2. Packaging according to claim 1, wherein the hook (3) can be oriented at an angle to the containment enclosure (2).

Packaging according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the hook (3) is configured to be arranged at least in: - said operational position, in which the hook (3) projects from the containment enclosure (2), and - a retracted position, angularly rotated from the operational position; and wherein in the retracted position, the hook (3) does not project or projects only partially from the containment enclosure (2) and is entirely or predominantly superimposed on the containment enclosure (2).

A package according to any preceding claim, wherein the containment enclosure (2) has the conformation of a bag and has a support base (4) configured to allow the package to remain upright when said support base (4) is placed on a horizontal surface; and wherein the area within the perimeter of the containment enclosure (2) to which the hook (3) is constrained is an edge within the upper perimeter of the enclosure (2) opposite the support base (4).

Packaging according to any one of claims 5 or 6, wherein the closing flap (11) is constrained to the respective upper edge (5b, 6b) of the front wall (5) or the rear wall (6) at at least one bending line (14) extending along at least part, possibly all, of the upper edge, wherein the containment enclosure (2) includes a through slot (19) extending at or near the at least one bending line (14) and parallel thereto.

A package according to the preceding claim, wherein said at least one flexure line (14) includes a first flexure line (15) and a second flexure line (16) parallel to each other and spaced apart to define a connecting cross strip (17) interposed between the first and second flexure lines (15, 16), and wherein the through-slot (19) passes through a central area of ​​the connecting cross strip (17).

Packaging according to claim 7 or 8, wherein said hook (3) is carried by an elongated bar (18) configured to be housed inside the containment enclosure (2) and wherein: - the hook (3) has a size such that it passes through said slot (19), - the bar (18) having a longitudinal extension greater than that of the slot (19) and abutting against an internal surface (12a) of the foldable portion (12) not passing through said slot (19) and helping to constrain the hook (3) to the containment enclosure (2).

Packaging according to claim 9, wherein the elongated bar (18) has a coupling protrusion (20) in counter-flexion with respect to the slot (19) and inserted in the same slot to create an additional constraint between the elongated bar (18) and the containment enclosure (2), and wherein the coupling protrusion (20) passes through said slot (19) making an interference engagement with the containment enclosure (2) and projecting at the upper plane of the latter.

11. Packaging according to any one of the two preceding claims, wherein the hook (3) is pivotally engaged at the elongated bar (18) at a hinge (21) arranged between a lower end (3a) of the hook (3) and an intermediate zone (18a) of the elongated bar (18).

Packaging according to the preceding claim, in which the hinge (21) is placed between the lower end (3a) of the hook (3) and the coupling protrusion (20) of the elongated bar (18), said hook (3) being positioned at the side of the coupling protrusion (20) and being able to rotate around the hinge (21) placing it itself adjacent to the containment enclosure (2).

Packaging according to the preceding claim, in combination with claim 3, wherein said hinge (21) is configured to allow a rotation of at least 180° of said hook (3) relative to said elongated bar (18) and thus relative to said containment enclosure (2), thus allowing the hook (3) to be arranged alternately in said operational position or in said retracted position.

A package according to any preceding claim in combination with claim 9, wherein said elongated bar (18) and said hook (3) are made of the same material and are separable from said containment enclosure (2), optionally wherein the hook (3) and the elongated bar are made of plastic material, for example, PVC; wherein said hook (3) includes a rod (22) extending transversely to the elongated bar (18), optionally transversely to the protuberance (20) of the elongated bar (18) itself, and an end portion (23) arranged as a continuation of the rod (22) and arranged along a curved, optionally semi-circular path to form a seat for receiving a chopstick or other article to which the hook (3) may be engaged during use.

A package according to any preceding claim, wherein the containment enclosure (2) is made of a folded sheet material (100); wherein the sheet material (100) includes: an outer film (2a) made of a paper material, - an inner film (2b), laminated to the outer film (2a), made of a plastic material; wherein the outer film (2a) includes at least one window (26) and wherein the inner film (2b) is entirely superimposed on the outer film (2a) also acting in covering said at least one window, the inner film (2b) being optically transparent; optionally wherein the containment enclosure (2) includes a plastic-type zipper (27) operating at, or near, the access opening (9) at the internal plane to the internal volume (10) of the containment enclosure (2).

A package according to any preceding claim, in combination with claim 5, wherein the closure flap (11) includes one or more coupling elements (28) provided to constitute a removable coupling with one or more corresponding counter-coupling elements (29) carried by a / the rear wall (6) of the containment enclosure (2).

Packaging according to the preceding claim, wherein each of said one or more coupling elements (28) is mechanically coupled to the closing flap (11) and wherein each of said one or more counter-coupling elements (29) is mechanically coupled to the containment enclosure (2), wherein each of said coupling elements (28) and each of said counter-coupling elements (29) is free of adhesive elements.

A package according to any one of the preceding two claims, wherein each of said one or more coupling elements (28) comprises a first and a second half-part (28a, 28b) mechanically coupled to each other to define a female component, wherein each of said first or second half-part (28a, 28b) of said coupling elements (28) is separated from each other by the flap (11) of the containment enclosure (2), and wherein each of said one or more counter-coupling elements (29) comprises a first and a second half-part (29a, 29b) mechanically coupled to each other to define a male component, wherein each of said first or second half-part (29a, 29b) of said counter-parts coupling (29) is separated from each other by a / the rear wall (6) of the containment enclosure (2).

Packaging according to any one of the three preceding claims, wherein the containment enclosure (2) includes: one or more first holes (30) fabricated on the flap (11) and configured to receive in insertion one between the first and second half-parts (28a, 28b) of said one or more coupling elements (28), one or more second holes (31) fabricated on the rear wall (6) and configured to receive in insertion one between the first and second half-parts (29a, 29b) of said one or more counter-coupling elements (29).
