[0001] The present invention relates to a scaffold structure. [Background technology]
[0002] In the past, agitation devices have been used when mixing and stirring a plurality of compounds to cause a reaction. For example, Patent Document 1 discloses such an agitation device, which is a stirring vessel made of low-carbon stainless steel and includes a vessel body and a manhole that is integral with the vessel body, and is characterized in that the nozzle neck that connects the manhole to the vessel body is curved in an arc shape so that the bottom of the nozzle neck is wider. [0003] [Patent Document 1] JP 2011-016087 A Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0004] Patent Document 1 describes that the inside of the mixing tank can be cleaned by inserting a cleaning nozzle into the mixing tank from a manhole and spraying a high-pressure cleaning liquid onto the inner wall of the mixing tank with the cleaning nozzle. Although the inside of the mixing tank can be cleaned by such a method, there are cases where a person enters the mixing tank to clean the inside of the mixing tank when it is desired to clean a finer detail. However, even if a person enters the mixing tank, there are still some parts that are difficult to clean, such as the upper part of the mixing tank. Therefore, the inventors of the present invention have found that using a ladder makes it easier to clean the upper part of the mixing tank, but makes the scaffolding unstable. The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and its purpose is to provide a scaffolding structure that can make it easier to work inside the mixing device and is easy to assemble. [Means for solving the problem]
[0005] The scaffold structure according to an embodiment of the present invention is as follows [1]. [1] A scaffold structure for use in a stirring device having a rotating shaft and a stirring blade fixed to the rotating shaft, A first annular bag body; a second bag disposed on the first bag, A scaffolding structure characterized in that the diameter of a virtual inscribed circle tangent to the inner edge of the first bag body is larger than the rotational diameter of the agitator blade.
[0006] As described above, since the first bag body is annular and the diameter of the imaginary inscribed circle that touches the inner edge is large, a working space can be secured inside the inner edge of the first bag body, and the worker can easily perform work such as placing the second bag body on the first bag body inside the inner edge of the first bag body, making it easier to assemble the scaffolding structure. Furthermore, with this configuration, the sprayed cleaning liquid flows down inside the first bag body, making it difficult for the cleaning liquid to accumulate on the second bag body. As a result, the worker is less likely to slip during cleaning at a position higher than the second bag body. Furthermore, since the first bag body, which is the base, is annular, the scaffolding structure is more likely to be stable.
[0007] Furthermore, the scaffold structure according to the embodiment is preferably any one of the following [2] to
[11] . [2] A scaffolding structure as described in [1], wherein the axial length of the first bag body is longer than the radial length from the inner edge to the outer edge of the first bag body. [4] A scaffolding structure described in any of [1] to [3], wherein, in a thickness direction view of the second bag body, a diameter of a second imaginary circumscribing circle tangent to the outer edge of the second bag body is larger than a diameter of a imaginary inscribing circle tangent to the inner edge of the first bag body, the second bag body has a first recess that is recessed from the outside to the inside, and the center of the second imaginary circumscribing circle is located within an area surrounded by the outer edge of the first recess. [5] A scaffolding structure described in any of [1] to [4], wherein, in a thickness direction view of the second bag body, the second bag body has a second recess and a third recess which are recessed from the outside to the inside. [6] A scaffolding structure as described in [5], in a thickness direction view of the second bag body, the second recess and the third recess each have a portion that is located more inward than the inner edge of the first bag body. [7] A scaffolding structure described in [5] or [6], in a thickness direction view of the second bag body, a virtual line passing through point A in the second recess that is closest to the center of the second virtual circumscribing circle and point B in the third recess that is closest to the center of the second virtual circumscribing circle passes through the first recess. [8] A scaffolding structure as described in [7], wherein, in a view in the thickness direction of the second bag body, the angle between a first virtual line segment connecting the point A and the center of the second virtual circumscribing circle and a second virtual line segment connecting the point B and the center of the second virtual circumscribing circle, which is the angle closer to the tip of the first recess, is less than 180 degrees. [9] Further, a flat third bag body is disposed on the second bag body, A scaffolding structure described in any of [1] to [8], wherein, in a view in the thickness direction of the third bag body, the third bag body has a fourth recess and a fifth recess which are recessed from the outside toward the inside, and the center of a third imaginary circumscribing circle tangent to the outer edge of the third bag body is located within an area surrounded by the outer edge of the fourth recess.

[0008] Furthermore, the scaffold structure according to the embodiment may be the following
[12] .
[12] A scaffold structure for use in a stirring device having a rotating shaft and a stirring blade fixed to the rotating shaft, It has a flat bag body, A scaffolding structure in which, in a view in the thickness direction of the bag body, the bag body has a first recess that is recessed from the outside to the inside, and the center of a virtual circumscribing circle tangent to the outer edge of the bag body is located within an area surrounded by the outer edge of the first recess. Effect of the Invention
[0009] According to the present invention, the above-mentioned configuration makes it possible to easily perform work inside the agitator, and provides a scaffolding structure that is easy to assemble. [Brief description of the drawings]

[Figure 11] FIG. 11 is a plan view of the third bag of the scaffold structure of FIG. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0011] The scaffolding structure of the embodiment is a scaffolding structure used in an agitation device having a rotating shaft and an agitation impeller fixed to the rotating shaft, and has a ring-shaped first bag body and a second bag body placed on the first bag body, and the diameter of a virtual inscribed circle tangent to the inner edge of the first bag body is larger than the rotational diameter of the agitation impeller.
[0012] As described above, since the first bag body is annular and the diameter of the imaginary inscribed circle that touches the inner edge is large, the worker can easily perform tasks such as placing the second bag body on the first bag body inside the inner edge of the first bag body, making it easier to assemble the scaffolding structure. Furthermore, with this configuration, the cleaning liquid flows down to the inside of the first bag body, making it difficult for the cleaning liquid to accumulate on the second bag body. As a result, the worker is less likely to slip during cleaning at a position higher than the second bag body. Furthermore, since the first bag body, which is the base, is annular, the scaffolding structure is more stable.
[0013] The scaffold structure according to the embodiment will be described in detail below with reference to Figs. 1 to 6. Fig. 1(a) is a plan view of the scaffold structure according to the embodiment. Fig. 1(b) is a side view of the scaffold structure according to the embodiment. Fig. 2 is a plan view showing the positional relationship between the first bag and the stirring blade when the scaffold structure of Fig. 1 is placed in a reaction vessel of a stirring device. Fig. 3 is a plan view of the second bag of the scaffold structure of Fig. 1. Fig. 4(a) is an AA cross section of the first bag of Fig. 1(b). Fig. 4(b) is an AA cross section of the deformable first bag of Fig. 1(b). Fig. 4(c) is a BB cross section of the first bag of Fig. 1(a). Fig. 5 is a perspective view of the stirring device. Fig. 6 is a perspective view of the scaffold structure of Fig. 1 placed in a reaction vessel of the stirring device of Fig. 5. In Figs. 5 and 6, a part of the outer surface of the reaction vessel of the stirring device is cross-sectional.
[0014] As shown in Figs. 1(a) and (b), the scaffold structure 80 according to the embodiment has a ring-shaped first bag 1 and a second bag 2 arranged on the first bag 1. The scaffold structure 80 is a scaffold structure used in an agitation device 99 having a rotating shaft 91 and an agitation blade 92 fixed to the rotating shaft 91, for example, as shown in Fig. 5. Specifically, the scaffold structure 80 is preferably arranged in a reaction vessel 90 of the agitation device 99. The reaction vessel 90 is a vessel used when a plurality of compounds are mixed and agitated by the agitation blade 92 to react with each other. The vessel in which the scaffold structure 80 is arranged may be any vessel capable of agitating a substance inside by the agitation blade 92, and may be, for example, a can in which a plurality of compounds not involving a reaction, a single compound, food, or feed can be agitated inside by the agitation blade 92.
[0015] As shown in Fig. 2, the diameter of the imaginary inscribed circle C that is in contact with the inner edge 1a of the first bag body 1 is larger than the rotation diameter 92D of the agitating blade 92. In Fig. 2, the inner edge 1a of the first bag body 1 and the imaginary inscribed circle C overlap, but if the shape of the inner edge 1a is not a perfect circle, they may have a portion where they do not overlap each other. Note that the imaginary circle 92C in Fig. 2 is a circle drawn by the point of the agitating blade 92 that is farthest from the rotation axis 91 in a plan view when the agitating blade 92 rotates.
[0016] As shown in FIG. 2, the first bag 1 is annular, and the diameter of the imaginary inscribed circle C that contacts the inner edge 1a of the first bag 1 is larger than the rotation diameter 92D of the stirring blade 92, so that the first bag 1 can be placed on the bottom surface of the reaction vessel 90 without contacting the stirring blade 92. This also makes it easier for the worker to perform work such as placing the second bag 2 on the first bag 1 inside the inner edge 1a of the first bag 1 when assembling the scaffolding structure 80. Furthermore, the first bag 1, which is the base, is annular, so that the scaffolding structure 80 is more stable. It is preferable that the first bag 1 is placed on the bottom surface of the reaction vessel 90 in a state where the outer surface of the first bag 1 and the inner surface of the side wall in the reaction vessel 90 are in contact with each other. This makes the first bag 1 more stable as a base for the scaffolding.
[0017] 1(b), by disposing the second bag 2 on the first bag 1, the scaffolding structure 80 can be raised, making it easier for the worker to clean the upper part of the inside of the reaction vessel 90. Furthermore, since the cleaning liquid flows inward from the inner edge 1a of the annular first bag 1 and is easily drained from the drainage hole at the bottom of the reaction vessel 90, the cleaning liquid is less likely to accumulate at a height position equal to or higher than the second bag 2 located above the first bag 1, and as a result, the worker is less likely to slip during cleaning.
[0018] The difference between the diameter of the imaginary inscribed circle C in contact with the inner edge 1a of the first bag 1 and the rotation diameter 92D of the agitating blade 92 is preferably 1 mm or more, and more preferably 10 mm or more. This makes it easier to avoid contact between the first bag 1 and the agitating blade 92. On the other hand, the difference is preferably 1000 mm or less, and more preferably 800 mm or less. This makes it easier to arrange the second bag 2 on the first bag 1 by increasing the width of the ring of the first bag 1. Specifically, the diameter of the imaginary inscribed circle C in contact with the inner edge 1a of the first bag 1 is preferably 100 cm or more and 400 cm or less, more preferably 120 cm or more and 300 cm or less, and even more preferably 150 cm or more and 250 cm or less. For example, when the agitating blade 92 is 8 m 3 In the case of the three-blade swept-back impeller, the difference between the diameter of the imaginary inscribed circle C touching the inner edge 1a of the first bag body 1 and the rotational diameter 92D of the stirring impeller 92 is preferably 500 mm or more and 700 mm or less, and the diameter of the imaginary inscribed circle C touching the inner edge 1a of the first bag body 1 is preferably 160 cm or more and 180 cm or less.
[0019] As shown in FIG. 1(b) and FIG. 2, the length of the first bag 1 in the axial direction 1Z is preferably longer than the length from the inner edge 1a to the outer edge 1b in the radial direction 1X of the first bag 1. This makes it difficult for the second bag 2 arranged on the first bag 1 to be immersed in the accumulated cleaning liquid. Furthermore, this makes it difficult for the second bag 2 on the first bag 1 to come into contact with the stirring blade 92. In FIG. 2, the length from the inner edge 1a to the outer edge 1b in the radial direction 1X of the first bag 1 corresponds to the width of the ring of the first bag 1. The length of the first bag 1 in the axial direction 1Z is preferably 1.5 times or more, more preferably 3.0 times or more, of the length from the inner edge 1a to the outer edge 1b in the radial direction 1X of the first bag 1. On the other hand, the magnification is preferably 8.0 times or less, more preferably 5.0 times or less. This allows the width of the ring of the first bag body 1 to be relatively large, making it easier to place the second bag body 2 on the first bag body 1. Furthermore, the length of the first bag body 1 in the axial direction 1Z is preferably 10 cm or more and 60 cm or less, and more preferably 20 cm or more and 35 cm or less.
[0020] The difference between the diameter of the first imaginary circumscribing circle 1C tangent to the outer edge 1b of the first bag 1 and the diameter of the imaginary inscribing circle C tangent to the inner edge 1a of the first bag 1 is preferably 1 cm or more and 40 cm or less, and more preferably 4 cm or more and 12 cm or less. This makes it easier to place the second bag 2 on the first bag 1 while still allowing the first bag 1 to exert its effect in discharging the cleaning liquid. In FIG. 2, the outer edge 1b of the first bag 1 and the first imaginary circumscribing circle 1C overlap, but if the shape of the outer edge 1b is not a perfect circle, they may have portions that do not overlap with each other.
[0021] The length of the first bag 1 in the axial direction 1Z is preferably longer than the maximum length in the height direction of the stirring blade 92. This makes it even more difficult for the second bag 2 disposed on the first bag 1 to come into contact with the stirring blade 92 as shown in FIG.
[0022] 1(b), the second bag 2 is preferably flattened. By making the second bag 2 flat, the second bag 2 can be easily disposed on the first bag 1.
[0023] As shown in FIG. 1(a), in the field of view in the thickness direction 2Z of the second bag body 2, the diameter of the second imaginary circumscribing circle 2C tangent to the outer edge 2b of the second bag body 2 is preferably larger than the diameter of the imaginary inscribing circle C tangent to the inner edge 1a of the first bag body 1. This makes it easier for the second bag body 2 to be stable on the first bag body 1. In FIG. 1(a), the first imaginary circumscribing circle 1C and the second imaginary circumscribing circle 2C overlap, but they do not have to overlap. In that case, it is preferable that the second imaginary circumscribing circle 2C is located inside the first imaginary circumscribing circle 1C. This makes it easier to fine-tune the position of the second bag body 2.
[0024] As shown in Fig. 3, in the field of view in the thickness direction 2Z of the second bag body 2, the second bag body 2 has a first recess 21 recessed from the outside toward the inside, and the center 2P of the second imaginary circumscribing circle 2C is preferably located within a region surrounded by the outer edge 21b of the first recess 21. Since the second bag body 2 has the first recess 21 recessed deeply toward the inside in this manner, a worker can inflate the second bag body 2 by injecting gas into the second bag body 2 with his / her feet placed in the gap of the first recess 21 when assembling the scaffolding structure 80. This allows the second bag body 2 to be inflated more efficiently than when the worker injects gas while standing on the second bag body 2.
[0025] In the field of view in the thickness direction 2Z of the second bag 2, the second bag 2 preferably has the second recess 22 and the third recess 23 recessed from the outside toward the inside. This makes it easier for the sprayed cleaning liquid to be discharged downward from the second recess 22 and the third recess 23, making it less likely for the operator to slip.
[0026] 1(a), in the field of view in the thickness direction 2Z of the second bag 2, it is preferable that the second recess 22 and the third recess 23 each have a portion located inside the inner edge 1a of the first bag 1. This makes it easier for the sprayed cleaning liquid to be discharged downward from the second recess 22 and the third recess 23.
[0027] As shown in Fig. 3, in the field of view in the thickness direction 2Z of the second bag body 2, it is preferable that a virtual line 2V passing through point A 22p of the second recess 22 that is closest to the center 2P of the second imaginary circumscribing circle 2C and point B 23p of the third recess 23 that is closest to the center 2P of the second imaginary circumscribing circle 2C passes through the first recess 21. This allows the worker to stand on the second bag body 2 straddling between the first recess 21 and the second recess 22, and by performing work in this position, the risk of falling can be avoided. Similarly, the worker can stand on the second bag body 2 straddling between the first recess 21 and the third recess 23.
[0028] As shown in FIG. 3, in the field of view in the thickness direction 2Z of the second bag body 2, the angle between the first virtual line segment 2V1 connecting the point A 22p and the center 2P of the second virtual circumscribing circle 2C and the second virtual line segment 2V2 connecting the point B 23p and the center 2P of the second virtual circumscribing circle 2C, which is closer to the tip of the first recess 21, is preferably less than 180 degrees. In FIG. 3, the tip of the first recess 21 corresponds to the apex of the first recess 21 and its vicinity. By making the angle less than 180 degrees, the area of the first portion 21R located between the first recess 21 and the second recess 22 of the second bag body 2 and the area of the second portion 22R located between the first recess 21 and the third recess 23 of the second bag body 2 can be increased. As a result, it becomes easier for the worker to work while standing on the first portion 21R and the second portion 22R. The angle is more preferably 170 degrees or less. On the other hand, the angle is preferably equal to or greater than 90 degrees, and more preferably equal to or greater than 150 degrees. This makes it possible to increase the area of the third portion 23R of the second bag body 2, which is adjacent to the first portion 21R and the second portion 22R.
[0029] It is preferable that the first portion 21R and the second portion 22R each have a narrowed portion and a wide portion adjacent to the narrowed portion, so that a worker can work by straddling the narrowed portion and standing on the wide portion.
[0030] The second bag 2 preferably has only the first recess 21, the second recess 22, and the third recess 23 as recesses recessed from the outside to the inside in the field of view in the thickness direction 2Z, but may have other recesses. In the field of view, it is preferable that the shape of the portion of the outer edge 2b of the second bag 2 other than the recesses is an arc shape.
[0031] In the view of the thickness direction 2Z, it is preferable that the first recess 21 has a straight portion. This makes it easy for the worker to place his / her feet in the gap of the first recess 21. It is preferable that the first recess 21 has curved portions at both ends of the straight portion in the length direction. It is preferable that each curved portion is curved so that the width becomes narrower toward the apex of the first recess 21. In FIG. 3, point P corresponds to the apex of the first recess 21.
[0032] In the view of the thickness direction 2Z, it is preferable that the second recess 22 and the third recess 23 each have a curved portion. This makes it easier to avoid contact between each component of the reaction can 90 and the second bag 2. It is preferable that each curved portion is curved so that the width becomes narrower toward the apex of each recess. In FIG. 3, point A 22p corresponds to the apex of the second recess 22, and point B 23p corresponds to the apex of the third recess 23.
[0033] The first bag 1 and the second bag 2 are preferably configured to be inflated by filling them with gas. As a result, the first bag 1 and the second bag 2 are placed in the reaction can 90 before being inflated, and then the first bag 1 and the second bag 2 are sequentially filled with gas, so that the scaffolding structure 80 can be smoothly assembled. The gas is preferably an inert gas such as air, oxygen, carbon dioxide, nitrogen, argon, or a mixture thereof, and more preferably air. Furthermore, after use, the bag is deflated by removing the gas, so that it is easy to recover the bag from the reaction can 90. The first bag 1 and the second bag 2 may also be configured to be inflated by filling them with a liquid such as water.
[0034] Each of the first bag body 1 and the second bag body 2 preferably has an upper surface, a lower surface opposite to the upper surface, and a side surface located between the upper surface and the lower surface. Furthermore, each side surface preferably has a gas injection hole for injecting gas into each bag body. This makes it easier to inject gas. The first bag body 1 preferably has a gas injection hole on a side surface located inside the ring. Furthermore, each of the first bag body 1 and the second bag body 2 may or may not have a partition surface inside that divides the inside into a plurality of spaces. For example, as shown in FIG. 4(a), the first bag body 1 may have a partition surface 1S that divides the inside into a plurality of spaces, and as shown in FIG. 4(b), the first bag body 1 may not have a partition surface 1S inside.
[0035] The first bag 1 and the second bag 2 preferably include a fabric, a resin layer, or a laminate thereof, and more preferably include a laminate thereof. The fabric preferably includes a nonwoven fabric, a woven fabric, a knitted fabric, or a combination thereof, and more preferably includes a woven fabric. The fabric preferably includes a polyamide-based synthetic fiber, a polyester-based synthetic fiber, a polyethylene-based synthetic fiber, a polypropylene-based synthetic fiber, a polyvinyl chloride-based synthetic fiber, a polyurethane-based synthetic fiber, or a mixture of these fibers, and more preferably includes a polyester-based synthetic fiber. The resin layer preferably includes a polyester-based resin, a polyethylene-based resin, a polypropylene-based resin, a polyvinyl chloride-based resin, a polyacrylonitrile-based resin, a polyvinyl alcohol-based resin, and a polyurethane-based resin, or a mixture of these, and more preferably includes a polyvinyl chloride-based resin.
[0036] It is preferable that the entire sides of each of the first bag 1 and the second bag 2 are covered with an airtight material, which makes them easier to expand by pressurization with air, etc. Examples of the airtight material include the above-mentioned resin layer or a laminate of a fabric and a resin layer.
[0037] The first bag body 1 and the second bag body 2 each preferably contain a three-dimensional fabric. As the three-dimensional fabric, a three-dimensional fabric called a drop stitch fabric or a double wall fabric is preferable. This is a three-dimensional fabric based on polyester coated with polyvinyl chloride resin, in which two opposing pieces of fabric are connected by a large number of connecting threads with a gap between them. The large number of connecting threads makes it easier to make the sides of the three-dimensional fabric hard and flat when it is inflated. For example, the first bag body 1 in Fig. 4(a) and (c) contains such a three-dimensional fabric, and the opposing fabrics are connected by a large number of connecting threads 1t with a gap between them. The number of connecting threads 1t is preferably 20 or more and 200 or less in a range of 10 cm square, that is, 10 cm long and 10 cm wide. When the bag body having a large number of connecting threads 1t as described above is inflated, the bag body can be made into a thick plate-like shape, that is, flat. The thickness is preferably 50 mm or more and 400 mm or less. The first bag body 1 may be formed by connecting a plurality of such flat bags into a tubular shape. This makes it possible to form the above-mentioned partition surface 1S inside the first bag body 1. Methods for joining a plurality of flat bags into a tubular shape include, for example, sewing, bonding, welding, and the like.
[0038] The first bag body 1 and the second bag body 2 may be connected by a connecting member such as a string or a net, but it is preferable that they are not connected, which makes it easier to collect the first bag body 1 and the second bag body 2 after work is completed.
[0039] The scaffold structure 80 is disposed at the bottom of the reaction vessel 90 as shown in FIG. 5, for example, as shown in FIG. 6, so that the above-mentioned effect can be easily achieved. Furthermore, the first recess 21 of the second bag 2 makes it easy to avoid contact between the second bag 2 and the rotation shaft 91 of the reaction vessel 90. Furthermore, when the stirring device 99 has one or more baffles 93 used to convert the swirling flow generated by the rotation of the stirring blade 92 into an up-down circulating flow, the second recess 22 and the third recess 23 of the second bag 2 make it easy to avoid contact between the second bag 2 and the baffle 93. In this way, the second bag 2 has multiple recesses, so that it is easy to avoid contact between the second bag 2 and each member in the reaction vessel 90.
[0040] Next, a scaffolding structure according to an embodiment having a pillar-shaped object will be described below with reference to Figs. 7 to 9. Fig. 7 is a plan view showing the positional relationship between a first bag and an agitating blade when a scaffolding structure according to an embodiment having a pillar-shaped object is placed in a reaction vessel of an agitating device. Fig. 8 is a cross-sectional view taken along CC in Fig. 7. Fig. 9(a) is a perspective view of the pillar-shaped object in Fig. 7. Fig. 9(b) is a plan view of the fabric material of the pillar-shaped object in Fig. 7. Note that the second bag is omitted in Figs. 7 and 8.
[0041] As shown in FIG. 7 and FIG. 8, the scaffolding structure 80 preferably has a columnar object 11 extending in the axial direction 1Z of the first bag body 1 and fixed to the inner edge 1a of the first bag body 1. This makes it easier to stabilize the installation of the second bag body 2, so that the second bag body 2 and the subsequent bags are less likely to fall. The number of columnar objects 11 is preferably 2 or more, more preferably 4 or more, and preferably 12 or less, and more preferably 8 or less. As shown in FIG. 7, the multiple columnar objects 11 are preferably arranged so as to be located at the vertices of a polygon. Examples of the polygon include a square, a regular hexagon, and a regular octagon. This makes it easier to stabilize the shape of the first bag body 1. The columnar object 11 is preferably fixed to the inner edge 1a of the first bag body 1 by, for example, sewing, bonding, welding, or the like.
[0042] 7, the diameter of an imaginary circle 11C inscribed in the multiple pillars 11 is preferably smaller than the rotation diameter 92D of the agitating impeller 92. In this manner, the multiple pillars 11 have a portion located closer to the center of the reaction vessel 90 than the imaginary circle 92C described by the rotation of the agitating impeller 92, thereby stabilizing the second bag body 2 or any bag body thereafter. Furthermore, natural rotation of the agitating impeller 92 can be prevented, improving safety.
[0043] As shown in Fig. 8, in the height direction, the upper end of the columnar object 11 is preferably lower than or at the same height as the upper end of the first bag 1. This makes it easier for the second bag 2 to be stable on the first bag 1. On the other hand, in the height direction, the lower end of the columnar object 11 is preferably lower than the lower end of the first bag 1. This makes it easier for the first bag 1 to be stable on the bottom of the reaction can 90, since the first bag 1 is supported by the columnar object 11 when the bottom of the reaction can 90 has a shape that is recessed toward the center of the bottom as shown in Fig. 8.
[0044] The columnar object 11 preferably has a columnar body 12 extending in the axial direction 1Z of the first bag body 1 and a fabric material 13 covering the outer surface of the columnar body 12.
[0045] The hardness of the cylinder 12 is preferably such that it is hard to scratch the glass coated on the inner surface of the reaction vessel 90 and is hard enough to stand on its own. The Shore A hardness of the cylinder 12 is preferably 30 degrees or more and 70 degrees or less, and more preferably 40 degrees or more and 65 degrees or less.
[0046] The cross-sectional shape perpendicular to the axial direction of the cylinder 12 is preferably a circle, an ellipse, a polygon, or a star, and more preferably a circle or an ellipse. The polygon is preferably a square or a hexagon, and more preferably a rectangle or a trapezoid.
[0047] The fabric material 13 preferably includes a nonwoven fabric, a woven fabric, a knitted fabric, a resin sheet, or a laminate of these. The fabric material 13 preferably includes polyamide-based synthetic fibers, polyester-based synthetic fibers, polyethylene-based synthetic fibers, polypropylene-based synthetic fibers, polyvinyl chloride-based synthetic fibers, polyurethane-based synthetic fibers, or a mixture of these fibers. The resin sheet preferably includes polyester-based resin, polyacrylonitrile-based resin, polyvinyl alcohol-based resin, polypropylene-based resin, polyvinyl chloride-based resin, polyethylene-based resin, polyvinylidene chloride-based resin, polyurethane-based resin, or a mixture of these.
[0048] The cloth material 13 is preferably cylindrical. The cloth material 13 preferably has a fastener 13f for maintaining the cylindrical shape. The fastener 13f is preferably a button such as a button on a garment, a cable tie, a buckle, a bolt nut, a fastener, or a combination of these, and more preferably a fastener. The fastener is preferably a dot fastener; a line fastener such as a zipper or a chuck; a hook-and-loop fastener; or a combination of these, and more preferably a hook-and-loop fastener. In particular, a fastener is preferable because it is easy to operate and can be opened and closed any number of times. For example, when a hook-and-loop fastener is used as the fastener 13f, it is preferable that the cloth material 13 has a first hook-and-loop fastener on one side in the length direction of the front surface and a second hook-and-loop fastener on the other side in the length direction of the back surface, as shown in FIG. Such a cloth material 13 can be rolled up and the first hook-and-loop fastener and the second hook-and-loop fastener are overlapped and fixed to form the cloth material 13 into a cylindrical shape.
[0049] The pillar 12 may include rubber, foam, sponge, or a combination of these. The pillar 12 preferably includes natural rubber; synthetic rubber such as acrylic rubber or urethane rubber; or a mixture of these, and more preferably includes synthetic rubber. This makes it less likely to damage the inside of the can. The pillar 12 may also be a metal pipe or a resin pipe whose surface is coated with natural or synthetic rubber.
[0050] The scaffolding structure 80 can be suitably used as a scaffolding not only for cleaning the inside of the agitator 99, but also for inspecting, repairing, and maintaining the inside of the can.
[0051] Although the above describes an embodiment in which the scaffolding structure 80 has the annular first bag body 1 and the second bag body 2, the scaffolding structure 80 may further have one or more bags. For example, a plurality of second bags 2 may be arranged on the first bag body 1. In this case, the plurality of second bags 2 may be stacked with different circumferential directions, or may be stacked facing the same direction.
[0052] Hereinafter, an embodiment in which a scaffolding structure 80 has a third bag body 3 will be described with reference to Figs. 10 and 11. Fig. 10(a) is a plan view of a scaffolding structure according to an embodiment having a third bag body. Fig. 10(b) is a side view of a scaffolding structure according to an embodiment having a third bag body. Fig. 11 is a plan view of the third bag body of the scaffolding structure of Fig. 10.
[0053] 10(a) and (b), it is preferable that the scaffold structure 80 further includes a flat third bag 3 disposed on the second bag 2. By disposing the third bag 3 on the second bag 2, the scaffold structure 80 can be made even higher, so that the worker can more easily perform cleaning of the upper part inside the reaction vessel 90, etc.
[0054] As shown in FIG. 11, in the field of view in the thickness direction 3Z of the third bag body 3, the third bag body 3 has a fourth recess 34 and a fifth recess 35 recessed from the outside to the inside, and the center 3P of the third imaginary circumscribing circle 3C in contact with the outer edge 3b of the third bag body 3 is preferably located within the area surrounded by the outer edge 34b of the fourth recess 34. Since the third bag body 3 has the fourth recess 34 recessed deeply toward the inside in this way, when assembling the scaffolding structure 80, the worker can inflate the third bag body 3 by injecting gas into the third bag body 3 with his / her feet placed in the gap of the fourth recess 34. This allows the third bag body 3 to be inflated more efficiently than when the worker injects gas while standing on the third bag body 3. In addition, since the third bag body 3 has the fourth recess 34 and the fifth recess 35, the sprayed cleaning liquid can be easily discharged from these recesses to the lower part, making it difficult for the worker to slip.
[0055] In Fig. 10(a), the first imaginary circumscribing circle 1C, the second imaginary circumscribing circle 2C, and the third imaginary circumscribing circle 3C overlap, but they do not have to overlap. In that case, it is preferable that the second imaginary circumscribing circle 2C and the third imaginary circumscribing circle 3C are positioned inside the first imaginary circumscribing circle 1C. This makes it easier to finely adjust the positions of the second bag body 2 and the third bag body 3.
[0056] The shape of the fourth recess 34 in the field of view in the thickness direction 3Z of the third bag 3 as shown in Fig. 11 is preferably similar to, and more preferably the same as, the shape of the first recess 21 in the field of view in the thickness direction 2Z of the second bag 2 as shown in Fig. 3. This makes it easier to form a passage penetrating the center of the second bag 2 and the third bag 3 when the third bag 3 is placed on the second bag 2 as shown in Fig. 10(a), making it easier to drain the cleaning liquid. Also, as shown in Fig. 10(a), it is preferable that the third bag 3 is placed on the second bag 2 such that the orientations of the first recess 21 and the fourth recess 34 are different from each other. By changing the orientations of the first recess 21 and the fourth recess 34 in this way, it is easier to form multiple exposed portions of the second bag 2, which will be described later.
[0057] 10(a), in the field of view in the thickness direction 3Z of the third bag body 3, in the direction from the third bag body 3 to the second bag body 2, it is preferable that a part of the second bag body 2 is exposed from the fourth recess 34 of the third bag body 3, and another part of the second bag body 2 is exposed from the fifth recess 35 of the third bag body 3. The presence of such exposed parts of the second bag body 2 allows a worker to climb up and down using these exposed parts as footholds.
[0058] 10(a), in the field of view in the thickness direction 3Z of the third bag body 3, in the direction from the third bag body 3 to the second bag body 2, it is preferable that a part of the first bag body 1 is exposed from the fourth recess 34 of the third bag body 3, and another part of the first bag body 1 is exposed from the fifth recess 35 of the third bag body 3. The presence of such exposed parts of the first bag body 1 allows a worker to climb up and down using these exposed parts as footholds.
[0059] The third bag body 3 preferably has a fourth portion 34R between the fourth recess 34 and the fifth recess 35, and a fifth portion 35R adjacent to the fourth portion 34R. The fourth portion 34R preferably has a narrowed portion 34Ra and a wide portion 34Rb adjacent to the narrowed portion. A worker can work by straddling the narrowed portion 34Ra, and can also work by standing on the wide portion 34Rb.
[0060] The third bag body 3 preferably has only the fourth recess 34 and the fifth recess 35 as recesses recessed from the outside to the inside in the field of view in the thickness direction 3Z, but may have other recesses. In the field of view, it is preferable that the shape of the portion of the outer edge 3b of the third bag body 3 other than the recesses is an arc shape.
[0061] In the field of view in the thickness direction 3Z, it is preferable that the fourth recess 34 has a straight portion. This makes it easy for an operator to place his / her feet in the gap of the fourth recess 34. It is preferable that the fourth recess 34 has curved portions at both ends of the straight portion in the length direction. This makes it easy to avoid contact between each component of the reaction can 90 and the third bag 3. It is preferable that each curved portion is curved so that the width becomes narrower toward the apex of the fourth recess 34.
[0062] In the view of the thickness direction 3Z, the fifth recess 35 preferably has a curved portion. This makes it easier to avoid contact between each component of the reaction can 90 and the third bag 3. The fifth recess 35 is preferably curved so that its width narrows toward the apex of the fifth recess 35.
[0063] The third bag 3 is preferably configured to be inflated by filling it with a gas. This allows the scaffolding structure 80 to be smoothly assembled by placing the third bag 3 in the reaction can 90 before expanding it, placing it on the second bag 2, and then filling it with a gas. The gas is preferably an inert gas such as air, oxygen, carbon dioxide, nitrogen, argon, or a mixture thereof, and more preferably air. The third bag 3 may also be configured to be inflated by filling it with a liquid such as water.
[0064] The third bag 3 preferably has an upper surface, a lower surface opposite to the upper surface, and a side surface located between the upper surface and the lower surface. Furthermore, the side surface preferably has a gas injection hole for injecting gas into each bag. This makes it easier to inject gas. The third bag 3 may or may not have a partition surface inside that divides the inside into multiple spaces.
[0065] The third bag body 3 preferably includes a fabric, a resin layer, or a laminate thereof, and more preferably includes a laminate thereof. The fabric preferably includes a nonwoven fabric, a woven fabric, a knitted fabric, or a combination thereof, and more preferably includes a woven fabric. The fabric preferably includes polyamide-based synthetic fibers, polyester-based synthetic fibers, polyethylene-based synthetic fibers, polypropylene-based synthetic fibers, polyvinyl chloride-based synthetic fibers, polyurethane-based synthetic fibers, or a mixture of these fibers, and more preferably includes polyester-based synthetic fibers. The resin layer preferably includes polyester-based resin, polyethylene-based resin, polypropylene-based resin, polyvinyl chloride-based resin, polyacrylonitrile-based resin, polyvinyl alcohol-based resin, and polyurethane-based resin, or a mixture of these, and more preferably includes polyvinyl chloride-based resin. The third bag body 3 is preferably filled with an airtight material on the entire side, which makes it easier to expand by pressurization with air or the like. Examples of the airtight material include the above-mentioned resin layer or a laminate of a fabric and a resin layer.
[0066] The third bag body 3 preferably includes a three-dimensional fabric. As the three-dimensional fabric, a three-dimensional fabric called a drop stitch fabric or a double wall fabric is preferable. This is a three-dimensional fabric based on polyester coated with polyvinyl chloride resin as described above, in which two opposing pieces of fabric are connected with a gap by a large number of connecting threads. The large number of connecting threads makes it easier to make the sides of the three-dimensional fabric into a hard flat surface when the three-dimensional fabric is inflated. The number of connecting threads is preferably 20 or more and 200 or less in a range of 10 cm square, that is, 10 cm vertically and 10 cm horizontally. When the bag body having a large number of connecting threads as described above is inflated, the bag body can be made into a thick plate-like shape, that is, flat. The thickness is preferably 50 mm or more and 400 mm or less.
[0067] The first bag body 1, the second bag body 2, and the third bag body 3 may be connected by a connecting member such as a string or a net, but it is preferable that they are not connected, which makes it easier to collect the bags after the work is completed.
[0068] Although not shown, the scaffolding structure 80 may further include a flattened fourth bag disposed on the third bag 3. Furthermore, the scaffolding structure 80 may further include a flattened fifth bag disposed on the fourth bag. The shapes of the fourth bag and the fifth bag are preferably the same as those of the second bag 2 and the third bag 3, respectively. This makes it easier to assemble the scaffolding structure 80.
[0069] Further, the scaffold structure according to the embodiment may be a scaffold structure used in an agitation device having a rotating shaft and an agitation blade fixed to the rotating shaft, the scaffold structure having a flat bag body, the bag body having a first recess recessed from the outside to the inside in a field of view in the thickness direction of the bag body, and the center of a virtual circumscribing circle in contact with the outer edge of the bag body is located within a region surrounded by the outer edge of the first recess. The shape of the flat bag body is preferably the shape of the second bag body 2 or the third bag body 3 described above. For example, the flat bag body can be placed at the bottom of the reaction vessel 90 of the agitation device 99 while avoiding contact with the agitation blade 92 by enlarging the first recess 21 of the flat bag body or reducing the area of the flat bag body in a plan view. The scaffold structure preferably has a plurality of flat bags. [Explanation of symbols]
