Abstract

To provide a novel compound which can give a cured product exhibiting a high refractive index and a high internal transmittance and is also excellent in film formability.SOLUTION: The compound is represented by formula (I), where L represents a single bond or a divalent group; a plurality of L's may be the same or different; n represents an integer of 0-6; R represents a monovalent substituent; when there are a plurality of R's, the plurality of R's may be the same or different; R1 represents a hydrogen atom or a monovalent substituent; and a plurality of R1's may be the same or different.SELECTED DRAWING: None
