Claim 1A heat exchanger that incorporates an air circuit / air heating circuit in / around / through the heat exchanger of a room sealed boiler that Is connected to a wet central heating system / wet hot water system.Claim 2 The air circuit as in Claim 1 can be formed by moulded cavities in the metallic heat exchanger.Claim 3 The air circuit as in Claim 1 can be formed by an external plastic or metallic compartment built around the heat exchanger.Claim 4 The air circuit as In Claim 1 can be formed by a metallic ar plastic coil wrapped around the heat exchanger.Claim 5 The boiler in Claim 1 will combust natural gas / oil / hydrogen.Claim 6 The air circuit as in Claim 1 will vent / exhaust the heated air inside the property / building / living space.Claim 7 The air circuit as described in Claim 1 may use / incorporate a fan to assist in the movement of air through the heat exchanger air circuit.Claim 8 The heated air from air circuit as in Claim! can be ducted to more convenient locations inside the property / buHding / living space.Claim 9 The air moving through the air circuit as described in Claim 1 does not mix with the air used for tombustion in the room sealed boiler or the fumes / products of combustion produced by combustion.
