Penile prosthesis for female genital organ, comprising: - a phallic-shaped body (1) made of selected material, - a contact module (3) disposed at one end of the body (1), configured to attach to and cover the user's genital organ and having a contact surface (31) configured to make contact with the user's pubic surface and to allow the prosthesis to be locked in its position of use on the user's genital organ; and - a clitoral stimulation module (4), disposed in a position selected with respect to the contact module (3), and configured to perform an action enabling stimulation of the user's clitoris;characterized in that the prosthesis further comprises: - means for detecting movement (40) of said prosthesis in use, connected to the clitoral stimulation module (4), and configured to detect movements observed by the prosthesis according to chosen parameters; and - treatment means (50), connected to the movement detection means and to the clitoral stimulation module (4), configured to vary the intensity of clitoral stimulation proportionally according to the frequency and / or amplitude of movement detected.

A penile prosthesis according to any one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that it further comprises: - an erectile module (2), comprising a structure forming a male genital organ and capable of moving from a resting position to an erect position, and from an erect position to a resting position, and comprising: - the phallic-shaped body (1) made of a deformable material of choice; - inflation means (22) arranged along the length of the internal volume of the body (1), configured to receive at least one liquid of choice from pumping means (21), and configured to allow the erectile module (2) to move from a resting position to an erect position, and from an erect position to a resting position; - a testicular structure projecting from the base of the erectile module.
