Description

Title of the invention: PRESSURE-TYPE WRITING INSTRUMENT Field of invention

[0001] The present invention relates to a writing instrument, in particular a pressure-type writing instrument. Context

[0002] Currently, writing pens (such as signature pens, ballpoint pens, and gel pens) are indispensable stationery items for people's daily life and work. Writing pens can be classified based on their use methods into pressure-type writing instruments and cap-type pens. Due to its convenient operation, pressure-type writing instruments are widely used. For pressure-type writing instruments that use ink, protecting the pen tip from drying out is particularly important. Various technical solutions for protecting the pen tip from drying out are mentioned in Chinese patents with publication numbers CN108621640A, CN114103527A, and CN111186230A.These solutions generally achieve the effect of preventing drying out by covering the pen tip with a sealing part after it has retracted into the pen body. However, due to the installation constraints of the sealing part, it must be arranged in the pen body for switching, which results in a larger radial dimension of the pen body in order to satisfy the operational requirements of the sealing part switching, leading to a bulky overall size of the writing pen and a poor gripping feeling.

[0003] Taking the above part into consideration, the technical problem to be solved by the present invention is how to design a writing pen with a reduced radial dimension and an optimized gripping feeling so as to improve the user experience. Summary

[0004] The technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a pressure-type writing instrument which reduces the radial dimension of the writing pen and optimizes the gripping feeling in order to improve the user experience.

[0005] The technical solution provided by the present invention is a pressure-type writing instrument comprising: a pen body, wherein the head of the pen body is provided with an inlet-outlet hole, and the tail of the pen body is equipped with a pressing component; a pen core, wherein the head of the pen core is provided with a pen tip; the pen core is slidably arranged in the pen body; the pen tip is positioned near the inlet-outlet hole, and the pressing component is configured to drive the pen core to slide in the pen body; a spring arranged in the pen body and configured to apply an elastic force to the pen center portion in a direction away from the inlet-outlet hole; a sealing component comprising a first protective plate, a second protective plate, a shielding plate, and a connecting portion, wherein the cross sections of the first protective plate and the second protective plate are arc-shaped; the first protective plate and the second protective plate are arranged opposite each other to form an installation channel; the shielding plate is arranged at the ends of the first protective plate and the second protective plate; a first flexible connecting portion is formed between the shielding plate and the first protective plate; the connecting portion is positioned between the first protective plate and the second protective plate;a second flexible connecting part is formed between one end of the connecting part and the second protective plate, and a third flexible connecting part is formed between the other end of the connecting part and the shielding plate; wherein the sealing component is arranged in the pen body, the pen core part is arranged in the installation channel, and the shielding plate is positioned at the inlet-outlet hole; the pen core part is configured to drive the first protective plate and the second protective plate to move relative to each other, while extending out of the pen body, causing the shielding plate to flip open outside the pen body. ;

[0006] By placing a sealing component on the pen body, where the sealing component uses the two oppositely arranged first and second shield plates to form an installation channel for installing the pen core and using a shield plate to close the inlet-outlet hole of the pen body to prevent the pen tip from drying out, users can extend the pen tip outside the pen body while using a pressure-type writing instrument. This extension movement of the pen tip also drives the sealing component, causing the relative sliding between the first and second shield plates, and therefore the shield plate flips open outside the pen body to expose the pen tip. Since the shield plate completes the flipping operation outside the pen body, it does not occupy the internal space of the pen body, effectively reducing the radial dimension of the pen body, meeting the design requirements for a smaller pen body, and optimizing the gripping feel to improve the user experience.

[0007] Furthermore, when the pen core slides in the pen body to cause the pen tip to extend from the inlet-outlet hole to the outside of the pen body, the first shield plate and the second shield plate are successively positioned on the pen body in the movement direction of the pen core; when the first shield plate is positioned on the pen body and the second shield plate continues to move with the pen core, the shield plate turns over outside the pen body to open the installation channel.

[0008] Furthermore, the inner wall of the pen body is provided with a protruding positioning rib; the outer wall of the first protective plate is provided with a first positioning protrusion; the outer wall of the second protective plate is provided with a second positioning protrusion; when the pen tip is retracted into the pen body, the distance between the first positioning protrusion and the positioning rib is less than the distance between the second positioning protrusion and the positioning rib.

[0009] Furthermore, the first protective plate is provided with a first elastic portion and the second protective plate is provided with a second elastic portion; the outer wall of the pen core is provided with a first driving portion and a second driving portion, wherein the first driving portion is configured to abut against the free end of the first elastic portion to apply thrust thereto, when the pen core slides and extends and drives the first protective plate to move together with the pen core, the second driving portion is configured to abut against the free end of the second elastic portion to apply thrust thereto, when the pen core slides and extends and drives the second protective plate to move together with the pen core..

[0010] Further, the first driving portion and the second driving portion are groove structures formed on the outer wall of the pen core portion; or the first driving portion and the second driving portion are protruding structures formed on the outer wall of the pen core portion.

[0011] Further, the free end of the first elastic portion has a first projection projecting toward the inner wall of the pen body, and the free end of the second elastic portion has a second projection projecting toward the inner wall of the pen body; the inner wall of the pen body is provided with a first avoidance groove and a second avoidance groove; wherein the first positioning projection is configured to accommodate the first projection when the first positioning projection is engaged with the positioning rib, causing the first elastic portion to disengage from the first driving portion; the second avoidance groove is configured to accommodate the second projection when the second positioning projection is engaged with the positioning rib, causing the second elastic portion to disengage from the second driving portion.

[0012] Further, the first protective plate is provided with a first hollow opening and the first elastic portion is positioned in the first hollow opening; the second protective plate is provided with a second hollow opening and the second elastic portion is positioned in the second hollow opening.

[0013] Furthermore, the end of the first cover plate which is opposite the inlet-outlet hole is provided with a first pulling portion extending toward the second cover plate, and the end of the second cover plate which is opposite the inlet-outlet hole is provided with a second pulling portion extending toward the first cover plate; the first pulling portion and the second pulling portion are arranged opposite each other; the outer wall of the pen core is provided with a protrusion, and the protrusion is configured to sequentially pull the second pulling portion and the first pulling portion during the sliding retraction process of the pen core.

[0014] Furthermore, a guide groove is formed between the relative edges of the first cover plate and the second cover plate; the projection is slidably arranged in the guide groove, and the first pulling portion and the second pulling portion are positioned at the end of the guide groove opposite the inlet-outlet hole.

[0015] Further, it comprises a sealing ring, which is sleeved on the pen core; the outer edge of the sealing ring is pressed against the inner wall of the pen body; in a state in which the pen core is retracted into the pen body, the shielding plate blocks the inlet-outlet hole and the shielding plate and the sealing ring form a sealed gap between the pen body and the pen core with the pen tip positioned in the gap sealed. Detailed description

[0019] To bring out more clearly the purpose, technical solution and advantages of the present invention, the embodiments of the technical solutions in the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the drawings in the following part. Obviously, the described embodiments constitute only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, not all of the embodiments. Based on the embodiments of the present invention, all other embodiments obtained by those skilled in the art without creative work are within the scope of protection of the present invention.

[0020] First embodiment As shown in Figures 1 to 7, the present invention provides a pressure type writing instrument comprising: a pen body 1, a pen core 2, a spring 3 and a sealing component 4.

[0021] The head of the pen body 1 is opening with an inlet-outlet hole 11, and the tail of the pen body 1 is equipped with a pressure component (the physical representation of the pressure component may be a pen cap or other structures described in the prior art).

[0022] The head of the pen core 2 has a pen tip 21 and the pen core 2 is slidably installed in the pen body 1. The pen tip 21 is close to the inlet-outlet hole 11 and the pressure component is configured to be compressed and slid by the user to drive the pen core 2 to slide in the pen body 1.

[0023] The spring 3 is installed in the pen body 1 and exerts an elastic force on the pen center portion 2 toward the direction away from the inlet-outlet hole IL

[0024] The sealing component 4 comprises a first protective plate 41, a second protective plate 42, a shielding plate 43 and a connecting portion 44. The cross sections of the first protective plate 41 and the second protective plate 42 are arc-shaped. The first protective plate 41 and the second protective plate 42 are arranged, oppositely, to form an installation channel. The shielding plate 43 is arranged at the ends of the first protective plate 41 and the second protective plate 42. A first flexible connecting portion 401 is formed between the shielding plate 43 and the first protective plate 41 and the connecting portion 44 is positioned between the first protective plate 41 and the second protective plate 42.A second flexible connecting portion 402 is formed between one end of the connecting portion 44 and the second protective plate 42, and a third flexible connecting portion 403 is formed between the other end of the connecting portion 44 and the shielding plate 43. In which the sealing component 4 is placed in the pen body 1, the pen core portion 2 is placed in the installation channel, and the shielding plate 43 is arranged at the inlet-outlet hole 11. The pen core portion 2 is configured to drive the first protective plate 41 and the second protective plate 42 to move relative to each other, as it extends out of the pen body 1, causing the shielding plate 43 to flip open outside the pen body 1.

[0025] In particular, the first protective plate 41 and the second protective plate 42 of the sealing component 4 are arranged outside the pen core 2. The sealing component 4 and the pen core 2 are installed in the pen body 1, and the shielding plate 43 is provided at the inlet-outlet hole 11. The pressure component abuts on the pen core 2 and the spring 3 is positioned in the pen body 1 by applying pressure between the pen core 2 and the pen body 1 to provide the elastic force of returning to the initial state.

[0026] During use, when the user needs to write with the writing instrument of pressure type, the pressure component is compressed to slide the pen core 2 outward from the pen body 1. During the sliding process of the pen core 2, it drives the sealing component 4 to move along the pen body 1, causing the shield plate 43 to move outside the inlet-outlet hole 11. Meanwhile, the pen core 2 drives the first shield plate 41 and the second shield plate 42 to generate the relative movement. The flexible connections of the shield plate 43 between the first protective plate 41 and the second protective plate 42 enable the shield plate 43 to rotate relative to the first protective plate 41 by means of the first flexible connecting portion 401 and also the flexible connecting portions formed at both ends of the connecting portion 44 provide the force for the shield plate 43 to turn toward the first protective plate 41 after the relative movement generated between the first protective plate 41 and the second protective plate 42. Finally, the shield plate 43 is opened by turning outside the pen body 1 to expose the pen tip 21. Thus, the user can proceed to write.

[0027] After the user finishes using it, the action of compressing the pressure component again causes the pen core 2 and the sealing component 4 to move in the opposite direction under the action of the spring 3. The pen tip 21 finally retracts into the pen body 1, and the shielding plate 43 returns to block the inlet-outlet hole 11.

[0028] During the process in which the pen core 2 slides into the pen body 1, causing the pen tip 21 to extend from the inlet-outlet hole 11 to the outside of the pen body 1, the first shield plate 41 and the second shield plate 42 are successively positioned on the pen body 1 along the movement direction of the pen core 2. In addition, during the process in which the first shield plate 41 is positioned on the pen body 1, while the second shield plate 42 continues to move with the pen core 2, the shield plate 43 opens, by turning over, the installation channel on the outside of the pen body 1.

[0029] In particular, during the process in which the pen core 2 slides and extends, at the initial stage, the first protective plate 41 and the second protective plate 42 move together with the pen core 2, causing the shielding plate 43 to extend from the inlet-outlet hole 11. When the pen core 2 continues to move, the first protective plate 41 is fixed by the position of the pen body 1, while the second protective plate 42 continues to move with the pen core 2, thereby obtaining the relative movement between the first protective plate 41 and the second protective plate 42. This movement, in turn, causes the shielding plate 43 to open, by turning over, outside the pen body 1.

[0030] By placing a sealing component on the pen body, where the sealing component uses the two oppositely arranged first and second protective plates, to form an installation channel for installing the pen core, and by using a shielding plate to close the inlet-outlet hole of the pen body, the pen tip can prevent drying out. Users can extend the pen tip to the outside of the pen body while using a pressure-type writing instrument, this extension movement of the pen tip also drives the sealing component, causing the relative sliding between the first and second protective plates and therefore, the shielding plate flips open outside the pen body to expose the pen tip.Since the armor plate completes the turning operation outside the pen body, it does not occupy the internal space of the pen body, effectively reducing the radial dimension of the pen body, meeting the design requirements for a smaller pen body, and optimizing the gripping feeling to improve the user experience.

[0031] In some embodiments, the inner wall of the pen body 1 is provided with a protruding positioning rib 13, the outer wall of the first cover plate 41 is provided with a first positioning protrusion 411, and the outer wall of the second cover plate 42 is provided with a second positioning protrusion 421. When the pen tip 21 is retracted into the pen body 1, the distance from the first positioning protrusion 411 to the positioning rib 13 is less than the distance from the second positioning protrusion 421 to the positioning rib 13.

[0032] In particular, in order to position the first protective plate 41 and the second protective plate 42 sequentially during the process in which the pen core 2 drives the sealing component 4 to move together, the first positioning protrusion 411 and the second positioning protrusion 421 are provided on the first protective plate 41 and the second protective plate 42, respectively. In order to achieve the sequential positioning of the first protective plate 41 and the second protective plate 42 during the movement of the pen core 2, the distances between the first positioning protrusion 411 and the positioning rib 13, and between the second positioning protrusion 421 and the other positioning rib 13, are designed to be different. With this arrangement during the movement of the sealing component 4 with the central pen part 2, the first positioning projection . 411 firstly contacts the positioning rib 13 to position the first protective plate 41, without moving with the pen center portion 2; and then, after another movement, the second positioning projection 421 contacts the positioning rib 13 to position the second protective plate 42 without moving with the pen center portion 2.

[0033] In another embodiment, the first protective plate 41 is provided with a first elastic portion 412, and the second protective plate 42 is provided with a second elastic portion 422. The outer wall of the pen center portion 2 is provided with a first driving portion 22 and a second driving portion 23.The first drive portion 22 is configured to abut against the free end of the first elastic portion 412 to apply thrust thereto when the pen core portion 2 slides and extends and drives the first protective plate 41 to move together with the pen core portion 2. The second drive portion 23 is configured to abut against the free end of the second elastic portion 422 to apply thrust when the pen core portion 2 slides and extends and drives the second protective plate 42 to move together with the pen core portion 2.

[0034] In particular, during the process in which the pen core 2 extends out of the pen body 1, the pen core 2 initially drives the first cover plate 41 and the second cover plate 42 to move synchronously, and after the first cover plate 41 and the second cover plate 42 have been limited by the positioning rib 13, the pen core 2 then slides alone. In order to reliably drive the two cover plates to move, the first drive portion 22 and the second drive portion 23 are arranged on both sides of the pen core 2.Taking the cooperation between the first driving part 22 and the first elastic part 412 to cause the intermittent movement of the first protective plate 41 as an example, when the user presses the pressing component to drive the pen core part 2 to extend outward, the first driving part 22 abuts against the first elastic part 412 to drive the first protective plate 41 to move. When the first positioning projection 411 on the first protective plate 41 abuts against the positioning rib 13, the first elastic part 412 undergoes deformation to detach from the first driving part 22, allowing the pen core part 2 to continue to move.Similarly, the driving mode of the second driving part 23 and the second elastic part 422 is the same as the above explanation and will not be repeated here.

[0035] Wherein the first driving portion 22 and the second driving portion 23 are grooved structures, formed on the outer wall of the pen core 2. During use, taking the first driving portion 22 which cooperates with the first elastic portion 412 as an example, when the pen core 2 drives the first protective plate 41 to move, the free end of the first elastic portion 412 is inserted into the groove structure, and when the first protective plate 41 is positioned by the first positioning projection 411 and the positioning rib 13, the free end of the first elastic portion 412 is deformed by the groove structure and detached from the groove structure.

[0036] Alternatively, the first drive portion 22 and the second drive portion 23 are protruding structures formed on the outer wall of the pen core 2. During use, taking the first drive portion 22 which cooperates with the first elastic portion 412 as an example, when the pen core 2 drives the first protective plate 41 to move, the free end of the first elastic portion 412 is inserted outside the protruding structure, and when the first protective plate 41 is positioned by the first positioning protrusion 411 and the positioning rib 13, the free end of the first elastic portion 412 is deformed by the protruding structure and detached from the protruding structure.

[0037] In addition, in order to improve the smoothness of the pressing action, the free end of the first elastic portion 412 is equipped with a first projection 413 projecting toward the inner wall of the pen body 1, and the free end of the second elastic portion 422 is equipped with a second projection 423 projecting toward the inner wall of the pen body 1. The inner wall of the pen body 1 is provided with a first avoidance groove 14 and a second avoidance groove 15. The first avoidance groove 14 is configured to accommodate the first projection 413 when the first positioning projection 411 is engaged with the positioning rib 13, causing the first elastic portion 412 to disengage from the first driving portion 22.The second avoidance groove 15 is configured to accommodate the second projection 423 when the second positioning projection 421 is engaged with the positioning rib 13, causing the second elastic portion 422 to disengage from the second driving portion 23.

[0038] In particular, in order to improve the smoothness of the user's pressing action when pressing the pressing component, the avoidance grooves are formed on the inner wall of the pen body 1 to accommodate the elastic parts after the protective plates are positioned, ensuring that the pen center part 2 can slide smoothly after the protective plates are positioned. Taking the first protective plate 41 as an example, in the retracted state of the pen core 2, the first projection 413 abuts against the inner wall of the pen body 1, causing the first elastic portion 412 to undergo the elastic deformation toward the pen core 2, allowing the free end of the first elastic portion 412 to engage with the first driving portion 22. As the pen core 2 slides outward, when the first positioning projection 411 engages with the positioning rib 13, the first projection 413 slides into the first avoidance groove 14, and the first elastic portion 412, using its own elasticity, returns to the initial state and positions itself in the first avoidance groove 14, allowing the first elastic portion 412 to automatically disengage from the first part training 22.In this way, after the first protective plate 41 has been positioned, the user can continue the regular pressure to move the central part of pen 2. .

[0039] In a particular embodiment, the first protective plate 41 is provided with a first hollow opening 414, and the first elastic portion 412 is positioned in the first hollow opening 414. The second protective plate 42 is provided with a second hollow opening 424, and the second elastic portion 422 is positioned in the second hollow opening 424.

[0040] In particular, in order to achieve a compact design, the first protective plate 41 is formed with the first hollow opening 414 to accommodate the first elastic portion 412. Similarly, the second protective plate 42 is formed with the second hollow opening 424 to accommodate the second elastic plate 422, reducing the overall length dimension of the sealing component 4 and satisfying the requirements of a compact design.

[0041] In another embodiment, in order to pull and reset the first cover plate 41 and the second cover plate 42 by the pen center portion 2 during its retraction process into the pen body 1, the end of the first cover plate 41 that is opposite the inlet-outlet hole 11 is provided with a first pulling portion 415 extending toward the second cover plate 42, and the end of the second cover plate 42 that is opposite the inlet-outlet hole 11 is provided with a second pulling portion 425 extending toward the first cover plate 41. The first pulling portion 415 and the second pulling portion 425 are arranged opposite each other. The outer wall of the pen core 2 is provided with a protrusion 24, and the protrusion 24 is configured to sequentially pull the second pulling portion 425 and the first pulling portion 415 during the sliding retraction process of the pen core 2.

[0042] In particular, for a pressure-type writing instrument in the writing state, when the user presses the pressure component and releases it, the pen core 2, under the action of the spring 3, springs back and returns to the initial state. During the rearward movement of the pen core 2, the projection 24 sequentially abuts the first pulling portion 415 and the second pulling portion 425, finally driving the first shield plate 41 and the second shield plate 42 to return to the initial state. In this process, when the projection 24 first abuts the first pulling portion 415 to pull the first shield plate 41 to move, the shield plate 43 reversely turns over and blocks the installation channel formed by the first shield plate 41 and the second shield plate 42.Then, the projection 24 abuts against the second pulling part 425. When the pen center part 2 continues to move, the projection 24 synchronously pulls the first shielding plate 41 and the second shielding plate 42, causing the shielding plate 43 to retract and cover the inlet-outlet hole 11. Finally, the pen center part 2 and the sealing component 4 return to the initial state.

[0043] In one embodiment, a guide groove (not shown) is formed between the relative edges of the first cover plate 41 and the second cover plate 42. The projection 24 is slidably arranged in the guide groove, and the first pulling portion 415 and the second pulling portion 425 are positioned at the end of the guide groove opposite the inlet-outlet hole 11.

[0044] In another embodiment, in order to improve the sealing, the pressure-type writing instrument also comprises a sealing ring 5, which is sleeved on the pen core 2. The outer edge of the sealing ring 5 is pressed against the inner wall of the pen body 1. In the retracted state of the pen core 2 into the pen body 1, the shielding plate 43 blocks the inlet-outlet hole 11, and the shielding plate 43 and the sealing ring 5 form a sealed space between the pen body 1 and the pen core 2, with the pen tip 21 positioned in the sealed space.

[0045] In particular, when the pen core 2 is in the retracted state, the inlet-outlet hole 11 is covered by the shielding plate 43, and the sealing ring 5 on the pen core 2 is in contact with the inner wall of the pen body 1. This arrangement enables the pen tip 21 located in a relatively sealed space created between the shielding plate 43 and the sealing ring 5 inside the pen body 1, to effectively prevent the pen tip 21 from drying out.

[0046] In a second embodiment, based on the first embodiment, in order to obtain a pressing operation, as shown in Figures 12 to 15, The pressure-type writing instrument typically comprises a pressure component 6 in the pen body 1.

[0047] In this embodiment, the head of the pen body 1 is opened with an inlet-outlet hole 11, and the inner wall at the tail of the pen body 1 is provided with several guide ribs 12. The inner wall of the pen body 1 also has a positioning member 10, the guide ribs 12 extending along the length of the pen body 1 and are arranged outside the positioning member 10. The head of the pen core 2 is equipped with a pen tip 21, and the pen core 2 is slidably arranged in the pen body 1, with the pen tip 21 near the inlet-outlet hole 11. The spring 3 is disposed in the pen body 1 and is configured to apply an elastic force to the pen core 2 toward the direction away from the inlet-outlet hole 11. The pressing component 6 comprises a pressing part 61, an extension rod 62 and a movable gear 63.The end of the pressing part 61 is provided with guide teeth 611 and the pressing part 61 is slidably arranged at the tail of the pen body 1. The movable gear 63 is positioned between adjacent guide ribs 12 and the extension rod 62 is provided on the pressing part 61 and abuts against the pen center part 2. The movable gear 63 is sleeved outside the extension rod 62 and is positioned between the positioning member 10 and the guide teeth 611.

[0048] In particular, during use by the user, the pen core portion 2 is initially retracted into the pen body 1. When the user presses the pressing portion 61, the pressing portion 61, under the pressure, moves toward the inside of the pen body 1, and during this movement, it drives the extension rod 62 to move synchronously. Thus, the extension rod 62 directly transmits force to the pen core portion 2.

[0049] Under the action of the extension rod 62, the pen core 2 overcomes the restoring force and moves into the pen body 1, finally causing the pen tip 21 to extend from the inlet-outlet hole 11 to the outside of the pen body 1.

[0050] During the process in which the pressure component 61 drives the pen core 2 via the extension rod 62, the guide teeth 611 slide along the guide ribs 12 on the inner wall of the pen body 1 and abut against the movable gear 63. This arrangement causes the movable gear 63 to slide along the guide ribs 12. During this sliding process, the teeth of the movable gear 63 disengage from between the two guide ribs 12. At this point, since the pen core 2 is still abutted by the extension rod 62, the elastic force produced by the spring cannot be transmitted to the movable gear 63 via the pen core 2, thereby preventing the movable gear 63 from bouncing back. After the movable gear 63 has disengaged from between the two guide ribs 12, the guide teeth 611 continue to compress the tooth structure on the movable gear 63, causing the movable gear 63 to rotate.

[0051] The positional connection relationship between the movable gear 63 and the associated components changes for different stages of the pressure-type writing instrument during use, and the specific explanation is as follows.

[0052] In the retracted state of the pen core 2, there are gaps between the movable gear 63 and the end of the pen core 2 or the guide teeth 611.

[0053] In particular, in the retracted state of the pen core 2, the movable gear 63 can move freely over a small distance between the pen core 2 and the guide teeth 611. For example, when the head of the pen body 1 is facing downward, the movable gear 63 is in contact with the pen core 2 and creates a gap with the guide teeth 611. On the contrary, when the tail of the pen body 1 is facing downward, the movable gear 63 is in contact with the guide teeth 611 and creates a gap with the pen core 2. With this arrangement, when the user presses, the pen core 2 directly receives pressure from the extension rod 62, and the movable gear 63 does not transmit force to drive the pen core 2 to extend.

[0054] When the pressure component 61 is in the maximum pressure stroke position, the movable gear 63 abuts against the positioning element 10.

[0055] In particular, when the user pushes the pressure component 61 all the way down, the movable gear 63 abuts against the positioning member 10 to limit its movement. This prevents the movable gear 63 from applying pressure to the pen center portion 2 and limits the movement stroke of the movable gear 63.

[0056] Furthermore, in the extended position in which the pen tip 21 is in the writing state, the pen center portion 2 abuts against the movable gear 63, causing the movable gear 63 to be clamped between the pen center portion 2 and the guide ribs 12.

[0057] In particular, in the writing state, since the pressure component is no longer under pressure, under the action of the spring 3, the central pen part 2 exerts pressure on the movable gear 63 in order to position it on the guide ribs 12.

[0058] In some embodiments, the positioning member 10 is an integral positioning rib formed on the inner wall of the pen body 1. In particular, during the manufacturing process of the pen body 1, the posi operation can be treated, in a solid manner, on its internal wall, in order to serve as a positioning element 10.

[0059] Alternatively, in another embodiment, the positioning element 10 is a positioning sleeve inserted into the pen body 1.

[0060] Alternatively, in another embodiment, the pen body comprises an upper body (not shown) and a lower body (not shown), where the upper body and the lower body are detachably connected. The lower body extends into the end face of the upper body to form the positioning member.

[0061] In some embodiments, the free end of the extension rod 62 is equipped with a pressure plate 621, and the pressure plate 621 abuts against the central pen portion 2.

[0062] In particular, to facilitate assembly, a pressure plate 621 is placed on the extension rod 62. During assembly, the movable gear 63 is sleeved on the extension rod 62 and supported by the pressure plate 621. Then, the extension rod 62 is inserted into the pressure component for fixing, and the pressure component 61, the extension rod 62 and the movable gear 63 are assembled together and loaded into the pen body 1.

[0063] By placing the extension rod on the pressing part of the pressing component and using it to abut against the pen center part in the pen body, the extension rod replaces the movable gear by directly applying force to the pen center part to drive its sliding movement in the pen body. In this way, while the user presses the pressing component, the extension rod always abuts against the pen center part to apply pressure, and the elastic force produced by the spring is not transmitted to the movable gear through the pen center part. For this reason, when the moving gear leaves the end of the guide ribs, the moving gear does not move in reverse due to the action of the restoring force to generate an impact sound, thereby reducing the impact sound generated during the pressing process and improving the user experience.

[0064] Finally, it should be noted that the above embodiments are only used to illustrate the technical solutions of the present invention, not to limit them. Although the technical solutions have been described in detail with reference to the above embodiments, those skilled in the art will understand that they can still make modifications or equivalents to certain technical features based on the preceding part. These modifications or replacements do not depart from the essence or scope of the technical solutions of the various embodiments of the present invention.
