Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present invention mainly relates to a supplying device that supplies a bobbin around which a yarn produced by a spinning machine is wound, to a yarn winding machine. [Background technology]
[0002] A plurality of yarn supplying bobbins are fed into the yarn supplying bobbin supplying device of Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2. The plurality of yarn supplying bobbins are picked up one by one and individualized by an individualizing unit provided in the yarn supplying bobbin supplying device. The individualizing unit includes an endless ring-shaped body, a bobbin plate, and a drive unit. The bobbin plate is fixed to the endless ring-shaped body. The drive unit drives the endless ring-shaped body. With the above configuration, the individualizing unit can transport the yarn supplying bobbins by placing them on the bobbin plate.
[0003] The individualizing unit also has a contact member capable of contacting the yarn supplying bobbins transported by the bobbin plate. The contact member contacts extra yarn supplying bobbins placed on the bobbin plate, thereby limiting the number of yarn supplying bobbins placed on the bobbin plate to one. [0004] [Patent Document 1] JP 2012-184074 A [Patent Document 2] JP 2012-184075 A Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0005] The contact member limits the area of the bobbin plate (support base) on which the yarn supplying bobbin (bobbin) can be placed. If the area on which the yarn supplying bobbin can be placed is narrow, the yarn supplying bobbin is difficult to place on the bobbin plate. On the other hand, if the area on which the yarn supplying bobbin can be placed is wide, it is likely that the number of yarn supplying bobbins placed on the bobbin plate will not be limited to one. For these reasons, there is room for improvement in terms of optimizing the function of the individualizing unit.
[0006] The present invention has been made in consideration of the above circumstances, and a main object of the present invention is to provide a supplying device having a separate unit that is configured to easily place a bobbin on a support table and to easily limit the number of bobbins placed on the support table to one.
[0007] The problem to be solved by the present invention has been described above. Next, the means for solving this problem and the effects thereof will be described.
[0008] According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a supplying device having the following configuration. That is, the supplying device supplies bobbins wound with yarn produced by a spinning machine to a yarn winding machine. The supplying device includes a receiving unit and an individualizing unit. A plurality of the bobbins are input into the receiving unit. The individualizing unit separates the plurality of bobbins supplied from the receiving unit into individual bobbins and transports them upward. The individualizing unit includes a support table, a driving unit, and a separating member. The support table supports the bobbins and has the bobbins placed thereon. The driving unit moves the support table in an up-down direction. The separating member is provided in an area where the support table rises, and separates one or more of the bobbins by dropping them from the support table so that one bobbin is placed on the support table. The separating member includes a first member and a second member. The first member is provided in an introduction area where the support table scoops up the bobbins and places the bobbins on the support table. The second member is provided in a transport area where one of the individualized bobbins is placed on the support table and transported. In a plan view, the direction in which the bobbin is supplied from the receiving section to the individualizing section is defined as a first direction, and a direction perpendicular to the first direction is defined as a second direction. In the first direction, the distance from the first member to the tip of the support table located in the introduction area is defined as a first distance. In the first direction, the distance from the second member to the tip of the support table located in the transport area is defined as a second distance. The first distance is longer than the second distance.
[0009] In the introduction area, the first distance is long, so it is easy to place the bobbin on the support platform. On the other hand, in the transport area, the second distance is short, so it is easy to limit the number of bobbins placed on the support platform to one. Furthermore, because the second distance is short, the position or posture of the bobbin placed on the support platform is easily determined. Therefore, when processing is performed in the transport area according to the position of the bobbin, the accuracy of the processing can be improved. As a result, the function of the individualization unit can be more reliably performed.
[0010] In the supply device, it is preferable that the first distance is longer than the second distance in the first direction by at least 4 mm and not more than 30 mm.
[0011] This allows the above-mentioned function of the individualizing unit to be exerted more effectively.
[0012] The above supply device is preferably configured as follows. That is, the separating member has a third member provided between the first member and the second member in the up-down direction. The third member has a first protruding portion and a second protruding portion. The first protruding portion protrudes toward the tip end of the support base in the first direction. The second protruding portion protrudes toward the tip end of the support base in the first direction and is provided above the first protruding portion. The first protruding portion and the second protruding portion have different shapes.
[0013] Thus, by providing the third member, one or more bobbins can be easily dropped from the support base so that one bobbin is placed on the support base. Also, since the first protruding portion and the second protruding portion have different shapes, the first protruding portion and the second protruding portion apply force to the bobbin in different ways. Therefore, there is a possibility that unnecessary bobbins that could not be dropped by the first protruding portion can be dropped by the second protruding portion.
[0014] In the supply device, it is preferable that a lower end of the third member is located at a position spaced apart from a downstream end of the receiving portion by 130 mm or more and 300 mm or less in the up-down direction.
[0015] This makes it possible to reduce the height of the third member, thereby reducing the impact that the bobbin receives when it is dropped.
[0016] The supply device is preferably configured as follows: That is, the first protrusion and the second protrusion each have a portion parallel to the vertical direction, and the length of the portion parallel to the vertical direction of the first protrusion is shorter than the length of the portion parallel to the vertical direction of the second protrusion.
[0017] As a result, for example, when multiple bobbins are placed on the support stand, it is possible to use the first protrusion to throw off the balance of unnecessary bobbins, and then use the second protrusion to drop the unnecessary bobbins.
[0018] The above-mentioned supply device is preferably configured as follows. That is, the separating member has a third member provided between the first member and the second member in the up-down direction. The third member protrudes toward the tip side of the support base in the first direction. In the up-down direction, the lower end of the third member is located at a position spaced 130 mm or more and 300 mm or less from the introduction area.
[0019] This makes it possible to reduce the height of the third member, thereby reducing the impact that the bobbin receives when it is dropped.
[0020] In the supplying device, it is preferable that the separating members are arranged in the second direction in a number of 4 to 9.
[0021] This makes it easy to drop unnecessary bobbins even if the bobbins are positioned at various positions in the second direction of the support base.
[0022] The supply device is preferably configured as follows: A plurality of the separating members are provided and aligned in the second direction, and the spacing between the separating members in the second direction is 25 mm or more and 60 mm or less.
[0023] This allows for an appropriate range of spacing to be achieved, taking into account the axial length of a standard bobbin.
[0024] The supplying device is preferably configured as follows: the supplying device includes a detection unit that detects that the bobbin is clogged in the singulation unit. The singulation unit includes a belt that moves the support table up and down by the driving force of the drive unit. When the detection unit detects the clog, the drive unit moves the support table in a direction opposite to normal.
[0025] In this configuration, the first distance is longer than the second distance, and therefore the distance between the belt and the separating member in the introduction area is shorter. As a result, the bobbin is less likely to get between the belt and the separating member in the introduction area. Even if a bobbin gets between the belt and the separating member and causes a blockage, the blockage can be eliminated by performing the above control. As a result, it is possible to highly likely prevent the supply device from stopping due to a blockage in the individualizing unit. [Brief description of the drawings]

[0027] Next, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0028] First, an overview of the supplying device 1 will be described with reference to Figures 1 and 2. In the following description, the upstream and downstream in the direction in which the bobbin 91 is transported will simply be referred to as upstream and downstream.
[0029] The supplying device 1 supplies a bobbin 91 to a yarn winding machine such as an automatic winder. The bobbin 91 is a yarn supplying bobbin formed by winding yarn produced by a spinning machine around a core tube. The yarn winding machine winds the yarn wound around the bobbin 91 to form a package. As shown in FIG. 1, the supplying device 1 includes a receiving unit 10, an individualizing unit 20, a setting unit 30, and a control device 40.
[0030] 1 accommodates a plurality of bobbins 91 formed by a spinning machine. The accommodation body 90 is a box-shaped member with an opening formed on the upper side. The accommodation body 90 is tilted by an operator or an unillustrated loading device so that the opening faces downward, whereby the plurality of bobbins 91 accommodated in the accommodation body 90 are loaded into the receiving section 10.
[0031] The receiving section 10 has a retention section 11, a limiting section 12, and an inclined section 13. The bobbins 91 inserted from the container 90 are temporarily retained in the retention section 11. The retention section 11 has an inclined surface that decreases in height toward the downstream side, and the bobbins 91 can be transported by their own weight. Note that the bobbins 91 may be transported by a conveyor instead of the inclined surface.
[0032] The limiting section 12 is provided between the accumulating section 11 and the inclined section 13 in the transport direction of the bobbin 91. The limiting section 12 is capable of moving up and down. As the limiting section 12 moves up and down, the limiting section 12 changes its position between an elevated state and a lowered state. While the limiting section 12 is in the elevated state, the movement of the bobbin 91 is prevented. While the limiting section 12 is in the lowered state, the movement of the bobbin 91 is permitted. In addition, as the limiting section 12 switches between the elevated state and the lowered state at a predetermined timing, the supply amount of the bobbin 91 from the accumulating section 11 to the inclined section 13 can be adjusted.
[0033] The inclined section 13 has an inclined surface that decreases in height toward the downstream side. The inclined section 13 transports the bobbin 91 by its own weight. The bobbin 91 moves by rolling or sliding down the inclined section 13 in a fallen state and is supplied to the individualizing section 20. The state in which the bobbin 91 is in a fallen state means that the bobbin 91 is not standing upright relative to the transport surface (inclined surface, etc.) and the axial direction of the bobbin 91 is parallel or approximately parallel to the transport surface.
[0034] As shown in FIG. 2, in a plan view, the direction in which the retention section 11 transports the bobbin 91 and the direction in which the inclined section 13 transports the bobbin 91 are perpendicular to each other. However, these directions may intersect at an angle other than 90 degrees, or may be the same. In the following description, the direction in which the inclined section 13 transports the bobbin 91 (particularly, the direction in which the inclined section 13 supplies the bobbin 91 to the individualizing section 20) in a plan view is referred to as a first direction. In addition, a direction perpendicular to the first direction in a plan view is referred to as a second direction. In this embodiment, the direction in which the retention section 11 transports the bobbin 91 and the second direction are the same, but they may be different.
[0035] The individualizing unit 20 separates the multiple bobbins 91 supplied from the inclined portion 13 of the receiving unit 10 into individual bobbins 91 and transports them upward one by one. The bobbins 91 transported by the individualizing unit 20 are transported to the setting unit 30 via the transport unit 50. The individualizing unit 20 will be described in detail later.
[0036] The setting unit 30 sets the bobbins 91 supplied from the individualizing unit 20 on a tray 92. The tray 92 is movable along a transport path 93 formed by a conveyor or the like. The bobbins 91, while being set on the tray 92, move along the transport path 93 and are supplied to the yarn winding machine.
[0037] The control device 40 includes a calculation device such as a CPU, a RAM, and a storage. The storage is an HDD, an SSD, a flash memory, or the like. The storage stores a program related to the supply device 1 and data such as conditions required for executing the program. The calculation device reads the program stored in the storage into the RAM and executes it. In this way, the control device 40 performs various controls related to the restriction unit 12, the individualization unit 20, and the setting unit 30.
[0038] Next, the individualizing unit 20 will be described in detail with reference to FIGS.
[0039] The individualizing unit 20 has a conveyor composed of a belt 21, two rotating rollers 22 arranged above and below, and a drive unit 23. The belt 21 is a band-shaped (sheet-shaped) member. The belt 21 is looped around the two rotating rollers 22. The upper rotating roller 22 is driven to rotate by the drive unit 23. In this embodiment, the drive unit 23 is a stepping motor. The rotation of the output shaft of the stepping motor is transmitted to the upper rotating roller 22 via a drive transmission belt or the like. As a result, the belt 21 is driven to circulate in the vertical direction.
[0040] Support tables 25 are provided on the outer surface of belt 21. The support tables 25 are provided at equal intervals in the longitudinal direction of belt 21. The support tables 25 move vertically together with belt 21. A bobbin 91 is placed on the support table 25. As a result, the support table 25 supports the bobbin 91 placed thereon and transports the bobbin 91. The support table 25 has a rectangular surface so that the bobbin 91 in a fallen state can be placed on it. This rectangular support table 25 is attached to belt 21 such that its longitudinal direction is aligned with the width direction of belt 21.
[0041] 4 and 5, a slit 26 is formed in the support base 25 in a direction along the depth direction (first direction). A plurality of slits 26 are formed in the longitudinal direction of the support base 25. A separating member 27 passes through each of the plurality of slits 26. The separating member 27 is, for example, a metal wire. However, the separating member 27 is not limited to a metal wire.
[0042] As shown in FIG. 4, the end 25a in the longitudinal direction of the support table 25 is located outside the area in which the bobbin 91 is transported. The individualizing unit 20 includes a belt sensor (detection unit) 28 that detects the end 25a. The belt sensor 28 is attached to the frame of the individualizing unit 20, not to the belt 21. The belt sensor 28 is, for example, a contact sensor or a non-contact sensor (such as a magnet sensor or an optical sensor). The belt sensor 28 transmits the detection result to the control device 40. When the belt 21 is driven, the end 25a moves together with the belt 21, but the position of the belt sensor 28 does not change. Therefore, when the belt 21 is driven, the belt sensor 28 alternately detects and does not detect the end 25a. However, when a blockage occurs in the individualizing unit 20, the detection result of the belt sensor 28 does not change even though the belt 21 is driven. In other words, the belt sensor 28 either maintains a state in which it continues to detect the end 25a, or maintains a state in which it does not detect the end 25a. When the drive unit 23 is operating and the detection result of the belt sensor 28 does not change within the threshold time, the control device 40 determines that there is a blockage in the individualizing unit 20. The detection unit that detects a blockage in the individualizing unit 20 is not limited to the belt sensor 28. For example, the detection unit may be a calculation device that refers to the load on the drive unit 23 and determines that a blockage has occurred in the individualizing unit 20 if the load is greater than a threshold.
[0043] As shown in FIG. 3, the individualizing unit 20 is divided into an introduction area, a separation area, and a transport area in the ascending area where the support base 25 ascends, in that order from the downstream side. The introduction area is an area for placing the bobbins 91 supplied from the receiving unit 10 on the support base 25. The separation area is an area for dropping and separating the other bobbins 91 so that one bobbin 91 is placed on the support base 25 when multiple bobbins 91 are placed on the support base 25 in the introduction area. The transport area is an area for transporting the bobbins 91 toward the setting unit 30 in a state where one bobbin 91 is placed on the support base 25 in the separation area. The separation member 27 has a first member 61 located in the introduction area, a third member 63 located in the separation area, and a second member 62 located in the transport area. The separation member 27 also has a fourth member 64 for dropping the bobbins 91 placed on the support base 25 and transporting them to the transport unit 50.
[0044] 3 and 5, the downstream end of the inclined section 13 is adjacent to the introduction area of the individualizing section 20. The bobbin 91 moved by the inclined section 13 under its own weight is thrown into the introduction area of the individualizing section 20 while the belt 21 is driven. As a result, the bobbin 91 is thrown between the support tables 25 arranged vertically. Since the support table 25 is moving upward, the bobbin 91 is scooped up by the support table 25. As a result, one or more bobbins 91 are placed on the support table 25.
[0045] In the conventional supply device, depending on the timing at which the bobbin 91 is fed, there is a possibility that the bobbin 91 may enter the space 20a partitioned by a wall (floor) covering the lower part of the conveyor. If the bobbin 91 enters the space 20a and the support base 25 is unable to pick up the bobbin 91 because the bobbin 91 gets caught somewhere, clogging occurs in the individualizing unit 20. To prevent this type of clogging, the receiving unit 10 is provided with a guide unit 14 shown in Figs. 3 and 5.
[0046] A part of the guide portion 14 (specifically, the upper surface) is located in the introduction area. Furthermore, the guide portion 14 is a plate-like member that guides the bobbin 91 guided by the inclined portion 13 and before it is picked up by the support base 25. The guide portion 14 in this embodiment is separate from the separation member 27. The guide portion 14 guides the bobbin 91 with the side surface (surface parallel to the thickness direction) of the plate. The guidance by the guide portion 14 means that the position of the bobbin 91 is restricted so that the bobbin 91 does not enter the space 20a. Therefore, the bobbin 91 supplied by the inclined portion 13 toward the individualizing portion 20 is guided by the guide portion 14, and the bobbin 91 guided by the guide portion 14 is picked up by the support base 25.
[0047] The guide portion 14 is connected to the inclined portion 13 and is configured to be immovable. At least a part of the guide portion 14 passes through the slit 26 of the support base 25. In addition, the support base 25 has a plurality of slits 26 aligned in the second direction. Meanwhile, a plurality of guide portions 14 are provided aligned in the second direction. Then, one guide portion 14 enters one slit 26. By inserting the guide portion 14 into the slit 26, it becomes possible to scoop up the bobbin 91 on the guide portion 14 by the support base 25 while preventing physical interference between the guide portion 14 and the support base 25. In addition, in the introduction area, the support base 25 may scoop up a plurality of bobbins 91, so that the plurality of bobbins 91 are placed on the support base 25.
[0048] Similarly to the inclined portion 13, the upper surface of the guide portion 14 is an inclined surface whose height decreases toward the downstream side. This allows the bobbin 91 that has reached the guide portion 14 from the inclined portion 13 to be guided further downstream. The first member 61 of the separation member 27 is also located in the slit 26. The support base 25 picks up the bobbin 91 in the range from the first member 61 to the tip of the support base 25 in the first direction. The tip of the support base 25 is the end of the support base 25 on the upstream side (the inclined portion 13 side) in the first direction. In other words, the first member 61 has a function of defining the range of the support base 25 in the introduction area where the bobbin 91 can be placed. The first member 61 also functions as a stopper to prevent the bobbin 91 from moving too far downstream and hitting the belt 21. In other words, the guide portion 14 and the separation member 27 (first member 61) can hold the bobbin 91 at a position where the support base 25 can pick it up.
[0049] The above-mentioned configuration of the guide section 14 is an example, and can be modified as follows. First, the guide section 14 may be a member on the individualizing section 20 side. For example, the guide section 14 may be fixed to the wall section covering the lower side of the belt 21 or to the separating member 27 by welding or the like. Alternatively, the guide section 14 may be configured by making the separating member 27 protrude toward the inclined section 13 side. Also, it is not essential that the guide section 14 is inserted into all the slits 26, and there may be slits 26 into which the guide section 14 is not inserted. Also, the guide section 14 is not limited to being plate-shaped, and may be block-shaped as long as it does not interfere with the support base 25.
[0050] In the separation region, the third member 63 of the separation member 27 comes into contact with the bobbin 91, so that one or more bobbins 91 are dropped from the support base 25 so that only one bobbin 91 is placed on the support base 25. As shown in FIG. 3, the third member 63 has a shape that protrudes toward the tip side (upstream side in the first direction). Specifically, the third member 63 has a first protruding portion 63a and a second protruding portion 63b. The second protruding portion 63b is provided above the first protruding portion 63a (i.e., downstream side). The shape of the first protruding portion 63a is different from the shape of the second protruding portion 63b. Specifically, the length La of the portion of the first protruding portion 63a parallel to the vertical direction is shorter than the length Lb of the portion of the second protruding portion 63b parallel to the vertical direction.
[0051] As shown in FIG. 6, when the bobbin 91 carried on the support table 25 approaches the position of the first protrusion 63a, it is pushed toward the tip side of the support table 25 by the first protrusion 63a. For example, when two bobbins 91 are placed on one support table 25, the two bobbins 91 are pushed by the first protrusion 63a, causing the posture of the upper bobbin 91 to collapse. As a result of the collapse of the posture, the bobbin 91 located on the upper side may fall off the support table 25. Even if the bobbin 91 located on the upper side does not fall off the support table 25, the two bobbins 91 may be lined up along the first direction. After that, when the two bobbins 91 carried on the support table 25 approach the position of the second protrusion 63b, they are pushed toward the tip side of the support table 25 by the second protrusion 63b. As a result, the bobbin 91 located on the tip side of the two bobbins 91 lined up in the first direction can be dropped downward with a high probability. In addition, since the first protrusion 63a and the second protrusion 63b have different shapes (specifically, the length Lb is longer than the length La), the first protrusion 63a and the second protrusion 63b apply different forces to the bobbins 91. Therefore, for example, even if the two bobbins 91 are pushed by the first protrusion 63a and the bobbins 91 do not fall or change their arrangement, one bobbin 91 may fall from the support base 25 due to the second protrusion 63b pushing the bobbin 91.
[0052] In this way, the third member 63 has two protruding parts, and the shorter first protruding part 63a causes unnecessary bobbins 91 to fall by disrupting their posture. Even if the bobbins 91 do not fall, the second protruding part 63b can drop one bobbin 91. This allows only one of the two bobbins 91 placed on the support base 25 to be dropped accurately.
[0053] Moreover, if the length La were approximately the same as the length Lb, the height of the second protruding portion 63b would be high. As a result, the bobbin 91 would be dropped from a high position, which could damage the thread layer of the bobbin 91. In this regard, in the present embodiment, the length La is shorter than the length Lb, so the height of the second protruding portion 63b can be reduced, and the thread layer of the dropped bobbin 91 is less likely to be damaged.
[0054] The shape of the third member 63 in this embodiment is an example, and can be changed, for example, as follows. The number of protrusions is not limited to two, but may be one or three. The first protrusion 63a and the second protrusion 63b are not limited to linear shapes, but may include curved shapes. The length La and the length Lb may be the same, or the length La may be longer than the length Lb. The first protrusion 63a and the second protrusion 63b may have the same shape.
[0055] In the transport area, the second member 62 of the separating member 27 is located in the slit 26. The second member 62 has a function of defining a range of the support table 25 on which the bobbin 91 can be placed in the transport area. That is, the transport of the bobbin 91 by the support table 25 in the transport area is performed in the range from the third member 63 to the tip of the support table 25 in the first direction.
[0056] 3, a contact sensor 71 is provided in the transport area. The contact sensor 71 is a sensor that detects the bobbin 91 transported by the support table 25. The contact sensor 71 is provided at a position that passes through the slit 26, and does not contact the support table 25, but does contact the bobbin 91 placed on the support table 25. The contact sensor 71 transmits the detection result of the bobbin 91 to the control device 40. When the contact sensor 71 does not detect that the bobbin 91 is on the support table 25, the control device 40 causes the support table 25 to continue transport until the presence of the bobbin 91 is detected.
[0057] The number of slits 26, separating members 27, and guide parts 14 provided is not particularly limited. However, in order to enable the separating members 27 and guide parts 14 to come into contact with the bobbin 91 regardless of the position or posture of the bobbin 91, it is preferable that the separating members 27 and guide parts 14 are arranged in the first direction in a number between 4 and 9. When one separating member 27 and one guide part 14 are provided in one slit 26 as in this embodiment, it is also preferable that the number of slits 26 provided is between 4 and 9.
[0058] The bobbins 91 transported one by one by the singulating unit 20 are transported to the setting unit 30 via the transport unit 50. As shown in FIG. 4, the transport unit 50 has a conveyor 51, a bobbin sensor 52, and an opening 53.
[0059] The conveyor 51 is driven by power generated by a drive unit (not shown). The conveyor 51 transports the bobbin 91 toward the setting unit 30. The bobbin sensor 52 detects whether or not the bobbin 91 is present in the transport unit 50. The bobbin sensor 52 transmits the detection result of the bobbin 91 to the control device 40. The bobbin sensor 52 is, for example, an optical sensor, but may be another sensor. The opening 53 is an opening formed on the upstream side of the transport unit 50 in the transport direction. The opening 53 is a size that allows the bobbin 91 to pass through. The inclined unit 13 is located below the opening 53. The opening 53 is used to return the bobbin 91 to the inclined unit 13 when a blockage occurs in the individualizing unit 20.
[0060] Next, the process performed by the control device 40 in response to clogging of the individualizing section 20 will be described with reference to FIG.
[0061] The control device 40 acquires the detection results of the belt sensor 28 and the bobbin sensor 52 (S101). The control device 40 determines whether or not there is a blockage in the individualizing unit 20, as described above, based on the detection result of the belt sensor 28. When the control device 40 determines that there is a blockage in the individualizing unit 20, it controls the drive unit 23 of the individualizing unit 20 to drive the belt 21 in the reverse direction a predetermined length (S103). Here, the reverse direction means a direction opposite to that during normal conveyance in the individualizing unit 20.
[0062] The clogging of the individualizing unit 20 occurs, for example, when the bobbin 91 gets caught on the support base 25 or the like and cannot be removed. Since the driving unit 23 in this embodiment is a stepping motor, it will step out when a load of a certain level or more is applied, and the driving unit 23 and the support base 25 will not be damaged. In addition, by driving the belt 21 in the reverse direction, the bobbin 91 may be released from being caught. In addition, the predetermined length is preferably shorter than the interval D1 (FIG. 3), which is the arrangement interval of the support base 25 in the vertical direction (longitudinal direction of the belt 21). If the predetermined length is longer than the arrangement interval of the support base 25 in the vertical direction, the bobbin 91 that has entered under the support base 25 may be newly caught. Furthermore, if the predetermined length is too long, the bobbin 91 may be pinched between the guide unit 14 and the support base 25. Considering the interval D1 or other conditions, the predetermined length is preferably 50 mm or more and 120 mm or less.
[0063] Next, the control device 40 determines whether or not the bobbin 91 is present in the conveying section 50 based on the detection result of the bobbin sensor 52 (S104). If the conveying section 50 starts conveying the bobbin 91 with the bobbin 91 present in the conveying section 50, a state in which multiple bobbins 91 are present in the conveying section 50 may occur. Therefore, when the control device 40 determines that the bobbin 91 is present in the conveying section 50, it controls the drive section (not shown) of the conveying section 50 to drive the conveyor 51 in the reverse direction for a predetermined length (S105). Here, the reverse direction means the direction opposite to the normal conveying direction of the conveying section 50. By driving the conveying section 50 in the reverse direction, the bobbin 91 can be dropped from the opening 53 and returned to the inclined section 13.
[0064] Thereafter, the control device 40 controls the drive unit 23 of the individualizing unit 20 to drive the belt 21 in the normal conveying direction (S106). This causes the individualizing unit 20 to resume individualizing and conveying the bobbins 91 (S106). The control device 40 may again determine whether the clogging in the individualizing unit 20 has been cleared. That is, after step S105, the control device 40 may perform the process of step S106 when it is determined that there is no clogging in the individualizing unit 20, which is determined in the same manner as in step S102.
[0065] The flowcharts shown in the above embodiment are merely examples, and some processes may be omitted, some processes may be changed, or new processes may be added. For example, the processes in steps S104 and S105 may be omitted.
[0066] Next, the preferred length of each part of the individualizing section 20 will be described.
[0067] First, the first distance L1 and the second distance L2 shown in Fig. 3 and Fig. 6 will be described. As described above, the separating member 27 has a function of defining the range of the support base 25 on which the bobbin 91 can be placed. The first distance L1 is the distance from the first member 61 to the tip of the support base 25 in the first direction. The second distance L2 is the distance from the second member 62 to the tip of the support base 25 in the first direction. Strictly speaking, the tip of the first member 61 in the first direction is the starting point of the measurement, and similarly, the tip of the second member 62 in the first direction is the starting point of the measurement.
[0068] Here, the position of the first member 61 in the first direction is different from the position of the second member 62 in the first direction. Specifically, in the first direction, the second member 62 is located closer to the tip side than the first member 61. As a result, the first distance L1 is longer than the second distance L2.
[0069] As a result, in the introduction area, the bobbin 91 scooped up by the support base 25 is unlikely to fall off the support base 25. Therefore, there is a high probability that the bobbin 91 can be placed on the support base 25 in the introduction area. On the other hand, if the second distance L2 is long, a situation in which multiple bobbins 91 are placed on the support base 25 in the transport area is likely to occur. In contrast, in this embodiment, the second distance L2 is shorter than the first distance L1, so a situation in which multiple bobbins 91 are placed on the support base 25 is unlikely to occur.
[0070] Furthermore, if the second distance L2 is long (for example, approximately the same as the first distance L1), the degree of freedom of the position or posture of the bobbin 91 placed on the support base 25 is high. Therefore, for example, depending on the position or posture of the bobbin 91, the timing at which the contact sensor 71 detects the bobbin 91 may be shifted compared to normal times. As a result, the individualizing unit 20 may not be controlled at the appropriate timing. Also, depending on the position or posture of the bobbin 91, the fourth member 64 may not act appropriately, and the bobbin 91 may not be guided to the conveying unit 50, causing clogging of the bobbin 91. In this regard, since the second distance L2 is short in this embodiment, the timing at which the contact sensor 71 detects the bobbin 91 is less likely to be shifted, and the fourth member 64 is likely to act appropriately on the bobbin 91.
[0071] Moreover, it is preferable that the first distance L1 is longer than the second distance L2 by 4 mm or more and 30 mm or less. This makes it easier to achieve the above-mentioned effects when considering the winding diameter of a typical bobbin 91. Note that the difference between the first distance L1 and the second distance L2 may be outside this range.
[0072] Next, the height H1 of the third member 63 will be described with reference to Fig. 3. The height H1 of the third member 63 is the length from the downstream end of the inclined portion 13 or the upper surface of the guide portion 14 to the lower end of the third member 63. The lower end of the third member 63 is, for example, a point that starts to protrude in the first direction compared to the first member 61.
[0073] If the height of the third member 63 is too low, the bobbin 91 will be pushed by the third member 63 in a state where the movement of the bobbin 91 immediately after being picked up is not stable. As a result, there is a possibility that the bobbin 91 that should be left on the support base 25 will be dropped. On the other hand, if the height of the third member 63 is too high, the bobbin 91 will be dropped from a high position, and the thread layer of the bobbin 91 may be damaged. Considering all of the above factors, it is preferable that the height H1 is 130 mm or more and 300 mm or less. However, the height H1 may be outside this range.
[0074] Next, the interval D2 will be described with reference to FIG. 4. The interval D2 is the interval between the separating members 27 in the second direction. If the interval between the separating members 27 is too wide, the bobbin 91 may move from between the separating members 27 toward the belt 21, or the bobbin 91 may not be properly separated. On the other hand, if the interval between the separating members 27 is too narrow, a large number of separating members 27 is required, resulting in high costs. Considering all of the above factors, the interval D2 is preferably 25 mm or more and 60 mm or less. The interval D2 may be outside this range.
[0075] In this embodiment, the spacing between all of the separating members 27 is constant, but the spacing between some of the separating members 27 may be different from the others. In this case, the spacing D2 is calculated as the average value of the spacing between all of the separating members 27. Alternatively, if the spacing between only a small portion of the separating members 27 is different from the others, the spacing between most of the separating members 27 may be set as the spacing D2.
[0076] As described above, the supplying device 1 supplies the bobbins 91 wound with yarn produced by a spinning machine to the yarn winding machine. The supplying device 1 includes a receiving unit 10 and an individualizing unit 20. A plurality of bobbins 91 are fed into the receiving unit 10. The individualizing unit 20 separates the plurality of bobbins 91 supplied from the receiving unit 10 into individual bobbins 91 and transports them upward. The individualizing unit 20 includes a support table 25, a driving unit 23, and a separating member 27. The support table 25 supports the bobbins 91 on which the bobbins 91 are placed. The driving unit 23 moves the support table 25 in the vertical direction. The separating member 27 is provided in an area where the support table 25 rises, and separates one or more bobbins 91 by dropping them from the support table 25 so that one bobbin 91 is placed on the support table 25. The separating member 27 includes a first member 61 and a second member 62. The first member 61 is provided in an introduction area where the support table 25 scoops up the bobbin 91 and places the bobbin 91 on the support table 25. The second member 62 is provided in a transport area where one individualized bobbin 91 is placed on the support table 25 and transported. In a plan view, the direction in which the bobbin 91 is supplied from the receiving unit 10 to the individualizing unit 20 is defined as a first direction, and the direction perpendicular to the first direction is defined as a second direction. In the first direction, the distance from the first member 61 to the tip of the support table 25 located in the introduction area is defined as a first distance L1. In the first direction, the distance from the second member 62 to the tip of the support table 25 located in the transport area is defined as a second distance L2. The first distance L1 is longer than the second distance L2.
[0077] In the introduction area, the first distance L1 is long, so that it is easy to place the bobbin 91 on the support stand 25. On the other hand, in the transport area, the second distance L2 is short, so that it is easy to limit the number of bobbins 91 placed on the support stand 25 to one. Furthermore, because the second distance L2 is short, the position or posture of the bobbin 91 placed on the support stand 25 is easily determined. Therefore, when processing is performed in the transport area according to the position of the bobbin 91, the accuracy of the processing can be improved. As a result, the function of the individualizing unit 20 can be more reliably performed.
[0078] In the supply device 1 of the present embodiment, the first distance L1 is longer than the second distance L2 in the first direction by 4 mm or more and 30 mm or less.
[0079] This allows the above-mentioned function of the individualizing unit 20 to be exerted more effectively.
[0080] In the supply device 1 of this embodiment, the separating member 27 has a third member 63 provided between the first member 61 and the second member 62 in the up-down direction. The third member 63 has a first protruding portion 63a and a second protruding portion 63b. The first protruding portion 63a protrudes toward the tip side of the support base 25 in the first direction. The second protruding portion 63b protrudes toward the tip side of the support base 25 in the first direction and is provided above the first protruding portion 63a. The first protruding portion 63a and the second protruding portion 63b have different shapes.
[0081] Thus, by providing the third member 63, one or more bobbins 91 can be easily dropped from the support stand 25 so that one bobbin 91 is placed on the support stand 25. In addition, since the first protruding portion 63a and the second protruding portion 63b have different shapes, the first protruding portion 63a and the second protruding portion 63b apply force to the bobbin 91 in different ways. Therefore, there is a possibility that unnecessary bobbins 91 that could not be dropped by the first protruding portion 63a can be dropped by the second protruding portion 63b.
[0082] In the supply device 1 of this embodiment, the lower end of the third member 63 is located at a position spaced apart from the downstream end of the receiving portion 10 by 130 mm or more and 300 mm or less in the up-down direction.
[0083] This allows the height of the third member 63 to be reduced, thereby reducing the impact that the bobbin 91 receives when it falls.
[0084] In the supply device 1 of this embodiment, the first protrusion 63a and the second protrusion 63b each have a portion parallel to the vertical direction. The length La of the portion parallel to the vertical direction of the first protrusion 63a is shorter than the length Lb of the portion parallel to the vertical direction of the second protrusion 63b.
[0085] As a result, for example, when multiple bobbins 91 are placed on the support stand 25, it is possible to use the first protrusion 63a to throw off the balance of the unnecessary bobbins 91, and then use the second protrusion 63b to drop the unnecessary bobbins 91.
[0086] In the supply device 1 of this embodiment, the separation member 27 has a third member 63 provided between the first member 61 and the second member 62 in the up-down direction. The third member 63 protrudes toward the tip side of the support base 25 in the first direction. In the up-down direction, the lower end of the third member 63 is located at a position spaced apart from the introduction area by 130 mm to 300 mm.
[0087] This allows the height of the third member 63 to be reduced, thereby reducing the impact that the bobbin 91 receives when it falls.
[0088] In the supply device 1 of the present embodiment, 4 to 9 separating members 27 are provided and aligned in the second direction.
[0089] This makes it easy to drop unnecessary bobbins 91 even if the bobbins 91 are positioned at various positions in the second direction of the support base 25.
[0090] In the supply device 1 of this embodiment, a plurality of separating members 27 are provided and aligned in the second direction. In the second direction, the distance D2 between the separating members 27 is 25 mm or more and 60 mm or less.
[0091] This makes it possible to realize an appropriate range of intervals taking into consideration the axial length of the standard bobbin 91.
[0092] The supply device 1 of this embodiment includes a belt sensor 28 that detects that a bobbin 91 is stuck in the individualizing unit 20. The individualizing unit 20 includes a belt 21 that moves the support table 25 up and down by the driving force of the drive unit 23. When the belt sensor 28 detects a jam, the drive unit 23 moves the support table 25 in the opposite direction to the normal direction.
[0093] In this configuration, the first distance L1 is longer than the second distance L2, so that the distance between the belt 21 and the separating member 27 in the introduction area is shorter. As a result, the bobbin 91 is less likely to get between the belt 21 and the separating member 27 in the introduction area. Even if the bobbin 91 gets between the belt 21 and the separating member 27 and causes a blockage, the blockage can be eliminated by performing the above control. As a result, it is possible to highly likely prevent the supply device 1 from stopping due to a blockage in the individualizing unit 20. [Explanation of symbols]
