Abstract
A motor vehicle rear axle with integrated brake plates, a rear axle assembly comprising such a rear axle, and a vehicle comprising such an assembly. The invention relates to a motor vehicle rear axle (1), said motor vehicle having a drum-type braking system, said rear axle comprising at least two tubes (7a, 7b) extending laterally on either side of a differential (3), each of said tubes (7a, 7b) having a proximal end (9) and a distal end (11) relative to said differential (3). According to the invention, the rear axle (1) comprises at least one brake plate (13a, 13b) fixed by welding to at least one of said distal ends (11) of said tubes (7a, 7b). Figure 1
