Description

[Technical field]

[0001] The present invention relates to a cap unit and a container with a cap. [Background technology]

[0002] 2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, there have been capped containers that include a cap unit that can be detachably attached to a container body that is open at the top (see, for example, Patent Document 1 below).

[0003] The cap unit comprises a cap body which closes the upper opening of the container body and has a liquid passage and an air vent at the top which communicate with the inside of the container body, a lid body which is rotatably attached to the cap body via a hinge portion, and a lid gasket which is detachably attached to the inside of the lid body and has a liquid passage stopper portion which closes the liquid passage and an air vent stopper portion which closes the air vent.

[0004] The cap unit also has a lid locking mechanism that fixes the lid body, which is biased in the direction of opening the liquid passage and air vent holes by a biasing member provided in the hinge portion, to the cap body at a position where the liquid passage plug portion and air vent plug portion block the liquid passage and air vent holes.

[0005] In a capped container equipped with such a cap unit, when the lid lock mechanism is released from its fixed position, the lid rotates due to the biasing member, and the liquid vent and air vent are opened, making it possible to drink or pour out the beverage in the container body. [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]

[0006] [Patent Document 1] JP 2023-22743 A Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0007] In the above-mentioned conventional capped container, when the beverage in the container body is consumed, the volume of the beverage in the container body decreases, and the pressure inside the container body temporarily becomes negative. At this time, outside air is introduced into the container body through the vent hole provided at the top of the cap body. This returns the pressure inside the container body to atmospheric pressure, making it possible to stably flow out the beverage from the liquid vent hole.

[0008] On the other hand, in order to prevent the beverage in the container body from leaking out through the liquid vent and air vent holes, when the lid body closes the upper part of the cap body, the liquid vent and air vent holes are blocked by the liquid vent plug and air vent plug portions of the lid gasket.

[0009] In addition, since the opening area of the ventilation hole is smaller than that of the liquid passage hole, a seal portion is provided on the upper surface of the cap body, and the ventilation hole in the center of this seal portion is blocked by a vent plug portion that is in tight contact with the seal portion.

[0010] However, in conventional cap units, the distance between the liquid vent hole and the vent hole on the upper surface of the cap body varies depending on the size of the container body, and therefore, in order to close the liquid vent hole and the vent hole under optimal conditions for each size of container body, it is necessary to prepare a lid packing with a different distance between the liquid vent plug and the vent plug, and the current situation is that parts are not shared.

[0011] In addition, in conventional cap units, the seal part with the vent hole in the center is provided protruding upward and is thinner than the surrounding area, which may result in poor flowability of the resin when molding the resin cap unit, making it impossible to mold the seal part into the intended shape.

[0012] The present invention has been proposed in consideration of the above-mentioned conventional circumstances, and aims to provide a cap unit that allows for the sharing of lid gaskets while stabilizing the dimensions and formability of the sealing part and enabling the liquid vent hole and air vent hole to be properly blocked by the lid gasket, as well as a capped container that, by being equipped with such a cap unit, allows for further improved usability. [3] The cap unit described in [1], wherein the ventilation protrusion extends in the front-to-rear direction and protrudes upward from the upper surface of the upper wall portion so as to increase in thickness. [4] The lid body has a cylindrical wall portion protruding in a cylindrical shape from the lower surface of the inner side thereof, the lid gasket is attached to the inside of the lid body with the cylindrical wall portion fitted inside the vent plug portion, The cap unit described in [1] is characterized in that the ventilation hole is located at a position that overlaps with the tip end of the cylindrical wall portion in a planar view when the ventilation plug portion is in close contact with the sealing surface. [5] The cap unit described in [4], characterized in that when the vent plug portion is in close contact with the sealing surface, the tip portion of the cylindrical wall portion is located inside the sealing surface in the front-to-rear direction when viewed in a plane. [6] The cap unit according to any one of [1] to [5] above; A capped container comprising: a container body to which the cap unit is attached. Effect of the Invention

[0014] As described above, according to the present invention, there is provided a cap unit that allows for the sharing of a lid gasket while stabilizing the dimensions and formability of the sealing portion and enabling the liquid passage hole and air vent hole to be properly blocked by the lid gasket, as well as a capped container that, by being equipped with such a cap unit, allows for further improved usability. [Diagram 5] 4 is a cross-sectional view showing the cap unit shown in FIG. 1 and the cap unit shown in FIG. 3 in an overlapping manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0016] Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. (First embodiment) First, as a first embodiment of the present invention, a capped container 100A including a cap unit 1A shown in, for example, FIGS. 1 and 2 will be described.

[0017] Fig. 1 is a cross-sectional view showing a state in which a capped container 100A including a cap unit 1A has a lid 9 closed. Fig. 2 is a perspective view showing a state in which a liquid passage hole 10 and an air passage hole 11 of the cap unit 1A are open.

[0018] As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a capped container 100A of this embodiment includes a cap unit 1A of this embodiment and a container body 2A to which the cap unit 1A is detachably attached.

[0019] The capped container 100A is a beverage container capable of keeping a beverage (liquid) contained in the container body 2A hot or cold by the container body 2A having a vacuum insulation structure.

[0020] Specifically, the container body 2A has a bottomed cylindrical outer container 3 and an inner container 4 made of, for example, stainless steel, and is configured as a double-structure container in which the mouths of the two containers are joined together with the inner container 4 housed inside the outer container 3.

[0021] In addition, a vacuum insulation layer 5 is provided between the outer container 3 and the inner container 4. The vacuum insulation layer 5 can be formed, for example, by blocking a vent hole provided on the bottom surface of the outer container 3 in a chamber that is depressurized (evacuated) to a high vacuum.

[0022] The container body 2A has a substantially circular bottom 2a, a substantially cylindrical body 2b that stands up from the outer periphery of the bottom 2a, and a substantially cylindrical mouth and neck 2c that is tapered in diameter on the upper side of the body 2b.

[0023] The upper end of the mouth-neck portion 2c opens in a circular shape as the upper opening 2d of the container body 2A. The inner peripheral surface of the mouth-neck portion 2c is smaller in diameter than the inner peripheral surface of the body portion 2b. A male screw portion 6 is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the mouth-neck portion 2c.

[0024] Although the capped container 100A of this embodiment has a generally cylindrical external shape as a whole, the external shape of the capped container 100A is not particularly limited and can be appropriately changed according to the size, design, etc. In addition, the outer peripheral surface of the container body 2A may be painted, printed, or the like.

[0025] The cap unit 1A of this embodiment includes a cap body 7 that closes the upper opening 2d of the container body 2A described above, and a lid body 9 that is rotatably attached to the cap body 7 via a first hinge portion 8.

[0026] In the following description, the side where the lid body 9 is attached to the cap body 7 via the first hinge portion 8 will be referred to as the "rear side (back side)" of the cap unit 1A (capped container 100A), and the opposite side will be referred to as the "front side (front side)" of the cap unit 1A (capped container 100A).

[0027] The cap body 7 is made, for example, of a heat-resistant resin, and is formed in an approximately cylindrical shape so as to be continuous with the trunk portion 2b of the container body 2A.The cap body 7 has a peripheral wall portion 7a that covers the entire outer periphery, an upper wall portion 7b that covers the upper portion of the peripheral wall portion 7a and is provided with a liquid passage port 10 and an air vent port 11 that communicate with the inside of the container body 2A, and an inner wall portion 7c that protrudes in an approximately cylindrical shape from the underside of the upper wall portion 7b so as to be fitted into the inside of the container body 2A from the upper opening 2d.

[0028] The inner peripheral surface of the peripheral wall portion 7a is provided with a female screw portion 12 that screws into the male screw portion 6 on the container body 2A side. As a result, the cap body 7 is detachably attached by screwing to the outside of the mouth-neck portion 2c in a state where it covers the upper opening 2d of the container body 2A.

[0029] The liquid passage port 10 is located forward of the first hinge portion 8 of the upper wall portion 7b and is composed of a nozzle portion that protrudes upward in an approximately cylindrical shape while penetrating the upper wall portion 7b in the vertical direction.

[0030] The ventilation hole 11 is located between the liquid passage port 10 of the upper wall portion 7b and the first hinge portion 8, and is configured as a circular hole penetrating the upper wall portion 7b in the vertical direction. The ventilation hole 11 has a smaller opening area than the liquid passage port 10.

[0031] A waterproof gasket 13 is detachably attached to the inner lower surface of the cap body 7. The waterproof gasket 13 is a sealing member for sealing (watertightening) the gap between the container body 2A and the cap body 7, and is made of an elastic member such as a heat-resistant rubber, elastomer, etc., such as silicone rubber.

[0032] The waterproof gasket 13 has a stepped shape along the lower surface of the upper wall portion 7b and the outer peripheral surface and lower end surface of the inner wall portion 7c, and is formed into a circular ring shape as a whole. The waterproof gasket 13 is in contact with the lower surface of the upper wall portion 7b and the outer peripheral surface of the inner wall portion 7c, and is fitted to the lower surface of the inside of the cap body 7 while being slightly spaced from the lower end surface of the inner wall portion 7c and covering it from below.

[0033] On the other hand, the water stop gasket 13 can be removed from the inside lower surface of the cap body 7 by elastically deforming (pulling and stretching) itself. This allows the water stop gasket 13 and the cap body 7 to be washed separately, and the space between the water stop gasket 13 and the cap body 7 can be kept hygienic.

[0034] In addition, an elastic flange portion 13a protruding in the radially expanding direction is provided on the upper end of the watertight packing 13 over the entire circumference. When the cap body 7 is attached to the container body 2A, the elastic flange portion 13a of the watertight packing 13 elastically deforms and the upper surface side of the watertight packing 13 comes into close contact with the lower surface of the upper wall portion 7b and the upper end of the mouth / neck portion 2c over the entire circumference. This makes it possible to liquid-tightly seal (watertightly seal) the gap between the cap body 7 and the container body 2A.

[0035] The lid body 9 is made of, for example, a heat-resistant resin, and has a peripheral wall portion 9a formed in an approximately cylindrical shape so as to be continuous with the peripheral wall portion 7a (the outer peripheral surface of the cap body 7) of the cap body 7, and a top wall portion 9b covering the top surface of the peripheral wall portion 9a.

[0036] The first hinge portion 8 is located at the rear end between the peripheral wall portion 7a and the upper wall portion 7b of the cap body 7. The cover body 9 is attached via the first hinge portion 8 so as to be freely rotatable between a position where the liquid passage port 10 and the ventilation port 11 are closed (hereinafter referred to as the "closed position") and a position where the liquid passage port 10 and the ventilation port 11 are opened (hereinafter referred to as the "open position").

[0037] A lid gasket 14 is located on the inner underside of the lid 9 and is detachably attached. The lid gasket 14 is a sealing member for sealing the gap between the cap body 7 and the lid 9, and is made of an elastic member made of the same material as the waterproof gasket 13.

[0038] The cover packing 14 has a liquid passage plug portion 14a that closes the liquid passage port 10 and an air vent plug portion 14b that closes the air vent port 11.

[0039] The liquid passage plug 14a is provided so as to protrude downward in a dome shape from the lower surface of the front side of the lid packing 14. The vent plug 14b is provided so as to protrude downward in the shape of a long cylinder with a bottom from the lower surface of the rear side of the lid packing 14.

[0040] The lid packing 14 also has a fitting protrusion 14c which is fitted into a hole 9c provided in the lid body 9, and a ventilation fitting portion 14d into which a cylindrical wall portion 9d provided in the lid body 9 is fitted.

[0041] The hole 9c is provided to penetrate the front side of the top wall 9b in the vertical direction in a substantially cylindrical shape. The fitting protrusion 14c is provided to protrude upward in a substantially cylindrical shape from the upper surface of the front side of the lid packing 14, which is opposite the liquid passage plug portion 14a. The tube wall portion 9d is provided to protrude downward in an elongated cylindrical shape from the lower surface of the rear side of the top wall 9b. The ventilation fitting portion 14d is provided to protrude upward from the upper surface of the rear side of the lid packing 14, which is opposite the vent plug portion 14b, so as to recess the inside of the vent plug portion 14b.

[0042] The lid gasket 14 is attached to the lower surface of the inside of the lid body 9 with the fitting protrusion 14c fitted into the hole 9c and the tube wall portion 9d fitted into the ventilation fitting portion 14d. Note that in this embodiment, the tube wall portion 9d is fitted into the ventilation fitting portion 14d described above, but the ventilation fitting portion 14d may be fitted into the tube wall portion 9d. That is, it is sufficient that the lid body 9 and the lid gasket 14 are integrated by fitting.

[0043] Here, even when the lid body 9 is in the closed position, the fitting protrusion 14c can be visually observed from the upper surface side of the lid body 9. This allows visual confirmation that the lid gasket 14 is attached to the lid body 9, not only when the lid body 9 is in the open position, and prevents forgetting to attach the lid gasket 14.

[0044] On the other hand, by removing the lid gasket 14 from the inner underside of the lid body 9, the lid gasket 14 and the lid body 9 can be washed separately, and the space between the lid gasket 14 and the lid body 9 can be kept hygienic.

[0045] Incidentally, the lid gasket 14 is configured to be detachably attached to the lid body 9 described above, but is not limited to such a configuration, and may be configured, for example, so that the lid gasket 14 is attached integrally to the lid body 9. In this case, by integrating the lid body 9 and the lid gasket 14 so that there is no gap between them, water or the like will not get between the lid gasket 14 and the lid body 9, and it is possible to maintain hygiene.

[0046] In the cap unit 1A of this embodiment, when the lid body 9 closes the upper part of the cap body 7, the liquid passage plug portion 14a elastically deforms and comes into close contact with the periphery of the upper side of the liquid passage port 10 to close the liquid passage port 10, and the vent plug portion 14b elastically deforms and comes into close contact with the periphery (seal portion) of the vent port 11 to close the vent port 11. This makes it possible to seal the gap between the cap body 7 and the lid body 9 via the lid packing 14.

[0047] 1 and 2, the cap body 7 has a seal surface 7d, which is a seal portion that comes into close contact with the lower surface of the vent plug portion 14b when the vent plug portion 14b closes the vent hole 11, and a ventilation protrusion 7e that protrudes upward from the upper surface of the upper wall portion 7b (cap body 7) while decreasing in diameter. The ventilation protrusion 7e has an elliptical shape extending in the front-rear direction in a plan view. The seal surface 7d is configured as an elliptical flat surface extending in the front-rear direction in a plan view on the upper surface of the ventilation protrusion 7e.

[0048] The sealing surface 7d and the ventilation protrusion 7e are provided to protrude upward from the upper wall portion 7b so as to increase the plate thickness of a portion of the cap body 7. This provides good flowability of the resin when molding the cap body 7 made of heat-resistant resin, and the dimensions of the sealing surface 7d and the ventilation protrusion 7e are stable. This allows the ventilation hole 11 to be stably closed.

[0049] The vent hole 11 is provided biased toward the opposite side (front side) of the seal surface 7d and the vent protrusion 7e from the first hinge portion 8. The area of the lower surface of the vent plug portion 14b is larger in the entire circumferential direction than the seal surface 7d in a plan view, and the vent plug portion 14b comes into close contact with and covers the entire surface of the seal surface 7d while elastically deforming.

[0050] As a result, the lower surface of the vent plug portion 14b and the seal surface 7d come into surface contact with each other, so that the vent hole 11 can be stably closed regardless of the position of the seal surface 7d and the vent protrusion 7e, including the case where the vent hole 11 is provided offset to the front side of the seal surface 7d. Also, the effect of errors for each cavity of the mold is reduced, so that the vent hole 11 can be stably closed regardless of the mold used for manufacturing.

[0051] The vent hole 11 is provided at a position overlapping with the front side of the tip of the cylindrical wall portion 9d in a plan view (a position overlapping in the up-down direction in FIG. 1) when the vent plug portion 14b abuts against and adheres to the seal surface 7d. Furthermore, when the vent plug portion 14b adheres to the seal surface 7d, the inner circumferential side of the tip of the cylindrical wall portion 9d is located inside the seal surface 7d in the front-rear direction in a plan view.

[0052] As a result, the vent plug portion 14b is pressed strongly downward against the vent hole 11 by the front side of the tip portion of the cylindrical wall portion 9d, making it possible to close the vent hole 11 more reliably.

[0053] Furthermore, the sealing surface 7d and the ventilation protrusion 7e have a length in the front-to-rear direction that is three times or more the front-to-rear width of the ventilation opening 11. For example, in the prototype stage, it is possible to manufacture prototypes in which the ventilation opening 11 is positioned in a position biased toward the front, in a central position, or in a position biased toward the rear with respect to the sealing surface 7d and the ventilation protrusion 7e without overlapping the positions of the ventilation openings 11.

[0054] This makes it possible to manufacture a prototype in which only the position of the vent hole 11 is changed without changing the state of contact of the vent plug portion 14b with the entire sealing surface 7d, and to check the closed state of the vent hole 11. Also, if a problem occurs with the closed state of the vent hole 11, adjustments can be made easily, and development costs can be reduced.

[0055] The first hinge portion 8 is provided with a first biasing member (not shown) that biases the cover body 9 toward one side in the rotation direction (hereinafter referred to as the "opening direction").

[0056] The first biasing member is made of a spring member such as a torsion spring, and is attached to the inside of the first hinge portion 8.

[0057] In addition, the first biasing member is not limited to the spring member described above, but may be configured to bias the lid body 9 in the opening direction by, for example, a ring-shaped elastic member made of rubber, elastomer, etc. that is hooked between the cap body 7 and the lid body 9.

[0058] The cap unit 1A of this embodiment is equipped with a lid locking mechanism 15 that fixes the lid body 9, which has been rotated toward the other side of the rotation direction (hereinafter referred to as the "closing direction") against the force of the first biasing member, to the cap body 7.

[0059] The lid lock mechanism 15 has a lock member 17 rotatably attached to the cap body 7 via a second hinge portion 16 and a ring stopper 18 .

[0060] The locking member 17 is rotatably supported by a second hinge portion 16 provided on the front side of the cap body 7 (peripheral wall portion 7a). The locking member 17 has a first arm portion 17a extending upward from the second hinge portion 16 and a second arm portion 17b extending downward from the second hinge portion 16.

[0061] A hook portion 19 is provided at the tip of the first arm portion 17a (the upper end of the locking member 17) so as to protrude rearward.

[0062] Between the second arm portion 17b and the peripheral wall portion 7a, a second biasing member 20 made of a spring member such as a coil spring is disposed. Note that the second biasing member 20 may be made of an elastic member such as rubber or elastomer instead of the above-mentioned spring member.

[0063] The ring stopper 18 is made of a partially open ring-shaped member, and both ends thereof are rotatably supported on the outside of the second hinge portion 16. This allows the ring stopper 18 to rotate up and down.

[0064] On the other hand, the lid lock mechanism 15 has a lock receiving portion 21 to which the hook portion 19 of the lock member 17 is locked, and a stopper receiving portion 22 to which the ring stopper 18 is hooked.

[0065] The lock receiving portion 21 is a claw portion protruding forward from the lower end of the front side of the cover body 9 (peripheral wall portion 9a). The stopper receiving portion 22 is shaped to correspond to the inside of the ring stopper 18 and is a wall portion protruding forward from a position surrounding the periphery of the lock receiving portion (claw portion) 21.

[0066] In the lid locking mechanism 15, when the lid body 9 closes the upper part of the cap body 7, the hook portion 19 of the locking member 17 engages with the lock receiving portion 21, thereby maintaining the lid body 9 in a state in which it closes the upper part of the cap body 7 (closed position).

[0067] From this state, the hook portion 19 is released from the locked state with respect to the lock receiving portion 21 by pressing the second arm portion 17b side of the lock member 17 against the biasing force of the second biasing member 20. As a result, the cover body 9 biased by the first biasing member can be rotated in the opening direction to the open position.

[0068] On the other hand, in the lid lock mechanism 15, when the lid 9 closes the upper part of the cap body 7, the ring stopper 18 is hooked to the stopper receiving portion 22, thereby preventing the lid 9 from rotating in the opening direction. This makes it possible for the lid lock mechanism 15 to prevent the lid 9 from being opened by unnecessary (unintended) operation of the lock member 17.

[0069] In the capped container 100A equipped with the cap unit 1A of this embodiment having the above-mentioned configuration, the lid gasket 14 having a liquid passage stopper portion 14a that blocks the above-mentioned liquid passage port 10 and an air vent stopper portion 14b that blocks the air vent port 11 makes it possible to prevent the beverage in the container body 2A from leaking out to the outside through the liquid passage port 10 and the air vent port 11.

[0070] Second embodiment Next, as a second embodiment of the present invention, a capped container 100B including a cap unit 1B shown in, for example, FIGS. 3 and 4 will be described.

[0071] Fig. 3 is a cross-sectional view showing a state in which the lid 9 is closed in a capped container 100B equipped with the cap unit 1B. Fig. 4 is a perspective view showing a state in which the liquid passage 10 and the air passage 11 of the cap unit 1B are open. In the following description, the same parts as those in the cap unit 1A will not be described and will be denoted by the same reference numerals in the drawings.

[0072] As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, a capped container 100B of this embodiment includes a cap unit 1B of this embodiment and a container body 2B to which the cap unit 1B is detachably attached.

[0073] The cap unit 1B of this embodiment has basically the same configuration as the above-mentioned cap unit 1A, except that the ventilation hole 11 of the cap body 7 is biased toward the first hinge portion 8 side (rear side) of the sealing surface 7d and the ventilation protrusion 7e.

[0074] On the other hand, the container body 2B has a larger capacity (size) than the container body 2A, and the diameter of the upper opening 2d of the container body 2B is larger than the diameter of the upper opening 2d of the container body 2A.

[0075] In the cap unit 1B of this embodiment, the overall dimensions are larger than those of the cap unit 1A to accommodate the difference in size between the container body 2B and the container body 2A. However, although the position of the vent hole 11 in the cap body 7 is different, the dimensions of the seal surface 7d and the vent protrusion 7e are the same in the cap units 1A and 1B, and the same lid packing 14 is used. Therefore, in the cap unit 1B as in the cap unit 1A, the vent plug portion 14b elastically deforms and comes into contact with and tightly covers the entire surface of the seal surface 7d.

[0076] Furthermore, in the cap unit 1B of this embodiment, the underside of the vent plug portion 14b abuts against the sealing surface 7d through surface contact, so that the vent hole 11 can be stably closed regardless of the position of the sealing surface 7d and the vent protrusion 7e, including the case where the vent hole 11 is biased toward the rear of the sealing surface 7d.

[0077] The vent hole 11 is provided at a position overlapping the rear side of the tip of the cylindrical wall portion 9d in a plan view (a position overlapping vertically in FIG. 3) when the vent plug portion 14b is in close contact with the seal surface 7d. Also, when the vent plug portion 14b is in close contact with the seal surface 7d, the inner circumferential side of the tip of the cylindrical wall portion 9d is located inside the seal surface 7d in the front-rear direction in a plan view.

[0078] As a result, the vent plug portion 14b is pressed strongly downward against the vent hole 11 by the rear side of the tip of the cylindrical wall portion 9d, making it possible to close the vent hole 11 more reliably.

[0079] In a capped container 100B equipped with the cap unit 1B of this embodiment having the above-mentioned configuration, the lid gasket 14 having a liquid passage stopper portion 14a that blocks the above-mentioned liquid passage port 10 and an air vent stopper portion 14b that blocks the air vent port 11 makes it possible to prevent the beverage in the container body 2B from leaking out to the outside through the liquid passage port 10 and the air vent port 11.

[0080] Furthermore, as shown in Figure 5, the cap unit 1A of the first embodiment and the cap unit 1B of the second embodiment use the same lid gasket 14, although the position of the ventilation hole 11 in the cap body 7 is different to match the difference in size of the container bodies 2A, 2B.

[0081] In this case, in the cap unit 1A of the first embodiment described above, when the vent plug portion 14b abuts and is in close contact with the sealing surface 7d, the vent plug portion 14b is pressed firmly downward against the vent hole 11, which is biased toward the opposite side (front side) of the first hinge portion 8 of the sealing surface 7d, by the front side of the tip of the tubular wall portion 9d.

[0082] On the other hand, in the cap unit 1B of the second embodiment described above, when the vent plug portion 14b abuts and is in close contact with the sealing surface 7d, the vent plug portion 14b is pressed firmly downward against the vent hole 11, which is biased toward the first hinge portion 8 side (rear side) of the sealing surface 7d, by the rear side of the tip of the tubular wall portion 9d.

[0083] The dimensions of the sealing surface 7d and the vent protrusion 7e are the same in cap unit 1A and cap unit 1B. That is, as shown in Fig. 5, the dimensions and positions of the sealing surface 7d, the vent protrusion 7e, and the vent plug portion 14b (lid gasket 14) are completely the same in cap unit 1A and cap unit 1B. In either cap unit 1A or cap unit 1B, the vent plug portion 14b abuts and adheres closely to the sealing surface 7d while elastically deforming so as to cover the entire surface of the sealing surface 7d.

[0084] As a result, the lower surface of the vent plug portion 14b and the seal surface 7d come into surface contact with each other, so even if the position of the vent hole 11 in the cap body 7 is different, it is possible to properly close the vent hole 11 using the same lid packing 14 without changing the dimensions and relative position of the vent plug portion 14b with respect to the seal surface 7d and the vent protrusion 7e. Therefore, there is no need to prepare two different sized lid packings 14, which makes it possible to reduce manufacturing costs.

[0085] In addition, in the cap unit 1A of the first embodiment and the cap unit 1B of the second embodiment, when the lid body 9 blocks the upper part of the cap body 7, the liquid passage plug portion 14a elastically deforms and closes against the upper periphery of the liquid passage port 10, thereby blocking the liquid passage port 10.

[0086] 5, the dimensions and relative positions of the hole 9c, the liquid passage 10, the liquid passage stopper 14a, and the fitting protrusion 14c (lid gasket 14) are the same and completely matched in the cap unit 1A and the cap unit 1B. That is, similar to the blocking of the air vent 11, the liquid passage 10 can be appropriately blocked without changing the dimensions and relative positions of the hole 9c, the liquid passage 10, the liquid passage stopper 14a, and the fitting protrusion 14c (lid gasket 14).

[0087] These advantages are the same even in the case where the above-mentioned lid gasket 14 is integrally attached to the lid body 9. That is, since the same lid gasket 14 can be used in the cap unit 1A and the cap unit 1B, for example, in the case of insert molding, the lid gasket 14 can be shared and used in molding for each. Also, in the cap unit 1A and the cap unit 1B, the ventilation hole 11 and the liquid passage hole 10 can be equally and appropriately closed.

[0088] As described above, in the capped containers 100A, 100B of this embodiment, it is possible to further improve usability by sharing the above-mentioned lid gasket 14, stabilizing the dimensions and moldability of the sealing portion, and providing cap units 1A, 1B that can properly block the liquid passage hole 10 and the air vent hole 11 with the lid gasket 14.

[0089] The present invention is not necessarily limited to the above-described embodiment, and various modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention.

[0090] For example, the above embodiment illustrates the application of the present invention to a beverage container having a heat / cold insulation function provided by the container bodies 2A, 2B having the vacuum insulation structure described above, but the present invention can be widely applied to a capped container having a container body and a cap unit that can be freely attached and detached to the container body.
