Performance determination method for cooling tower and cooling system

Abstract

To provide a performance determination method for a cooling tower capable of determining performance of a cooling tower simply without measuring a water volume of cooling water of an operating cooling tower, a wind volume from a fan, and the temperature, humidity, etc., of outside air surrounding the cooling tower, and a cooling system.SOLUTION: A performance determination method for a cooling tower comprises a first step of acquiring external data on an outlet water temperature of the cooling tower whose performance is to be compared, a second step of estimating a wet-bulb temperature of the cooling tower whose performance is to be determined based on the data, and a third step of determining the performance of the cooling tower from the estimated wet-bulb temperature.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
