Description

TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to the technical field of folding chairs, and in particular to a folding chair frame having a side table and a folding chair. BACKGROUND As people's quality of life continues to improve, people often spend their leisure time in camping and vacationing. Folding chairs are essential items for camping and vacationing. The folding chairs can be folded into a compact form, allowing for convenient storage and carrying. In addition, existing folding chairs are often provided with table panels on their sides, enabling users to place other items such as water bottles, mobile phones, and food. However, although the existing table panels are foldable, they are usually folded outward, increasing an overall folded volume and a storage space. Therefore, the present invention provides a folding chair to solve the above problems. SUMMARY The present invention provides a folding chair frame having a side table and a folding chair. When the side table is folded, an overall folded volume of the chair frame is not increased, thereby avoiding an increase in a storage space and making a folding process more convenient. In order to achieve the foregoing objectives, the present invention implements the following technical solution: a folding chair frame having a side table, including a main body and a side table; where the main body includes a base frame and a main support frame, the base frame is connected to the main support frame, and both the base frame and the main support frame are foldable; a connecting member is connected to the base frame, and the side table is rotatably connected to the connecting member, such that the side table has a use state and a folded state, and the side table is switches between the two states by rotation; when in the use state, the side table is positioned on an outer side of the base frame for holding items; and when in the folded state, the side table is received in a receiving space enclosed by a folded base frame or positioned within an unfolded base frame. Preferably, the connecting member includes a connecting piece, a rotatable block, and a connecting rod; one end of the connecting piece is mounted on the base frame, the other end of the connecting piece is a free end, and the free end of the connecting piece is located within the receiving space enclosed by the folded base frame; a sliding hole is formed on the rotatable block, an axis of the sliding hole is perpendicular to a side surface of the base frame, one end of the connecting rod is slidably and rotatably disposed in the sliding hole, and the other end of the connecting rod is connected to the side table, such that the side table can slide and rotate along the axis of the sliding hole; and the rotatable block is rotatably disposed on the free end of the connecting piece, allowing the side table to rotate and switch between the outer side of the base frame and an inner side of the base frame. Preferably, at least one holding recess is formed on a table top of the side table, and a plurality of the holding recesses are formed in different shapes for holding items of various shapes. Preferably, a clearance groove for cooperating with the connecting rod within the main body is formed on the connecting piece. Preferably, the base frame includes a front frame and a rear frame, two upper ends of the front frame and the rear frame are rotatably connected to the main support frame, and a linkage assembly is connected between middle portions of the front frame and the rear frame; and the connecting piece is mounted at the middle portion of the rear frame, and a support groove that engages with the front frame is formed on an end of the side table away from the rear frame to support the side table to make the side table in the use state. Preferably, the main support frame includes a backrest support, a leg support, a seat frame, and two armrest supports; the two upper ends of the front frame and the rear frame are rotatably connected to the two armrest supports; two lower ends of the backrest support are rotatably connected to two rear end portions of the seat frame respectively, an upper end of the backrest support is a free end, and two lower portions of the backrest support are connected to rear end portions of the armrest supports respectively; and two upper ends of the leg support are rotatably connected to two front end portions of the armrest supports respectively, a lower end of the leg support is a free end, and two upper portions of the leg support are connected to two front end portions of the seat frame respectively; and the linkage assembly is rotatably connected to the seat frame. Preferably, the armrest support includes an armrest, a sliding rod, and a locking assembly; front end and rear end of the armrest are rotatably connected to a lower portion of the backrest support and an upper end of the leg support respectively, and the sliding rod is disposed inside the armrest to support the armrest; the locking assembly is slidably disposed on the sliding rod and used in conjunction with the sliding rod to lock the sliding rod; and the two upper ends of the front frame and the rear frame are rotatably connected to the locking assembly to support the sliding rod. Preferably, the locking assembly includes: a sliding block slidably disposed on the sliding rod; a locking member disposed on the sliding block; the locking member includes a locking block, a locking housing, and an elastic member; the locking housing is disposed on the sliding block, the locking block is disposed on the locking housing, a locking portion is disposed on an upper end portion of the locking housing and is located above the sliding rod, and the elastic member is disposed between an upper side wall of the locking housing and an upper end portion of the sliding block; and the locking block is used in conjunction with a lower side wall of the sliding block, such that the locking portion moves downward and tightly abuts against an upper side wall of the sliding rod, and the sliding block moves upward and tightly abuts against a lower side wall of the sliding rod under the action of the elastic member. Preferably, one end of the locking block is provided with an eccentric wheel, and the locking block is rotatably disposed on the locking housing, and the other end of the locking block is a free end; the locking housing is sleeved around an outer periphery of the sliding block, a notch in communication with the sliding hole in the sliding block is formed on an upper end of the sliding block, and the locking portion descends to pass through the notch to engage with an upper side wall of the sliding block; and a rotational axis of the locking block is located below the lower side wall of the sliding block, and a distance between the rotational axis of the locking block and the lower side wall of the sliding block is less than a maximum radius of the eccentric wheel. As shown in FIGs. 1-12, an embodiment of the present invention provides a folding chair frame having a side table, including a main body 1 and a side table 3; the main body 1 includes a base frame 11 and a main support frame, the base frame 11 is connected to the main support frame, and both the base frame and the main support frame are foldable to reduce a storage volume; correspondingly, a connecting member 2 is connected to the base frame 11, and the side table 3 is rotatably connected to the connecting member 2, such that the side table 3 has a use state and a folded state, and the side table is switchable between the two states by rotation. Specifically, when the side table 3 is in the use state, the side table 3 is positioned on an outer side of the base frame 11 and is in a horizontal direction, with a table surface facing upward, such that cups, electronic devices, or other items can be placed on the table surface; when the side table 3 is in the folded state, the main body 1 has two states, that is, a using state or a folded state. After the main body 1 and the side table 3 are fully folded together, the side table 3 is received in a receiving space enclosed by the folded base frame 11, which does not increase a thickness, a width and a volume of the chair frame after folding, thereby without increasing a storage space, and allowing for a greater quantity of the chair frames to be transported. Moreover, since the side table 3 is hidden within the folded base frame 11, the side table 3 is protected from damage during transportation, thereby ensuring the quality of the side table 3. When the main body 1 is in use, the side table 3 is positioned within the unfolded base frame 11, avoiding occupying an unfolded space and affecting the activities of other personnel. Specifically, as shown in FIGs. 2-3, the connecting member 2 may take various structural forms, as long as it can enables the side table 3 to rotate from the outer side of the base frame 11 to an inner side of the base frame 11. The folding and rotation of the side table 3 are performed when the base frame 11 is in an unfolded state. After the side table 3 is rotated to the inner side of the base frame 11, and the base frame 11 and the main support frame are folded together, the side table 3 is hidden in the folded chair frame. Since the side table 3 is in a horizontal state and is mounted on the base frame 11 when in use, the side table 3 is specially made to be capable of sliding along the sliding hole 221, to enable the side table 3 to rotate smoothly, such that the side table 3 moves in a direction perpendicular to the side surface of the base frame 11 and away from the base frame 11, and the side table 3 is no longer mounted on the base frame 11. Correspondingly, a limiting plate 25 is arranged at an end of the connecting rod 23, the limiting plate 25 is positioned on an outer side of the sliding hole 221, an outer diameter of the limiting plate 25 is greater than an aperture of the sliding hole 221, so as to prevent the end of the connecting rod 23 from disengaging from the sliding hole 221 when the side table 3 moves in the direction perpendicular to the side surface of the base frame 11 and away from the base frame 11; the side table 3 can then rotate about the axis of the sliding hole 221 from a horizontal direction to a vertical direction, and finally rotate to the vertical direction, or to a midway inclined direction, as long as the side table 3 can be rotated to an inner side of the base frame 11 at the position. Moreover, the rotatable block 22 is rotatably mounted at the free end of the connecting piece 21, and the side table 3 after rotation can be rotated again together with the rotatable block 22, such that the side table 3 is rotated from the outer side of the base frame 11 to the inner side thereof, thereby realizing the switching between the use state and the folded state. A diagram of the folding process of the side table 3 can refer to FIGs. 4-6. Specifically, when the folding chair frame is folded, the existence of the connecting piece 21 may obstruct the connecting rod 23 from further approaching. Therefore, a clearance groove 24 is formed on the connecting piece 21, allowing the obstructed connecting rod 23 to move further into the clearance groove 24 and reach an original folded position, avoiding an increase in the folded thickness of the folding chair frame when the connecting rod 23 therein is obstructed by the connecting piece 21. In addition, an end of the connecting rod 23 connected to the side table 3 is a II-shaped structure and is connected by bolts, such that the support of the side table 3 is more stable. In this embodiment, an axis of the rotatable block 22 is vertically oriented. When the side table 3 is rotated to the inner side of the base frame 11, even if a position of the side table 3 is slightly offset, the folding process of the base frame 11 together with the main support frame will force the side table 3 into the receiving space enclosed by the folded base frame 11, without increasing an overall folded volume of the folding chair frame. Specifically, at least one holding recess 31 is formed on a table top of the side table 3, a plurality of the holding recesses 31 may be formed in different shapes. Specifically, the holding recess 31 may be cylindrical, rectangular, or square, and may be designed according to actual needs of the users for holding items such as teacups, electronic products, or food. Specifically, in this embodiment, based on a structure of the base frame 11, a mounting end of the connecting piece 21 is mounted at the middle portion of the rear frame 112, and a support groove 33 that engages with the front frame 111 is formed on an end of the side table 3 away from the rear frame 112. When the side table 3 is rotated to the horizontal state, the support groove 33 is located above the front frame 111, and the support rod inside the front frame 111 is positioned inside the support groove 33 to support the side table 3. A rotational axis of the locking block 154 is located below the lower side wall of the sliding block 153, and a distance between the rotational axis of the locking block 154 and the lower side wall of the sliding block 153 is less than a maximum radius of the eccentric wheel 157. When a free end of the locking block 154 drives the eccentric wheel 157 to rotate, an outer side wall of the eccentric wheel 157 will first come into contact with the lower side wall of the sliding block 153. As the eccentric wheel 157 continues to rotate, the sliding block 153 is forced to move upward until the inner side wall of the sliding block 153 comes into contact with the lower side wall of the sliding rod 152, the sliding block 153 will stop moving, the locking housing 155 moves downward at the same time, the locking portion is driven to move downward until the outer side wall of the eccentric wheel 157 at its maximum radius comes into contact with the lower side wall of the sliding block 153, at which the locking housing 155 stops moving downward. At this moment, the locking portion abuts against the upper side wall of the sliding rod 152, the elastic member between the upper end portion of the locking housing 155 and an upper side wall of the sliding block 153 has the preload force, the preload force causes the locking housing 155 to have an upward movement tendency, such that the eccentric wheel 157 continuously abuts against the lower side wall of the sliding block 153, and the sliding block 153 can continuously abuts against the lower side wall of the sliding rod 152 to complete the abutment and locking of both the upper and lower side walls of the sliding rod 152. The two plastic sheets are integrally formed with the locking housing 155, and are all made of plastic. Specifically, in this embodiment, the locking portion includes latching teeth 158, and a plurality of latching slots 1521 that engage with the latching teeth 158 are arranged on the upper side wall of the sliding rod 152 in a length direction. When the locking housing 155 moves downward, the latching teeth 158 engage into the corresponding latching slots 1521, the latching teeth 158 abut against inner slot wall of the latching slots 1521 to form a locking structure, thereby preventing the sliding block 153 from sliding relative to the sliding rod 152. Consequently, the sliding rod 152 is prevented from moving back and forth, and the backrest support 12 and the leg support 13 cannot be adjusted. The plurality of latching slots 1521 are formed on the upper side wall of the sliding rod 152 to form a rack-like structure, which is less expensive than mounting a separate rack onto the upper side wall of the sliding rod 152. In this embodiment, based on the structure of the above locking assembly, when the entire chair frame is folded, the sliding block 153 can slide relative to the sliding rod 152 toward a connection point between the armrests 151 and the leg support 13, such that connection potions between the upper end portion of the base frame 11 and the armrest support 15 coincide with connection points between the armrests 151 and the leg support 13. After the chair frame is folded, the upper end portion of the base frame 11 is located at the front end portions of the armrests 151, and the rear end portion of the base frame 11 is located at the rear end portion of the seat frame 14, thereby further reducing an overall volume of the folded chair frame. As shown in FIG. 13, this embodiment discloses a folding chair, including a chair fabric 4 and a folding chair frame described in any of the foregoing embodiments, where the chair fabric 4 is mounted onto a use surface formed by upper surfaces of the backrest support 12, the seat frame 14, and the leg support 13. The above embodiments are merely preferred embodiments of the present invention and cannot be used to limit the scope of protection of the present invention, and any non-substantial variations and substitutions made by those skilled in the art on the basis of the present invention shall fall within the scope of protection claimed by the present invention.

Claims

1. A folding chair frame having a side table, characterized by comprising a main body and a side table; characterized in thatthe main body comprises a base frame and a main support frame, characterized in that the base frame is connected to the main support frame, and both the base frame and the main support frame are foldable;a connecting member is connected to the base frame, and the side table is rotatably connected to the connecting member, such that the side table has a use state and a folded state; and the side table is switchable between the two states by rotation;when in the use state, the side table is positioned on an outer side of the base frame for holding items; andwhen in the folded state, the side table is received in a receiving space enclosed by a folded base frame or positioned within an unfolded base frame.

The folding chair frame having a side table according to claim 1, characterized in that the connecting member comprises a connecting piece, a rotatable block, and a connecting rod; characterized in that one end of the connecting piece is mounted on the base frame, the other end of the connecting piece is a free end, and the free end is located within the receiving space enclosed by the folded base frame;a sliding hole is formed on the rotatable block, an axis of the sliding hole is perpendicular to a side surface of the base frame, one end of the connecting rod is slidably and rotatably disposed in the sliding hole, and the other end of the connecting rod is connected to the side table, such that the side table slides and rotates along the axis of the sliding hole; andthe rotatable block is rotatably disposed on the free end of the connecting piece, such that the side table is capable of rotating and switching between the outer side of the base frame and an inner side of the base frame.

3. The folding chair frame having a side table according to claim 2, characterized in that at least one holding recess is formed on a table top of the side table, and a plurality of the holding recesses are formed in different shapes for holding items of various shapes.

4. The folding chair frame having a side table according to claim 2, characterized in that a clearance groove for cooperating with the connecting rod within the main body is formed on the connecting piece.

The folding chair frame having a side table according to claim 2, characterized in that the base frame comprises a front frame and a rear frame, two upper ends of thefront frame and the rear frame are rotatably connected to the main support frame, and a linkage assembly is connected between middle portions of the front frame and the rear frame; andthe connecting piece is mounted at the middle portion of the rear frame, and a support groove that engages with the front frame is formed on an end of the side table away from the rear frame to support the side table in the use state.

The folding chair frame having a side table according to claim 5, characterized in that the main support frame comprises a backrest support, a leg support, a seat frame, and two armrest supports;the two upper ends of the front frame and the rear frame are rotatably connected to the two armrest supports;two lower ends of the backrest support are rotatably connected to two rear end portions of the seat frame respectively, an upper end of the backrest support is a free end, and two lower portions of the backrest support are connected to rear end portions of the armrest supports respectively; andtwo upper ends of the leg support are rotatably connected to two front end portions of the armrest supports respectively, a lower end of the leg support is a free end, and two upper portions of the leg support are connected to two front end portions of the seat frame respectively; and the linkage assembly is rotatably connected to the seat frame.

The folding chair frame having a side table according to claim 6, characterized in that each of the armrest support comprises an armrest, a sliding rod, and a locking assembly;front end and rear end of the armrest are rotatably connected to a lower portion of the backrest support and an upper end of the leg support respectively, and the sliding rod is disposed inside the armrest to support the armrest;the locking assembly is slidably disposed on the sliding rod and used in conjunction with the sliding rod to lock the sliding rod; andthe two upper ends of the front frame and the rear frame are both rotatably connected to the locking assembly to support the sliding rod.

The folding chair frame having a side table according to claim 7, characterized in that the locking assembly comprises:a sliding block slidably disposed on the sliding rod; anda locking member disposed on the sliding block; characterized in thatthe locking member comprises a locking block, a locking housing, and an elastic member; characterized in that the locking housing is disposed on the sliding block, the locking block is disposed on the locking housing, a locking portion is disposed on an upper end portion of the locking housing and is located above the sliding rod, and the elastic member is disposed between an upper side wall of the locking housing and an upper end portion of the sliding block; andthe locking block is used in conjunction with a lower side wall of the sliding block, such that the locking portion moves downward and tightly abuts against an upper side wall of the sliding rod, and the sliding block moves upward and tightly abuts against a lower side wall of the sliding rod under the action of the elastic member.

9. The folding chair frame having a side table according to claim 8, characterized in that one end of the locking block is provided with an eccentric wheel, the locking block is rotatably disposed on the locking housing, and the other end of the locking block is a free end;the locking housing is sleeved around an outer periphery of the sliding block, a notch in communication with the sliding hole in the sliding block is formed on an upper end of the sliding block, and the locking portion descends to pass through the notch to engage with an upper side wall of the sliding block; anda rotational axis of the locking block is located below the lower side wall of the sliding block, and a distance between the rotational axis of the locking block and the lower side wall of the sliding block is less than a maximum radius of the eccentric wheel.

10. A folding chair, characterized by comprising a chair fabric and the folding chair frame according to any one of claims 1-9, characterized in that the main support frame comprises a backrest support, a leg support, a seat frame, and two armrest supports; andthe chair fabric is mounted onto a use surface formed by upper surfaces of the backrest support, the seat frame, and the leg support.
