Swaddling

Abstract

This item is a swaddling cloth for infants. To put on or take off the swaddling cloth, a zipper located in the center of the front, extending from the neck to the feet, is opened and closed. The neck has a round collar. A flap is located in the center of the front of the neck, concealing the upper zipper slider. The left and right arm openings through which the infant's arms can be placed are covered by arm covers that are semi-elliptical in front view. The arm openings and arm covers overlap each other by a width of approximately 25 mm near the armpits. The overlapping portion between the arm openings and arm covers is removably fastened with snap buttons. Female snap buttons are located on the back side of the arm cover via a base fabric, and male snap buttons are located on the front side of the arm opening via the base fabric. By engaging the female snap buttons with the male snap buttons to close the overlapping portion between the arm openings and arm covers, the infant's arms can be prevented from being exposed through the arm openings. The snap buttons are not exposed on the front side of the arm covers, preventing them from coming into contact with the infant's skin. By undoing the snap button and flipping (opening) the arm cover, the baby's arm can be passed through the arm opening.
