Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present invention relates to a cleaning device. [Background technology]
[0002] The present inventor has previously proposed a wide variety of cleaner devices for removing dust and the like adhering to a substrate by discharging and suctioning air (see Patent Documents 1 and 2). [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]
[0003] [Patent Document 1] Patent No. 3158074 [Patent Document 2] Patent No. 5008706 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0004] However, recently, an extremely thin metal sheet strip 3 (having a thickness of 10 μm to 30 μm) as shown in FIG. 13 has appeared as a substrate from which dust should be removed. This extremely thin sheet band 3 has a shape with numerous tabs T protruding at a specified pitch from one side edge 2, and is used (cut into pieces to be used as electrodes) in lithium batteries for new energy vehicles, all-solid-state batteries, etc., and is made of a highly conductive metal such as copper.
[0005] In this way, it has been found that it is extremely difficult or impossible to remove extremely fine dust particles and the like that adhere to both the front and back surfaces of the sheet strip 3 (substrate) 3, which is extremely thin with a thickness of 10 μm to 30 μm and has a number of rectangular tabs T protruding from one side edge 2, using the (conventionally known) cleaning devices such as those described in Patent Documents 1 and 2. That is, as shown in FIG. 14(A), the tab T is partially folded over (see overlapping portion 41), as shown in FIG. 14(B), the tip edge 42 of the tab T is plastically deformed into a wavy shape with small projections and recesses, or a crack (crack) 43 is generated as shown in FIG. 14(C).
[0006] More specifically, in FIG. 13, tension Ft can be applied in the longitudinal direction to the basic belt portion 45 having no tab T, so that no slack or wrinkles are generated in the basic belt portion 45, and there are almost no problems when removing dust. However, in Fig. 13, no tension Ft acts in the longitudinal direction on the tab presence band-like region 47 where the tab T exists. Therefore, in the conventional dust removal (cleaning) devices disclosed in Patent Documents 1 and 2 and the like, the tab T in this tab presence band-like region 47 swings unstably, flutters, or undergoes abnormal deformation due to the air flow during dust removal, resulting in small uneven wave-like deformation of the overlapping portion 41 or the tip edge 42, or even cracks 43, as shown in Figs. 14(A), 14(B), and 14(C). [Means for solving the problem]
[0007] Therefore, the present invention provides a cleaning device for removing dust from one side edge of an extremely thin metal sheet strip having a number of tabs protruding from one side edge; the device is configured to allow dust-removing air to flow from the base end to the tip end of the tabs and in parallel with the upper and lower surfaces of the tabs.
[0008] The present invention also provides an internal cleaner head and a suction duct in which the internal cleaner head is built; the internal cleaner head has a horizontal slit through which the one side edge of the extremely thin metal sheet belt is inserted and travels, and the upper and lower inner faces on which the horizontal slit is formed and the inside of the upper block and the lower block are made of porous ceramics, and compressed air is ejected from a large number of fine holes to form a minute gap between the upper and lower faces of the one side edge; and further, the upper and lower inner faces of the horizontal slit of the internal cleaner head are provided with an upper discharge slit. a lower discharge slit is opened so that dust-removing air can be sprayed from above and below to remove dust from the one side edge; furthermore, the outer end surface of the inner cleaner head where the horizontal slit of the inner cleaner head opens and the outer end surface of the suction duct are arranged on approximately the same vertical plane; and a horizontal duct slit is formed in the suction duct at the same position as the horizontal slit of the inner cleaner head when viewed from the horizontal side direction; and the one side edge of the extremely thin metal sheet band is configured to be able to pass through the horizontal duct slit, the horizontal slit and the horizontal duct slit in order.
[0009] In addition, in the inner cleaner head, a through hole is provided from the rear end surface on the downstream side of the horizontal slit to the inner end surface of the inner cleaner head, and the horizontal slit and the through hole form a central suction passage; further, side suction passages are formed by the left and right outer surfaces of the inner cleaner head and the left and right inner surfaces of the suction duct; and the one side edge having a number of tabs that run through one side suction passage, the central suction passage, and the other side suction passage in sequence is configured to remove dust.
[0010] The present invention also provides a cleaning device for removing dust from one side edge of an extremely thin metal sheet band having a number of tabs protruding from one side edge; the extremely thin metal sheet band is made to run in a curved manner by a backup rotating roll, thereby elastically deforming the cross section of the tab into an arc, while dust-removing air is made to flow from the base end to the tip end of the tab and in parallel with the upper and lower surfaces of the tab.
[0011] The present invention also provides an internal cleaner head and a suction duct in which the internal cleaner head is built; the internal cleaner head has an arc-shaped slit through which the one side edge of the extremely thin metal sheet belt is inserted and passes, and the upper and lower inner faces on which the arc-shaped slit is formed and the inside of the upper block and the inside of the lower block are made of porous ceramic, and compressed air is ejected from a large number of fine holes to form a minute gap between the upper and lower faces of the one side edge; and further, the upper and lower inner faces of the arc-shaped slit of the internal cleaner head are provided with upper discharge slits. a lower discharge slit is opened so that dust-removing air can be sprayed from above and below to remove dust from the one side edge; furthermore, the outer end surface of the inner cleaner head where the arc-shaped slit of the inner cleaner head opens and the outer end surface of the suction duct are arranged on approximately the same vertical plane; and a horizontal duct slit is formed in the suction duct, through which one side edge of the extremely thin metal sheet band curved in an arc passing through the arc-shaped slit; the horizontal duct slit, the arc-shaped slit and the horizontal duct slit are configured so that one side edge of the extremely thin metal sheet band can pass in sequence.
[0012] In addition, in the inner cleaner head, a through hole is provided from the rear end surface on the downstream side of the arc-shaped slit to the inner end surface of the inner cleaner head, and the arc-shaped slit and the through hole form a central suction passage; further, the left and right outer surfaces of the inner cleaner head and the left and right inner surfaces of the suction duct form side suction passages; and the one side edge having a number of tabs that run through one side suction passage, the central suction passage, and the other side suction passage in sequence is configured to remove dust. Effect of the Invention
[0013] According to the present invention, the tab maintains a stable posture (without shaking or flapping) and reliably removes dust by the cleaning air flowing from its base end to its tip end. Therefore, when dust is removed from the tab, abnormalities such as wavy deformation of overlapping portion 41 and tip edge 42 (as shown in FIG. 14), cracks 43, etc. do not occur, and dust can be removed cleanly and reliably while maintaining a normal flat rectangular shape. [0015] The present invention will be described in detail below based on the illustrated embodiments. The cleaning device 10 of the present invention is a device for removing dust from one side edge 2 of an extremely thin metal sheet strip 3 having a number of rectangular tabs T on one side edge 2, as shown in Figures 4, 5 and 11 (and Figure 13). The ultra-thin metal sheet strip 3 is extremely thin, measuring 10 μm to 30 μm, and is made of a metal such as aluminum, and is used as an electrode for lithium batteries, all-solid-state batteries, and the like.
[0016] As shown in Figs. 1 to 3, a cleaner device 10 according to the present invention includes a cylindrical suction duct 5 and an inner cleaner head 1 built into the duct. The inner cleaner head 1 has a horizontal slit 6 through which one side edge 2 of the above-mentioned extremely thin metal sheet strip 3 (hereinafter sometimes simply referred to as "sheet strip") is inserted and passes (without contact).
[0017] The upper block 7 and the lower block 8 forming the horizontal slit 6 are made of porous ceramics. Moreover, as shown in Figures 2 and 3, the outer surfaces of the upper block 7 and the lower block 8 are covered with a coating layer 9 that does not allow air to pass through. In this manner, the upper inner surface 16A, the lower inner surface 17A which form the horizontal slit 6, and the upper and lower block interiors 16B, 17B are made of breathable porous ceramic.
[0018] Meanwhile, compressed air passages 13 are provided inside the upper and lower blocks 16B, 17B, and compressed air is blown onto the sheet band 3 from the central slit 14 as shown by the arrow f4 in Fig. 3, to separate dust and the like, and then sucked and removed in the directions shown by the arrows F3, F4. In Figs. 1 to 3, reference numeral 25 denotes a compressed air supply pipe, which supplies compressed air from the outside into the inner cleaner head 1 as shown by the arrows f1, f2. In this way, the upper and lower inner surfaces 16A and 17A, and the upper and lower block interiors 16B and 17B, in which the horizontal slits 6 are formed, are made of porous ceramic, and compressed air is ejected from numerous fine pores to form minute gaps ε, ε between the upper and lower surfaces of one side edge 2.
[0019] To repeat the explanation of the central slit 14, the upper discharge slit 14A and the lower discharge slit 14B are opened on the upper inner surface 16A and the lower inner surface 17A of the horizontal slit 6, and dust removal air (compressed air) f4, f4 is sprayed from above and below toward one side edge 2 of the sheet band 3 held with a minute gap ε. This makes it possible to remove dust from the small tab T of the sheet band 3 while reliably maintaining a flat surface posture, thereby reliably preventing the overlapping portion 41, deformation of the tip edge 42, and cracks 43, as exemplified in the conventional example in Figures 14(A)(B)(C).
[0020] Further, to explain the configuration and operation of the present invention, the inner cleaner head outer end surface 18 where the horizontal slit 6 of the inner cleaner head 1 opens and the outer end surface 5E of the suction duct 5 are arranged on approximately the same vertical plane. Moreover, in the suction duct 5, a horizontal duct slit 4 is formed at the same position as the horizontal slit 6 of the inner cleaner head 1 when viewed horizontally and laterally (horizontally and from the side).
[0021] In this manner, one side edge 2 of the sheet band 3 can pass through the horizontal duct slit 4 of the suction duct 5, the horizontal slit 6 of the inner cleaner head 1, and the horizontal duct slit 4, successively. In the inner cleaner head 1, central suction passages 20 (two in the illustrated example) are formed penetrating from the rear end surface 6A on the downstream side of the horizontal slit 6 to the inner end surface 19 of the inner cleaner head 1 (see Figures 2, 3, 5, 6 and 7).
[0022] Furthermore, left and right outer surfaces 21 of the inner cleaner head 1 and left and right inner surfaces 5N, 5N of the hole of the suction duct 5 form side suction flow paths 22A, 22B (see Figs. 3, 4 and 8). Therefore, the one side edge 2 running through the horizontal duct slit 4 and the horizontal slit 6 passes sequentially through one side suction passage 22A, the central suction passage 20, and the other side suction passage 22B, and the one side edge 2 having a large number of tabs T is cleaned of dust.
[0023] Next, in FIGS. 9 to 12, another embodiment of the present invention is shown, which is configured so that the metal sheet belt 3 is caused to travel in a curved manner by a backup rotating roll 30. As shown in FIG. Moreover, (as shown in Figures 9 to 12) the backup rotating roll 30 holds the sheet strip 3 so that one side edge 2 of a predetermined small area including the tab T of the sheet strip 3 protrudes from one end face 30A of the backup rotating roll 30, and the sheet strip 3 is made to run in a curved shape by the rotation of the rotating roll 30. In other words, the sheet band 3 is caused to pass through the arc-shaped slit 6Y of the inner cleaner head 1 in a non-contact state while the one side edge 2 is elastically deformed into an arc by the backup rotating roll 30.
[0024] The upper and lower inner surfaces 16A, 17A and the upper and lower block interiors 16B, 17B which form the arc-shaped slit 6Y are made of porous ceramic, and compressed air f4 is sprayed into the arc-shaped slit 6Y from a large number of fine pores. By ejecting the compressed air f4, minute gaps ε, ε are formed between the upper and lower surfaces of the one side edge 2 (see FIG. 2). Furthermore, an upper discharge slit 14A and a lower discharge slit 14B are provided on the upper inner surface 16A and the lower inner surface 17A of the inner cleaner head 1 and the arc-shaped slit 6Y, respectively, to allow the dust removal air f 14 ,f 14 is sprayed from above and below to remove dust from one side edge 2.
[0025] Further, the inner cleaner head outer end surface 18 where the arc-shaped slit 6Y opens and the outer end surface 5E of the suction duct 5 are disposed on approximately the same vertical plane. In addition, the suction duct 5 is formed with a horizontal duct slit 4 for passing one side edge 2 of the very thin metal sheet strip 3 (curved in an arc) passing through the arc slit 6Y.
[0026] In this manner, one side edge 2 of the sheet band 3 can pass through the horizontal duct slit 4, the arc-shaped slit 6Y and the horizontal duct slit 4 in this order. Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 12, in the inner cleaner head 1, a through hole 23 is provided from the rear end face 6A on the downstream side of the arc-shaped slit 6Y to the inner end face 19 of the inner cleaner head 1, and the arc-shaped slit 6Y and the through hole 23 form a central suction passage 20.
[0027] As shown in FIGS. 9 and 10, the left and right outer sides 21, 21 of the inner cleaner head 1 and the left and right inner sides 5N, 5N of the suction duct 5 form side suction flow paths 22A, 22B. The one side edge 2 having a large number of tabs T which travel through one side suction flow passage 22A, the central suction flow passage 20 and the other side suction flow passage 22B in sequence is configured to remove dust.
[0028] Although multiple embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail above, in all of the embodiments, the dust removal air F3 is configured to flow from the base end T0 of the tab T to the tip end Tp, and in parallel with the upper surface 11 and the lower surface 12 of the tab T (see Figures 2, 4, 5, and 11).
[0029] Conventionally, as shown in FIG. 13, even if tension Ft is applied to the sheet band 3, tension cannot be applied to the tab T, so that the tab T flutters (like a butterfly wing, so to speak), and as shown in FIG. 14, overlapping portions 41 are generated in the tab T, the leading edge 42 is deformed into a small uneven wave shape, and further, cracks (fissures) 43 are generated. In contrast, the cleaner according to the present invention is a cleaner for removing dust from one side edge 2 of an extremely thin metal sheet band 3 having a number of tabs T protruding from the one side edge 2, and is configured to flow dust removing air F3 from the base end T0 of the tab T toward the leading end Tp, and in parallel with the upper surface 11 and the lower surface 12 of the tab T. The dust removal air F3 directed toward the tab T applies (low) tension in the tip direction to the tab T, so that the tab T is removed from the tab T while maintaining a flat state, thereby preventing the occurrence of problems such as those shown in Figures 14(A), (B), and (C).
[0030] The inner cleaner head 1 has a horizontal slit 6 through which the one side edge 2 of the very thin metal sheet strip 3 is inserted and passes. The upper block interior 16A, the lower block interior 17A, and the upper block interior 16B, the lower block interior 17B, which form the horizontal slit 6, are made of porous ceramic, and compressed air is ejected from a large number of fine holes to blow air through the one side edge 2 of the very thin metal sheet strip 3. and a minute gap ε, ε is formed between the upper and lower surfaces of the edge 2; and an upper discharge slit 14A and a lower discharge slit 14B are formed on the upper inner surface 16A and the lower inner surface 17A of the horizontal slit 6 of the inner cleaner head 1, and dust removing air f4, f4 is ejected from above and below to remove dust from the one side edge 2; and an inner cleaner head outer end surface 18 where the horizontal slit 6 of the inner cleaner head 1 opens, The outer end surface 5E of the suction duct 5 is disposed on approximately the same vertical plane; and a horizontal duct slit 4 is formed in the suction duct 5 at the same position as the horizontal slit 6 of the internal cleaner head 1 when viewed from the horizontal side direction; and one side edge 2 of the extremely thin metal sheet strip 3 is configured to be able to pass through the horizontal duct slit 4, the horizontal slit 6, and the horizontal duct slit 4 in sequence, so that the basic strip portion 45 (see Figure 13) of the extremely thin metal sheet strip 3 can be made to run while being subjected to sufficient longitudinal tension, and on the other hand, the one side edge 2 having the tab T runs and passes through the horizontal slit 6 between the upper inner surface 16A and the lower inner surface 17A made of porous ceramic of the internal cleaner head 1 with minute gaps ε, ε without contacting and being damaged, and the one side edge 2 including the tab T can be reliably and cleanly removed while maintaining a stable planar shape by the dust removal air f4, f4 jetted from above and below.
[0031] In addition, in the present invention, a through hole 23 is provided in the inner cleaner head 1 from the rear end surface 6A on the downstream side of the horizontal slit 6 to the inner end surface 19 of the inner cleaner head 1, and the horizontal slit 6 and the through hole 23 form a central suction passage 20; further, side suction passages 22A, 22B are formed by the left and right outer surfaces 21, 21 of the inner cleaner head 1 and the left and right inner surfaces 5N, 5N of the suction duct 5; and the one side edge 2 having a number of tabs T which run through one side suction passage 22A, the central suction passage 20, and the other side suction passage 22B in sequence is configured to remove dust, so that the one side edge 2 runs smoothly through one side suction passage 22A, the central suction passage 20, and the other side suction passage 22B, thereby achieving rapid and excellent dust removal within a compact space and area. In particular, for one side edge 2 having a large number of tabs T, preliminary rough dust removal is performed in one side suction passage 22A, followed by precise full-scale dust removal in the central suction passage 20, and then post-finish dust removal in the other side suction passage 22B, so that the tabs T can be cleanly removed more reliably. In particular, problems such as those shown in Figures 14(A), (B), and (C) can be prevented.
[0032] The present invention also provides a cleaner for removing dust from one side edge 2 of an extremely thin metal sheet strip 3 having a number of tabs T protruding from the one side edge 2; the extremely thin metal sheet strip 3 is curved and traveled by a backup rotating roll 30, so that the cross section of the tab T is elastically deformed into an arc shape, and dust removal air F3 is caused to flow from the base end T0 to the tip end Tp of the tab T, parallel to the upper surface 11 and the lower surface 12 of the tab T. This allows the dust removal air F3 flowing from the base end T0 to the tip end Tp to apply (low) tension to the tab T in the tip direction, so that the tab T is removed from dust while maintaining a flat state, thereby preventing the occurrence of defects as shown in Figures 14(A), (B), and (C). Moreover, the cross section of the tab T is deformed into an arc shape, which increases the "rigidity" of the tab T, and more reliably prevents the occurrence of defects as shown in Figures 14(A), (B), and (C).
[0033] The present invention also provides an internal cleaner head 1 and a suction duct 5 in which the internal cleaner head 1 is built; the internal cleaner head 1 has an arc-shaped slit 6Y through which the one side edge 2 of the very thin metal sheet strip 3 is inserted and passes, and the upper inner surface 16A, the lower inner surface 17A, and the upper block interior 16B, the lower block interior 17B in which the arc-shaped slit 6Y is formed are made of porous ceramic, and compressed air is ejected from a large number of fine holes to circulate the one side edge 2 of the very thin metal sheet strip 3 through the arc-shaped slit 6Y. The inner cleaner head 1 is configured to form minute gaps ε, ε between the upper and lower surfaces of the side edge 2; and an upper discharge slit 14A and a lower discharge slit 14B are opened on the upper inner surface 16A and the lower inner surface 17A of the arc-shaped slit 6Y of the inner cleaner head 1, and dust removing air f4, f4 is ejected from above and below to remove dust from the one side edge 2; and an inner cleaner head outer end surface 18 where the arc-shaped slit 6Y of the inner cleaner head 1 opens is formed. and the outer end surface 5E of the suction duct 5 are disposed on substantially the same vertical plane; and a horizontal duct slit 4 is formed in the suction duct 5, through which one side edge 2 of the extremely thin metal sheet strip 3 curved in an arc and passing through the arc slit 6Y passes; the horizontal duct slit 4, the arc slit 6Y and the horizontal duct slit 4 are configured so that one side edge 2 of the extremely thin metal sheet strip 3 can pass through them in sequence, so that the basic strip portion 45 of the extremely thin metal sheet strip 3 (see FIG. 13) can be made to run while applying sufficient longitudinal tension, while the one side edge 2 having the tab T runs through the arc-shaped slit 6Y between the upper inner surface 16A and the lower inner surface 17A of the inner cleaner head 1 made of porous ceramic with minute gaps ε, ε without contacting and without being damaged, and the one side edge 2 including the tab T can be reliably and cleanly removed from dust while maintaining a stable planar shape by the dust removal air f4, f4 sprayed from above and below. Moreover, the "rigidity" of the tab T is increased by deforming the cross section of the tab T into an arc shape, so that the occurrence of the problems shown in Figures 14(A), (B), and (C) can be further prevented.
[0034] In addition, in the present invention, a through hole 23 is provided in the inner cleaner head 1 from the rear end surface 6A on the downstream side of the arc-shaped slit 6Y to the inner end surface 19 of the inner cleaner head 1, and the arc-shaped slit 6Y and the through hole 23 form a central suction passage 20; further, side suction passages 22A, 22B are formed by the left and right outer surfaces 21, 21 of the inner cleaner head 1 and the left and right inner surfaces 5N, 5N of the suction duct 5; and the one side edge 2 having a number of tabs T running through one side suction passage 22A, the central suction passage 20, and the other side suction passage 22B in sequence is configured to remove dust, so that the one side edge 2 smoothly runs through one side suction passage 22A, the central suction passage 20, and the other side suction passage 22B, thereby realizing rapid and excellent dust removal within a compact space and area. In particular, for one side edge 2 having a large number of tabs T, preliminary rough dust removal is performed in one side suction passage 22A, followed by precise full-scale dust removal in the central suction passage 20, followed by post-finish dust removal in the other side suction passage 22B, so that the tabs T can be more reliably cleanly dusted. In particular, defects such as those shown in Figures 14(A), (B), and (C) can be prevented. Moreover, the cross section of the tab T is arc-shaped, which increases rigidity slightly and maintains a stable shape (without fluttering), preventing uneven deformation of the overlapping portion 41 and tip edge 42 of the tab T, or cracks 43, as shown in Figures 14(A), (B), and (C).
[0035] The present invention can provide high-quality ultra-thin metal sheet strips 3 that are completely free of ultra-fine dust and can be cut to be used as electrodes for lithium batteries for electric vehicles, all-solid-state batteries, and the like. [Explanation of symbols]
