Flow control ring

Abstract

This article is used to control the gas flow entering and exiting the reaction space within the reaction chamber. This article is located radially outward from the susceptor and adjacent to the susceptor. This article enables the gas flow between the upper chamber and the lower chamber of the reaction chamber. The gas may be an inert gas or a reactive gas for forming a layer on the wafer. The wafer does not contact this article.
