Abstract

The article of the present design is a self-propelled flower bud harvesting machine with an anther separator that can harvest flower buds from fruit trees and extract anthers containing pollen necessary for artificial pollination. As shown in the reference perspective view of the guide open state, the arm rotates and the guide opens outward as the machine travels near the tree, causing the tree branch to fall horizontally along the guide toward the article, and the tree branch in that state comes into contact with the rotating brush in the rotating brush case located to the side to harvest flower buds. As shown in the left side view, the rotating brush rotates on a horizontal plane with a brush extending radially from a vertical rotation axis. The blower blade at the bottom of the rotating brush places the flower buds on the transport elevator and releases air from the ventilation duct into the atmosphere. The flower buds harvested on the transport elevator can be transported to a rotating drum installed inside to separate and extract only the anthers.
