Description of the implementation methods
[0042] The technical solutions in the embodiments of this application will be clearly and fully described below with reference to the drawings attached to the embodiments of this application. Obviously, the embodiments described are only some, but not all, of the embodiments of this application. Based on the embodiments of this application, all other embodiments deduced by a person skilled in the art without creative work must be included within the scope of protection of this application.
[0043] Furthermore, the present application may reuse reference numbers and / or reference letters in different examples for the sake of simplicity and clarity, and such reuse does not in any way imply any relationship between the different embodiments and / or arrangements discussed. Moreover, although the present application has provided various specific examples of processes and materials, a person skilled in the art can readily consider the possibility of applying other processes and / or materials.
[0044] With reference to Figures 1 and 2, in an embodiment according to a first aspect of the present application, a cleaning device 100 is provided, comprising: a housing 10; a floor washing element 20, and a plurality of main brushes 30. The plurality of main brushes 30 is rotatably connected to the housing 10. The floor washing element 20 is connected to the housing 10 and is arranged at a distance from the main brushes 30.
[0045] The cleaning device 100 may be a floor wiping device, a robot vacuum cleaner, a sweeper, etc., which is not limited in the embodiments of the present application.
[0046] Since the plurality of main brushes 30 are rotatably connected to the housing 10, the plurality of main brushes 30 is more effective at removing dust and debris from the floor, and hair (human hair, animal hair) is cleaned more thoroughly than a single main brush 30, resulting in an excellent cleaning effect. Since the floor washing element 20 is connected to the housing 10 and positioned at a distance from the main brushes 30, once the main brushes 30 have removed debris from the floor surface, the floor washing element 20 can wash the floor to remove stubborn stains. Meanwhile, debris can be prevented from negatively affecting the washing performance of the floor washing element 20, further ensuring cleaning performance and improving the user experience.
[0047] With reference to Figures 1 and 2, in certain embodiments, in order to prevent debris from affecting the washing performance of the floor washing element 20, the main brushes 30 are positioned in front of the floor washing element 20 along the direction of travel of the cleaning device 100. That is to say, during the movement of the cleaning device 100, the main brushes 30 will first remove debris and dust, and then the floor washing element 20 will perform the washing to clean stubborn stains on the floor. The debris will not interfere with the operation of the floor washing element 20, thus ensuring the cleaning performance of the floor washing element 20 and further guaranteeing its cleaning performance.
[0048] In certain embodiments, to more clearly describe the behavior of the cleaning device 100, the directions are defined as follows: the cleaning device 100 can move on the ground by various combinations of movements about the following three mutually perpendicular axes defined with respect to the housing 10: a transverse axis x, a front-to-back axis y, and a central vertical axis z. The forward drive direction along the front-to-back axis y is designated as "forward," and the rearward direction along the front-to-back axis y is designated as "rear." The transverse axis x is essentially an extension between the right and left wheels of the cleaning device 100 along a direction from a center of axis defined by a central point of a set of drive wheels. Here, the cleaning device 100 can rotate about the x-axis.We speak of "pitch-up" when the front part of the cleaning device 100 is tilted upwards and its rear part is tilted downwards; and we speak of "pitch-down" when . the front part of the cleaning device 100 is inclined downwards and its rear part is inclined upwards.
[0049] In certain embodiments, to further enhance the cleaning performance of the floor washing element 20, the floor washing element 20 is rotatably arranged on the housing 10. The rotation of the floor washing element 20 increases the friction time between the floor washing element 20 and the floor, allowing the floor washing element 20 to make full contact with stubborn stains on the floor. This enables the floor washing element 20 to remove stubborn stains from the floor and eliminate them completely, thus further ensuring cleaning performance and improving the user experience.
[0050] In certain embodiments, to further ensure cleaning performance, the rotating shaft of the floor washing element 20 is arranged at an angle to the rotating shaft of the main brushes 30, so that the floor washing element 20 and the main brushes 30 remove dust, debris, and stubborn stains in different directions, thus ensuring cleaning performance and improving the user experience. Here, the angle between the rotating shaft of the floor washing element 20 and the rotating shaft of the main brushes 30 may be acute, obtuse, or right.
[0051] In certain embodiments, when the angle between the rotating shaft of the floor washing element 20 and the rotating shaft of the main brushes 30 is a right angle, the rotating shaft of the main brushes 30 can be parallel to the transverse axis x, and the rotating shaft of the floor washing element 20 can be parallel to the central vertical axis z.
[0052] In certain embodiments, when the main brushes 30 rotate in a horizontal direction, the main brushes 30 can remove dust and debris from the floor by rolling to clean it, which ensures cleaning performance.
[0053] In certain embodiments, when the floor washing element 20 rotates in a vertical direction, the friction time between the floor washing element 20 and the floor is increased, allowing the floor washing element 20 to make more complete contact with stubborn stains on the floor. This enables the floor washing element 20 to clean stubborn stains on the floor and remove them completely, thus ensuring greater cleaning performance and improving the user experience.
[0054] In some embodiments, to further guarantee cleaning performance, the number of floor washing elements 20 is one or more, and the floor is cleaned by one or more floor washing elements 20 to remove stubborn stains on the floor.
[0055] In certain embodiments, to further enhance cleaning performance, when the number of floor cleaning elements 20 is multiple, two adjacent floor cleaning elements 20 rotate in opposite directions, so that stains between the two adjacent floor cleaning elements 20 on the floor can be removed by the floor cleaning elements 20 rotating in different directions. This increases the friction time between the floor cleaning elements 20 and the floor, and allows the floor cleaning elements 20 to be in full contact with stubborn stains on the floor. This enables the floor cleaning elements 20 to clean stubborn stains on the floor and remove them thoroughly, thus further enhancing cleaning performance and improving the user experience.
[0056] With reference to Figures 1 and 2, in certain embodiments, to ensure the cleaning performance of the floor washing element 20, the floor washing element 20 comprises: a drive device 202 and a floor washing part 201. The drive device 202 is located inside the housing 10; and the floor washing part 201 is located outside the housing 10 and is removably connected to the drive device 202. Here, the rotating shaft of the floor washing part 201 is arranged at an angle to the direction of travel of the cleaning device 100. That is, the rotating shaft of the floor washing part 201 is arranged at an angle to the front-to-back axis y. The floor washing part 201 may be a cleaning towel or a cleaning cloth.
[0057] In certain embodiments, when cleaning is required, the drive device 202 is activated, and an actuating end of the drive device 202 rotates the floor-washing part 201, increasing the friction time between the floor-washing part 201 and the floor and allowing the floor-washing part 201 to make full contact with stubborn stains on the floor. This enables the floor-washing part 201 to remove stubborn stains from the floor and eliminate them completely, thus ensuring enhanced cleaning performance and improving the user experience.
[0058] In some embodiments, the drive device 202 is arranged inside the housing 10 to fully utilize the space within the housing 10, thereby improving space utilization and avoiding a raised housing 10. This reduces the space occupied by the housing 10. Meanwhile, the drive device 202 is housed within the internal cavity of the housing 10 to prevent it from being exposed, thus preserving the aesthetics.
[0059] In some embodiments, the floor washing part 201 is arranged outside the housing 10 to ensure that the floor washing part 201 can perform a complete wash, allowing the floor washing part 201 to clean the removes stubborn stains from the floor and eliminates them completely, which further guarantees cleaning performance and improves the user experience.
[0060] In some embodiments, the floor washing part 201 is removably connected to the drive device 202, so that when the floor washing part 201 needs to be replaced or washed, the floor washing part 201 can be detached from the drive device 202, and then a new or washed floor washing element is installed on the actuation end of the drive device 202, so as to facilitate replacement.
[0061] In certain embodiments, to further ensure cleaning performance, the rotating shaft of the floor washing unit 201 is arranged at an angle to the rotating shaft of the main brushes 30, so that the floor washing unit 201 and the main brushes 30 remove dust, debris, and stubborn stains in different directions, thus ensuring cleaning performance and improving the user experience. Here, the angle between the rotating shaft of the floor washing unit 201 and the rotating shaft of the main brushes 30 can be acute, obtuse, or right.
[0062] In certain embodiments, when the angle between the rotating shaft of the floor washing part 201 and the rotating shaft of the main brushes 30 is a right angle, the rotating shaft of the main brushes 30 can be parallel to the transverse axis x, and the rotating shaft of the floor washing part 201 can be parallel to the central vertical axis z.
[0063] In certain embodiments, when the rotating shaft of the floor washing part 201 is parallel to the central vertical axis z, the friction time between the floor washing part 201 and the floor is increased, and the floor washing part 201 can be in full contact with stubborn stains on the floor. This allows the floor washing part 201 to clean stubborn stains on the floor and remove them completely, thus ensuring superior cleaning performance and improving the user experience.
[0064] With reference to [Fig. 2], in certain embodiments, to ensure cleaning performance, the housing 10 is provided with a dust collection inlet 102 and an opening 101, and at least a portion of the main brushes 30 is exposed through the opening 101. This allows the main brushes 30 to remove debris and dust from the floor. During the rotation of the main brushes 30, they can sweep dust and debris into the dust collection inlet 102, thereby facilitating the removal of dust and debris through the dust collection inlet 102 and further ensuring cleaning performance.
[0065] In certain embodiments, in order to guarantee cleaning performance, at least two of the main brushes 30 are arranged sequentially along the direction of movement of the cleaning device 100. In addition or alternatively, at least two of the main brushes 30 are arranged sequentially along the direction perpendicular to the direction of movement of the cleaning device 100.
[0066] With reference to Figures 3, 4, 5, and 6, in certain embodiments, to ensure cleaning performance, at least two of the main brushes 30 are arranged along the direction of travel of the cleaning device 100. That is, at least two of the main brushes 30 can be arranged along the front-to-back axis y, so that at least two of the main brushes 30 can remove dust and debris from the floor. This ensures that hair (human hair, animal hair) can be completely removed, thereby improving cleaning performance.
[0067] With reference to Figures 3, 4, 5, and 6, in certain embodiments, to ensure cleaning performance, at least two of the main brushes 30 are arranged along the direction perpendicular to the direction of movement of the cleaning device 100. In other words, at least two of the main brushes 30 can be arranged along the transverse axis x, so that at least two of the main brushes 30 can clean dust and debris from the floor. This ensures that hair (human hair, animal hair) can be completely removed, thereby improving cleaning performance.
[0068] In certain embodiments, when at least two of the main brushes 30 are arranged at an angle to the direction of movement of the cleaning device 100, the at least two of the main brushes 30 may be arranged coaxially. Obviously, in other embodiments, the at least two of the main brushes 30 may be slightly offset.
[0069] In some embodiments, when at least two of the main brushes 30 are arranged at an angle to the direction of travel of the cleaning device 100, at least two of the main brushes 30 can be arranged coaxially. In other words, at least two of the main brushes 30 can share a single rotating shaft. A single drive device can rotate at least two of the main brushes 30 via the single rotating shaft, thus reducing costs. Of course, in other embodiments, at least two of the main brushes 30 can be arranged non-coaxially. In other words, at least two of the main brushes 30 can have individual rotating shafts, and the number of drive devices is multiple. The drive devices can rotate the corresponding 30 main brushes via individual rotating shafts.
[0070] In some embodiments, the main brushes 30 comprise a first main brush 301 and a second main brush 302, and the first main brush 301 and the second main brush 302 are arranged sequentially along the direction of travel of the cleaning device 100. In other words, the second main brush 302 and the first main brush 301 are arranged from front to back along the direction of the front-to-back axis y. The second main brush 302 is positioned in front of the first main brush 301, so that the second main brush 302 can lift debris from the floor, while the first main brush 301 can sweep the debris and dust into the dust collection inlet 102 in a rolling manner to remove dust and debris from the floor, thus ensuring improved cleaning performance.
[0071] With reference to [Fig.3], in some embodiments, the main brushes 30 comprise a first main brush 301 and a second main brush 302, and the first main brush 301 and the second main brush 302 are arranged sequentially along the direction perpendicular to the direction of movement of the cleaning device 100. Once the main brushes 30 have removed the debris from the floor surface, the floor washing element 20 is configured to clean stubborn stains on the floor. During this time, debris can be prevented from interfering with the cleaning performance of the floor washing element 20, thus ensuring consistent cleaning performance and improving the user experience.
[0086] In certain embodiments, in order to avoid any interference in the action of the main brushes 30, the main brushes 30 are positioned between the two drive wheels 50. This ensures smooth operation of the main brushes 30, so that the main brushes 30 can sweep dust and debris into the dust collection inlet 102, which facilitates the removal of dust and debris through the dust collection inlet 102 by suction, thus ensuring cleaning performance and improving the user experience.
[0087] With reference to Figures 1, 2, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10, in an embodiment according to a second aspect of the present application, a cleaning device 100 is provided, comprising: a housing 10; and a first cleaning module 70 and a second cleaning module 80 arranged sequentially on the housing 10 along a direction of movement of the housing 10. The housing 10 has an avoidance part 103 positioned between the first cleaning module 70 and the second cleaning module 80 to reduce a spacing between the first cleaning module 70 and the second cleaning module 80.
[0088] In certain embodiments, since the first cleaning module 70 and the second cleaning module 80 are arranged sequentially on the housing 10 along the direction of movement of the housing 10, the floor can be cleaned by the first cleaning module 70 and the second cleaning module 80. Since the housing 10 has the avoidance portion 103 positioned between the first cleaning module 70 and the second cleaning module 80, the spacing between the first cleaning module 70 and the second cleaning module 80 can be reduced. Thus, the space can be reduced by the avoidance portion 103, so as to allow the first cleaning module 70 and the second cleaning module 80 to be arranged closer together, resulting in a more compact design. Therefore, different components can be mounted and arranged more compactly without having to compromise on the dimensions of the housing 10, the first cleaning module 70 and the second cleaning module 80.
[0089] With reference to Figures 1, 2 and 7, in certain embodiments, to facilitate the mounting and arrangement of the second cleaning module 80, the housing 10 is provided with a receiving groove 104. The second cleaning module 80 can be positioned inside the receiving groove 104. The receiving groove 104 accommodates the second cleaning module 80, thus preventing the second cleaning module 80 from occupying excessive vertical space within the housing 10. Consequently, the height of the housing 10 can be reduced while maintaining the same thickness of the second cleaning module 80.
[0090] With reference to Figures 1, 2, 7, 8, 9, and 10, in certain embodiments, the receiving groove 104 includes the avoidance portion 103, which can reduce the spacing between the first cleaning module 70 and the second cleaning module 80. Thus, the overall space is reduced, allowing the first cleaning module 70 and the second cleaning module 80 to be arranged closer together, resulting in a more compact design. Consequently, different components can be mounted and arranged more compactly without compromising the dimensions of the housing 10, the first cleaning module 70, and the second cleaning module 80.
[0091] In certain embodiments, to form the avoidance part 103, the receiving groove 104 has a first edge 1041 and two second edges 1042, and the first edge 1041 is positioned between the two second edges 1042 and connected to the two second edges 1042. Here, the first edge 1041 looks like a straight line to form the avoidance part 103.
[0092] In certain embodiments, to ensure the cleaning performance of the second cleaning module 80, the second cleaning module 80 may be annular. To accommodate the second cleaning module 80, the receiving groove 104 may also be annular. A portion of the receiving groove 104 is flattened, and this flattened portion forms the first straight edge 1041, thus creating the avoidance portion 103.
[0093] With reference to Figures 1, 2, 7, 8, 9 and 10, in certain embodiments, in order to further guarantee the cleaning performance of the second cleaning module 80, the receiving groove 104 may be provided with a notch 1043, and a part of the second cleaning module 80 may be exposed from the receiving groove 104 through the notch 1043, so as to increase the cleaning surface of the second cleaning module 80 and improve the cleaning performance.
[0094] In certain embodiments, in order to fully receive the second cleaning module 80, the second side 1042 may be arc-shaped, so as to facilitate the mounting of the second cleaning module 80 while ensuring that the second cleaning module 80 has sufficient free space to move and clean the floor.
[0095] With reference to Figures 1, 2, 7, 8, 9 and 10, in certain embodiments, to enable the first cleaning module 70 to perform the cleaning, the first cleaning module 70 comprises: a main brush cover 90 and a plurality of main brushes 30. The main brush cover 90 is disposed on the housing 10. The plurality of main brushes 30 is rotatably disposed inside the main brush cover and partially exposed from the main brush cover 90.
[0096] In certain embodiments, since the main brush cover 90 is disposed on the housing 10, the housing 10 can support the main brush cover 90. Since the plurality of main brushes 30 is rotatably arranged inside the main brush cover 90 and partially exposed from the main brush cover 90, the main brush cover 90 supports the plurality of main brushes 30. Since the plurality of main brushes 30 is partially exposed from the main brush cover 90, the plurality of main brushes 30 can sweep the floor. Compared to a single main brush 30, the plurality of main brushes 30 is more effective at removing dust and debris from the floor, and more effective at removing hair (human hair, animal hair), thus improving cleaning performance.
[0097] In certain embodiments, given that there are a plurality of main brushes 30, particularly when the plurality of main brushes 30 are arranged sequentially along the direction of travel of the housing 10, the main brushes 30 would occupy more space along the direction of travel of the housing 10. By placing the avoidance portion 103 within the housing 10, the spacing between the first cleaning module 70 and the second cleaning module 80 can be reduced. Consequently, the avoidance portion 103 saves space, allowing the first cleaning module 70 and the second cleaning module 80 to be arranged closer together, resulting in a more compact design. Thus, the various components are mounted and arranged more compactly without compromising the dimensions of the housing 10, the first cleaning module 70, and the second cleaning module 80.
[0098] With reference to Figures 1, 7, 8, 9, and 10, in certain embodiments, to further ensure that the first cleaning module 70 and the second cleaning module 80 can be arranged compactly, the avoidance portion 103 is flush with the edge of the main brush cover 90. Consequently, the avoidance portion 103 saves space, allowing the first cleaning module 70 and the second cleaning module 80 to be positioned closer together, resulting in a more compact design. Thus, the various components are mounted and arranged more compactly without compromising the dimensions of the housing 10, the first cleaning module 70, and the second cleaning module 80.
[0099] With reference to Figures 1, 2, and 7, in certain embodiments, to further ensure that the first cleaning module 80 and the second cleaning module 90 can be arranged compactly, the second cleaning module 80 comprises a floor washing element 20, and the avoidance portion 103 is positioned between the floor washing element 20 and a main brush cover 90. Thanks to the avoidance portion 103, the spacing between the first cleaning module 70 and the second cleaning module 80 is reduced. Thus, the overall space is reduced, allowing the first cleaning module 70 and the second cleaning module 80 to be arranged closer together, resulting in a more compact design. Therefore, different components can be mounted and arranged more compactly without having to compromise on the dimensions of the housing 10, the first cleaning module 70 and the second cleaning module 80.
[0100] In certain embodiments, in order to further ensure that the first cleaning module 80 and the second cleaning module 90 can be arranged compactly, the floor washing element 20 is tangent to an edge of the main brush cover 90, which allows the first cleaning module 70 and the The second cleaning module 80 can be arranged closer together. Consequently, different components can be arranged closer together without compromising the dimensions of the housing 10, the first cleaning module 70, and the second cleaning module 80. Here, the floor washing element 20 can be annular, and the edge of the main brush cover 90 can resemble a straight line.
[0101] In some embodiments, the main brush cover 90 can be formed as part of the housing 10. Obviously, in other embodiments, the main brush cover 90 and the housing 10 are independent components.
[0102] In an embodiment according to a third aspect of this application, a cleaning system is provided, comprising a cleaning base and the cleaning device 100 described above.
[0103] In some embodiments, the cleaning device further comprises: a dust box and a dust extraction motor. The dust box is provided with a dust collection inlet 102 and an air outlet. The dust extraction motor draws air from the dust collection inlet 102 into the dust box and then discharges it through the air outlet, so as to create negative pressure inside the dust box. The main brushes rotate to draw the dust into the dust box for storage.
