[0011] A vibro-acoustic cushion generating states of relaxation and meditation, the main object of the present invention, comprises an electronic device equipped with connections for charging an internal battery and transmitting a musical signal to external earphones, which excites an acoustic vibration generator on a rigid resonator covered with a soft foam material and coated with a flexible laminated cover; and comprises a cylindrical shape whose bases are eye-shaped, thus preventing it from rolling on a surface. Said vibro-acoustic cushion comprises an elongated shape whose cylinder height is at least 50% greater than the largest diameter of its eye-shaped bases. Said vibro-acoustic cushion further has a ratio between the length of the largest diameter of the eye-shaped base and that of the smallest diameter of said eye-shaped base of a value of at least 1.2.

[0012] Furthermore, said vibro-acoustic cushion comprises a single acoustic vibration generator on a single rigid resonator consisting of a plate extending in the plane formed by the largest diameters of the two eye-shaped bases of said cylinder.

[0013] In addition, said vibro-acoustic cushion comprises a window 10, in said cover, which conceals and allows access to the controls and connectors. Said window is composed, in a preferred embodiment, of a portion of the same material as that of the cover, which overlaps the controls and connectors, this window being located at a cutout made in said cover.

[0014] Thus, the present invention relates to a vibro-acoustic cushion generating states of relaxation and meditation, comprising an electronic device, connections for charging an internal battery; controls comprising a power button, connections for transmitting a musical signal to external earphones and LED indicators, an acoustic vibration generator; a rigid resonator; a soft foam material and a flexible laminated cover; said cushion having the shape of a cylinder and the generating bases of said cylinder being eye-shaped. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0015] The vibro-acoustic cushion which is the subject of the present invention was developed in order to provide an effective solution to the limitations of use of pillows and / or cushions. conventional, it combines functional advantages and remarkable performances which will emerge from the description made with reference to the figures which represent it in accordance with a preferred embodiment and its use.

[0016] The object of the present invention is therefore to provide a vibro-acoustic cushion using sound waves, developed in particular to transmit a gentle vibration in conjunction with music, by means of an earphone, for the relaxation and meditation of the user or the patient to be treated, the sound waves being emitted by electroacoustic transducers connected to programmable electronic devices which generate, process and allow the control of adjustable low-frequency signals. The cushion has as its main functional characteristic the shape of a cylinder whose bases are not circular but eye-shaped, as illustrated in the figures. This eye-shaped base of the cylinder ensures that the cushion does not roll and remains fixed in the position of use. This new shape for a vibro-acoustic cushion allows the cushion of the invention to generate vibrations against the body of the user or patient while preventing it from rolling involuntarily even when the person has reached the desired state. In particular, the functional shape of the present invention comes into its own when used in a vertical position between the spine of the user or patient and the back of a chair. In this position, the cylinder whose bases are eye-shaped remains placed between the shoulder blades, resting against the back of the person and the back of the chair or armchair. A feeling of security is thus transmitted since the vibro-acoustic cushion of the invention does not slip or roll, allowing the total transfer of its vibration to the spine of the person. The cylindrical shape from the eye-shaped generator leads to the shoulder blades remaining free and in a position where, instead of being curved forward, they remain slightly backward and downward, allowing the sternum to position itself slightly forward and upward. This is an ideal position for meditation. The functional shape of the present invention plays a role in the body position because it helps it to be well positioned for meditation when the user is sitting on a chair.

[0017] The electroacoustic transducers are arranged in the central axis of the cushion of the invention, preferably a single transducer. The main body is made of spongy polymeric material and, in its preferred version, it is composed of two symmetrical parts which are joined together by thermofusion of their peripheral edges located opposite each other or by gluing, or held by said cover.

[0018] The vibro-acoustic cushion of the present invention is a vibro-acoustic sound device in a cushion, the user being able to sit on it, hug it and place a part of his body on it in order to experience the vibration of sound and music at the area resting on the cushion. It has a headphone input so that the user can listen to music while feeling the vibrations in his body. It consists of a flexible part, preferably foam, a bass shaker transducer mounted on a rigid plate and a plastic compartment containing the electronic circuit and the battery.

[0019] In a preferred embodiment, it comprises a low-frequency transducer of the bass shaker type of between 8 and 16 ohms mounted on a rigid plate inside a foam cushion. The transducer is connected to an electronic circuit mounted in a plastic compartment inside the cushion itself. The electronic circuit receives a Bluetooth signal, converts it into analog audio, amplifies it and sends it back to the low-frequency transducer, which produces the vibration in the cushion. The vibration emitted by the transducer will propagate homogeneously through said rigid plate. This plate has the function of better distributing the vibration in each section of the cushion and, of course, of preventing the transducer from moving inside. It also has a headphone jack in order to listen to relaxation music during its use. It is powered, in a preferred embodiment, by a rechargeable lithium-ion battery. It has a USB-B or similar port, used to recharge the device's battery. In its preferred version, it has two indicator lights (power indicator and battery full indicator) as well as a power button mounted on a keyboard.

[0020] In a preferred embodiment which is illustrated in [Fig.l], it comprises: an outer cover 1, preferably made of textile, such as velvet; a foam filling 2 which may be high density foam: 30 kg / m3.In its preferred version, this filling is presented in two symmetrical parts connected by the plane formed by the larger diameters of the two eye-shaped bases of the cylinder; a rigid plate 3, which, in its preferred version, is a phenolic plywood or a thin pine wood or a plastic or metal sheet; a transducer 4, preferably bass shaker; a compartment made of a plastic material 5 such as PLA; an electronic circuit 6 comprising: an amplifier, a micro USB port for charging the battery, a Bluetooth receiver and a headphone input; a rechargeable lithium-ion battery 7; a cover made of a plastic material 8 which may be PLA; a power button 9, preferably a membrane with LEDs, indicator lights for the Bluetooth receiver and the battery power supply. Said vibro-acoustic cushion comprises a window 10, in said cover, which conceals and allows access to the controls and connectors.Said window is composed, in a preferred embodiment, of a portion of the same material as that of the cover, which overlaps the controls and connectors, this window being located at the level of a cutout made in said cover.

[0021] In the present invention, the liberty has been taken to call cylinder the longitudinal surface resulting from the conformational extension of the eye-shaped figures constituting the base of the cushion of the present invention and the generatrix of said "cylinder", as illustrated in the figures.

[0022] The vibro-acoustic cushion of the invention can be placed on the back, in order to receive the vibrations while listening to music. The vibrations help to enter states governed by the parasympathetic nervous system and thus help the inexperienced meditator to enter a meditative state.

[0023] The vibro-acoustic cushion of the present invention can be placed on the back, the user can also sit on it in a meditation position (crossed legs) and receive the vibrations propagating from the ischial bones to the bones and body tissues. There are other possible forms of use: lying on the back, legs bent, the cushion exerting pressure on the sacrum and relieving, thanks to the vibration, lower back pain, or in the same body position, legs stretched, with the cushion below the knees.
