Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present invention relates to a flow rate measurement device that measures the flow rate of a fluid discharged from a discharge port of a flow path component. [Background technology]
[0002] Conventionally, for example, when new fluid pipes are installed or replaced at designated locations in existing fluid pipes such as water pipes, or when the paint on the inner surface of the pipe deteriorates, impurities such as rust, sand, or iron pieces generated during cutting work may become mixed into the fluid.
[0003] Therefore, there is a method in which a drainage device is connected to the outlet of a fire hydrant installed at a designated location in the pipeline of an existing fluid pipe, and this fire hydrant is used to discharge impurities inside the fluid pipe to the outside along with the discharged water, thereby cleaning the inside of the fluid pipe (see, for example, Patent Document 1). [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]
[0004] [Patent Document 1] JP-A-7-286339 (page 3, figure 1) Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0005] Furthermore, for the purpose of maintaining and managing the pipelines, water suppliers are not able to charge users for the amount of water discharged using the above-mentioned drainage devices etc. for the purpose of cleaning the inside of the fluid pipes, and therefore need to know the accurate cumulative flow rate. However, in the past, the amount of water discharged was measured by collecting the wastewater in a container etc. while measuring the time, which could lead to an unclear cumulative flow rate.
[0006] In addition, in the drainage device described in Patent Document 1, the flow rate of the discharged water is measured by a flow meter. However, because the flow meter is installed in a horizontal pipe located below the connection point between the standpipe and the fire hose, turbulence occurs in the pipe and air stagnation occurs, making it impossible to measure the accumulated flow rate accurately.
[0007] The present invention has been made in response to these problems, and aims to provide a flow meter that can accurately grasp the flow rate of fluid used to clean fluid pipes, thereby improving the management and administration of fluid usage. [Means for solving the problem]
[0008] In order to solve the above problems, the flow rate measuring device of the present invention comprises: A flow rate measurement device that measures a flow rate of a fluid discharged from a discharge port of a flow path component, The device is characterized by comprising at least a connection portion connected to the discharge port, and an extension pipe portion communicating with the connection portion and extending approximately vertically upward, and a measuring portion for measuring the flow rate of the internal fluid is provided in a specific region in the extension pipe portion where the internal fluid forms a steady flow. According to this feature, by measuring the flow rate in a specific area where the fluid released from the outlet forms a steady flow in the extended pipe section facing approximately vertically upward, it is possible to accurately grasp the flow rate of the fluid used to clean the fluid pipe, thereby improving the management and operation of fluid usage.
[0009] The extended pipe section is characterized by having an upstream region below the specific region, the upstream region having an extension 10 times or more the pipe diameter of the extended pipe section. According to this feature, even if there is an unsteady flow upstream of the measurement section in the extended pipe section, the flow rate can be stably measured without being affected by the unsteady flow.
[0010] The extended pipe section is characterized in that it has a downstream region above the specific region and has an extension that is 5 times or more the pipe diameter of the extended pipe section. According to this feature, even if there is an unsteady flow downstream of the measurement section in the extended pipe section, the flow rate can be stably measured without being affected by the unsteady flow.
[0011] A bent pipe section extending laterally is connected to the upper end of the extended pipe section. According to this feature, since the fluid can be discharged to the side, a hose for discharging the fluid can be easily connected without bending it.
[0012] The measuring section is characterized by having at least a flow velocity detection section fixed to the specific area of the extension pipe section, and a display section detachably connected to the flow velocity detection section. According to this feature, since the display unit can be attached to and detached from the fluid detection unit, it is possible to prevent the display unit from being damaged when, for example, connecting the connection unit to the discharge port.
[0013] The display device is characterized by having an imaging section capable of imaging the display screen of the display section. According to this feature, the content displayed on the display screen of the display unit can be confirmed by using an image captured by the imaging unit. [Brief description of the drawings]

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0015] DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS A flow rate measuring device according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. EXAMPLES
[0016] A flow measurement device according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to Figures 1 to 5. In the following description, the near side of Figure 1 will be referred to as the front side (front face side) of the flow measurement device, and the far side will be referred to as the rear side (rear face side).
[0017] As shown in FIG. 1, a fire hydrant 60, which is an example of a flow path component, is installed in a manhole 50 drilled in the ground surface GL. The fire hydrant 60 is connected to an existing fluid pipe 2 for waterworks buried underground via a repair valve 3, for example, and includes an operation unit 61 made of a hexagon socket head bolt that can be turned from above using a key handle (not shown), and a nozzle 62 as an outlet that opens upward. The fire hydrant 60 is configured to be able to control the flow rate of a fluid (water in this embodiment) discharged from the nozzle 62 by turning the operation unit 61 with the key handle (not shown) to open an internal valve body (not shown). In addition, a flow rate measuring device 1 as an embodiment of the present invention that measures the flow rate of the fluid discharged from the nozzle 62 is connected to the nozzle 62. The flow rate measuring device 1 of the present invention may be any device that can measure at least one of the flow velocity, instantaneous flow rate per unit time, or integrated flow rate of a fluid discharged from an outlet of a flow path component.
[0018] Although the fluid pipe 2 according to the present invention is made of ductile cast iron, the material may be any material, and may be made of other metals such as cast iron or steel, or concrete, polyvinyl chloride, polyethylene, or polyolefin. Furthermore, the inner circumferential surface of the fluid pipe is not limited to a mortar layer, and may be coated with, for example, epoxy resin, or the inner circumferential surface of the fluid pipe may be coated with an appropriate material by powder coating. In this embodiment, the fluid in the fluid pipe is drinking water, but it is not limited to the drinking water of this embodiment, and may be, for example, industrial water or agricultural water.
[0019] As shown in Figure 2(a), the flow rate measuring device 1 mainly comprises a connection part 11 connected to a nozzle 62, an extension pipe part 12 that is connected to the connection part 11 and extends substantially vertically upward, a bend pipe part 13 that is extended toward the left side from the upper end of the extension pipe part 12, and a measuring device 14 that is provided in a specific area E1 (described later) in the extension pipe part 12 and measures the flow rate of the internal fluid.
[0020] The bent pipe section 13 is formed in a roughly L-shape when viewed from the front, and a joint section of a flexible hose 70 (see FIG. 1) is detachably connected to the opening on the left side via a pressure ring 71. By manually moving the pressure ring 71 in the axial direction of the pipe, an engagement claw (not shown) of the joint section of the hose 70 is pushed apart, disengaging it from the bent pipe section 13, and the hose 70 can be removed. A roughly U-shaped grip section 72 when viewed from the front is formed on the outer circumferential surface that is the outside of the bent section of the bent pipe section 13.
[0021] The joint of the bent pipe section 13 is detachably connected to the opening at the upper end of the extended pipe section 12 via a pressure ring 73. By manually moving the pressure ring 73 in the axial direction of the pipe, the engagement claws (not shown) of the joint of the bent pipe section 13 are pushed apart, and the engagement with the extended pipe section 12 is released, allowing the bent pipe section 13 to be removed.
[0022] Fixed handles 75, 75, 75 extending substantially horizontally in the left-right direction are fixed to the upper part of the extension pipe section 12, and operating handles 76, 76 extending substantially horizontally in the left-right direction are provided below the fixed handles 75, 75 so as to be movable in the up-down direction. The operating handles 76, 76 are capable of releasing the engagement of the connection section 11 disposed at the lower end of the extension pipe section 12, and are released by pulling them upward. The operating handles 76, 76 are formed in substantially the same shape as the fixed handles 75, 75.
[0023] The upper ends of connecting rods 77, 77 facing in the vertical direction for disengaging the connecting part 11 are fixed near the base ends of the operating handles 76, 76. The lower ends of the connecting rods 77, 77 are connected to the connecting part 11, and as the operating handles 76, 76 move the connecting rods 77, 77 upward, an engaging claw (not shown) retreats in the outer diameter direction of the connecting part 11, disengaging from an engaging part (not shown) formed on the nozzle 62 of the fire hydrant 60, and the connecting part 11 can be removed from the nozzle 62. When connecting the connecting part 11 to the nozzle 62 of the fire hydrant 60, the connecting part 11 is pushed into the nozzle 62 from above, so that the engaging claw (not shown) of the connecting part 11 engages with the engaging part (not shown) of the nozzle 62 of the fire hydrant 60, and the connecting part 11 and the nozzle 62 are connected in a sealed state, and the nozzle 62 and the extension pipe part 12 communicate with each other.
[0024] As shown in Figures 2(a) and (b), the measuring device 14 is mainly composed of a flow velocity detection unit 15 fixed to a specific area E1 (see Figure 3) of the extended pipe section 12, and a display unit 16 detachably connected to the flow velocity detection unit 15. In more detail, as shown in Figure 3(b), the flow velocity detection unit 15 has a base 15a fixed to the extended pipe section 12, a paddle wheel member 15b rotatably provided inside the base 15a which communicates with the extended pipe section 12 and has an inner diameter dimension of approximately the same diameter as the extended pipe section 12, and a detection member 15c installed in a portion of the base 15a which is not fitted into the pipe line. The paddle wheel member 15b is disposed in a position slightly protruding in the inner diameter direction inside the base 15a.
[0025] The paddle wheel member 15b includes a magnet (not shown), and the detection member 15c includes a magnetic detection element and a signal processing circuit (not shown). The paddle wheel member 15b is disposed closer to the peripheral wall than the pipe axis C. When the paddle wheel member 15b is rotated by the fluid in the pipe, the magnetic field of the magnet changes, and the magnetic detection element generates a pulse signal due to the change in the magnetic field. The signal processing circuit has built-in flow data corresponding to different frequencies of the pulse signal, and is capable of calculating the instantaneous flow rate and the integrated flow rate of the fluid based on the pulse signal of the magnetic detection element and the built-in flow data.
[0026] In this embodiment, a form in which a paddle wheel type measuring device is applied is exemplified as an example of the measuring device 14, but the present invention is not limited to this, and other types of measuring devices may be applied as long as they are capable of measuring the flow rate of a fluid.
[0027] As shown in Fig. 2(b), the display unit 16 is detachably attached to the base 15a of the flow velocity detection unit 15 via a locking means (not shown). When attached to the base 15a, the display unit 16 is provided so as to protrude laterally from the side surface of the extended pipe portion 12, and by removing the display unit 16 from the base 15a when connecting the flow measurement device 1 to the mouthpiece 62, it is possible to prevent the display unit 16 from contacting the inner peripheral surface of the manhole 50 or being damaged by impact during connection. A display screen 16a (described later) capable of displaying measured values such as the instantaneous flow rate and integrated flow rate of the measured fluid is provided on the surface of the display unit 16, and various operation units (not shown) are provided around the display screen.
[0028] Next, the location of the measuring device 14 will be described.
[0029] FIG. 3(a) shows a schematic diagram of the internal structure of a pipe consisting of a bent pipe section 63 (see FIG. 1) provided on a fire hydrant 60, an extended pipe section 12 having a connection section 11 at its lower end that can be connected to a nozzle 62 at the top of the bent pipe section 63, and a bent pipe section 13 connected to the upper end of the extended pipe section 12. The extended pipe section 12 is made of a straight pipe, and a linear pipe line is provided inside the extended pipe section 12 in the vertical direction. The bent pipe section 13 has a pipe line bent from above toward the left side provided inside the bend pipe section 63. The bend pipe section 63 has a pipe line bent from the right side toward the top provided inside the extended pipe section 12.
[0030] The measuring device 14 is provided at a predetermined height in the extended pipe section 12. More specifically, the measuring device 14 is disposed in a specific area E1 including a position where a distance from its center position P (more specifically, a position where the paddle wheel member 15b is disposed) to the lower end of the extended pipe section 12 is a first dimension L2 and a distance from the center position P to the upper end of the extended pipe section 12 is a second dimension L3 and the vicinity thereof.
[0031] In this embodiment, when the inner diameter dimension L1 of the extended pipe section 12 is a predetermined dimension "D" (L1 = D), the first dimension L2 is a length dimension that is 10 times the inner diameter dimension L1 (L2 = 10 x D), and the second dimension L3 is a length dimension that is 5 times the inner diameter dimension L1 (L3 = 5 x D).
[0032] In other words, the extended pipe section 12 has an upstream region E2 below the specific region E1 and having an extension of 10 times or more the inner diameter dimension L1 (pipe diameter) of the extended pipe section 12, and has a downstream region E3 above the specific region E1 and having an extension of 5 times or more the inner diameter dimension L1 (pipe diameter) of the extended pipe section 12. In this embodiment, the inner diameter dimension L1 is about 50 mm (D=50 mm), and the vertical dimension of the extended pipe section 12 is about 750 mm, but the dimensions are arbitrary and are not limited to the above dimensions.
[0033] Next, the process of cleaning the inside of the fluid pipe 2 will be described.
[0034] First, as shown in Fig. 1, after opening the manhole 50, the flow rate measuring device 1 with the display unit 16 removed is lowered from the ground surface GL and the connection unit 11 is connected to the nozzle 62 of the fire hydrant 60. Next, the display unit 16 is attached to the base 15a of the flow rate detection unit 15, and the hose 70 is connected to the bent pipe portion 13, and the sealed state of each part is confirmed. Next, a key handle (not shown) is connected to the operation unit 61 from the ground surface GL, and the operation unit 61 is rotated to open the internal valve body (not shown), so that the internal fluid of the fluid pipe 2 passes through the nozzle 62, the extension pipe portion 12, and the bent pipe portion 13 and is discharged from the end of the hose 70 (not shown).
[0035] When the discharge starts and the fluid moves upward in the extension pipe section 12, the measuring device 14 measures the flow rate of the fluid passing through the flow rate detection section 15, calculates the instantaneous flow rate and the cumulative flow rate based on the measured value, and displays the measured values such as the calculated instantaneous flow rate and the cumulative flow rate on the display screen 16a of the display section 16. Therefore, the worker adjusts the flow rate of the fluid to be discharged by rotating the operation section 61 of the fire hydrant 60 while visually checking the measured value displayed on the display screen 16a. Here, the display section 16 is disposed at a position above the ground surface GL, so that the worker can easily visually check the display section 16, and can also visually check whether the discharged water discharged from the end of the hose 70 (not shown) is turbid, thereby determining the timing to end the discharge. The measured value displayed on the display screen 16a can be changed in various ways, and either the instantaneous flow rate or the cumulative flow rate or both may be displayed. Furthermore, other values, such as the flow velocity in the fluid pipe 2 converted from the flow rate of the fluid passing through the flow velocity detection unit 15, may be made displayable.
[0036] In this way, impurities such as rust and sand are discharged to the outside via the fire hydrant 60 and the flow rate measuring device 1 together with the discharged water discharged from the fluid pipe 2, thereby cleaning the inside of the fluid pipe 2. In order to effectively discharge impurities such as rust and sand to the outside together with the discharged water, it is preferable that the flow velocity inside the fluid pipe 2 is a predetermined value (for example, 0.3 m to 1 m / sec or more).
[0037] Since the inner diameter dimension L1, etc. of the extension pipe section 12 of the flow measuring device 1 is different from the inner diameter dimension of the fluid pipe 2, by calculating in advance the design instantaneous flow rate required to make the flow velocity inside the fluid pipe 2 a predetermined value (e.g., 0.3 m to 1 m / sec or more), the flow rate of the fluid to be released can be adjusted so that the instantaneous flow rate measured by the measuring device 14 at the time of release approaches the design instantaneous flow rate.
[0038] Then, based on the accumulated flow rate displayed on the display screen 16a reaching a predetermined accumulated flow rate (e.g., 40 liters), the operating unit 61 is rotated using a key handle (not shown) to close the internal valve body (not shown) and stop the release of fluid, thereby completing the cleaning of the fluid pipe 2.
[0039] 4 shows a schematic diagram illustrating the flow state of the fluid in the bent pipe section 63 of the fire hydrant 60, the extended pipe section 12 of the flow measurement device 1, and the bent pipe section 13. The black arrows (dotted lines) indicate stable parts where the flow velocity is close to the average flow velocity in the pipe, the black arrows (solid lines) in the figure indicate the most stable parts where the flow velocity is close to the average flow velocity in the pipe, and the white arrows indicate parts where the flow velocity is less stable than the black arrow parts.
[0040] As shown in Fig. 4, in the extended pipe section 12 that extends in a straight line in the vertical direction, the flow velocity of the fluid is close to the average flow velocity in the pipe near the pipe axis C on the inner diameter side and is the most stable, and the flow is somewhat turbulent near the peripheral wall on the outer diameter side due to contact with the peripheral wall, but the flow velocity is stable. In addition, since the extended pipe section 12 extends in a straight line almost vertically upward, air bubbles, impurities, etc. do not remain in the pipe line, and high measurement accuracy can be obtained.
[0041] On the other hand, in curved sections such as the bend pipe section 63 and the bend pipe section 13, the flow cross section changes significantly and the pipe inner surface is formed into a convex or concave curved surface, so that the flow speed inside and outside the pipe varies significantly with respect to the average flow speed inside the pipe, making the flow speed unstable. Specifically, near the exit of the bend pipe section 63, the flow speed is faster on the outside of the pipe than in the center or inside of the pipe. Also, near the entrance of the bend pipe section 13, the flow speed is faster on the inside of the pipe than in the center or outside of the pipe.
[0042] Therefore, in the region closer to the bend pipe section 63 in the upstream region E2 than the measuring device 14 in the extended pipe section 12, the fluid passes through the bend, resulting in an unsteady flow near the outlet, but as the fluid moves upward away from the bend pipe section 63, the influence becomes less severe and the fluid flow stabilizes, resulting in a steady flow in the specific region E1.
[0043] Furthermore, in a region of the extended pipe section 12 closer to the bent pipe section 13 in the downstream region E3 than the measuring device 14, the fluid enters the bent section, causing an unsteady flow near the inlet, but as the distance from the bent pipe section 13 downward increases, the influence becomes less pronounced and the fluid flow stabilizes, resulting in a steady flow in the specific region E1. In this way, the measuring device 14 can accurately measure the flow rate (instantaneous flow rate and accumulated flow rate) of the fluid discharged to the outside by measuring the flow rate in the specific region E1 where the fluid discharged from the mouthpiece 62 forms a steady flow in the extended pipe section 12.
[0044] 5(a), the measuring device 14 can measure the stable flow rate of the fluid passing near the pipe axis C because the paddle wheel member 15b is disposed near the peripheral wall on the front side of the pipe axis C of the extended pipe section 12. In particular, as described in FIG. 4, since the bent pipe sections 63, 13 are bent to the left and right, even if the part where the flow rate is stable but slightly turbulent is near the left or right side of the pipe, i.e., the bent side of the pipe, the paddle wheel member 15b can measure on the front side of the pipe axis C of the extended pipe section 12 (the solid line part in FIG. 4) without measuring the bent side of the pipe (the dotted line part in FIG. 4), so that it is less affected.
[0045] Also, as shown in Fig. 5(b), the measuring device 14 may be arranged such that the paddle wheel member 15b is disposed closer to the rear side peripheral wall of the tube axis C of the extended pipe section 12. As shown in Fig. 5(c), the measuring device 14 may be arranged such that the paddle wheel member 15b is disposed closer to the left side peripheral wall of the tube axis C of the extended pipe section 12, or as shown in Fig. 5(d), the paddle wheel member 15b may be disposed closer to the right side peripheral wall of the tube axis C of the extended pipe section 12. In this case, however, since the flow rate is stable but the flow rate is somewhat turbulent, and the measurement accuracy is affected, it is preferable to use either Fig. 5(a) or (b).
[0046] In this embodiment, the upper and lower bend pipe sections 63, 13 are bent left and right, and the bend pipe sections 63, 13 and the extension pipe section 12 are arranged on the same plane as shown in Figures 3 and 4, so that even if the part where the flow rate is stable but where some turbulence occurs is closer to the bent side (left or right) of the pipeline, it is unlikely to be affected because it can be measured on the front side of the pipe axis C of the extension pipe section 12. On the other hand, for example, if one of the upper and lower bend pipe sections 63, 13 is bent left and right as shown in Figures 3 and 4 and the other is bent forward and backward (front or back of the paper in Figures 3 and 4), that is, if the bend pipe sections 63, 13 and the extension pipe section 12 are not arranged on the same plane, the part where the flow rate is stable but where some turbulence occurs may be closer to the front and rear sides as well as the left and right sides of the pipeline. In this case, since there is a risk that the flow of the fluid will be disturbed in a complex manner and become unstable, it is preferable that the bent pipe sections 63, 13 and the extended pipe section 12 are arranged on the same plane.
[0047] (Action and effect) As described above, the flow rate measuring device 1 as an embodiment of the present invention measures the flow rate of a fluid discharged from the nozzle 62 (discharge port) of a fire hydrant 60 as a flow path component, and at least comprises a connection part 11 connected to the nozzle 62, and an extension pipe part 12 that communicates with the connection part 11 and extends approximately vertically upward, and a measuring device 14 as a measuring part that measures the flow rate of the internal fluid is provided in a specific area E1 in which the internal fluid in the extension pipe part 12 forms a steady flow.
[0048] According to this, by measuring the flow rate in a specific region E1 where the fluid released from the nozzle 62 forms a steady flow in the extended pipe section 12 facing approximately vertically upward, it becomes possible to accurately grasp the cumulative flow rate of the fluid used to clean the inside of the fluid pipe 2 using the fire hydrant 60, and it becomes possible to deduct the fee for the cumulative flow rate of the fluid from the water user's fee, thereby improving the management and operation of fluid usage.
[0049] In addition, the extended pipe section 12 has an upstream region E2 below the specific region E1, which has an extension of 10 times or more the inner diameter dimension L1 of the extended pipe section 12. Therefore, even if there is an unsteady flow upstream of the measuring device 14 in the extended pipe section 12, the flow rate can be measured stably without being affected by the unsteady flow.
[0050] In addition, the extended pipe section 12 has a downstream region E3 above the specific region E1, which has an extension of more than five times the inner diameter dimension L1 of the extended pipe section 12, so that even if there is an unsteady flow downstream of the measuring device 14 in the extended pipe section, the flow rate can be measured stably without being affected by the unsteady flow.
[0051] In this embodiment, an upstream region E2 having an extension of 10 times or more the inner diameter dimension L1 of the extended pipe portion 12 is provided below the specific region E1, and a downstream region E3 having an extension of 5 times or more the inner diameter dimension L1 of the extended pipe portion 12 is provided above the specific region E1, so that the fluid can be measured in the specific region E1 where the fluid is more stable. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the upstream region E2 may have an extension not limited to 10 times the inner diameter dimension L1 of the extended pipe portion 12 but within a range of 7 to 13 times, and the downstream region E3 may have an extension not limited to 5 times the inner diameter dimension L1 of the extended pipe portion 12 but within a range of 3 to 7 times. In other words, it is preferable that the total extension of the upstream region E2 and the downstream region E3 sandwiching the specific region E1 in the pipe axis direction has an extension within a range of 10 to 20 times the inner diameter dimension L1 of the extended pipe portion 12.
[0052] 1, when the projection dimension L10 of the flow rate measurement device 1 projecting upward from the ground surface GL exceeds a predetermined value, the weight of the hose of the hanging portion 70a of the hose 70 from the upper bent pipe portion 13 to the ground surface GL and the fluid inside the hose are applied to the connection portion between the connection portion 11 and the nozzle 62, etc., and therefore, in the event of a water hammer or the like, the risk of the connection portion 11 coming off the nozzle 62 increases. Therefore, it is preferable to determine the first dimension L2 of the upstream region E2 and the second dimension L3 of the downstream region E3 so that the installed measurement device 14 is not too high above the ground surface GL and the flow rate of the fluid can be measured in a more stable state.
[0053] In addition, since the bend pipe section 13 extending toward the left side is connected to the upper end of the extension pipe section 12, a hose 70 for discharging fluid, etc. can be easily connected to the upper end of the extension pipe section 12 without having to bend it significantly.
[0054] In addition, the measuring device 14 as a measuring section has at least a flow velocity detection section 15 fixed to a specific region E1 of the extended pipe section 12 and a display section 16 detachably connected to the flow velocity detection section 15, so that the display section 16 can be detached from the flow velocity detection section 15, thereby preventing the display section 16 from being damaged when, for example, connecting the connection section 11 to the socket 62.
[0055] Although the embodiments of the present invention have been described above with reference to the drawings, the specific configuration is not limited to these embodiments, and the present invention also includes modifications and additions that do not deviate from the gist of the present invention.
[0056] For example, in the above embodiment, the discharge operation is performed while visually checking the display screen 16a of the display unit 16, but the present invention is not limited to this. For example, as shown in FIG. 6, a mobile terminal 81 having an imaging unit 82 capable of imaging the display screen 16a may be provided so that the contents displayed on the display screen 16a can be easily confirmed by the image captured by the imaging unit 82. In this case, the mobile terminal 81 may be attached to the extension pipe section 12 using a holder 80 shown in FIG. 6. Specifically, the attachment section 80a of the holder 80 is attached to the extension pipe section 12, and the mobile terminal 81 is placed on a holder section 80c provided on a support section 80b extended from the attachment section 80a and disposed in front of the display unit 16, so that the measurement values displayed on the display screen 16a can be imaged by the imaging unit 82. The form of the holder 80 can be changed in various ways.
[0057] In this way, by capturing an image of the displayed measured values such as the instantaneous flow rate and the integrated flow rate of the fluid, the measured values can be stored as image data. Also, a display device (not shown) prepared separately may be connected to the mobile terminal 81 via a wired or wireless connection, so that the captured data can be displayed on the display device. In this way, even if the display unit 16 is located below the ground surface GL during the discharging operation and is difficult to visually confirm, the operation can be performed while visually checking the separate display device.
[0058] In the above embodiment, only the measuring device 14 is provided on the extended pipe section 12, but the present invention is not limited to this. For example, as shown in Figures 7(a) and (b), a connection section 90 communicating with the inside of the pipeline is provided downstream of the measuring device 14 on the extended pipe section 12, and during normal operation, the male screw section 91a formed on the outer surface of the closing member 91 is screwed into the female screw section 90a formed on the inner surface of the connection section 90 to attach the closing member 91 to the inside of the connection section 90 to close the opening, and during cleaning, the closing member 91 is removed, and as shown in Figure 7(c), the male screw section 92a formed on the outer surface of the detector 92 is screwed into the female screw section 90a of the connection section 90 to attach the detector 92 to the connection section 90 so as to be in contact with the fluid in the pipeline, so that, for example, the turbidity of the fluid can be detected. In this way, it is possible to check whether the inside of the fluid pipe 2 has been properly cleaned by detecting the turbidity of the discharged water.
[0059] In addition, at least a specified portion of the extended pipe section 12 downstream of the measuring device 14 may be made of a transparent acrylic pipe, or a window portion (not shown) may be provided at a specified location downstream of the measuring device 14, making it possible to visually check the inside of the pipeline through these transparent window portions, thereby making it possible to visually check the turbidity, etc. of the fluid inside the pipeline.
[0060] In addition, in the above embodiment, a form in which a fire hydrant 60 is applied as an example of a flow path component is exemplified, but the present invention is not limited to this, and other flow path components such as an air valve with a water hydrant or a repair valve may be applied.
[0061] In the above embodiment, the bent pipe section 13 extending laterally is connected to the upper end of the extended pipe section 12, but the present invention is not limited to this, and a T-shaped bent pipe section extending laterally from the upper end of the extended pipe section 12 may be used. In addition, as long as the flow rate measuring device 1 includes at least the connection section 11 and the extended pipe section 12, the bent pipe section 13 may not be provided at the upper end of the extended pipe section 12.
[0062] In addition, in the above embodiment, a form is exemplified in which the instantaneous flow rate and the accumulated flow rate of the fluid can be measured by the measuring device 14 in order to effectively discharge impurities inside the fluid pipe 2 and to grasp the accumulated flow rate of the fluid released during cleaning, but the present invention is not limited to this and it is sufficient if it is possible to measure at least the accumulated flow rate.
