[0031] In [Fig.l], a wall P of a wall M according to the invention is shown. This wall may be that of a lower or external wall.
[0032] This wall can be a masonry wall or a wall made of wood or any other material. This wall can also be that of a roof, a dividing wall, a soffit or a slope, a floor, a roof. The wall is the visible surface of a wall or a partition.
[0033] This wall of a wall is equipped with a lining system 10, as visible in [Fig.2], that is to say a system which makes it possible to improve the thermal and sound performance of the building.
[0034] This lining system 10 comprises a frame or framework 12. This framework 12 is composed of a plurality of profiles 120. These profiles are arranged to extend horizontally, that is to say parallel to the ground plane, and / or to extend vertically, that is to say orthogonally to the ground plane, as visible in [Fig.3].
[0035] The profiles can be arranged to compensate for the flatness of the wall. For this purpose, a first series of profiles is provided, fixed to the wall. This first series of profiles carries a second series of profiles carrying the lining. The profiles of the second series are fixed directly to the profiles of the first series by screwing or are fixed by means of an accessory. Such an accessory consists of a rod comprising at its ends hooking heads capable of cooperating with said profiles. This accessory makes it possible to obtain a space between the first series of profiles and the second series of profiles.
[0036] These profiles have a square shape or other shapes such as H or U profiles.
[0037] These profiles are fixed to the wall by screwing or gluing or any other known techniques.
[0038] These profiles are used to carry a lining layer 14. Cleverly according to the invention, the lining layer 14 is in the form of tiles 140 as seen in [Fig.4]. These tiles are made from an earth-based material. These earth tiles 140 are made by mixing the earth with a binder and then shaping. This shaping is obtained by placing said mixture in a mold. A compression step is optionally carried out. These earth tiles can be cooked or dried. These earth tiles optionally include plant fibers embedded in the earth. Stabilized earth tiles are then obtained.
[0039] These tiles have a thickness of between 3 and 8 cm. These tiles can be square or rectangular or any other suitable shape. By Moreover, the tiles used in the lining system may or may not all be identical. The tiles are of a length and / or width between 10 and 120 cm.
[0040] These stabilized earth tiles, through their hygrothermal properties: absorption of water vapor, thermal capacity and thermal diffusivity, allow regulation of interior temperatures and relative humidities. Thus, these tiles have a positive effect on the thermal comfort of a home.
[0041] These earth tiles are suitable for being carried by the frame. For fixing the earth tiles, fixing elements 18 are used.
[0042] According to a first embodiment, the fixing element comprises a screw 180 as visible in [Fig.5]. This screw is used to fix the earth tiles. Each tile is fixed by at least one screw, preferably several screws. Several possibilities exist. Indeed, the fixing of the earth tiles 140 is done directly to the wall or on said frame, the length of the screw being different.
[0043] Furthermore, for the passage of the screws in the tiles 140, these may be provided with at least one through hole so that the screw can pass through. However, it is possible that the tiles 140 are not previously provided with a through hole and that the screw(s) 180 pass through the tile when they are fixed.
[0044] This first embodiment is advantageous in that it is simple and flexible: the use of screws makes their positioning free, in the case where the tiles are without holes.
[0045] According to a second embodiment, the fixing elements 18 comprise a pair comprising a screw 183 and a plate 182 as visible in figures 6 and 7. This plate 182 is pierced with a hole 182a, preferably in its center. This screw-plate pair is used so that the screw 183 is inserted between two earth tiles 140, at the joint between two tiles. The screw 183 is then screwed into the frame or into the wall. Before screwing, the screw 183 is inserted into the opening of the plate. This makes it possible, with the screwing, to press the plate 182 against one or more earth tiles 140.
[0046] The plate 182 can have a rectangular or square or round shape, its dimensions are adapted to the use. Indeed, to plate two tiles 141 at the same time, a rectangular plate 182 allows, with the centered hole for the screw, to have a portion resting on a first tile and another portion resting on a second tile.
[0047] In the case of a round or square plate, this plate can rest on several plates, at least 2 or more as seen in figures 8 and 9.
[0048] In this case, the screw may be placed between two or more tiles. In the case of a fixing element 18 used to hold more than two tiles, it is understood that the screw of said fixing element 18 is placed at the junction point of the different tiles. If two lines of tiles 140 are offset to have staggered tiles then the screw of the fixing element 18 can be placed at the joint between three tiles. If the tiles 140 are aligned in two directions then the screw of said fixing element 18 can be placed at the joint between four earth tiles.
[0049] In a third embodiment, the connection element 18 comprises an anchor 185 as seen in Figures 10 and 16. This anchor has a 4-shaped profile, i.e. comprising a first portion 185a and a second portion 185b perpendicular to the first. From the second portion 185b, a third portion 185c extends, perpendicular to said second portion and parallel to the first portion.
[0050] The first portion 185a is capable of being fixed to the frame while the third portion is used for fixing the earth tiles.
[0051] The first portion 185a is fixed to the frame by screwing or by clipping. To be clipped, this first portion 185a comprises an end arranged to form a hook adapted to cooperate with said frame. The advantage of the hook compared to screwing is that it allows said anchor to be mobile and to slide. It also makes it possible not to perforate the earth tile so that it can be reusable.
[0052] The fixing of the earth tile 140 via this anchor is done in different ways.
[0053] A first way consists of manipulating the earth tile to insert it between the first portion 185a and the second portion 185b as visible in [Fig.11]. It is understood by this that the earth tile 140 is such that its thickness allows it to be placed in the space between the first portion 185a and the third portion 185c of the clip. The edge of the earth tile thus rests on the second portion.
[0054] A second way consists of having a ground tile 140 which fits onto the third portion 185c as visible in [Fig. 12]. For this, each ground tile 140 comprises at least one groove 141 arranged on the edge of the ground tile. This groove 141 is such that it allows said third portion to be inserted therein. The depth of this groove is such that the ground tile, once in place, partially rests on the second portion of the anchor. This groove 141 extends over all or part of the width of the tile.
[0055] The fixing of the earth tiles 140 requires the presence of at least two anchors. Preferably, the two anchors 185 are arranged so that one staple supports said tile while the other anchor holds said tile as visible in [Fig.14],
[0056] It is however possible to have a tile supported by four anchors: two above and two below.
[0057] In the case of several anchors 185, the tile 140 comprises a groove 141 for each anchor 185 as visible in [Fig. 18] or a groove for the anchors of the top and a groove for the bottom anchors as seen in [Fig. 17].
[0058] In a variant, the third portion 185c of the anchor is such that it can cooperate with two tiles 140 as seen in [Fig. 13]. For this, the third portion 185c extends from the second portion 185b to project on either side of this second portion. Thus, the third portion 185c can, with the so-called upper portion, cooperate with a first earth tile 140 which will be supported by said anchor. The so-called lower portion of the third portion cooperates with a second earth tile, located under the first earth tile.
[0059] In a variant, this anchor 185 is a profile as seen in Figures 15 and 19. This profile is screwed to the frame. This profile can be arranged so that the third portion cooperates with tiles on one or two sides. The use of a profile is advantageous in that it allows the tiles to be slid to position them as desired.
[0060] Once these tiles are fixed, the invention provides various solutions.
[0061] A first solution consists of having the earth tile bare.
[0062] In a second solution, the lining system further comprises an additional external layer.
[0063] This external additional layer is chosen according to the application. Indeed, depending on whether the lining system is used for the exterior of a room or for the interior of a room, the external additional layer is different.
[0064] In the case of exterior cladding, the additional external layer is cladding. Such cladding comprises wooden or plastic slats such as PVC or metal.
[0065] In the case of an interior lining, the additional external layer is in the form of a covering or a partition.
[0066] In the case of a coating, this may comprise one or more layers. It is understood by this that said coating may be a single finishing layer or comprise a smoothing layer and / or a membrane and / or a mesh and / or any other possible layer such as an earth-based or plant-based coating.
[0067] In the case of a partition, this may include plasterboard. These plasterboards are fixed by screwing to the frame.
[0068] In a variant, it is possible for the lining system to further comprise additional insulating elements. These additional insulating elements comprise blocks made of insulating material. These blocks are arranged in the spaces between the profiles forming the frame. This variant advantageously makes it possible to use the empty space between the profiles of the frame to improve the properties of the system. These blocks of insulating material can be made from rock wool, glass wool, wood wool, polystyrene, cotton wool.
[0069] Of course, the present invention is not limited to the illustrated example but is susceptible to various variants and modifications which will appear to those skilled in the art.
