Abstract
Description
Description Title of the invention: Quick attachment device for connecting a tool to an arm of a work or handling machine, and method corresponding FIELD OF THE INVENTION
[0001] = The present invention relates generally to quick-attach devices intended for use with a work or handling tool, such as a bucket, equipped of a fixing adapter device, for fixing or removing the tool relative to the arm of the machine by means of said quick coupling device. PREVIOUS ART
[0002] — Quick attachment devices intended to be used with a work or handling tool, such as a bucket, equipped with a device mounting adapter.
[0003] — In particular, the state of the art is known of so-called quick-attachment devices of mixed type defined as being quick attachment devices whose engagement and locking is carried out from the operator's machine station (cabin) but the disengagement (unlocking) is performed by human effort (i.e. manually, preferably by means of a tool such as a lever) on the fastening device fast.
[0004] = The quick-release device comprises a locking and unlocking system rusting to allow the quick coupler device to be locked with the device adapter, while allowing unlocking by manual action of the operator on the locking and unlocking system of the quick-release device for be able to separate (remove) the quick-attach device from the device tool adapter.
[0005] — Thus, in the known solutions of the state of the art, when an operator of a work or handling machine wishes to change the tool which is fixed at the end of machine arm, the operator controls the machine to position the tool at ground clearance. Then the operator gets off the machine and uses a bar or lever that it engages with the locking and unlocking system of the attachment device fast and rotates to activate the unlocking.
[0006] The unlocking being maintained by the action of the operator on the lever, the assembly of the adapter device and associated tool can then separate from the attachment device fast by gravity and fall to the ground.
[0007] — However, it is noted that there is a risk of accident for the operator who is present near the tool during the fall which results from the separation of the tool and of the adapter device in relation to the quick-attach device. Indeed, in order for the quick coupling device to be separated from the adapter device, the operator must use his lever to maintain the unlocking of the quick coupling device and therefore remain close to the quick coupling device and the tool so that the adapter device and the associated tool can separate from the quick coupling device and fall to the ground. The operator then risks being injured by the fall to the ground of the entire tool and adapter device. The aim of the present invention is to propose a new quick attachment device and a corresponding attachment and detachment method making it possible to overcome all or part of the problems set out above. Summary of the invention To this end, the invention relates to a quick-attach device for a work or handling tool, such as a bucket, provided with a fixing adapter device, the quick-attach device being capable of being fixed to the adapter device and removed from the adapter device, the adapter device comprising a first attachment axis and a second attachment axis spaced apart from each other and a base spaced apart from the attachment axes; the quick-attach device comprising a main body and connecting elements carried by the main body for connecting said attachment device to an arm of a work or handling machine; the main body of the quick-attach device having a hooking part, called a hook, capable of cooperating with the first attachment axis of the adapter device;the quick-attach device comprising a system for locking and unlocking the quick-attach device relative to the adapter device, the locking and unlocking system comprising a locking member, called a lock, said lock being capable, in the inserted state of the lock of the quick-attach device in the space defined between the attachment axes and the adapter device base, of being moved, preferably by sliding, between: ; - a position called the locking extension position in which the lock extends between the base and the second attachment axis, preventing the removal of the quick-attach device, the lock being returned to said extension position by a return member, - and a so-called retracted position which allows the quick-attach device to be removed from the adapter device; characterized in that the locking and unlocking system is configured to allow: - automatically lock the quick-attach device with the adapter device by triggering the movement of the lock to the locking out position when the lock is inserted between the attachment pins and the base of the device adapter; - and manually unlock the quick-attach device relative to the adapter device, and maintain, without manual action, the unlocked state by maintaining the retracted position of the lock of the quick-attach device relative to the adapter device. Such a design of the quick-attach device makes it possible to separate the quick-attach device from the adapter device of the tool while leaving the tool resting on the ground (and therefore without the need to pre-position the tool away from the ground prior to unlocking), and without risk to the operator. Indeed, once the quick-attach device is manually unlocked by the operator, the unlocked state is maintained without additional manual action so that the operator can move away from the tool, or even get back into the machine if the operator is also the driver, while the driver of the machine controls the pivoting of the quick-attach device fixed at the end of the arm of the machine, in the direction of lifting the front of the quick-attach device, to remove the quick-attach device from the adapter device of the tool. Said quick-release device remains in the unlocked state until said quick-release device is replaced in the adapter device. The quick-attach device may also include one or more of the following features taken in any technically admissible combination. According to one embodiment of the invention, the quick attachment device comprises: - a locking member, called a stirrup, movable between a locking position of the lock which prevents the movement of the lock and an unlocking position in which the lock is movable between its retracted position and its extended position; - a member, called a fork, the fork being movable relative to the main body of the quick-attach device, preferably by being pivotally mounted around an axis orthogonal to the direction of movement of the lock; the movement of the fork being controllable by a manual actuating device, such as an angled key, to allow the fork to be moved, from a so-called initial position in which the stirrup and the lock are not acted upon by the fork, to one or more so-called active positions causing, simultaneously or sequentially, a movement of the stirrup to the unlocking position, and a push on the lock to the retracted unlocking position, said fork being returned to the initial position by a return member, the stirrup being returned by a return member, preferably by a leaf spring, against the lock to allow the lock to be locked in the retracted position or in the extended position. According to one embodiment of the invention, the lock, the fork and the stirrup are configured such that: - in the extended locking position of the lock and in the initial position of the fork relative to the stirrup, the stirrup blocks the lock in said extended locking position; - in the active position of the fork against the stirrup and against the lock, simultaneously or sequentially, the fork inactivates the blocking of the lock by the stirrup and moves the lock to a retracted unlocking position; - the stirrup is returned to the locking position of the lock in said retracted unlocking position. According to one embodiment of the invention, the locking and unlocking system comprises a member called a trigger, preferably carried by the stirrup, which has: - a first mobility of movement relative to the main body of the quick-attach device, preferably pivoting, between an activated position in which the stirrup is driven into the lock-unlocking position, and an inactive position in which the stirrup is in the lock-blocking position; - a second mobility of movement relative to the main body of the quick-attach device, preferably sliding, between a so-called armed position in which the trigger is movable by a member of the locking and unlocking system, called a feeler, to move from the inactive position of the trigger to the activated position, and a so-called disarmed position in which the trigger is not movable by the feeler according to the first mobility of movement, the feeler being movable between, when the trigger is in the armed position, an inactive position in which the feeler leaves the trigger in the inactive position, and an active position in which the feeler moves the trigger to the activated position so that the stirrup is moved to the lock release position. According to one embodiment of the invention, the probe is movable in a direction parallel to the direction of movement of the lock. According to one embodiment of the invention, the lock and the trigger are configured such that movement of the lock from the retracted position to the extended position causes movement of the trigger from its armed position to its disarmed position. According to one embodiment of the invention, the lock, the trigger and the feeler are configured such that moving the trigger from its armed position to its disarmed position releases the positioning of the feeler between the lock and the trigger. so that, in the positioned state of the sensor between the lock and the trigger, the trigger is held in the disarmed position. According to one embodiment of the invention, the lock, the trigger and the feeler are configured such that, in the retracted position of the lock and in the inactive position of the feeler, the trigger is returned by a return member to the initiated position on the movement stroke of the feeler. DETAILED DESCRIPTION The inventive concept is described more fully below with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which one embodiment of the inventive concept is shown. In the drawings, the size and relative sizes of elements may be exaggerated for clarity. Like numerals refer to like elements throughout the drawings. However, this inventive concept may be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as being limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Instead, these embodiments are provided so that this description is complete, and communicates the scope of the inventive concept to those skilled in the art. A reference throughout the specification to "an embodiment" means that a particular feature, structure, or characteristic described in connection with an embodiment is included in at least one embodiment of the present invention. Thus, the occurrence of the phrase "in an embodiment" at various locations throughout the specification does not necessarily refer to the same embodiment. Furthermore, the particular features, structures, or characteristics may be combined in any suitable manner in one or more embodiments. With reference to the figures, a quick attachment device 2 is shown. The quick-attach device 2 is intended to be used with a work or handling tool 1003, such as a bucket 1003 as illustrated in [Fig. 3], provided with a fixing adapter device 1. Preferably, the adapter device 1 is welded to the tool 1003, here the top of the bucket. The quick-attach device 2 is itself intended to be fixed to an arm 1002 of a work or handling machine (or device) 1000 (Figures 10 and 11), to enable the free end of the arm 1002 to be equipped with said tool by means of the quick-attach device 2. In particular, the quick-attach device 2 comprises ears 21 corresponding to lateral parts located on the main body 200 and through which are provided orifices 211 configured to be crossed by connecting pins carried by the end of the arm 1002 of the machine in order to connect the quick-attach device 2 to the arm of the machine. According to a particular aspect, the quick-attach device 2 to the arm of the machine is pivotally controllable relative to the arm of the machine, for example using a jack. As illustrated in Figures 10 and 11, the quick-attach device 2 is fixed (linked) to the arm while being pivotally controllable relative to the arm. The machine arm is an arm 1002 articulated to the frame 1001 of the machine 1000 to allow the arm to be pivoted between a lowered position and a raised position. The articulation axis is usually parallel to the ground support plane of the ground movement means of the machine, such as wheels or tracks, and orthogonal to the longitudinal axis of the machine which corresponds to the direction of forward travel of the machine in a straight line. The articulation axis of the arm corresponds to a horizontal axis on horizontal ground. The arm may be formed of several articulated and / or telescopic sections. The mobility(ies) of the arm can be actuated by actuators such as a cylinder system. The cylinder system, which may include a control cylinder for pivoting the quick-attach device 2 relative to the arm, can be controlled by the operator of the machine using a control system which includes, for example, a control joystick. The machine is, for example, an excavator type machine (or earthmoving machine), such as a digger or a backhoe loader. The quick-attach device 2 is configured to be able to be fixed (attached) to the adapter device | attachment and to be able to be removed from the adapter device 1 once the quick-attach device 2 is unlocked, without the operator having to manually maintain an unlocked state of the quick-attach device 2 with respect to the adapter device 1, which would require the operator to be present near the tool until the moment of its detachment and therefore would present a risk of injury to the operator in addition to being tedious. By keeping the quick-attach device 2 unlocked relative to the adapter device 1, the operator can move away from the quick-attach device 1 and therefore from the tool 1003 which is equipped with the adapter device 1, once the unlocking has been manually controlled, leaving the tool 1003 on the ground so that it does not injure the operator when removing the quick-attach device 2 from the adapter device 1. It is understood that, conversely, in the state of the art, the absence of unlocked maintenance did not allow the tool to be left on the ground, because if the operator released the control lever, the locking was reactivated, and if the operator maintained the unlocked state locked with the control lever in hand, there was a risk of injury when the machine arm was moved by the driver to rotate the attachment device to release it from the tool's adapter device. Furthermore, if the operator was alone and was therefore also the driver, it was necessary for the operator to pre-position the ground-clearing tool to allow it to detach by gravity once the quick-attach device was unlocked from the adapter device, so the operator risked injury from the tool falling. Adapter device The adapter device 1 comprises a base 100 fixed to the tool 1003, opposite side walls 101 which each extend along an edge, called the longitudinal edge, of the base 100. The side walls 101 extend parallel to each other. The side walls 101 are connected to each other by a first attachment axis, hereinafter called the first bar 11, and a second attachment axis, called the second bar 12, parallel to each other and spaced apart from the base 100. According to a particular aspect, the base 100 is spaced apart from the bars 11, 12 in a transverse direction, preferably orthogonal to the plane passing through the bars. In the embodiment illustrated in the figures, in the locked state of the quick-attachment device 2 with the adapter device 1 for fixing, the hook 22 of the quick-attachment device 2 is applied to said first attachment axis (first bar 11), and the lock 3 extends between the second attachment axis (second bar 12), and the base 100. Thus, the quick-attachment device 2 is attached to the adapter device 1 at its hook 22 by the first attachment axis (first bar 11) and at its lock 3 by the second attachment axis (second bar 12), which forms a retaining stop preventing the quick-attachment device 2 from coming out of the adapter device 1. The first bar 11 is preferably of circular section to allow the hook 22 of the quick-attach device 2 to pivot around the first bar 11, in the unlocked state of the quick-attach device 2 relative to the adapter device 1. It is understood that the second bar 12 can have different shapes provided that the second bar 12 offers a stop surface to the lock (located on the side of the lock opposite the base) when the lock is in the unlocked position, i.e. between the second bar 12 and the base 100. As detailed below, the spacing between the first bar 11 and the second bar 12 defines an entry and exit opening for a part of the quick-attach device 2, and in particular the lock 3 as detailed below, in the space delimited between the plane passing through the bars 11, 12 and the base 100, to allow the lock 3 to be positioned in this space under one 12 of the bars (i.e. between the bar and the base) when said lock is brought into the extended position, while a The hooking part of the quick-attach device 2, called hook 22, is hooked to the other bar 11. This makes it possible to obtain a locking of the quick-attach device 2 relative to the adapter device 1. Indeed, the cooperation of the hook 22 of the quick-attach device 2 with one 11 of the bars and the passage of the lock 3 under the other bar 12 when said lock 3 is moved to the extended position, prevents a withdrawal of the quick-attach device 2 relative to the adapter device 1, the bar 12 forming an anti-withdrawal stop of the quick-attach device 2 with respect to the lock 3. In the inserted state of the quick-attach device 2 in the adapter device 1 (i.e. with the lock located in the space between the bars and the base), the cooperation of the bar 11 with the hook 22 prevents a translational movement of the quick-attach device 2 in a direction opposite to the bar 12 or in a direction orthogonal to the plane passing through the axes of the bars 11, 12. In the retracted position of the lock 3 (presented below), the lock 3 and therefore the quick-attach device 2 can escape from the bar 12, by pivoting the hook 22 of the quick-attach device 2 around the bar 11, in the direction of moving the free end 312 of the lock 3 away from the base 100. The free end 312 of the lock 3 is the end of the lock that passes under the bar 12 when the lock 3 is moved from its retracted position to its extended position. The quick-attach device 2 can then be moved away from the bar 11 to separate the hook 22 of the quick-attach device 2 from the bar 11, without being hindered by the bar 12. The bars 11, 12 are configured to allow the hook 22 of the quick-attach device 2 to engage with any one of the first and second bars 11, 12, and then allow the lock 3 shown below to come into the extended locking position under the other bar 12. According to a particular aspect, the adapter device 1 has a plane of symmetry which passes between the bars 11, 12. i Device The quick-attach device 2 comprises a main body 200 and connecting ears 21 carried by the main body 200, for connecting said attachment device 2 to an arm of a work or handling machine as explained above. The main body 200 of the quick-attach device 2 has a hooking portion 22, also called a hook, capable of cooperating with the first bar 11 of the adapter device 1 during an operation of fixing the quick-attach device 2 to the adapter fixing device 1. The fixing operation which includes the positioning of the lock 3 between the second bar 12 and the base 100 is presented subsequently. The main body 200 of the quick-attach device 2 carries side walls, also called connecting ears 21, which have through holes 211 to enable the quick-attach device 2 to be coupled to connecting axes of a coupling interface of an arm of a work machine. The quick-attach device 2 comprises a system for locking and unlocking the quick-attach device 2 relative to the adapter device 1. Locking and unlocking system The locking and unlocking system comprises a locking member 3, called a lock. In the remainder of the description, a single lock is described, but it can be provided that the locking system comprises several locks, for example two locks arranged in parallel to each other. The lock 3 has an elongated shape. The lock 3 is mounted to be movable, preferably sliding along its longitudinal axis, and can, when the stirrup S is actuated to release the lock (as detailed below), take a locking position, also called the extended position, which prevents the removal of the quick-attach device 2, due to the combination of the cooperation of the hook 22 of the quick-attach device 2 with the first bar 11 and the cooperation of the lock 3 with the second bar 12. As detailed below, under the action of a push by the fork 4 against the lock 3 (and when the stirrup 5 is actuated to unlock the lock), the lock 3 can also take an unlocking position, also called the retracted position, in which the lock 3 is moved away from the second bar 12 so as to allow the removal of the quick-attach device 2 relative to the adapter device 1. The locking and unlocking system comprises a return member 313, such as a return spring, configured to return the lock 3 to the extended locking position. An indicator device 29 linked to the lock 3 allows the operator to know the position of the lock 3. In a projected view in a plane passing through the axes of the bars 11, 12, the retracted position of the lock 3 is a position of the lock in which the free end 312 of the lock is spaced from the bar 12, while the extended position of the lock is a position of the lock in which the free end 312 of the lock 3 of the lock is located under the bar 12 or extends beyond the bar 12, on the side of the bar 12 opposite to that oriented towards the bar 11. In other words, the extended position of the lock is an end position in which the lock 3 is returned by the spring 312 in which the end 312 of the lock 3 is further from the fork 4 than in the retracted position. The locking and unlocking system allows automatic locking of tically the quick-release device 2 onto the adapter device 1 during the attachment of the quick-release device 2 onto the adapter device 1. The locking and unlocking system also makes it possible to manually unlock the quick-attach device 2 relative to the adapter device 1, and to maintain, without manual action, the unlocked state of the quick-attach device 2 relative to the fixing adapter device 1, in which the lock 3 is in the retracted position (i.e. awaiting the next automatic locking of the quick-attach device 2 in the adapter device 1). As detailed below, the unlocked state (i.e. the retracted position of the lock 3) of the quick-attach device 2 is maintained until the next automatic locking which occurs when, after being removed from the adapter device 1, the quick-attach device 2 is reengaged (reintroduced) into the adapter device 1, i.e.when the quick-attach device 2 is brought closer to the adapter device 1 so that the hook 22 covers the bar 11 and the lock 3 enters from the outside of the adapter device 1 (in particular from above the adapter device) into the space defined between the two bars 11, 12 and the base 100. It will be noted that said unlocked state of the quick-attachment device 2 may be distinct from the so-called detached (or separated) state of the quick-attachment device 2 with respect to the fixing adapter device 1 in which the quick-attachment device 2 is removed from the adapter device 1. The quick-attachment device 2 is considered to be removed from the adapter device 1 when the free end 312 of the lock 3 is located outside the space defined between the plane passing through the axes of the bars 11, 12 and the base 100 of the adapter device 1. Fork The quick-attach device 2 comprises a member, called a fork 4. The fork 4 is mounted to be movable, relative to the main body 200 of the quick-attach device 2, preferably by pivoting about an axis orthogonal to the sliding axis of the lock 3. The fork is carried by the main body of the quick-attach device 2. In the installed state of the quick-attach device 2 in the adapter device 1, the pivot axis of the fork 4 is parallel to that of the bars 11, 12. According to a particular aspect and as detailed below, the pivot axis of the fork 4 is also parallel to the pivot axis of the stirrup 5 and to that of the trigger 7. The fork 4 can be controlled in pivoting by a manual actuating device 9, such as an angled key or lever, in the direction of deactivation of a locking member of the lock 3, called stirrup 5, and of a push on the lock 3 towards its retracted unlocking position. The stirrup 5 is returned by a return member, for example by a spring blade, against the lock 3 for locking in the retracted position or exit of the lock 3, preferably by cooperation of a part of the stirrup 5 with selectively notches 351, 352 when the lock 3 is respectively in the exit position ([Fig.5]) and in the retracted position ([Fig.7], [Fig.8]). The notches 351, 352 are distributed along the lock. Thus, when an operator engages the lever 9 in a corresponding part of the fork 4 to couple them in pivoting ([Fig.5]), then pivots the lever towards the bar 12 ([Fig.6]), the fork 4 is driven in pivoting (counterclockwise when positioned on the lever side looking at the quick-release device 2). The body of the fork 4 is provided with a support piece 43 which comprises lugs 434 configured to come into contact with a corresponding support piece 34 secured to the lock 3. The support piece 43 carries a finger 435 configured to push on the stirrup 5 to unlock the movement of the lock 3 towards its retracted position. In the Example illustrated in the figures, the finger 435 allows, during the pivoting of the fork controlled by the lever, to push on the stirrup to move it away from a notch 351 formed in the lock with which the stirrup 5 was engaged. The continued pivoting of the fork 4 makes it possible to push on the support piece 34 of the lock using the lugs 434 of the fork to bring the lock 3 into the retracted position. According to a particular aspect, the notch 352 then presents itself in front of the stirrup 5 which is returned against the lock so that the lock is blocked in the retracted position by the stirrup. The operator can release the lever 9 so that the fork is returned to the initial position under the action of a return member, such as a return spring 49, the finger 435 having pivoting mobility relative to the part 43, to allow the stirrup to pass during the return pivoting of the fork to the initial position not requested by the lever 9. In other words, the lock 3, the fork 4 and the stirrup 5 are arranged in the following manner. Initially, in the extended locking position of the lock 3 and in the inactive position of the fork 4 relative to the stirrup 5 (i.e. when the fork does not push the stirrup back), the stirrup 5 blocks the locking member 3 in said extended locking position. When the control lever 9 is actuated by the operator to pivot the fork 4 into a position where the support part 43 contacts the stirrup 5 and pushes the lock 3 (active position of the fork 4 against the stirrup 5 and the lock 3), the blocking of the lock 3 by the stirrup 5 is inactivated (the lock escapes from the stirrup), which allows the lock 3 to be moved into the retracted unlocking position against the return spring 313 of the lock thanks to the thrust of one or more support tabs 434 of the support part 43 which, by the pivoting of the fork 4, come into contact with and push on a part 34 secured to the lock 3. Etiier The stirrup 5 is a member which allows the lock to be locked in the retracted or extended position by being returned against the lock 3. The stirrup can be inactivated by moving the fork 4 or the trigger 7. The stirrup 5 is movable, relative to the main body 200 of the quick-attach device 2, preferably pivotally, under the action of the fork or the trigger or its return member between a position separated from the lock and a position in contact with the lock. In the example illustrated in the figures, when the lock 3 reaches a retracted position for which the notch 352 formed in the lock 3 is opposite the stirrup 5, the stirrup 5 automatically repositions itself in the notch 352, thus preventing the sliding movement of the lock so that the lock 3 is held in the retracted position, despite the presence of the return spring 313 of the lock which exerts a force on the lock in the direction of its extended position. The cooperation of the notch 352 with the stirrup 5 returned towards the lock 3 thus makes it possible to maintain the lock 3 in the retracted position, corresponding to an unlocked state of the quick-attach device 2 relative to the adapter device 1, without the operator needing to maintain manual action on the quick-attach device 2 once the stirrup 5 is reengaged with the lock 3. The operator can in fact decouple the control lever 9 from the fork 4 without the lock 3 returning to the extended position. As recalled above, the fork 4 is returned by a return spring 49 to its initial position (position not stressed by the lever 9) where the support tabs 434 and the finger 435 are respectively spaced from the support piece 34 of the lock 3 and the stirrup 5.According to a particular aspect, the finger 435 has pivoting mobility relative to the support part 43 to allow it to escape from the stirrup 5 - which has returned to engagement with the lock - when the fork 4 returns to the initial (inactive) position, this in order to prevent the stirrup 5 from forming a stop with respect to the finger 435 which would prevent a return of the fork 4 to the initial position and would then prevent a subsequent inactivation of the stirrup 5 by the finger 435 which would have remained downstream of the stirrup 5 (with reference to the travel of the finger 435 during the pivoting of the fork 4 controlled by the control lever 9 from the initial position of the fork to its pushing position on the lock 3 which brings the lock into the retracted position). Trigger The locking and unlocking system comprises a member called a trigger 7 which is movable, preferably pivoting, relative to the main body 200 of the quick-release device 2 so as to push the stirrup 5 to inactivate the blocking of the lock 3 by the stirrup 5 (just as the movement of the fork 4 controlled by the lever 9 against the return spring 313 also makes it possible to push the stirrup back to inactivate it while moving the lock 3 to the retracted position). In other words, according to one embodiment and as illustrated in the figures, the stirrup 5 can be deactivated by the controlled pivoting of the fork 4 using the lever 9 or by the actuation of the trigger 7. As explained below, the trigger 7 is actuable (i.e. movable in the direction of a push on the stirrup 5 against its return member) by the movement of a device called a feeler 6 which is itself actuated when the quick-attach device 2 is put in place in the adapter device 1 which causes the feeler 6 to rest on the bar 12. According to one embodiment and as illustrated in the figures, the trigger 7 is carried by the stirrup 5 and mounted to pivot integrally with said stirrup 5, so that pushing on the trigger 7 in a direction parallel to the sliding axis of the lock 3 and in the direction from the extended position to the retracted position of the lock 3, causes the stirrup 5 to pivot into the unlocking position of the lock 3. According to one embodiment and as illustrated in the figures, the trigger 7, preferably carried by the stirrup 5 on a rail system 57, is also mounted to slide in a direction which is orthogonal to the axis of the lock 3 (and which is parallel to the bars 11, 12) between a position separated from the lock 3 and a position closer (closer) to the lock 3. The trigger 7 is returned to the position closer to the lock 3 by a return member, such as a spring, to allow the trigger to be re-armed in the position on the travel of the probe as explained below. The lock 3 is provided laterally with a support member 37, also called a stud, which projects laterally from the lock 3, and which allows, by cooperation with a ramp 73 of the trigger 7, to control the lateral position of the trigger 7 relative to the lock 3 as a function of the position of the lock 3 (when the feeler 6 is not positioned on the movement path of the trigger 7 towards the lock 3 as explained below). The ramp 73 or slope of the trigger 7 - which cooperates with the lateral stud 37 carried by the lock 3 to control the sliding position of the trigger 7, is inclined relative to the axis of movement of the lock 3, and decreasing with reference to a direction of movement corresponding to the direction of movement from the retracted position to the extended position of the lock. According to one embodiment, the angle of inclination of the ramp 73 is between 5° and 60° relative to the axis of movement of the lock. Thus, in the embodiment of the invention illustrated in the figures, when the quick-attach device 2 is being put into place in the adapter device 1, by pivoting the hook 22 of the quick-attach device 2 around the bar 11 to make the lock 3 enter the space delimited between the bars 11, 12 and the base 100, so that the feeler 6 is moved by pressing on the bar 12 against the trigger 7 (the trigger 7 being in the return position close to the lock 3 and therefore opposite the feeler 6), then the pivoting of the trigger 7 inactivates the stirrup 5 so that the return spring 313 moves the lock 3 from the retracted position to the extended position. During this movement of the lock 3, the lateral stud 37 cooperates with the ramp 73 of the trigger to move the trigger 7 laterally away from the lock 3 against the return member of the trigger 7, until reaching a position where the trigger 7 is no longer in axial support with the feeler 6, the feeler 6 then finding itself between the lock 3 and the trigger 7 which, released from the thrust of the feeler 6, can return to the initial position of non-stress of the stirrup 5 by being returned, via the return member of the stirrup 5, to this initial position by the stirrup 5 which carries the trigger 7. In the extended position of the lock 3, the trigger 7 is kept apart by the feeler 6 presented below, which extends at least partly between the trigger 7 and the lock 3 while being kept in this position due to the pressure of the feeler 6 on the second bar 12 against a return member, such as a return spring 612 which tends to move the feeler 6 towards the second bar 12. It is when the quick-release device 2 is removed from the adapter device 1 that the feeler 6 will be returned to the position away from the trigger 7, which will allow the trigger 7 to return towards the lock 3 (which is in the retracted position) under the action of a trigger return spring carried by the support 57, to be positioned in front of the feeler 6 and thus be rearmed and subsequently allow the stirrup 5 to be deactivated using a push on the trigger 7 by the feeler 6. Feeler The feeler 6 is movable relative to the main body 200 of the quick-attach device 2, preferably by being mounted to slide in a direction parallel to the axis of the lock 3. In one embodiment of the invention and as illustrated in the figures, the feeler 6 is provided with a return spring 612 to return the feeler 6 towards the bar 12 of the adapter device 1 or, with reference to the quick-attach device 22, into a position, considered in a direction parallel to the axis of the lock, which is spaced from the trigger 7, or in which the feeler 6 does not push the trigger in the direction of movement of the feeler (the contact between the bar 12 and the feeler 6 when the quick-attach device 2 is put in place in the adapter device 1 pushing the feeler 6 against the trigger, then causing the trigger 7 to move in the direction of inactivation of the stirrup 5). In the retracted position of the lock 3 and in the at least partially withdrawn position of 2 relative to 1 so that the feeler 6 is free relative to the second bar 12, (in particular in the raised position of the quick-attachment device 2 by pivoting around the first bar 11) the spring 612 returns (pushes) the feeler 6 so that the feeler 6 is in the advanced position, which releases the sliding movement of the trigger 7 which is returned to the lock 3 by a return spring to the armed position where the trigger 7 is located on the movement axis of the feeler 6. The movement of the probe 6 by contact with the second bar 12 results from the introduction of the quick-attach device 2 into the adapter device 1 which results from the movement of the arm of the machine to which the quick-attach device 2 is fixed and / or from the movement of the quick-attach device 2 relative to the arm, this movement of the arm and / or of the quick-attach device 2 being controlled from the machine, in particular from the cabin station. Thus, the quick-attach device 2 is considered to be a quick-attach device 2 of mixed type. Manual release of the quick-release device An example of the unlocking process is provided below. Initially, i.e. starting from a state of locking the quick-attach device 2 in the adapter device 1, the assembly of the quick-attach device 2 and the adapter device 1 is in a configuration as illustrated in [Fig. 5], where the lock 3 is in the retracted position blocked by the stirrup 5, and where the trigger 7 is in a disengaged position, laterally spaced from the feeler 6. The lateral direction is a direction orthogonal to the sliding axis of the feeler 6 or the lock 3. In the embodiment illustrated in the figures, this direction corresponds to the direction of the pivot axis of the fork or the stirrup or the trigger. The quick-attach device 2 is attached and locked relative to the adapter device 1 because the cooperation of the hook 22 of the body of the quick-attach device 2 with the bar 11 and the passage of the lock 3 under the bar 12 prevents the removal of the quick-attach device 2 relative to the adapter device 1. According to a particular aspect, the operator of the machine controls the arm of the machine and / or the position of the quick-attach device 2 relative to the arm, so as to allow the tool to be positioned on the ground. An operator, who may be the same as the driver of the machine or a separate person, couples the lever 9 to the fork ([Fig.5]) of the quick-attach device 2, then pivots the lever 9 ([Fig.6]) to pivot the fork 4 against its return spring (not shown) and bring the finger 435 against the stirrup 5 in order to push it pivotally to move it away from the notch 351 of the lock 3 with which the stirrup 5 was engaged. The continued pivoting of the fork 4 causes the legs 434 of the fork 4 to push onto the support piece 34 of the lock 3 to bring the fork 4 into the retracted position (unlocked state of the quick-release device 2). In the retracted position of the lock 3, the notch 352 is located opposite the stirrup 5 which is returned against the lock 3 so that the lock 3 is blocked in the retracted position by the stirrup 5 ([Fig.7]). The operator can release the lever 9 so that the fork 4 is returned to the initial position of non-stress of the stirrup and the lock. During this return of the fork, the finger 435 escapes from the stirrup by its pivoting mobility relative to the part 43 of the fork. The fork 4 is thus returned to the initial inactive position where the legs 434 of the fork 4 and the finger 435 are separated from the support part 34 of the lock 3 and the stirrup 5. According to a particular aspect, in this initial inactive position of the fork 4, the finger 435 is located above the stirrup 5. The lock 3 is thus held in the retracted position so that the quick-release device 2 remains unlocked without the need for additional manual action by the operator on the fork 4. The quick coupling device 2 can then be released from the adapter device 1 by being pivoted around the bar 11 which is capped by the hook 22 of the quick coupling device 2 to escape from the bar 12, then the quick coupling device 2 can be moved to escape from the bar 11. The pivoting movement of the quick coupling device 2 to separate the quick coupling device 2 from the adapter device 1 can be controlled from the machine, by controlling the arm of the machine (by controlling a cylinder for lifting the arm or a portion of the arm) and / or the position of the quick coupling device 2 relative to the arm (by controlling a cylinder for tilting the quick coupling device 2 relative to the arm), without an operator needing to remain near the quick coupling device 2. An example of a locking process is provided below. The automatic locking of the quick coupling device with the adapter device is achieved during the positioning of the quick coupling device 2 in the adapter device 1 by controlling the arm of the machine and / or the position of the quick coupling device 2 relative to the arm. It is understood that the positioning of the quick coupling device 2 in the adapter device 1 means that the quick coupling device 2 partially extends into the adapter device 1, a part of the attachment device remaining outside the adapter device in particular to allow the quick coupling device 2 to be connected to the arm of the machine. Such locking is illustrated by the transition from [Fig. 8] to [Fig. 9] (to arrive in a configuration corresponding to [Fig.5]), during which the quick-attach device 2 is placed in the adapter device 1, which triggers the movement of the lock 3 into the extended position under the bar 12, while the hook 22 of the main body 200 of the quick-attach device 2 is engaged with the bar 11. Thus when the quick-attach device 2, in the detached state relative to the adapter device 1, is brought from above the bars 11, 12 (the term above . corresponds to the side of the bars located opposite the base 100 of the adapter device 1, said base 100 being considered as being located under the bars), by making the hook 22 cooperate with the bar 11 to pivot the quick-attach device 2 around said bar 11 in the direction of an introduction of the free end 312 (i.e. the end of the lock which is closest to the bar 12 in the locked state of the quick-attach device 2 relative to the adapter device 1) into the space defined between the bars 11, 12 and the base 100, then the feeler 6 (which is slidably mounted...) comes into contact with the bar 12, in particular with a slope 126 provided on the bar 12 which pushes the feeler 6, against its return spring 612, in the direction of the trigger 7 by sliding the feeler 6 in a direction parallel to the axis of the lock 3. In other words, when the quick-attach device 2 is being fixed to the adapter device 1, by pivoting the hook 22 of the quick-attach device 2 on the front axis formed by the bar 11 of the adapter device 1 in the direction of insertion of the lock 3 into the adapter device 1, the second bar 12 pushes back the feeler 6 which pushes on the trigger 7 present on its axis of movement, causing the inactivation of the stirrup 5 and the release of the output of the locking member 3 which pushes the trigger 7 laterally into the inactivated position with respect to the feeler 6 (the attachment device 2 is then in the locked state on the adapter 1 and the trigger 7 is in the inactive position). The invention is not limited to the embodiments illustrated in the drawings. Furthermore, the term "comprising" does not exclude other elements or steps. Furthermore, features or steps that have been described with reference to one of the embodiments set forth above may also be used in combination with other features or steps of other embodiments set forth above.
