Abstract

The invention relates to an assembly kit for an outdoor cooking device using solid fuel, the kit comprising a structure (22) having uprights for supporting a container (23) for holding the fuel. It comprises: - the container (23) having an access door (25) from inside the container (23); - the upper part of the container adapted to act as a cooking plate having a rotating movable disc (26), the movable disc (26) having a central opening and at least one portion having first radiating grooves extending along a portion of the radii of the movable disc (26), said first grooves cooperating with a fixed portion of the container (23) having second radiating grooves. [0001] The present invention relates to an assembly kit for an outdoor cooking device. It applies, in particular, to the field of food preparation and outdoor cooking. Prior art

[0002] There are two types of device for heating food outdoors: using an energy source such as gas or electricity and the other by fuel.

[0003] It is known from publication document WO9510214 which describes a barbecue using gas as an energy source. This barbecue comprises a vertical roasting heater by radiation.

[0004] Publication document EP1581083 is also known. It describes a barbecue with a heat distribution conductive element which is used with a grill allowing food to be cooked and fat to be recovered.

[0005] Another type of barbecue is document WO2016149106, the document proposes a barbecue grill accessory allowing to have a content of loose combustible material on only one side of the grill. The accessory allows to have a cooking temperature at the accessory and a reduced temperature in an indirect heating cooking section. The accessory is applicable on conventional barbecues and offers a wide variety of food cooking techniques.

[0006] Another type of barbecue is of the oven type as illustrated by document CA2996777 which shows a combination of a pizza oven with an external firebox with a solid and immobile base. The combination includes an oven capable of cooking food with a chimney and a combustion chamber.

[0007] The objective of the presentation is to provide a device with several aspects and meeting several user needs. However, the combinations of the solutions seem impossible to combine together given the different characteristics of each. Presentation of the invention

[0008] The present invention aims to remedy these drawbacks with a completely innovative approach.

[0009] More specifically, the invention aims to provide a new, easy-to-handle and simple assembly for outdoor cooking with combustible materials.

[0010] In particular, an objective of the invention is to provide a kit which adapts to several different needs for the user.

[0011] Another objective of the invention is to provide such a technique which is inexpensive to implement and which does not require any particular maintenance.

[0013] These objectives, as well as others which will appear subsequently, are achieved, according to a first aspect, using a kit for assembling an outdoor cooking device using solid fuel, a kit comprising a structure having uprights for supporting a box intended to contain the fuel, the upper part of the box being adapted to act as a cooking plate, remarkable in that it comprises: - the box has an access door from the inside of the box; - the upper part of the box adapted to act as a cooking plate comprises a rotating movable disc, the movable disc comprises a central opening and at least one part comprising first through-radiating grooves extending over a part of the spokes of the movable disc, said first grooves cooperate with a fixed part of the box comprising second through-radiating grooves when the first radiating grooves and the second radiating grooves correspond, each groove creates an opening of the box towards the outside; the box comprises at least one drawer.

1. Kit for assembling an outdoor cooking device using solid fuel, the kit comprising a structure (22) having uprights for supporting a box (23) intended to contain the fuel, the upper part of the box being adapted to act as a cooking plate, characterized in that it comprises: - the box (23) has an access door (25) to the interior of the box (23);- the upper part of the box adapted to act as a cooking plate comprises a rotating movable disc (26), the movable disc (26) comprises a central opening and at least one part comprising first through-radiating grooves extending over a part of the spokes of the movable disc (26), said first grooves cooperate with a fixed part of the box (23) comprising second through-radiating grooves when the first radiating grooves and the second radiating grooves correspond, each groove creates an opening of the box (23) towards the outside; the box (23) comprises at least one drawer (24).;

2. Kit according to claim 1, in which the movable disc (26) comprises at least one solid part.

3. A kit according to claim 1, wherein it comprises a tube at least a portion of which is positioned in the central opening, said tube being configured to evacuate smoke from the fuel.

4. Kit according to claim 1, wherein inside the box (23) are fixed two L-shaped bars configured to receive a cooking plate.

5. Kit according to claim 1, in which the access door (25) of the box (23) comprises at least one of the following elements: a handle, a temperature sensor, a window.

6. The kit of claim 1, wherein it comprises a smoker having a coil configured to receive smoking chips.

7. Kit according to claim 1, in which below the structure (22) there are casters (20).
