Abstract

A battery comprising a cover (100), a housing (200), a battery cell (300) and a terminal (400), characterised in that the first end of the housing (200) is provided with an opening, wherein the cover (100) is fitted into the opening and secured by welding, the terminal (400) is sealed and insulatively connected to the second end of the housing (200), the first end of the terminal (400) is in electrical contact with the second electrode (302) of the battery cell (300), while the second end of the terminal (400) extends beyond the outer surface of the second end of the housing (200), the cover comprises a raised portion (110), the raised portion (110) is in electrical contact with the first electrode (301) of the battery cell (300), the outer edge of the raised portion (110) is in contact with the inner wall of the housing (200).
