Abstract

A fire suppression device for a vehicle according to the present disclosure includes a tubular structure configured to deliver a fire extinguishing agent to a battery pack; a reservoir unit having a reservoir chamber for containing the tubular structure and an opening communicating with the reservoir chamber; and an opening device configured to open or close the opening, and the opening device is configured to open the opening automatically when a predetermined control signal is received or the temperature of the battery pack exceeds a predetermined threshold value when the opening is closed.
