Piezoelectric vibration device

Abstract

This article is a piezoelectric vibration device used in electronic devices, such as in reference signal oscillation circuits. The lid, diaphragm, and base that constitute this article are made of a translucent material. When viewed from above or below, the vibrating part and the holding part located inside the article are visible, as shown in perspective view 1, perspective view 2, and the plan view. On the other hand, when viewed from the side (front, rear, left, or right), the transparency of the lid, diaphragm, and base is reduced, and the vibrating part and the holding part located inside the article are not visible, as shown in the front view and the right side view.
