Tubular structure of vertical heat treatment equipment

Abstract

This article is a heat-resistant tubular structure that constitutes the inside of a furnace in a vertical heat treatment apparatus. The tubular structure has a cylindrical shape, and a slope is provided on its inner circumference. The slope is shaped so that the inner circumference narrows from the center of the inner surface towards the bottom. When in use, the structure is installed so that its center aligns with the center of the furnace. The furnace is heated electrically, and the material to be heat-treated passes through the cylinder of the tubular structure. The reference drawing is a design drawing of the tubular structure.
