A power failure monitoring board 85 causes occurrence of a reset execution opportunity by lowering a first reset signal outputted to the reset circuit 544 from a HI level to a LOW level on the basis that a voltage of second normal operating power monitored by the power failure monitoring board 85 becomes a first reset reference voltage or smaller.
