Ceiling crane hook anti-sway fixture

Abstract

This product is an overhead crane hook anti-sway jig that prevents the swing (rotation) of the hook of an existing overhead crane that is mainly installed on the ceiling of a building such as a factory. This overhead crane hook anti-sway jig is attached to a hook block that is suspended by a wire rope from the trolley of the overhead crane and holds the hook rotatably. As shown in the reference right side view showing the usage state, the hook block has a receiving part into which the shank part (shaft part) of the hook is inserted and held, and a sheave around which the wire rope is wound. This product is attached to the hook block (receiving part) by screwing the base bracket to the side of the receiving part with a fixing screw, and the notched engagement part on the tip side is engaged with the bend part of the hook to prevent the swing (rotation).
