In addition, this application provides various specific examples of processes and materials. However, People in the trade can recognize other applications of processes and / or other uses of materials.

[0027] With reference to Figures 1, 2, 3 and 4, the cleaning device 100 comprises: a housing 10, a vibrating mop element 20 and a plurality of main brushes 30. The plurality of main brushes 30 is rotationally connected to the housing 10. The vibrating mop element 20 is located outside the housing 10 and positioned at a distance from the main brushes 30. At least two of the main brushes 30 are positioned perpendicular to the direction of travel of the cleaning device 100.

[0028] The cleaning device 100 can be a floor washing machine, a robot vacuum cleaner, a sweeper, etc. The embodiments of the present application are not limited to these embodiments.

[0029] As the main brushes 30 are rotatably connected to the housing 10 and arranged perpendicular to the direction of travel of the cleaning device 100, the main brushes 30 allow for better cleaning of dust and debris on the floor and more thorough cleaning of hair (human hair, pet hair) compared to a single main brush 30. Cleaning performance is improved and, since the vibrating mop element 20 is mounted outside the housing 10 and spaced away from the main brushes 30, after the main brushes 30 have cleaned the debris from the floor surface, the vibrating mop element 20 can clean stubborn stains on the floor, while preventing debris from affecting the effectiveness of the vibrating mop element 20, thus ensuring better cleaning performance and improving the user experience.

[0030] With reference to Figures 1, 2, 3 and 4, it is understood that, in certain embodiments, in order to prevent debris from affecting the cleaning efficiency of the vibrating mop element 20, the main brush 30 is located in front of the vibrating mop element 20 in the direction of movement of the cleaning device 100, which means that, during the movement of the cleaning device 100, the main brush 30 first cleans the dirt and dust, then the vibrating mop element 20 proceeds to clean the floor, removing stubborn stains, so that debris does not interfere with the action of the vibrating mop element 20, guaranteeing the cleaning efficiency of the vibrating mop element 20 and, consequently, improving the overall cleaning efficiency.

[0031] In certain embodiments, in order to further ensure the efficiency of the vibrating mop element 20, the shape of this vibrating mop element 20 may be fan-shaped, semi-circular, arc-shaped, crescent-shaped, or half-ring-shaped. This allows the vibrating mop element 20 to fully utilize the space of the housing 10, thus maximizing the surface area of the vibrating mop element 20 and increasing the area of contact with the floor. This ensures sufficient contact between the vibrating mop element 20 and the stubborn stains on the floor, allowing the vibrating mop element 20 to effectively clean these stains and remove them completely, thus guaranteeing better cleaning performance and improving the user experience.

[0032] In some embodiments, to facilitate maintenance or replacement of the vibrating mop element 20, the vibrating mop element 20 is mounted removably outside the housing 10.

[0033] In some embodiments, when it is necessary to replace or clean the vibrating mop element 20, it can be removed from the housing 10, then a new vibrating mop element 20 or a cleaned element can be installed in the mounting area of the housing 10, thus facilitating replacement.

[0034] With reference to Figures 1, 2, 3, and 4, in certain embodiments, to further ensure the effectiveness of the vibrating mop element 20, the vibrating mop element 20 occupies between one-third (1 / 3) and two-fifths (2 / 5) of the surface area of the housing 10. This allows the vibrating mop element 20 to fully utilize the available space within the housing 10, thus maximizing its surface area to increase the contact zone between the vibrating mop element 20 and the floor. This configuration ensures optimal contact between the vibrating mop element 20 and stubborn stains on the floor, enabling the vibrating mop element 20 to effectively clean and completely remove these stubborn stains. This approach improves cleaning efficiency and enhances the user experience.

[0035] In certain embodiments, to further ensure the cleaning efficiency of the vibrating mop element 20, the cleaning device 100 also includes a vibration component (not shown in the figures). The vibration component is located in the housing 10 and is connected to the vibrating mop element 20 to cause the vibration of this vibrating mop element 20. The vibration component is connected to the center of the vibrating mop element 20.

[0036] In certain embodiments, the action of the vibration component causes a high-frequency vibration at the center of the vibrating mop element 20, so that the vibrating mop element 20 can effectively clean stubborn stains on the floor and eliminate them completely, thus ensuring better cleaning performance and improving the user experience.

[0037] In certain embodiments, to activate the vibration of the vibrating mop element 20, the vibration component comprises an eccentric and an actuator. The actuator is located in the housing. The active end of the actuator is connected to the eccentric, and the actuator drives the rotation of the eccentric, which causes the movement of the central part of the vibrating mop element 20, thus enabling the central part of the vibrating mop element 20 to produce High-frequency vibrations. This allows the vibrating mop element 20 to effectively clean stubborn stains on the floor and remove them completely, thus ensuring better cleaning performance and improving the user experience.

[0038] With reference to Figures 1, 2, 3 and 4, in certain embodiments, to facilitate maintenance or replacement of the vibrating mop element 20, this vibrating mop element 20 comprises: a support part and a mop part 201. The support part is removably mounted on the outside of the housing 10. The mop part 201 is removably mounted at the end of the support part furthest from the housing 10.

[0039] In some embodiments, when the mop part 201 needs to be replaced or cleaned, it can be removed from the support part, and then a new mop part or a cleaned mop part can be installed on the support part to facilitate replacement.

[0040] In other embodiments, to replace or clean the mop part 201, it is possible to disassemble the support part of the housing 10, and then remove the mop part 201 from the support part. Next, a new mop part or a cleaned mop part can be installed on the support part before reassembling the support part onto the housing, thus facilitating replacement.

[0041] With reference to [Fig.2], in certain embodiments, in order to ensure cleaning efficiency, the housing 10 is equipped with a suction port and an opening 101, the main brushes 30 are at least partially exposed through the opening 101, thus enabling the main brushes 30 to clean debris and dust on the floor, during the rotation of the main brushes 30, the main brushes 30 can sweep the dust and debris towards the suction port, thus facilitating the suction of debris and dust through the suction port, which ensures better cleaning efficiency.

[0042] To describe the operation of the cleaning device 100 more clearly, the following directions are defined: the cleaning device 100 can move on the ground by various combinations of movements relative to the three perpendicular axes defined by the housing 10: the transverse axis x, the longitudinal axis y, and the central vertical axis z. The forward driving direction along the longitudinal axis y is called "forward," and the backward driving direction along the longitudinal axis y is called "backward." The transverse axis x extends essentially along the axis defined by the midpoint of the drive wheels between the right and left wheels of the cleaning device 100. The cleaning device 100 can pivot about the x axis. When the front part of the cleaning device 100 is tilted upwards and the When the rear part is tilted downwards, it is called "upwards", and when the front part of the cleaning device 100 is tilted downwards and the rear part upwards, it is called "downwards".

[0043] In certain embodiments, to ensure cleaning efficiency, at least two of the main brushes 30 are arranged in a direction perpendicular to the direction of movement of the cleaning device 100. In other words, at least two main brushes 30 can be arranged along the transverse axis x, allowing at least two main brushes 30 to clean dust and debris from the floor, thus ensuring complete cleaning of hair (human or animal) and guaranteeing good cleaning efficiency.

[0044] In some embodiments, when at least two of the main brushes 30 are arranged perpendicular to the direction of movement of the cleaning device 100, they may be arranged on the same axis; in other embodiments, said two of the main brushes 30 may be slightly offset.
