Abstract

To provide a connection method and a connection structure capable of preventing a nut from falling and of fitting the nut safely and easily when a building material is connected to a support member.SOLUTION: In a connection method or a connection structure connecting a building material 31 to a support member 30 with a bolt 20 and a nut 22, an auxiliary tool 10 which is formed into a knob shape that is operable by being pinched with fingers and holds the nut 22 unrotatably is used, an end of the bolt 20 going through the support member 30 and the building material 31 is inserted in the nut 22 fitted to the auxiliary tool 10, and the bolt 20 and the nut 22 can be screwed by rotating the auxiliary tool 10 or the bolt 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
