Abstract

To enable desired power adjustment by promoting an electric vehicle to participate in power adjustment when adjusting power.SOLUTION: A power management system obtains a first amount of adjustable power that can be adjusted in power adjustment from behavior prediction of an electric vehicle (S10), obtains a second amount of adjustable power that can be adjusted in the power adjustment by the electric vehicle that has announced participation in the power adjustment (S13), and if the second amount of adjustable power is less than the first amount of adjustable power (negative determination in S14), notifies the electric vehicle (a second vehicle group) that does not declare participation in the power adjustment to participate in the power adjustment (S16). Thereby, it becomes possible to promote participation of the electric vehicle in the power adjustment and to enable desired power adjustment.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
