Temporary fastener for connecting earth retaining members

Abstract

This article is a temporary fixture for connecting earth retaining members used when connecting earth retaining members such as liner plates having flanges with a plurality of holes formed at the ends of corrugated steel plates in the construction of cylindrical wall structures such as vertical shafts, sump wells, and underwater temporary cutoffs, in the vertical direction. As shown in the reference diagram showing the state before temporary fixing, the lower protrusion of this article is inserted into the hole of the flange of the lower earth retaining member. Moving this article in this state and the lower earth retaining member forward, as shown in the reference diagram showing the state after temporary fixing, the upper protrusion of this article is inserted into the hole of the flange of the upper earth retaining member. Thereby, the lower earth retaining member can be temporarily fixed to the upper earth retaining member.
