Abstract

Method for Repairing a Once-Programmable Memory This description relates to a method for controlling a once-programmable memory (80) comprising memory locations, each identified by an address, each memory location being configured to store a digital data item having a given number of bits, the memory locations being divided into a first memory area (20), a second memory area (ZW), and a third memory area (ZADD). The method includes, when an operation to write digital data to a first memory location in the first memory area (20) has failed, writing the digital data to a second memory location in the second memory area (ZW) and writing to a third memory location in the third memory area (ZADD) the address of the first memory location and an identifier of the second memory location.
