Title of the invention: REFILLABLE COSMETIC CONTAINER FIELD OF THE INVENTION

[0001] The invention relates generally to a refillable cosmetic container, and more specifically, to a refillable cosmetic container which is capable of being simplified in refilling processes and of being easily refilled without contamination. BACKGROUND

[0003] Generally, in order to perform makeup, various types of cosmetics or contents having various functions and states are selected and used according to a user's preference or skin characteristics.

[0004] Generally, these cosmetics or contents generally have states such as liquid or gel. In particular, liquid or gel contents such as skin, lotion, essence, cream and eye cream are packaged in various forms of cosmetic containers.

[0005] A conventional refillable cosmetic container is an easily refilled pump-type cosmetic container, as shown in WO2021060724A1.The easily refilled pump-type cosmetic container comprises: an outer housing which is open on one side thereof; an inner container which is screw-coupled to the outer housing while being inserted through the open portion of the outer housing and in which cosmetic contents are enclosed; a rotating portion which is formed in the inner container and has a finger insertion groove; a discharge means which is provided inside the outer housing for discharging the cosmetic contents enclosed in the inner container; and a push button which activates the discharge means by exerting pressure thereon, wherein the inner container and the discharge means are connected to or disconnected from each other while the inner container is screw-coupled to the outer housing or decoupled from the outer housing by rotating the rotating portion.

Claims

1. A refillable cosmetic container (100), comprising: a discharge unit, wherein the discharge unit includes a pressure bar (170) and a pump; an inner container (120) in which liquid or gel-like cosmetics are stored, and a neck (122) is formed on an upper portion thereof; and an outer housing (110), wherein the outer housing is provided on one side thereof with the discharge unit and is provided on another side thereof with the inner container, wherein each of the outer housing and the inner container is provided with a guide mechanism for cooperating with each other to vertically guide the insertion of the inner container into the outer housing.

A refillable cosmetic container according to claim 1, further comprising a cap capsule assembly (130, 140) installed on the neck (122) of the inner container, wherein the cap capsule assembly has an open position and a closed position, wherein, in the open position, cosmetics within the inner container will flow out by pressing the pressure bar (170), and in the closed position, cosmetics within the inner container will be blocked by the cap capsule assembly, and wherein the cap capsule assembly will move from the closed position to the open position during insertion of the inner container (120) into the outer housing (110).

A refillable cosmetic container according to claim 2, wherein the outer housing has a cap bar (114) extending axially downward, and during insertion of the inner container into the outer housing, the cap bar will contact the cap capsule assembly (130, 140) and push the cap capsule assembly from the closed position to the open position.

A refillable cosmetic container according to claim 3, wherein the cap-cap assembly comprises a cap member (140) and a cap member (130), and the cap member has one or more windows (134) at the bottom thereof, wherein the cap member is fitted over the cap member and is axially movable relative to the cap member, and when is in the closed position, the window(s) of the cap member will be closed by the cap member, and when it is in the open position, the window(s) of the cap member will be open to allow cosmetics to pass through it.

5. A refillable cosmetic container according to claim 4, wherein the cap bar (114) is configured to push the capsule member (130) downward during insertion of the inner container into the outer housing.

A refillable cosmetic container according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the cosmetic container comprises a bottom ring (150), wherein the bottom ring is fitted onto the outer housing (110) such that there is no axial movement between the bottom ring and the outer housing, and the inner container (120) is coupled to the bottom ring, such that rotation of the bottom ring forces vertical insertion of the inner container into the outer housing using the guide mechanisms, so that the cap capsule assembly moves from the closed position to the open position.

A refillable cosmetic container according to claim 6, wherein the outer housing (110) is provided with a circumferential groove (115) on the inner peripheral surface, and the bottom ring is provided with one or more circumferential bosses (1531) on the outer peripheral surface, and the one or more circumferential bosses are configured to be received in the circumferential groove.

A refillable cosmetic container according to claim 7, wherein the bottom ring (150) is circumferentially rotatable relative to the outer housing, and the inner container (120) is configured to be screw-coupled to the bottom ring, such that the inner container is moved vertically up and down by rotation of the bottom ring.

A refillable cosmetic container according to claim 8, wherein the bottom ring is provided with internal threads (154) on its inner peripheral surface, and the inner container is provided with external threads (123) on its outer peripheral surface, and during insertion of the inner container into the outer housing, the internal threads will engage with the external threads.

10. A refillable cosmetic container according to any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the inner container comprises a piston (124) for sealing the cosmetics in a storage space with the wall of the inner container.
