Temporary fixture for connecting earth retaining members

Abstract

This article is a temporary fixture for connecting earth retaining members, which is used to connect earth retaining members such as liner plates having flanges with a plurality of holes formed at the ends of corrugated steel plates in the vertical direction when constructing cylindrical wall structures such as vertical shafts, sump wells, and underwater temporary cutoffs. As shown in the reference diagram showing the state before temporary fixing, insert the lower protrusion of this article into the hole of the flange of the lower earth retaining member. Move this article and the lower earth retaining member in the forward direction, and as shown in the reference diagram showing the state after temporary fixing, insert the upper protrusion of this article into the hole of the flange of the upper earth retaining member. Thereby, the lower earth retaining member can be temporarily fixed to the upper earth retaining member.
