Abstract

To provide a foil stamping apparatus which reduces the consumption of foil films.SOLUTION: A foil stamping apparatus 100 comprises: a foil film conveyance part 110 conveying foil films; a recording media conveyance part 130 conveying plural recording media obtained by previously forming foil stamping bases with an adhesive for sticking foil; and a transfer part 150 transferring the foil of the foil films to the recording media. The recording media conveyance part 130 has a function of conveying the subsequent recording medium onto the preceding recording medium with the subsequent medium shifted and overlapped, and an amount of overlap by shifting the subsequent recording medium is made variable.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
