Description

Field of the Invention This invention relates to kitchen appliances, specifically a system for transporting dishwasher racks and integrating them into storage cupboards. The system provides a practical solution to streamline the process of unloading and storing freshly washed dishes. Background of the Invention Dishwashers are a common kitchen appliance, but the unloading process often requires transferring items individually from the dishwasher racks to storage cupboards. This process can be time-consuming and inefficient. Current dishwasher designs do not provide a convenient method for direct rack transfer and storage. There is a need for a system that lifts dishwasher racks off their runners and allows users to wheel them directly into a cupboard for storage. Summary of the Invention The invention is a standalone system for lifting and transporting dishwasher racks. It comprises: 1. A mesh-locking mechanism that interfaces with the mesh of dishwasher racks for secure handling. 2. A lift assembly for elevating the racks off dishwasher runners. 3. A wheeled base to enable mobility of the racks. 4. Compatibility with standard kitchen cupboards, allowing the racks to be stored directly within. The system simplifies the dishwashing process, reduces manual effort, and improves kitchen ergonomics. Detailed Description of the Preferred Embodiment The invention comprises a sturdy frame with a mesh-locking mechanism L that securely engages with dishwasher racks B. The lift assembly L, operated either manually or via a motorized mechanism, raises (R) the racks Bl off the dishwasher D runners O. The wheeled base RI allows for smooth movement of the lifted racks Bl. Once the racks B2 are positioned in the cupboard C+E, locking wheels R2 stabilize the system. The system is constructed from lightweight, corrosion-resistant materials such as stainless steel or composite plastics. Ventilation slots V in the cupboard C+E ensure that residual moisture evaporates, keeping dishes hygienic.
