Abstract
A self-powered electric motor, comprising a rotor, a battery, a ignition switch (Nieman key), a starter (1), and a rotor flywheel, operates as follows: starting from the battery and passing through the ignition switch (Nieman key), the starter (1) is energized, engaging the rotor flywheel. The resulting current then primarily powers the starter drive and relay assembly, thus activating the generator and producing continuous current. The starter / rotor transmission ratio (driving / driven) should closely approximate the rotor's rotational speed to ensure an immediate current flow.
