Abstract
Description
Title of the invention: Sintering production line, as well as system and method for recycling newspapers Technical field
[0001] The present invention relates to the field of positive electrode material preparation technologies, and more particularly to a sintering production line, as well as to a system and method for recycling gazette. Technical background
[0002] According to a sintering technology for a positive electrode material, in an ideal state, a production line is in an uninterrupted state, and materials are continuously fed to a furnace for sintering. However, in an actual production process, a device may stop working due to aging of the device or other reasons, then a front-end or rear-end procedure of the furnace is blocked, and an entire assembly line may be in a stopped state.
[0003] Generally, the problem removal is carried out on the device until the device can be started to work again, and the repair takes at least one hour. In order not to affect a continuity of technology, when a shutdown time is less than 1 hour, the furnace operates normally, although it is in a charged gazette state during sintering at that time. However, in the case of empty sintering at that time, a lot of heat energy may be lost; and when exceeding 1 hour, the furnace stops working, and waste heat is dissipated, which may also cause the loss of heat energy. In other words, when the sintering production line is in a rest or stop process, a greater loss of heat energy may be caused. Summary of the invention

[0045] The present application relates to a gazette recycling system used for connection to a production line body for sintering a positive electrode material. The gazette recycling system comprises: a sorting apparatus used for sorting gazettes to select a gazette to be processed; and / or a purging apparatus used for purging the gazette to be processed; and / or a soaking and drying apparatus used for soaking and drying the gazette to be processed after purging; and / or a sintering apparatus, the sintering apparatus comprising a furnace and a conveyor belt; and / or the furnace being provided with a sintering channel; and / or the conveyor belt penetrating through the sintering channel; and / or the conveyor belt being provided with a feed region and a discharge region respectively on two sides of a feed port and a discharge port of the furnace;and / or the conveyor belt being used for connection to the sintering production line body; and / or the furnace being used for sintering the gazette to be processed when the sintering production line body is operating abnormally, and the positive electrode material in the gazette being sintered when the sintering production line body is operating normally; and / or a transfer device, the transfer device being used for sequentially conveying the gazette to be processed from the sorting apparatus to the purging apparatus and the soaking and drying apparatus for processing, and the transfer device also being used for conveying the gazette to be processed after drying to the feeding region when the sintering production line body is operating; Sintering works abnormally, so that the paper to be processed is sintered by the furnace.
[0046] According to the above newspaper recycling system, after the newspaper is discharged, the newspapers are sorted by the sorting apparatus to select the newspaper to be processed; then the newspaper to be processed is conveyed to the purging apparatus by the transfer device; the newspaper to be processed is purged by the purging apparatus to clean a surface of the newspaper to be processed; then the newspaper to be processed is conveyed to the soaking and drying apparatus by the transfer device; then the newspaper to be processed after purging is soaked and dried by the soaking and drying apparatus,so that a soaking slurry reliably enters a repairable portion of the gazette to be processed; then the gazette to be processed after drying is conveyed to the feeding region by the transfer device when the sintering production line body is operating abnormally; and finally the gazette to be processed is sintered by the furnace to complete recycling, repair and maintenance of the gazette, and meanwhile, the empty sintering heat energy of the furnace or the waste heat of the furnace is effectively utilized. Since the sintering apparatus is connected to the sintering production line body, when the sintering production line body is operating abnormally, for example, when the sintering production line body is in a resting or stopping process, the gazette to be processed after drying is conveyed to the feeding region by the transfer device, while when the sintering production line body is working normally, the positive electrode material in the gazette is sintered by the furnace, so that the gazette recycling system and the sintering production line body are independent of each other, and the sintering of the gazette to be processed and the sintering of the positive electrode material share the sintering apparatus, thereby greatly reducing a space occupied by the sintering production line, and meanwhile, the gazette is sintered by utilizing the heat energy generated during empty sintering of the furnace or the waste heat of the furnace through a mode of "using any available space", thereby avoiding the loss of heat energy and solving the problem that a conventional sintering production line causes more loss of heat energy in the process of resting or stopping.
[0047] In order to better understand the technical solutions and beneficial effects of the present application, the present application is further described in detail below with reference to specific embodiments.
[0048] As shown in Figures 1 and 2, in one embodiment, a sintering production line 10 comprises a sintering production line body 100 and a gazette recycling system 200, and the gazette recycling system 200 is used for connecting to the sintering production line body 100 of a positive electrode material. Furthermore, the gazette recycling system 200 comprises a sorting apparatus 210, a purging apparatus 220, a soaking and drying apparatus 230, a sintering apparatus 240 and a transfer device (not shown in the drawings). The sorting apparatus 210 is used for gazette sorting to select a gazette to be processed; the purging apparatus 220 is used for purging the gazette to be processed; the soaking and drying apparatus 230 is used for soaking and drying the gazette to be processed after purging; and the sintering apparatus 240 is used for sintering the gazette to be processed. The sintering apparatus 240 comprises a furnace 242 and a conveyor belt 244, the furnace 242 is provided with a sintering channel, the conveyor belt penetrates through the sintering channel, and the conveyor belt is provided with a feeding region 244a and a discharge region 244b respectively on two sides of a feeding port and a discharge port of the furnace 242. The conveyor belt is connected to the sintering production line body 100, the furnace 242 is used for sintering the gazette to be processed when the sintering production line body 100 operates abnormally, and the positive electrode material in the gazette is sintered when the sintering production line body 100 operates normally.
[0049] Furthermore, the transfer device is used to sequentially convey the gazette to be processed from the sorting apparatus 210 to the purging apparatus 220 and the soaking and drying apparatus 230 for processing, and the transfer device is also used to convey the gazette to be processed after drying to the feeding region when the sintering production line body 100 operates abnormally, so that the gazette to be processed is sintered by the furnace. It will be understood that the conveying between the sorting apparatus 210 and the purging apparatus 220, the conveying between the purging apparatus 220 and the soaking and drying apparatus 230, and the conveying between the soaking and drying apparatus 230 and the feeding region are all performed by the transfer device, so that the gazette to be processed can be purged, soaked and dried, and sintered sequentially, thereby recycling and repairing the gazette to be processed, and extending a service life of the gazette.Meanwhile, the gazette to be processed after drying is transferred to the feeding region when the sintering production line body 100 is operating abnormally, and the gazette to be processed is only sintered by the furnace when the sintering production line body 100 is operating abnormally, while the positive electrode material in the gazette is sintered when the sintering production line body 100 is operating. normally, so that the gazette to be processed is sintered through the "using any available space" mode, and when the sintering production line body 100 is operating abnormally, such as when the furnace is idle or stopped, the gazette to be processed is sintered by utilizing the furnace or the waste heat of the furnace, thereby avoiding the loss of thermal energy and also avoiding an influence on the normal sintering of the positive electrode material of the furnace.
[0050] According to the above newspaper recycling system 200, after the newspaper is discharged, the newspapers are sorted by the sorting apparatus 210 to select the newspaper to be processed; then the newspaper to be processed is conveyed to the purging apparatus 220 by the transfer device; the newspaper to be processed is purged by the purging apparatus 220 to clean a surface of the newspaper to be processed; then the newspaper to be processed is conveyed to the soaking and drying apparatus 230 by the transfer device; then the newspaper to be processed after purging is soaked and dried by the soaking and drying apparatus 230,so that a soaking slurry reliably enters a repair portion of the gazette to be processed; then the gazette to be processed after drying is conveyed to the feeding region by the transfer device when the sintering production line body 100 is operating abnormally; and finally the gazette to be processed is sintered by the furnace to complete recycling, repair, and maintenance of the gazette, and meanwhile, the empty sintering heat energy of the furnace or the waste heat of the furnace is effectively utilized. Since the sintering apparatus 240 is connected to the sintering production line body 100, when the sintering production line body 100 is operating abnormally, for example, when the sintering production line body 100 is in a resting or stopping process, the gazette to be processed after drying is conveyed to the feeding region by the transfer device, while when the sintering production line body 100 is operating normally, the positive electrode material in the gazette is sintered by the furnace, so that the gazette recycling system 200 and the sintering production line body 100 are independent of each other, and the sintering of the gazette to be processed and the sintering of the positive electrode material share the sintering apparatus 240, thereby greatly reducing a space occupied by the sintering production line 10, and meanwhile, the gazette to be processed is sintered by utilizing the furnace or the waste heat of the furnace through the mode of "using any available space",which can avoid the loss of thermal energy and solve the problem that a conventional 10 sintering production line causes more thermal energy loss in the process of rest or stopping.
[0051] As shown in [Fig.l], in one of the embodiments, the transfer device is also used to convey the gazette in the discharge region to the soaking and drying apparatus 230, the soaking and drying apparatus 230 is also used to perform secondary soaking and secondary drying on the gazette after the primary sintering, and the transfer device is also used to convey the gazette after the secondary drying to the supply region when the sintering production line body 100 operates abnormally, so that secondary sintering is performed on the gazette after the secondary drying by the furnace. Therefore, soaking, drying, and sintering are performed twice on the gazette to be processed by the furnace, thereby improving a repair effect on the gazette to be processed. In the embodiment, a gazette to be dried is transported to a sintering unit for primary sintering, cooled and then conveyed to a soaking unit for secondary soaking, after soaking, the gazette to be dried is naturally dried and subjected to secondary sintering to obtain a recycled gazette, and the recycled gazette is then transferred to a warehouse or gazette loading location. It will be understood that, in one embodiment, the gazette to be processed may only be soaked, dried and sintered once.
[0052] In addition, the transfer device is also used for transferring the gazette after secondary sintering to the warehouse or gazette loading location of a feeding apparatus 110 of the sintering production line body 100 for recycling, thereby prolonging a service life of the gazette.
[0053] In one embodiment, the transfer device comprises a first transfer apparatus, a second transfer apparatus and a third transfer apparatus, the first transfer apparatus is used to convey the newspaper to be processed from the sorting apparatus 210 to the purging apparatus 220 for processing, the second transfer apparatus is used to convey the newspaper to be processed from the purging apparatus 220 to the soaking and drying apparatus 230 for processing, and the third transfer apparatus is used to convey the newspaper to be processed from the soaking and drying apparatus 230 to the feeding region. In the embodiment, the first transfer apparatus, the second transfer apparatus and the third transfer apparatus are arranged separately, and the first transfer apparatus, the second transfer apparatus and the third transfer apparatus respectively transfer and convey the gazette to be processed to different positions.
[0054] As shown in [Fig.l], furthermore, the third transfer apparatus is also used to convey the newspaper in the discharge region to the soaking and drying apparatus 230, the soaking and drying apparatus 230 is also used to perform secondary soaking and secondary drying on the gazette after primary sintering, and the third transfer apparatus is also used to convey the gazette after secondary drying to the feeding region when the sintering production line body 100 operates abnormally, so that secondary sintering is performed on the gazette after secondary drying by the furnace. Therefore, soaking, drying and sintering are performed twice on the gazette to be processed by the furnace, thereby improving a repair effect on the gazette to be processed.
[0055] In addition, the third transfer apparatus is also used for transferring the gazette after secondary sintering to the warehouse or gazette loading location of the feeding apparatus 110 of the sintering production line body 100 for recycling, thereby extending a service life of the gazette.
[0056] As shown in [Fig. 1], further, the soaking and drying apparatus 230 comprises a soaking unit 232 and a drying table 234, the soaking unit is used for soaking the gazette to be processed after purging, and the drying table is used for drying the gazette to be processed after soaking. In the embodiment, the support screen is positioned on the support table via a positioning pin, so that the support screen is reliably positioned on the support table. In addition, the support screen is a steel screen, so that the support screen has better strength and a longer service life. In addition, the second transfer apparatus is used to convey the support screen and the newspaper to be processed to the soaking unit, which facilitates reliable soaking of the newspaper to be processed, and the newspaper to be processed after soaking can be quickly conveyed to the drying table for drying, thereby improving soaking efficiency. In the embodiment, the second transfer apparatus is used to lift the support screen and the newspaper to be processed to the soaking unit. [0058] As shown in [Fig. 1], furthermore, the newspaper recycling system 200 further comprises a drying table monitoring unit 290, and the drying table monitoring unit 290 is used for detecting whether the drying table is at rest. When the drying table is at rest, the second transfer apparatus delivers the newspaper and the supporting screen to the soaking unit. Otherwise, the second transfer apparatus does not operate, thereby avoiding the problem of stacking the soaked newspapers on the drying table, which is not conducive to drying, so that the overall operation of the newspaper recycling system 200 is more coordinated and smooth.
[0059] In order to improve a sintering efficiency of the gazette to be processed and avoid affecting a sintering efficiency of the positive electrode material at the same time, further, when the sintering production line body 100 operates abnormally, after the gazette of the positive electrode material in the furnace enters a cooling zone of the furnace, the third transfer apparatus synchronously feeds a gazette to be sintered to the feeding region, the feeding region feeds the gazette to be sintered to a pre-sintering zone of the furnace, and the gazette to be sintered is sintered by utilizing waste heat of a furnace tail.Further, after all the gazettes to be sintered in the furnace have been conveyed to the discharge region, the conveyance of gazettes to be sintered is stopped, and then the gazettes to be sintered are conveyed to the warehouse or gazette loading location.

[0064] As shown in [Fig. 1], it should be emphasized that the first lifting apparatus and the second lifting apparatus 140 are both lifting and transporting apparatuses, which facilitates lifting and transporting the newspaper to different height positions. For example, the first lifting apparatus and the second lifting apparatus 140 may both be lifting and driving mechanisms or manipulators.
[0065] As shown in [Fig. 1], furthermore, the sorting apparatus 210 is arranged adjacent to the discharge and turning apparatus 130, and the sorting apparatus 210 is used for sorting the gazettes after the discharge and turning apparatus 130 turns and empties the gazettes, which is conducive to the rapid evaluation and selection of the qualities of the gazettes, thereby improving a sorting efficiency of the gazettes, which means that a selection speed of the gazette to be processed is improved.
[0066] As shown in [Fig. 1], further, the sorting apparatus 210 is provided with a visual recognition system, so that the sorting apparatus 210 is based on the visual recognition system and used to sort the newspapers having different degrees of damage, so as to eliminate an undamaged newspaper, a newspaper to be processed which has a crack but can still be used and a damaged newspaper, thereby realizing an effect of automatically selecting the newspaper to be processed.
[0067] Furthermore, the visual recognition system comprises a lower image acquisition unit, a side image acquisition unit and a processor, and the processor is electrically connected to the lower image acquisition unit and the side image acquisition unit respectively. The processor is used for storing an acquired visual image and processing the image, so as to evaluate whether there are quality problems, such as a crack, a defect, peeling and slag drop, and a large residue, in a corresponding region of the gazette. After the gazette evaluation, the processor divides the gazettes after use into the gazette to be processed, the damaged gazette and the undamaged gazette. In the case of the undamaged gazette, the gazette is supplied to the purging unit 222 for cleaning and then transported to the gazette loading region at a supply position. In the case of the damaged newspaper, the newspaper is conveyed to a rear end processing position. In the case of the newspaper to be processed, the newspaper is conveyed to the purging unit 222 for cleaning and then transported to the soaking unit.
[0068] As shown in [Fig.l], in one embodiment, the newspaper recycling system 200 further comprises an inlet monitoring unit 260 and an outlet monitoring unit 270, the inlet monitoring unit 260 being arranged to correspond to the feed region, the outlet monitoring unit 270 being arranged to correspond to the discharge region, the inlet monitoring unit 260 and the outlet monitoring unit 270 both being electrically connected to a control end of the transfer device, the inlet monitoring unit 260 being used to detect a weight of a material in the feed region, and the outlet monitoring unit 270 being used to detect a weight of a material in the discharge region. An operating state of the conveyor belt of the sintering apparatus 240 is judged by detecting the weight of the material, and then it is judged whether the sintering production line body 100 is operating normally. In the embodiment, the input monitoring unit 260 and the output monitoring unit 270 are both weight sensors, and used to monitor the weights of the materials on the conveyor belts in the feeding region and the discharging region. It will be understood that, in other embodiments, the input monitoring unit 260 and the output monitoring unit 270 may both be pressure sensors, and used to monitor pressures of the conveyor belts in the feeding region and the discharging region.
[0069] It will be understood that when the gazette normally charges and conveys the positive electrode material, the weights of the gazette and the charged positive electrode material are both preset before and after sintering by the furnace, i.e., the input monitoring unit 260 is used to detect whether the weight of the material is equal to the weights of the gazette and the charged positive electrode material before sintering. When the weight of the material is equal to the weights of the gazette and the charged positive electrode material before sintering, the sintering production line body 100 operates normally. Otherwise, the sintering production line body 100 operates abnormally. More specifically, the input monitoring unit 260 is used to monitor an operating state of an input conveyor belt. When the inlet conveyor belt is at rest and there is no second batch of materials to be sintered, in other words when the sintering production line body 100 is in a stopped state at this time, the maintenance stop is generally performed or a daily production index is already reached, a signal is sent to the control end of the third transfer apparatus, and the gazette to be sintered on the drying table is conveyed to the feeding region via the third transfer apparatus. In addition, the output monitoring unit 270 is used to detect whether the weight of the material is equal. to the weights of the gazette and the positive electrode material charged after sintering, then it can be known whether the normally sintered positive electrode material has been supplied to the discharge region. Furthermore, when the input monitoring unit 260 detects that the weight of the material is not equal to the weights of the gazette and the positive electrode material charged before sintering, in other words when the input monitoring unit 260 detects that the sintering production line body 100 is operating abnormally, the conveyor belt continues to convey the gazette charged with the positive electrode material during sintering by the furnace, and after the output monitoring unit 270 detects that all the gazettes in which the positive electrode material is normally sintered in the furnace have been conveyed to the discharge region, the third transfer apparatus conveys the gazette to be sintered on the drying table to the feeding region, thereby preventing the gazette to be sintered from being confused with the gazette charged with the positive electrode material, and improving the convenience of using the sintering production line 10. ,
[0070] It will be understood that when the gazette to be processed is to be sintered twice, this will inevitably conflict with a normal operation time of the sintering production line body 100. In order not to affect the normal sintering of the positive electrode material by the sintering production line body 100, furthermore, when the gazette to be processed is supplied to the discharge region after primary sintering or secondary sintering, and when the input monitoring unit 260 detects that the weight of the material is equal to the weights of the gazette and the positive electrode material charged before sintering, in other words when the sintering production line body 100 is operating normally, the third transfer apparatus is controlled to supply the gazette to be processed after primary sintering to the soaking and drying apparatus 230,or the third transfer apparatus is controlled to convey the gazette after the secondary sintering to the warehouse or gazette loading location, so that the normal operation of the sintering production line body 100 is considered to have the top priority, thereby avoiding affecting the normal sintering of the positive electrode material by the sintering production line 10, and avoiding energy loss at the same time. Specifically, when the system detects that the production line starts to operate normally, the conveying of the gazette not conveyed to the feeding region is stopped and it returns to the drying table. The gazette already conveyed to the feeding region or located in the furnace is conveyed to the discharge region and transferred to the drying table or the dipping unit, so that the normal operation of the sintering production line 10 has the top priority.
[0071] Preferably, the sintering carried out on the positive electrode material by the sintering apparatus 240 lasts from 6 hours to 10 hours.
[0072] Preferably, the primary sintering performed on the newspaper to be processed by the sintering apparatus 240 lasts from 15 minutes to 30 minutes, which refers to a time required for conveying the newspaper to be processed from the supply region to the discharge region for the first time; and the secondary sintering performed on the newspaper to be processed by the sintering apparatus 240 lasts from 15 minutes to 30 minutes, which refers to a time required for conveying the newspaper to be processed from the supply region to the discharge region for the second time, so as to better sinter and repair the newspaper to be processed.
[0073] Preferably, the soaking performed on the gazette lasts from 15 minutes to 30 minutes. In the embodiment, the soaking performed on the gazette takes the same time whether the gazette is the gazette to be treated or the undamaged gazette. It will be understood that in other embodiments, the duration of the soaking performed on different gazettes is flexibly adjusted according to actual needs.
[0074] Preferably, drying by the drying table lasts at least 4 hours.
[0075] As shown in Figures 1-3, the present application further relates to a gazette recycling method for recycling and repairing a gazette by using the gazette recycling system 200 according to any of the above embodiments. Furthermore, the gazette recycling method comprises some or all of the following steps.
[0076] In step S101, the newspapers are sorted by the sorting apparatus 210 to select the newspaper to be processed.
[0077] In the embodiment, the gazettes after use can be divided into the gazette to be processed, the damaged gazette and the undamaged gazette. In the case of the undamaged gazette, the following is provided. In addition, the sorting apparatus 210 is provided with the visual recognition system, so that the sorting apparatus 210 is based on the visual recognition system and used to sort the gazettes with different degrees of damage, so as to eliminate the undamaged gazette, the gazette to be processed which has the crack but can still be used and the damaged gazette, thereby realizing the effect of automatically selecting the gazette to be processed.
[0078] Furthermore, the visual recognition system comprises the lower image acquisition unit, the side image acquisition unit and the processor, and the processor is electrically connected to the lower image acquisition unit and the side image acquisition unit respectively. The processor is used for storing the acquired visual image and processing the image, so as to judge whether there are the quality problems, such as crack, defect, peeling and slag dropping, and the large residue, in the corresponding region of the gazette. After evaluating the gazette, the processor divides the gazettes after use into the gazette to be processed, the damaged gazette and the undamaged gazette, the gazette having the crack and peeling and slag drop in the corresponding region belonging to the gazette to be processed; the gazette having the defect and the large residue in the corresponding region belonging to the damaged gazette; and the gazette having a good condition and a positive electrode material residue in the corresponding region belonging to the undamaged gazette. In the case of the undamaged gazette, the gazette is conveyed to the purging unit 222 for cleaning and then transported to the gazette loading region at the feeding position. In the case of the damaged gazette, the gazette is conveyed to the rear end processing position. In the case of the newspaper to be processed, the newspaper is conveyed to the purge unit 222 for cleaning and then transported to the soaking unit.
[0079] In step S103, the newspaper to be processed is conveyed from the sorting apparatus 210 to the purging apparatus 220 by the transfer device.
[0080] In the embodiment, the newspaper to be processed is conveyed from the sorting apparatus 210 to the purging apparatus 220 by the transfer device. More specifically, the transfer device comprises the first transfer apparatus, and the first transfer apparatus is used to convey the newspaper to be processed from the sorting apparatus 210 to the purging apparatus 220 for processing.
[0081] In step S105, the gazette to be processed is purged by the purging apparatus 220.
[0082] In the embodiment, the gazette to be processed is purged by the purging apparatus 220, so as to remove impurities on a surface of the gazette to be processed.
[0083] In step S107, the gazette to be processed after purging is conveyed to the soaking and drying apparatus 230 by the transfer device.
[0084] In the embodiment, the gazette to be processed after purging is conveyed to the soaking and drying apparatus 230 by the transfer device. More specifically, the transfer device further comprises the second transfer apparatus, and the second transfer apparatus is used to convey the gazette to be processed from the purging apparatus 220 to the soaking and drying apparatus 230 for processing.
[0085] In step S109, the gazette to be processed after purging is respectively soaked and dried by the soaking and drying apparatus 230.
[0086] In the embodiment, the newspaper to be processed after purging is respectively soaked and dried by the soaking and drying apparatus 230, so that the soaking suspension reliably enters the repaired part of the gazette to be treated.
[0087] In step S111, the gazette to be processed after drying is conveyed to the supply region by the transfer device.
[0088] In the embodiment, the gazette to be processed after drying is conveyed to the supply region by the transfer device. More specifically, the soaking and drying apparatus 230 further comprises the third transfer apparatus, and the third transfer apparatus is used to convey the gazette to be processed from the soaking and drying apparatus 230 to the supply region.
[0089] In step SI 13, the gazette to be treated is conveyed to the sintering channel for sintering by the conveyor belt.
[0090] According to the newspaper recycling method, the newspaper is recycled and repaired by using the above newspaper recycling system 200, and after the newspaper is discharged, the newspapers are sorted by the sorting apparatus 210 to select the newspaper to be processed; then the newspaper to be processed is conveyed to the purging apparatus 220 by the transfer device; the newspaper to be processed is purged by the purging apparatus 220 to clean the surface of the newspaper to be processed; then the newspaper to be processed is conveyed to the soaking and drying apparatus 230 by the transfer device; then the newspaper to be processed after purging is soaked and dried by the soaking and drying apparatus 230,so that the soaking slurry reliably enters the repair portion of the gazette to be processed; then the gazette to be processed after drying is conveyed to the supply region by the transfer device when the sintering production line body 100 is operating abnormally; and finally the gazette to be processed is sintered by the furnace to complete the recycling, repair, and maintenance of the gazette, and meanwhile, the heat energy of the furnace or the waste heat of the furnace is effectively utilized. Since the sintering apparatus 240 is connected to the sintering production line body 100, when the sintering production line body 100 is operating abnormally, for example, when the sintering production line body 100 is in a resting or stopping process, the gazette to be processed after drying is conveyed to the supply region by the transfer device, while when the sintering production line body 100 is working normally, the positive electrode material in the gazette is sintered by the furnace, so that the gazette recycling system 200 and the sintering production line body 100 are independent of each other, and the sintering of the gazette to be processed and the sintering of the positive electrode material share the sintering apparatus 240, thereby greatly reducing , a space occupied by the sintering production line 10 and, meanwhile, the gazette to be processed is sintered by utilizing the furnace or the waste heat of the furnace through a "using any available space" mode, thereby avoiding the loss of heat energy and solving the problem that a conventional sintering production line 10 causes more loss of heat energy in the process of resting or stopping.
[0091] In one embodiment, before the step of conveying the gazette to be processed after drying to the supply region by the transfer device, and after the step of respectively soaking and drying the gazette to be processed after purging by the soaking and drying apparatus 230, the gazette recycling method further comprises: detecting whether the sintering production line body 100 is operating normally or not; and the step of conveying the gazette to be processed after drying to the supply region by the transfer device specifically comprises: when the sintering production line body is operating abnormally, conveying the gazette to be processed after drying to the supply region by the transfer device. In other words, when the sintering production line body 100 is operating abnormally, for example, when the sintering production line body 100 is in the rest or stop process, the gazette to be processed after drying is conveyed to the feeding region by the transfer device, while when the sintering production line body 100 is operating normally, the positive electrode material in the gazette is sintered by the furnace, so that the gazette recycling system 200 and the sintering production line body 100 are independent of each other, and the sintering of the gazette to be processed and the sintering of the positive electrode material share the sintering apparatus 240, thereby greatly reducing the space occupied by the sintering production line 10, and meanwhile, the gazette to be processed is sintered by utilizing the furnace or the waste heat of the furnace through the mode of "using any available space",which can avoid the loss of thermal energy and solve the problem that the conventional 10 sintering production line causes more thermal energy loss in the process of rest or shutdown.
[0092] In one embodiment, the step of conveying the gazette to be processed to the sintering channel for sintering by the conveyor belt comprises: conveying the gazette to be processed to the sintering channel for primary sintering by the conveyor belt firstly; then conveying the gazette after primary sintering in the discharge region to the soaking and drying apparatus 230 by the transfer device; then performing the secondary sintering and secondary drying on the gazette after primary sintering by the dipping and drying apparatus 230; then conveying the gazette after secondary drying to the feeding region by the transfer device; then performing secondary sintering on the gazette after secondary drying by the furnace.
[0093] Furthermore, after the step of performing secondary sintering on the gazette after secondary drying by the furnace, the gazette recycling method further comprises: transferring the gazette after secondary sintering to the warehouse or gazette loading location of the feeding apparatus 110 of the sintering production line body 100 for recycling, thereby prolonging a service life of the gazette. It will be understood that, in one embodiment, the gazette to be processed may be only quenched, dried and sintered once.
[0094] It will be understood that when the gazette to be processed is to be sintered twice, this will inevitably conflict with a normal operation time of the sintering production line body 100. Specifically, when the system detects that the sintering production line body 100 starts to operate normally, the conveying of the gazette not conveyed to the feeding region is stopped and it returns to the drying table. The gazette already conveyed to the feeding region or located in the furnace is conveyed to the discharge region and transferred to the drying table or the soaking unit,so that the normal operation of the sintering production line 10 has the top priority. ,
[0095] It should be noted that when the system detects that the sintering production line body 100 begins to operate abnormally, the gazette located in the furnace is conveyed to the discharge region, so as to ensure that the normal sintering of the positive electrode material in the furnace is completed.
[0096] Preferably, the sintering carried out on the positive electrode material by the sintering apparatus 240 lasts from 6 hours to 10 hours.
[0097] Preferably, the primary sintering performed on the newspaper to be processed by the sintering apparatus 240 lasts from 15 minutes to 30 minutes, which refers to the time required for conveying the newspaper to be processed from the supply region to the discharge region for the first time; and the secondary sintering performed on the newspaper to be processed by the sintering apparatus 240 lasts from 15 minutes to 30 minutes, which refers to the time required for conveying the newspaper to be processed from the supply region to the discharge region for the second time, so as to better sinter and repair the newspaper to be processed.
[0098] Preferably, the soaking performed on the gazette lasts from 15 minutes to 30 minutes. In the embodiment, the soaking performed on the gazette takes the same time whether the gazette is the gazette to be treated or the undamaged gazette. It will be understood that in other embodiments, the duration of the soaking performed on different gazettes is flexibly adjusted according to actual needs.
[0099] Preferably, drying by the drying table lasts at least 4 hours.
[0100] Preferably, the soaking suspension used in the soaking apparatus includes: 50 parts to 60 parts of matrix; 5 parts to 10 parts of clay; 5 parts to 10 parts of adhesion agent; and 10 parts to 15 parts of water, so that the soaking suspension is better impregnated into the gazette to be processed. It should be noted that water refers to pure water added in a preparation process, excluding water contained in other raw materials.
[0101] Preferably, the matrix may be a ground powder of the damaged gazette, with a ground particle size of 0.5 qm to 5 qm, so that the ground gazette is effectively reused, thereby avoiding direct discharge from affecting the environment, and reducing a cost of preparing the soaking suspension at the same time.
[0102] Furthermore, the step of sorting the gazettes by the sorting apparatus 210 specifically comprises: acquiring an image of a used gazette after turning over; and judging whether the gazette is the gazette to be processed, and when the gazette is the gazette to be processed, conveying the gazette to the purging unit 222 for cleaning and then conveying the gazette to the soaking unit. Otherwise, it is judged whether the gazette is the damaged gazette, and when the gazette is the damaged gazette, the damaged gazette is cleaned and dried, which facilitates the preparation of the matrix. For example, the damaged gazette must be purged by air and washed with water before being crushed, so as to clean the positive electrode material attached to the surface. When the gazette is not the damaged gazette, in other words when the gazette is the undamaged gazette, the gazette is conveyed to the purging unit 222 for cleaning and then conveyed to the gazette loading region at the feeding position.
[0103] Preferably, the clay has a particle size of less than 5 qm.
[0104] Preferably, the adhesion agent is at least one of polyurethane and polyacrylamide.
[0105] Preferably, a method for preparing the soaking slurry comprises: mixing corresponding amounts of materials and stirring the mixture. A stirring speed is from 1000 rpm to 1500 rpm. When the stirring speed is too slow, a stirring effect cannot be achieved, and a stirring time is too long, with low efficiency. When the stirring speed is too fast, it is easy to cause dust pollution due to a small particle size of the raw materials. In the embodiments, stirring lasts from 0.5 hours to 2 hours.
[0106] Furthermore, before the step of mixing corresponding amounts of materials and stirring the mixture, the method for preparing the soaking slurry further comprises: cleaning and drying the damaged gazette; and grinding the damaged gazette after drying.

[0110] 3. According to the above gazette recycling system 200, the gazette is modified based on a soaking technology, a state of each procedure is monitored by using a control system set in each link, a working state of the gazette soaking unit is adjusted in real time, and a time at which the gazette soaking unit enters a main unit is strictly controlled, thereby effectively utilizing the waste heat of the furnace while ensuring a smoothness of the procedure, without affecting a main technology.
