[0027] It should also be understood that, in the present description of the utility model and in the attached claims, the term "and / or" refers to any combination of one or more elements listed in association, and all possible combinations are included therein.

[0028] Please refer to Figures 1 to 4. As shown in Figures 1 and 2, the present utility model provides a rechargeable and detachable electronic atomization system 10, comprising an atomizer 100 and a charging case 200; the atomizer 100 can be removably connected to the charging case 200; a first electrode 110 is disposed on the atomizer 100; while a second electrode 210 is located on the charging case 200; when the atomizer 100 is connected to the charging case 200, the first electrode 110 comes into contact with the second electrode 210; a first end of the atomizer 100 is connected to a first end of the charging case 200, while the second end of the atomizer 100 is connected to the second end of the charging case 200; a first magnet 120 is placed at the first end of the atomizer 100;while a second magnet 220 is located at the second end of the charging case 200; the magnetic pole directed towards the charging case 200 in the first magnet 120 is identical to the magnetic pole directed towards the atomizer 100 in the second magnet 220.;

[0029] In this embodiment, the first end of the atomizer 100 contains liquid aerosol substrate and an atomizing component in contact with the aerosol substrate. The atomizing component can heat the aerosol substrate to vaporize it into a gaseous aerosol, for the user to use. The atomizing component is powered by the battery in the atomizer 100. When the battery is low or depleted, the user can charge the atomizer 100 in the charging case 200. More specifically, the user must align the first electrode 110 of the atomizer 100 with the second electrode 210 of the charging case 200, so that the charging device in the charging case 200 can recharge the battery of the atomizer 100 by means of the second electrode 210 and the first electrode 110.Normally, the user must align the first end of the 100 atomizer with the first end of the 200 charging case, and the second end of the 100 atomizer with the second end of the 200 charging case, to recharge. in the correct direction; however, in certain configurations of the first electrode 110 and second electrode 210, for example, when both electrodes 110 and 210 are simple circular electrodes, or the two ends of the atomizer 100 are symmetrical with respect to each other, the user may install the atomizer 100 in the refill case 200 in an opposite or offset direction, and may align the first end of the atomizer 100 with the second end of the refill case 200. And then if the aerosol substrate leaks from the atomizer 100, it may seep from the first end of the atomizer 100 and enter the refill case 200 through the second end of the refill case 200 (which may be equipped with other components or unsealed) and damage the refill case 200.

[0030] The arrangement of the first magnet 120 at the first end of the atomizer 100 and the second magnet 220 at the second end of the charging case 200 prevents any directional error during installation. The first magnet 120 and the second magnet 220 are both magnetic components.More specifically, if the user correctly connects the atomizer 100 to the charging case 200, the first magnet 120 and the second magnet 220 are respectively positioned at the two ends and do not generate any mutual repulsive force; on the other hand, if the user connects the atomizer 100 and the charging case 200 in the opposite direction, thus aligning the first end of the atomizer 100 with the second end of the charging case 200, the first magnet 120 and the second magnet 220 will be positioned oppositely, at that moment, given that the end surfaces opposite each other of the first magnet 120 and the second magnet 220 are configured with the same magnetic pole, a repulsive force will occur between the first magnet 120 and the second magnet 220.Consequently, when the user incorrectly connects the atomizer 100 to the charging case 200, they will feel a tactile reaction resulting from the repulsive force, which will make it difficult to successfully install the atomizer 100, and the user will then become aware of the orientation error and will reinstall the atomizer 100 correctly, thus avoiding damage to the charging case 200.

[0031] In one embodiment, as illustrated in [Fig.1], the atomizer 100 is provided with a first magnetic attachment 130 at its second end; the refill case 200 is equipped with a second magnetic attachment 230 at its first end; the first magnetic attachment 130 is attracted by the second magnet 220; while the second magnetic attachment 230 is attracted by the first magnet 120.

[0032] In this embodiment, it is also possible to place the first magnetic attachment 130 at the second end of the atomizer 100, and to place the second magnetic attachment 230 at the first end of the charging case 200, furthermore, The first magnetic attachment 130 and the second magnetic attachment 230 are made with a metallic material that can be attracted by the first magnet 120 or the second magnet 220. Thus, when the user connects the atomizer 100 to the charging case 200, the first magnet 120 can attract the second magnetic attachment 230, and the second magnet 220 can attract the first magnetic attachment 130, thus ensuring a more stable connection between the atomizer 100 and the charging case 200.

[0033] In one embodiment, as illustrated in Figures 3 and 4, a third magnet 140 is disposed at the second end of the atomizer 100; a fourth magnet 240 is disposed at the first end of the refill case 200; the third magnet 140 is disposed opposite the second magnet 220, and the magnetic pole of the third magnet 140 oriented towards the second magnet 220 is opposite the magnetic pole of the second magnet 220 oriented towards the third magnet 140; the fourth magnet 240 is disposed opposite the first magnet 120, and the magnetic pole of the fourth magnet 240 oriented towards the first magnet 120 is opposite the magnetic pole of the first magnet 120 oriented towards the fourth magnet 240.

[0034] In this embodiment, it is possible to place the third magnet 140 at the second end of the atomizer 100 and the fourth magnet 240 at the first end of the charging case 200. The third magnet 140 and the fourth magnet 240 are both magnetic components, with the same magnetic attraction property as the first magnet 120 and the second magnet 220. The third magnet 140 and the second magnet 220 can be mutually attracted, as can the fourth magnet 240 and the first magnet 120.When the user correctly connects the atomizer 100, this ensures a more stable connection between the atomizer 100 and the charging case 200; however, in the event of an incorrect connection of the atomizer 100, where the first end of the atomizer 100 is opposite the second end of the charging case 200, and the second end of the atomizer 100 is opposite the first end of the charging case 200, the third magnet 140 repels the fourth magnet 240, and the first magnet 120 repels the second magnet 220, vice versa, the user can then immediately adjust the connection method thanks to the obvious tactile sensation caused by the repulsive force.

[0035] In one embodiment, as illustrated in [Fig.4], the first electrode 110 is positioned between the third magnet 140 and the first magnet 120, and the third magnet 140 and the first magnet 120 are symmetrically arranged with respect to the first electrode 110.

[0036] In this embodiment, the first electrode 110 is positioned between the third magnet 140 and the first magnet 120, and the third magnet 140 and the first Magnets 120 are symmetrically arranged on each side of the first electrode 110, so when the user correctly connects the atomizer 100 to the charging case 200, this ensures a uniform attractive force between the first magnet 120 and the third magnet 140 placed on both sides of the first electrode 110, thus ensuring a reliable connection between the first electrode 110 and the second electrode 210.

[0037] In one embodiment, as illustrated in [Fig.4], the second electrode 210 is positioned between the fourth magnet 240 and the second magnet 220, and the fourth magnet 240 and the second magnet 220 are symmetrically arranged with respect to the second electrode 210.

[0038] In this embodiment, the second electrode 210 is positioned between the fourth magnet 240 and the second magnet 220, and the fourth magnet 240 and the second magnet 220 are symmetrically arranged on each side of the second electrode 210, so that when the user correctly connects the atomizer 100 to the charging case 200, this ensures a uniform attractive force between the fourth magnet 240 and the second magnet 220 placed on both sides of the second electrode 210, thus ensuring a reliable connection between the second electrode 210 and the first electrode 110.

[0039] In one embodiment, as illustrated in [Fig.4], the atomizer 100 is equipped with a first magnet housing 150 inside; while the refill case 200 is equipped with a second magnet housing 250 inside; the first magnet 120 is contained inside the first magnet housing 150; the second magnet 220 is contained inside the second magnet housing 250.

[0040] In this embodiment, the first magnet housing 150 is configured in a concave shape inside the atomizer 100, while a second magnet housing 250 is also configured in a concave shape inside the charging case 200. The first magnet housing 150 is provided inside the atomizer 100, facing the side of the charging case 200, while the second magnet housing 250 is provided inside the charging case 200, facing the side of the atomizer 100. Thus, the first magnet 120 can be securely installed inside the atomizer 100, while the second magnet 220 can be securely installed inside the charging case 200, thereby ensuring a relatively short distance between the first magnet 120 and the second magnet 220 in case of poor connection, in order to generate sufficient repulsive force to provide a tactile reaction.Meanwhile, the first magnet 120 and the second magnet 220 are not exposed outside the atomizer 100 and the charging case 200, which effectively prevents any risk of detachment or damage.

[0041] In one embodiment, as illustrated in Figures 1 and 4, the atomizer 100 comprises a casing 160 and an electrode holder 170 disposed inside the casing 160; the first magnet housing 150 is provided on the electrode holder 170, and the outer contour of the first magnet 120 fits the inner contour of the first magnet housing 150; a first electrode 110 is connected to the electrode holder 170, and one end of the first electrode 110 passes successively through the electrode holder 170 and the casing 160, extending towards the charger 200.

[0042] In this embodiment, the casing 160 of the atomizer 100 has a hollow structure with a central cavity, which contains inside the aerosol substrate and the atomization components, as well as an electrode support 170 for fixing the first electrode 110 and the first magnet 120. The first magnet housing 150 is provided on the electrode support 170, allowing the first magnet 120 to be securely fixed in the magnet housing 150 and preventing any risk of detachment. At the same time, the first electrode 110 is also fixed to the electrode holder 170, and one end of the first electrode 110 passes through the electrode holder 170 and the case 160, protruding towards the charging case 200 in order to easily connect to the second electrode 210. The electrode holder 170 ensures a stable installation of the first electrode 110 and the first magnet 120.

[0043] In one embodiment, as illustrated in Figures 1 and 3, the charging case 200 comprises a charging part 260 and a receiving part 270; the charging part 260 is removably connected to one side of the receiving part 270; the second magnet housing 250 is located in the charging part 260 on the side furthest from the atomizer 100, and the outer contour of the second magnet 220 is adapted to the inner contour of the second magnet housing 250; the second electrode 210 is connected to the charging part 260, and one end of the second electrode 210 passes through the charging part 260 and protrudes towards the atomizer 100.

[0044] In this embodiment, the charging case 200 is composed of two separate parts, namely the charging part 260 and the receiving part 270. The charging part 260 and the receiving part 270 can be connected in a detachable manner. The charging section 260 is the part of the charging case 200 located near the atomizer 100, with a second magnet housing 250 placed inside the charging section 260, not coming into direct contact with the atomizer 100. The second magnet 220 can be securely embedded in the second magnet housing 250. One end of the second electrode 210 is fixedly connected to the charging section 260 on the side furthest from the atomizer 100, while the other end of the second electrode 210 can pass through the charging section 260, extending towards the atomizer 100, to allow a connection with the first electrode 110.Since the charging part 260 and the receiving part 270 can be separated, therefore it is. It is possible to perform quick maintenance on the internal components of the 200 charging unit.

[0045] In one embodiment, as illustrated in [Fig.1], a charging compartment 261 is open on one side of the charging part 260 which faces the atomizer 100; the outer contour of the atomizer 100 is compatible with the inner contour of the charging compartment 261; the second electrode 210 is arranged protrudingly inside the charging compartment 261, and the second magnet 220 is arranged opposite to the charging compartment 261.

[0046] In this embodiment, the charging section 260 is equipped with a charging compartment 261 in the form of a side groove facing the atomizer 100. The atomizer 100 can be installed in the charging compartment 261. Inside the charging compartment 261, a second electrode 210 is raised, thus allowing the atomizer 100 to be stably charged within the charging compartment 261, preventing unwanted wobbling or rotation. Optionally, a charging component 271 can be disposed inside the receiving section 270; the charging component 271 is electrically connected to the second electrode 210. More specifically, the receiving section 270 has an internal cavity structure in which the charging component 271 is disposed. The charging component 271 allows the atomizer 100 to be recharged by being electrically connected to the second electrode 210.At the same time, the 271 load component can be configured in a removable manner to facilitate efficient maintenance.

[0047] In one embodiment, as illustrated in Figures 1 to 3, the atomizer 100 comprises an air exhalation section 180 located at the first end and an atomization section 190 located at the second end; the air exhalation section 180 can be detached and connected to the atomization section 190; a container of the air exhalation section 280 is disposed at the first end of the refilling case 200; the internal contour of the container of the air exhalation section 280 is adapted to the external contour of the air exhalation section 180.

[0048] In this embodiment, the atomizer 100 is divided into two parts, namely the air exhalation section 180 and the atomization section 190. The atomization section 190 contains aerosol substrate in liquid form and a heating component that heats the aerosol substrate to produce gaseous aerosol; the battery that powers the heating component is also located in the atomizer 100. The aerosol can be expelled through the air exhalation section 180 so that the user can use it. The first end of the 200 refill case has a container for the 280 air exhalation section. When the user wants to refill the 100 atomizer, they can detach the 180 air exhalation section from the 190 atomization section, then place the 180 air exhalation section into the container of the 280 section. Remove the 280 air exhalation section, then reconnect the 190 atomizing section to the 200 refilling box for recharging. Simultaneously, once the 190 atomizing section is connected to the 200 refilling box, it forms a shield for the 280 air exhalation section container and the 180 air exhalation section inside, preventing them from falling out. This prevents contamination of the 180 air exhalation section during recharging.

[0049] It is thus evident that, based on the aforementioned structure and connection method, the rechargeable and detachable electronic atomization system according to the embodiments of the present utility model, by installing respectively a first magnet and a second magnet in the atomizer and the charging case, the opposite magnetic poles of the first magnet and the second magnet correspond to each other, the user cannot continue to install the atomizer due to the repulsive force generated when the first magnet and the second magnet are opposite each other, thus preventing incorrect installation, this avoids damage to the charging case due to installation in the wrong direction. At the same time, this electrode configuration helps guide the user during installation in cases where the electronic atomizer has a symmetrical shape, thus preventing reversed installation due to the symmetrical shape.

[0050] These are only specific embodiments of the above utility model. Any competent technician in the field could easily consider various equivalent modifications or substitutions in the technical scope revealed by this utility model.
