Abstract
Description
The invention relates to an adapter plate for connecting a spinning-pump device and a 5 line for conveying a spinning fluid for synthetic fibers, according to the preamble of claim 1, and to an associated spinning-pump system in which the adapter plate is used. High-precision spinning-pump devices are usually used for the production of synthetic fibers and filaments, such as spandex fibers, for example, said spinning-pump devices being 10 configured on an adapter plate for connecting the spinning-pump device, on the one hand, and for connecting conveying lines. External gear wheel pumps which are described in DE 10 2016 013 684 Al, for example, and are constructed according to the principle of a planetary gear pump are used in particular for the spinning-pump devices. 15 The primary driven gear wheel of the planetary gear pump is connected to a driving source which by meshing drives planetary gear wheels disposed on the external circumference of said driving source. The spinning fluid from a supply line is then conveyed into an adapter plate in the 20 meshing pockets formed by the external gear wheels and the primary driven gear wheel, the adapter plate having fittings by means of which the conveying lines are able to be coupled to the respective spinning nozzles. The number of external gear wheels determines the number of lines that can be fed. In 25 this way, eight lines can thus be fed in the case of eight planetary gear wheels, for example. In this instance, the adapter plate has to be provided with a corresponding number of fittings. Planetary gear pumps of this type can also be disposed in series behind one another. It is currently possible that adapter plates with up to forty fittings can be provided. 30 There are, however, limits in technical as well as spatial terms to the above. The more fittings to be accommodated in the adapter plate, the larger the circumference and thickness of said adapter plate have to be sized. Moreover, assembling and disassembling line connections becomes more complex as a result of the larger number of fittings. 5 Using the current adapter plates, an increase in the pump output by way of additional spinning-pump device is possible only with difficulty because an adapter plate of excessive size is difficult to handle and set up. It is therefore an object of the invention to provide an adapter plate, and a pump system 10 having the adapter plate, which is easy to service and nevertheless permits an increase in the pump output by way of additional lines without requiring additional space. In terms of the adapter plate, this object is achieved according to the invention by an adapter plate having the features of claim 1. 15 The adapter plate according to the invention can be equipped with pump devices on both sides and provides additional connection regions for a plurality of lines for conveying a spinning fluid for synthetic fibers. 20 Provided according to one aspect of the invention is an adapter plate for connecting a spinning-pump device and a line for conveying a spinning fluid for synthetic fibers, wherein the adapter plate defines a first connection side and a second connection side different from the first connection side, and configured on the first connection side are a line connection portion for connecting in a fluid-tight manner the line and a spinning-pump connection portion for 25 connecting in a fluid-tight manner the spinning-pump device, wherein configured on the second connection side is a second spinning-pump connection portion for connecting in a fluid-tight manner a second spinning-pump device, wherein the adapter plate is configured having ducts for supplying and discharging the fluid to be conveyed. 30 Using the adapter plate according to the invention, the spinning-pump devices can be replaced more easily. It is not necessary for the lines connected to the fitting to be removed when changing the spinning-pump devices. Moreover, the spinning-pump devices can be replaced independently of one another. Advantageous refinements of the adapter plate are derived from the features and combinations of features of the respective dependent claims. 5 According to one refinement of the adapter plate, the adapter plate on the first connection side in the line connection portion has a plurality of fittings which at least partially surround the first and / or the second spinning-pump connection portion in a circular manner. A form-fitting and force-fitting screw fit for a fluid-tight connection to the adapter plate is able to be established by means of the thread. According to one refinement of the adapter plate, the plurality of fittings extend substantially parallel to the direction of the rotation axis of the spinning-pump device. According to another refinement of the adapter plate according to the invention, 20 configured in the adapter plate is a through opening for receiving at least one drive shaft of the first and / or of the second spinning-pump device. According to a further refinement of the adapter plate, a drive shaft coupling bush is disposed in the through opening. According to another refinement of the adapter plate according to the invention, the first spinning-pump device is able to be driven directly by the drive shaft of a spinning-pump drive, and the second spinning-pump device is able to be driven indirectly by the drive shaft of the first spinning-pump device.
