Abstract
Description
Title of the invention: Cosmetic product packaging and dispensing device and associated assembly
[0001] The present invention relates to a device for packaging and dispensing a cosmetic product intended to be obtained by mixing a first cosmetic composition and a second cosmetic composition different from the first cosmetic composition, comprising:
[0002] - a base extending along a longitudinal axis and intended to receive:
[0003] - at least one first cartridge containing the first cosmetic composition;
[0004] - at least a second cartridge containing the second composition cosmetics;
[0005] - a plate defining a mixing surface on which the first composition The first cosmetic component and the second cosmetic composition are intended to be mixed to obtain the cosmetic product.
[0006] - the plate delimiting, for each cartridge, at least one through-hole distribution of the corresponding cosmetic composition from said cartridge, at least one through orifice extending between the mixing surface and a lower surface of the tray opposite the mixing surface;
[0007] - an intermediate support extending around a support axis and on which is mounted the tray, the intermediate support comprising for each cartridge, an internal skirt delimiting a passage for the circulation of the corresponding cosmetic composition intended to be in fluidic communication with a dispensing nozzle of said cartridge.
[0008] A cosmetic product is, for example, a hair product, a hygiene product, a facial and / or body care product, a makeup product, or a sun protection product. More generally, a cosmetic product is a product as defined in Regulation (EC) No 1223 / 2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 30 November 2009 on cosmetic products.
[0009] In such a device, residues of cosmetic compositions are highly likely to remain lodged in the circulation passages delimited by the internal skirts. These circulation passages are difficult to clean because they are hard to access. Thus, cosmetic composition residues trapped in the circulation passages are likely to lead to the development of bacteria, particularly when said cosmetic compositions contain water. The maintenance of such a device is therefore complex.
[0010] One aim of the invention is therefore to provide a device for which cleaning and disinfection are facilitated.
[0011] To this end, the invention relates to a device for packaging and dispensing a cosmetic product, of the aforementioned type, in which:
[0012] the intermediate support is suitable for being removably mounted on the base, the support axis and the longitudinal axis being substantially coaxial when the intermediate support is mounted on the base, and
[0013] for each internal skirt of the intermediate support, an internal peripheral surface of said internal skirt is intended to cooperate with an external peripheral surface of a tubular conduit of a nozzle of the corresponding cartridge.
[0014] Thanks to these features, the areas of the circulation channels in which cosmetic compositions are likely to become trapped are limited, and the intermediate support is removable from the base to allow easy access to the circulation channels. The circulation channels can then be cleaned using, for example, a simple cleaning pin.
[0015] According to one embodiment, the internal peripheral surface of each internal skirt of the intermediate support is intended to cooperate with an external peripheral surface of a tubular conduit of a nozzle of a corresponding cartridge so as to create a distribution path of the corresponding cosmetic composition from the corresponding cartridge to the corresponding distribution through orifice.
[0016] According to another variant, the base comprises:
[0017] - an external peripheral wall delimiting an internal space in which the cartridges are intended to be received;
[0018] - an upper wall on which the intermediate support is suitable for mounting removable method, the upper wall being permanently mounted on the external peripheral wall;
[0019] the upper wall comprising for each cartridge, an internal skirt delimiting a space for receiving the corresponding internal skirt of the intermediate support.
[0020] Thanks to these features, the mounting of the intermediate support on the base of the device is facilitated and the device is made more robust.
[0021] According to another variant, the device further comprises a mechanism for fixing the intermediate support to the base, the fixing mechanism comprising:
[0022] - at least one first attachment element mounted on the base;
[0023] - at least one second fastening element mounted on the intermediate support;
[0024] at least one first attachment element being capable of cooperating with at least one second attachment element to fix the intermediate support to the base.
[0025] According to another variant, at least a first and at least a second attachment elements are magnets.
[0026] Thanks to these features, the assembly and disassembly of the intermediate support on the base is made easy.
[0027] According to another variant, the device further comprises for each cartridge, at least one seal intended to connect the at least one corresponding distribution through orifice and the corresponding cosmetic composition circulation passage in a hermetic manner.
[0028] Thanks to these characteristics, maintenance of the device is made easier because the risk of leakage of cosmetic compositions at the level of the tray and the intermediate support is reduced.
[0029] According to another variant, the traffic passages extend substantially parallel to the support axis.
[0030] According to another variant, the cosmetic product is intended to be obtained by mixing the first cosmetic composition, the second cosmetic composition and a third cosmetic composition different from the first cosmetic composition and the second cosmetic composition,
[0031] the base being intended to also receive at least a third cartridge containing the third cosmetic composition,
[0032] the mixing surface being such that the first cosmetic composition, the second cosmetic composition and the third cosmetic composition are intended to be mixed on the mixing surface to obtain the cosmetic product,
[0033] in which:
[0034] the through-holes for the distribution of the first, second and third cosmetic compositions are distributed angularly around the support axis,
[0035] the circulation passages for the first, second and third cosmetic compositions are distributed angularly around the support axis.
[0036] The angular distribution of the distribution through orifices and circulation passages makes it possible to reduce the size of the device.
[0037] The invention further relates to a cosmetic product packaging and dispensing assembly intended to be obtained by mixing a first cosmetic composition and a second cosmetic composition different from the first cosmetic composition, comprising:
[0038] - at least one first cartridge containing the first cosmetic composition and a dispensing nozzle for the first cosmetic composition;
[0039] - at least a second cartridge containing the second cosmetic composition and a dispensing nozzle for the second cosmetic composition;
[0040] - a device as described above;
[0041] each cartridge being movable between:
[0042] - an assembled configuration in which said cartridge is received in the base of so that said nozzle is in fluidic communication with a corresponding circulation passage of the intermediate support;
[0043] - a disassembled configuration in which said cartridge is arranged away from the base.
[0044] Thanks to these features, the cartridges in the set are replaceable according to the user's needs.
[0045] According to one variant, for each cartridge, the nozzle includes a tubular conduit defining a distribution passage for the corresponding cosmetic composition,
[0046] wherein in the mounted configuration, an external peripheral surface of the tubular conduit cooperates with an internal peripheral surface of the corresponding internal skirt of the intermediate support to put the distribution passage of said nozzle into fluidic communication with the corresponding circulation passage.
[0047] Thanks to these characteristics, the cartridges are put into fluidic communication with the distribution passages of the cosmetic products in a simple, robust and leak-proof manner.
