Shaft reinforcement members

Abstract

This article is a shaft reinforcing member used as a substitute for a conventional reinforcing ring when constructing a shaft by connecting wall forming members such as liner plates in the circumferential and axial directions. As shown in Reference Figures 1 and 2 showing the usage state, this article is assembled into a closed cross-sectional shape by bolting in the circumferential direction. Incidentally, Reference Figure 1 showing the usage state shows the main part of the shaft to be constructed, and the wall forming members are bolted to the top and bottom of this article. Reference Figure 2 showing the usage state is an enlarged DD cross-sectional view of Reference Figure 1 showing the usage state, and the symbol N indicates the neutral axis. The two bolt through holes on the right side (ground surface side) based on the neutral axis N are provided to play a role in transmitting efficient and good bending moment against negative bending by bolting to the adjacent article, and the two bolt through holes on the left side (inside the tunnel) are provided to play a role in transmitting efficient and good bending moment against positive bending by bolting to the adjacent article.
