at two points with two (2505) of the coincident parts (2211-2221). In (Fig. 25. b), the parts (223) are fixed in turn in the extension of the parts (222) at two points with two (2506) of the coincidents (2231-2221). The four pillars (24), see (Fig. 24), having a straight parallelepiped shape and two holes (2413) and each having at its base a plate (242) with a drilling (2421) allowing the (24) to be immobilized on the ground (10000) with (2510) of the coincidents (2421-10000). Two of the (24) have a drilling (2411) placed at a height equal to that of the (2111) which allows them to be fixed at the two ends (224) corresponding to the two (22) fixed at the level of the (2111), so as to make the drillings (2411) coincide with the drillings (2241) and fix them with (2507) of the coincidents (2232-2241-2411). The other two (24) have a hole (2412) placed at a height equal to that of the (2112) which allows them to be fixed at the level of the two ends (224) corresponding to the two (22) fixed to the (2112), so as to make the holes (2412) coincide with the holes (2241) and fix them with (2508) of the coincident ones (2232-2241-2412). In (Fig. 25.c). Four components (23), see (Fig. 23), intended to immobilize the shower tray on the four pillars (24).(23) is made up of a wedge (233) having a modifiable depth to adapt to the thickness of the edge of the shower tray and which is associated with a plate (231) folded in an “L” such that a part forms its extension to abut on the external wall of the shower tray and block it horizontally while its folded end (232) comes to hold it firmly preventing it from tilting. The components (23) are fixed such that two through holes (2311) made at the level of the wedge (233) coincide with two tapped blind holes (2413) made on one of the two faces of (24) located on the side of the edge of the shower tray and fixed with (2510) coincidents (2311-2413). (Fig. 25.c) shows a completed “shower tray base” unit, consisting of four pillars grouped in the center and four other pillars fixed to the ground and connected to the center pillars with four components of modular lengths arranged diagonally, constituting a stable base adaptable to the different standard shower trays available on the market. The various installations and equipment relating to a bathroom space, relating to the field of plumbing and domestic sanitary electricity, are introduced and installed in the center of the "central column" unit, as the assembly progresses and the different blocks that make it up are superimposed. The space enclosed by the metal structure constitutes a technical space for the central sanitary island. The cladding of the two units of the device structure is composed of three packages. A first package concerning 1Jcovering of 1Junit “base for shower tray”, it is composed of: Four “L” shaped corners (341). Four plates with rim (342). A step (349). the screws and all the appropriate fixing means. The “shower tray base” unit is fixed to the floor by juxtaposing the base of the “central column” unit on the side reserved for the shower installation. According to (Fig. 34) (page 8 / 12) the four “L” shaped angles (341), see (Fig. 34.a), are placed at the four corners of the “shower tray base” unit constituting the four right angles of a parallelepiped having the dimensions of the base with the shower tray. The angle (341) is made up of two wings making an angle of 90° in its axis (344) and such that each wing is made up of two blades (345) and (346) separated by a gap (347) allowing a plate (342) to slide. The four sides of the cladding of the “base for the shower tray” unit are cut out of the plates (342) according to the dimensions of the shower tray and other cutouts are made according to the installation requirements. The components (341) and (342) have a height such that the edges (343) of the plates (342) are placed on the edge of the shower tray and partially or completely cover it. Following the arrangement of the shower tray base unit, a step (349) is fixed on a plate (342), facilitating access to the shower. The second package concerns the three prominences and their coverings, it is composed of: A frame component for the bowl (18). A frame component for the shower (19). A frame component for the sink (20). A cover plate for the location of the bowl (28). A cover plate for the shower location (27). A cover plate for the sink location (30). All frame components are to be hung on 1Junit central column at the locations planned for installing the various sanitary equipment. The frame component (18), see (Fig. 18), takes the form of a flat rectangular frame (181) having a hollow (182) and on one of its two faces two "L" shaped hooks, both facing downwards, such that one (183) is placed in the middle of the upper horizontal side and the other (184) in the middle of the lower horizontal side of (181). The positioning of (18) on the "central column" unit is carried out such that the threaded rods (304) cross (182) by sliding the hook (183) behind the upper component (6) and the hook (184) behind the lower component (6) of the “lower” block see (Fig. 35.a) and (Fig. 35.b). The frame component (19), see (Fig. 19), takes the form of an inverted "U" like a rectangle without its lower side (191). (19) has two branches (193) having at their ends notches (194) directed downwards, the branches are placed symmetrically on the two vertical sides of (19) and making an identical and opposite angle with the plane of (191) such that the point of intersection of their extensions is on the plane of symmetry of (191). (19) also has two "L" hooks (192) placed on the same face as the two branches in the middle of the horizontal side of (191) and are directed upwards. The positioning of (19) on the “central column” unit is carried out at the level of the “lower” block such that it is placed directly on the ground and such that the plane of (191) is parallel (or at a slight angle) to the plane of the bar (902) located on (9) and indicating the direction of the mixer (or single-lever mixer) of the shower or bathtub. The immobilization of (19) is carried out by wedging the two hooks (192) behind the upper component (6) and by hooking the two branches on the lower component (6) of the lower block see (Fig. 35.a) and (Fig. 35.b). The frame component (20), see (Fig. 20), takes the form of a flat rectangular frame (205) having a hollow (206), on the lower horizontal side there is a "U" shaped hook (207) projecting from the plane of (205) and oriented downwards and on the upper horizontal side and on the same side as the hook, there are two branches (208) installed perpendicular to the plane of (205), each branch has a notch (209) at its end. The positioning of (20) on the "central column" unit is carried out at the junction between the two "lower" and "intermediate" blocks, such that the threaded rods pass through the hollow (206). The immobilization of (20) is carried out by positioning the notches (209) on the upper component (7) and sliding the hook (207) onto the lower component (7) see (Fig.35.e). The cover plate for the location of the bowl (28) is the result of the welding of the two parts (281) and (282) at (283). (281) is a plate that matches the external shape of the “central column” unit in which the projection of a rectangle has been cut out. (282) has the shape of a tray with the same rectangle as a base and sides cut out so that they coincide with the cutout in (281) and so that its base is tangent to the surface of (281) in its plane of symmetry. The cutouts (284) are made on (282) to allow the threaded rods to pass through and the cutouts (285) and (286) are made to make the various connections with the bowl. The plate (28) is placed on the device so that (281) matches the shape of the central column and (282) matches the shape of the frame component (18). The cladding plate for the shower location (27) is made as shown in (Fig. 27.a) and (Fig. 27. B). First, the parts (271), (272) and (273) are assembled by welding in such a way that (271) and (272) are perpendicular to the ground to constitute the right and left sides while (273) constitutes the horizontal connection between these two sides, the front of (273) is slightly inclined downwards and ends with a rim. The three sides thus assembled are in turn assembled by welding with (274) in (277), such that (274) constitutes the front face of (27) and takes a shape identical to (191) of (19), with measurements adapted to the other components. Subsequently, a part (275), made from a plate matching the shape of the “central column” unit and having an opening, is assembled by welding at (276) to the other parts to constitute the rear face of (27), such that the center of the rim (278) is tangent to (275) in its middle. The plate (27) is placed on the structure so that (275) follows the shape of the central column and the rest follows the shape of the frame component (19), see (Fig. 35.c) and (Fig. 35.d). A cover plate for the location of the washbasin (30), see (Fig. 30.a) and (Fig. 30.a), is the result of the welding assembly of the two parts (3010) and (3020) at (3030). (3020) is cut from a plate that matches the external shape of the "central column" unit in which the projection of a rectangle has been cut. (3010) has the shape of a tub having the same rectangle as a bottom and sides cut so that they coincide with the cutout in (3020) and so that its bottom is tangent to the surface of (3020) in its plane of symmetry. The cutout (3040) is made on (3010) to allow the threaded rods (504) to pass through and to make the various water connections for the washbasin. The plate (30) is placed on the device so that (3020) matches the shape of the central column and (3010) perfectly covers the frame component (20) see (Fig. 35.f). The third package concerns the cladding of the “central column” unit. It consists of: A cover plate (26). A cover plate (29). A cover plate (31). A cover plate (32). A cover plate (33). the screws and all the appropriate fixing means. A cladding plate is a flat, thin and flexible plate component with a certain rigidity allowing it to maintain the desired shape. It can be made of a metal or plastic material or a composite, modular so that it can easily wrap the "central column" unit from the outside by adapting to the shape of its silhouette, such that by rolling it slightly while applying low pressure, its two ends can be joined to make fixing points ensuring its maintenance in the desired location of the structure. Depending on the installation needs, possible cutouts and perforations for ventilation grilles can be made on the different plates. The different steps for cladding the “central column” unit are carried out in a very specific order; they are listed according to the following description: The “shower tray base” unit is installed at the face (274) of (27) and after fitting its cladding (34), see (Fig. 35.g), the covering plate (26) is installed, see (Fig. 26.a) and (Fig. 26.b), it is curved respecting the dimensions of the base of the “central column” unit. A first cut (262) is made near one of its two edges, following a template respecting the dimensions of the frame component (19), allowing the opening of an access between the “central column” unit and the “base for shower tray” unit and allowing its installation by sliding it from above onto (27) to overlap it at the level of (275). A second cut (263) is made according to a template respecting the dimensions of the frame component (18), making it possible to go around the covering plate of the location of the bowl (28) so as to overlap perfectly on (281) before folding its second end over the first and finishing by fixing them at the level of (264) according to the fixing points (265), see (Fig. 35.h). The cladding plate component (31), see (Fig. 31), is curved at the level of the shower mixer and having two openings (312) indicating the location of the latter and such that its two ends meet at (314) to be fixed according to the points (315) surrounding the “central column” unit, see (Fig. 35.i). The cladding plate component (29), see (Fig. 29), has the role of a technical hatch, it is curved at the level of the sink. (29) overlaps (31) and (33) to allow access to the space of the technical shaft for maintenance reasons without having to remove all the components of the cladding. (29) has a cutout (292) made near one of its two ends according to a template respecting the dimensions of the frame component (20), allowing the cladding plate for the location of the sink (30) to pass through so as to overlap perfectly on (3020) before folding its second end over the first and finishing by fixing them at the level of (294) according to the fixing points (295), see (Fig. 35.j). Following the same process, the two components of the covering plates (32) and (33) are successively put in place, such that (32) is curved above (31) with a slight overlap and its two ends join at (324) to be fixed according to points (325), see (Fig. 35.k) and that (33) is curved above (32) with a slight overlap and its two ends join at (334) to be fixed according to points (335), see (Fig. 35.1). For technical reasons, each cladding plate component can be made up of two or more parts to be assembled to give the same result. The said structure comes in a kit with packaging in several packages, to prepare the different components for a relatively simple assembly. There are seven packages forming three lots: - a first lot intended for the metal structure of the "central column" unit with a package for the metal components of each block. - a second lot intended for the cladding of the "central column" unit with a package for the cladding plates and a package for the frame components with their respective claddings. - a third lot intended for the "shower tray base" unit with a package for its metal components and a package for the components of its cladding. A presentation of a first variant of said device shows an overview of a "central sanitary island", (see Fig. 36), reveals some advantageous characteristics of this invention, such as the possibility of choosing the sanitary appliances (361), (362) and (363) according to the taste and budget of each and can be of any standard type, the example of the bowl which can be of the suspended or surface-mounted type, like the taps (3631), (3623), (3632) and (3635) or a push button for a flush (3611) and also the possibility of choosing the orientation of each sanitary appliance in relation to the other two and in relation to the layout of the installation site, the possibility of personalizing said device, the example of modifying the siphon (3621) and the position of its shunt (3622) is very important for a person using a wheelchair, to add accessories and modify its appearance as in a classic bathroom but with less expense, such as adding a curtain rod (3636), a mirror (3624) or a bar to hang the shower head (3634). A presentation of a second variant, (see Fig. 37), shows a practical solution to install a bathroom space without walls or ceiling with a bathtub (37) and its splash guards (3710) and (3711) by installing a system of rings (113), (115) and guy wires (117) ensuring additional stability for the entire structure on an area not exceeding two meters long by two meters wide (the measurements in the figure are to scale).
