Abstract

To provide an ink jet recording apparatus which can regulate a floating of a sheet which could not be fully suppressed when sucking and conveying the sheet by a conveyor belt.SOLUTION: A floating S1 of a sheet S is regulated by a first regulation part 81 (81a, 81b). In this way, the floating S1 is divided. Floatings S2, S3 after the division are regulated by a second regulation part 82. Namely, when a floating occurs in the sheet S, owing to the regulation of the floating S1 by the first regulation part 81, the floating S1 at one place is divided into the floatings S2, S3 at two places. Then, owing to the regulation of the floatings S2, S3 by the second regulation part 82, the floatings S2, S3 are suppressed to heights where their heights from a conveyance face 3a of a conveyance belt 3 cannot be detected by a floating detection part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
