Description

[Technical field]

[0001] The present invention relates to an elevator door engagement device that opens and closes a landing door in conjunction with the opening and closing of a car door by transmitting power for opening and closing the landing door, which opens and closes the entrance and exit of the landing at each stop floor, and the car door, which opens and closes the entrance and exit of the car, to the landing door. [Background technology]

[0002] The door engagement device, as shown in Patent Document 1, for example, includes a pair of engagement vanes as engaged parts provided on a door panel as a car door of a car, spaced apart in the left-right direction so that one of them approaches or moves away from the other by opening and closing the door panel, and a stem as an engagement part provided on a door panel as a landing door of a landing, which engages with the pair of engagement vanes. This stem is located between the pair of engagement vanes when the car lands on the landing, and when the door panel of the car is opened or closed in this state, one engagement vane approaches the other engagement vane and is sandwiched between the two engagement vanes to engage, and this engagement is a member for transmitting the power when the door panel of the car is opened or closed to the door panel of the landing. In other words, the stem is sandwiched between the pair of engagement vanes and engaged with the door panel of the car as the door panel of the car is opened or closed. As a result, the door panel of the car and the door panel of the landing are in an interlocking state, and the door panel of the landing is opened and closed in conjunction with the opening and closing of the door panel of the car.

[0003] However, if the residual displacement of the car differs from the residual displacement of the landing after an earthquake occurs, a positional deviation may occur between the car and the landing. If this occurs, the engagement allowance in the depth direction of the car where the pair of engaging vanes and the stem engage may be insufficient, and power from the door panel of the car (car door) may not be transmitted to the door panel of the landing, making it impossible to open the door panel of the landing. If the door panel of the landing (landing door) cannot be opened, passengers in the car cannot be taken off from the car to the landing. Furthermore, if the pair of engaging vanes (engaged parts) and the stem (engaging parts) are completely disengaged at the depth of the car and cannot be engaged, there is the inconvenience that it takes a long time to restore them. [0004] [Patent Document 1] JP 2013-103780 A Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0005] Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide an elevator door engagement device that can reliably engage an engaging portion with an engaging portion to open and close the landing door even if a positional deviation occurs between the elevator car and the landing due to an earthquake or the like. [Means for solving the problem]

[0006] The elevator door engagement device of the present invention comprises an engaged portion provided on a car door of a car, and an engaging portion provided on a landing door provided at a landing so as to engage with the engaged portion, and is configured so that when the car is landed at the landing, the engaged portion engages with the engaging portion, thereby transmitting power when the car door opens and closes to the landing door, and further comprises a position deviation detection means for detecting that an overlapping amount in the depth direction of the car when the engaged portion engages with the engaging portion is less than a predetermined overlapping amount, and a moving means for moving at least one of the engaged portion and the engaging portion in the depth direction of the car when the position deviation detection means detects that the overlapping amount is less than the predetermined overlapping amount so that the overlapping amount becomes equal to or greater than the predetermined overlapping amount.

[0007] According to the present invention, when the position deviation detection means detects that the engagement allowance in the depth direction of the car when the engaged portion and the engaging portion engage with each other is less than a predetermined engagement allowance, at least one of the engaged portion and the engaging portion is moved in the depth direction of the car so that the engagement allowance between the engaged portion and the engaging portion is equal to or greater than a predetermined engagement allowance that has been set in advance. This makes it possible to open and close the landing door by reliably engaging the engaged portion and the engaging portion when the car door is opened or closed, even after an earthquake, etc.

[0008] Furthermore, in the elevator door engagement device of the present invention, the moving means may be composed of an extendable actuator which moves the engaging portion closer to the engaged portion or moves the engaged portion toward the engaging portion when the position deviation detection means detects that the engagement amount is less than the predetermined engagement amount.

[0009] As described above, when the position deviation detection means detects that the engagement between the engaged portion and the engaging portion is less than a predetermined engagement, the extendable actuator moves the engaging portion closer to the engaged portion, or moves the engaged portion closer to the engaging portion. This makes it possible to open and close the landing door by reliably engaging the engaging portion and the engaged portion when opening and closing the car door.

[0010] In addition, in the elevator door engagement device of the present invention, the moving means may be a means for moving the car to the landing using a vibration control device provided in the car in order to suppress vibration of the car during ascent or descent when the position deviation detection means detects that the engagement amount is less than the predetermined engagement amount.

[0011] As described above, when the position deviation detection means detects that the engagement between the engaged portion and the engaging portion is less than a predetermined engagement, the vibration control device provided in the car is used to move the car to the landing, whereby the engaging portion and the engaged portion can be reliably engaged with each other when the car door is opened or closed, thereby allowing the landing door to be opened or closed.

[0012] Furthermore, in the elevator door engagement device of the present invention, the moving means may be composed of an extendable actuator which presses against a rear surface of the car to move the car to the landing when the position deviation detection means detects that the engagement amount is less than the predetermined engagement amount.

[0013] As described above, when the position deviation detection means detects that the engagement between the engaged portion and the engaging portion is less than a predetermined engagement, the telescopic actuator presses the rear surface of the car to move the car to the landing. This allows the engaging portion and the engaged portion to reliably engage with each other when the car door is opened or closed, thereby opening and closing the landing door.

[0014] In the elevator door engagement device of the present invention, the moving means may be configured to operate when the car is landed on the landing.

[0015] As described above, the moving means operates when the car is at the landing, and therefore the engaging portion and the engaged portion can be reliably engaged with each other when the car door is opened or closed, thereby enabling the landing door to be opened or closed. Effect of the Invention

[0016] The present invention can provide an engagement device for elevator doors that can reliably engage the engaged portion with the engaging portion, thereby opening and closing the landing door, even if a positional deviation occurs between the car and the landing due to the occurrence of an earthquake or the like, by making the overlap between the engaged portion and the engaging portion equal to or greater than a predetermined overlap amount that is set in advance. [0018] DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS An embodiment of an elevator door engagement device according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

[0019] The door engagement device 1 includes cams 5, 6 as a pair of engaged parts attached to one (left side in FIG. 1) of a pair of car doors 3, 4 provided on a car 2, a roller 41 (see FIG. 2) as an engagement part attached to one (opposite car door 3 provided with cams 5, 6) of a pair of landing doors 7, 8, and sandwiched and engaged by the pair of cams 5, 6, a position deviation detection means 44 (see FIG. 3) described later, and three types of moving means described later. When the car 2 in FIG. 1 lands on the landing in FIG. 2, when the pair of left and right car doors 3, 4 provided on the car 2 are opened and closed, the door engagement device 1 links the car doors 3, 4 and the landing doors 7, 8 to open and close the landing doors 7, 8. In this embodiment, the cams 5, 6 are attached to one (left side in FIG. 1) of the car doors 3, but may be attached to the other (right side in FIG. 1) of the car doors 4. The specific configurations of the engaged part and the engagement part can be freely changed.

[0020] In the following, the direction of the entrance of the car 2 is referred to as the left-right direction, the near side in the depth direction of the car 2 is referred to as the front side, and the far side in the depth direction of the car 2 is referred to as the rear side. Note that the car doors 3 and 4 in Fig. 1 are viewed from the landing side, and the landing doors 7 and 8 in Fig. 2 are viewed from the car side, so the left and right are reversed in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2. Therefore, when the car 2 in Fig. 1 arrives at the landing in Fig. 2, the car door 3 on the left side in Fig. 1 and the landing door 7 on the right side in Fig. 2 face each other, and the car door 4 on the right side in Fig. 1 faces the landing door 8 on the left side in Fig. 2.

[0021] As shown in FIG. 1, a vertical plate-shaped frame (also called a support frame) 9 extending along the left-right direction is provided above the entrance 2K of the car 2. A motor 10 is fixed to the upper end of the frame 9 at one left-right end (the right end in FIG. 1) as a drive unit for opening and closing the car doors 3 and 4. A drive pulley 11 that rotates integrally is attached to a drive shaft 10A of the motor 10. In addition, a pair of driven pulleys 12, 12 and a belt 13 as an endless body that is wound around the driven pulleys 12, 12 are provided at both left-right ends of the entrance 2K of the car 2 on the frame 9. A large-diameter pulley 14 is attached to the rotation shaft of the right-side driven pulley 12 so as to rotate integrally, and a belt (which may be a rope, a chain, or the like) 15 as an endless body is wound around the drive pulley 11 that rotates integrally with the motor 10 and the large-diameter pulley 14.

[0022] A door rail 16 extending along the left-right direction of the entrance 2K of the car 2 is attached to the lower end of the frame 9. The first car door 3 and the second car door 4 are hung from the door rail 16 via door hangers 17, 18. Each of the door hangers 17, 18 is provided with a pair of left and right rollers 19, 19 and 20, 20 that roll along the door rail 16. Each of the first car door 3 and the second car door 4 is configured in a vertically long, approximately rectangular shape.

[0023] Of the door hangers 17, 18, the door hanger 17 (left side in Figure 1) is connected to the lower part of the belt 13 via a first connecting member 21, and the other door hanger 18 (right side in Figure 1) is connected to the upper part of the belt 13 via a second connecting member 22.

[0024] Therefore, by driving the motor 10 to rotate in one direction and rotating the belt 13 in one direction, the first car door 3 and the second car door 4 in the fully closed position (closed position) in Fig. 1 can be moved away from each other to a fully open position (open position) not shown. Also, by driving the motor 10 to rotate in the other direction and rotating the belt 13 in the other direction, the first car door 3 and the second car door 4 in the fully open position (open position) not shown can be moved closer to each other to the fully closed position (closed position) in Fig. 1.

[0025] A pair of cams 5, 6 are provided vertically and spaced apart from each other on the right side of the left door hanger 17. Each of the pair of cams 5, 6 has an outwardly expanding upper and lower end such that the gap between them becomes wider toward the ends (see FIG. 1).

[0026] 4 and 5 show a state in which the pair of cams 5, 6 are separated when the car doors 3, 4 are closed, and Figs. 6 and 7 show a state in which the pair of cams 5, 6 are close to each other when the car doors 3, 4 are open. In addition, since the rotating arm 27 shown in Fig. 4 and the hall-side locking mechanism H shown in Fig. 5, which will be described later, are at the same height in the vertical direction, if both are drawn, the drawing becomes complicated and difficult to understand. For this reason, Fig. 4 omits the hall-side locking mechanism H, which will be described later, and shows only the rotating arm 27, and Fig. 5 omits the rotating arm 27 and shows only the hall-side locking mechanism H, which will be described later. In addition, Figs. 6 and 7 are divided into two views, similar to Figs. 4 and 5.

[0027] As shown in Figs. 4 to 7, the left first cam 5 of the pair of cams 5, 6 is connected to a fixed member 23 fixed to the left door hanger 17 (see Fig. 1) via a pair of link members 24, 25 so as to approach the right second cam 6 when the car doors 3, 4 are open (see Figs. 6 and 7) and move away from the right second cam 6 when the car doors 3, 4 are closed (see Figs. 4 and 5). One end of each of the link members 24 or 25 is connected to the fixed member 23 so as to be relatively rotatable about a first axis X1 extending in the front-rear direction, and the other end is connected to the first cam 5 so as to be relatively rotatable about a second axis X2 extending in the front-rear direction. When the car doors 3, 4 are closed, the first cam 5 is swung obliquely upward by a rotating arm 27 that abuts against a striker 26 fixed to the car, as shown in Fig. 4, so as to move away from the second cam 6. In addition, when the car doors 3, 4 are opened, the first cam 5 is released from contact with the striker 26 as shown in FIG. 6, and the force of the rotating arm 27 pushing up the first cam 5 is no longer there, so that the first cam 5 swings diagonally downward under its own weight and moves to a position close to the second cam 6.

[0028] As shown in Figures 4 and 6, the rotating arm 27 comprises a first plate portion 27A having a substantially rectangular shape and rotatably attached to the second cam 6 around a third axis X3 in the front-to-rear direction, a first roller R1 rotatably attached to the end portion of the first plate portion 27A opposite the third axis X3 and abutting the striker 26, a second plate portion 27B extending from the longitudinal center of the first plate portion 27A in the width direction of the first plate portion 27A, a third plate portion 27C extending from the tip end of the second plate portion 27B in the width direction of the second plate portion 27B, and a second roller R2 rotatably attached to the free end portion of the third plate portion 27C and abutting the abutment portion 5T of the first cam 5.

[0029] Of the pair of cams 5, 6, the second cam 6 on the right side is fixed to a left door hanger 17 (see FIG. 1), and moves together with the car door 3 in the same direction as the belt 13 rotates as a result of the motor 10 being driven.

[0030] The car 2 is also provided with a mechanical holding mechanism 28 that holds the car doors 3, 4 in an open state and a closed state.

[0031] As shown in FIG. 1, the holding mechanism 28 includes a base 28A, a roller 28B, a lever 28C, and an elastic part 28D. The base 28A is fixed to one (left) door hanger 17. The roller 28B is rotatably abutted against a guide rail 28E supported by the frame 9, and travels on the guide rail 28E as the car doors 3 and 4 move. The lever 28C is supported by a shaft 28a provided on the base 28A. The elastic part 28D pulls one end (the right end in FIG. 1) of the lever 28C downward with the shaft 28a as a fulcrum, thereby generating a pressing force from the roller 28B provided at the other end of the lever 28C toward the guide rail 28E. Sloping parts 28F and 28G are provided at both ends of the guide rail 28E, and a flat part 28H extending in the left-right direction is provided between the sloped parts 28F and 28G.

[0032] Therefore, when roller 28B reaches one inclined portion 28G, the pressing force of roller 28B has a horizontal component, and the reaction force from guide rail 28E to this force is transmitted from roller 28B to lever 28C, shaft 28a, base 28A, and door hanger 17, guiding the car doors 3 and 4 toward the closed position. This maintains the car doors 3 and 4 in a closed state. Similarly, when roller 28B reaches the other inclined portion 28F, the car doors 3 and 4 are guided toward the open position in the same manner as described above. This maintains the car doors 3 and 4 in an open state.

[0033] 2, a vertically oriented, plate-like header frame 30 extending along the left-right direction is provided above the entrance 29K of the landing 29. A pair of driven pulleys 31, 31 and an endless belt 32 wound around the driven pulleys 31, 31 are provided at both left-right ends of the upper end of the header frame 30.

[0034] A rail 33 extending along the left-right direction is attached to the lower end of the header frame 30. A first landing door 7 and a second landing door 8 are hung from the rail 33 via landing-side door hangers 34, 35. A pair of left and right rollers 36, 36 and 37, 37 that roll along the rail 33 are provided on each of the landing-side door hangers 34, 35. Each of the first landing door 7 and the second landing door 8 is configured in a vertically long, approximately rectangular shape.

[0035] Of the landing-side door hangers 34, 35, one (the right side in FIG. 2) of the landing-side door hangers 34 is connected to an upper portion of the belt 32 via a landing-side connecting member 38, and the other (the left side in FIG. 3) of the landing-side door hangers 35 is connected to a lower portion of the belt 32 via a landing-side connecting member (not shown).

[0036] The landing 29 is also provided with a mechanical landing-side holding mechanism 39 that holds the landing doors 7 and 8 in a closed state. As shown in FIG. 2, the landing-side holding mechanism 39 includes a base 39A, a roller 39B, a lever 39C, and an elastic portion 39D. The base 39A is fixed to one (left) landing-side door hanger 35. The roller 39B is rotatably abutted against a guide rail 39E supported by the header frame 30, and travels on the guide rail 39E as the landing doors 7 and 8 move. The lever 39C is journaled on a shaft 39a provided on the base 39A. The elastic portion 39D pulls one end (the lower end in FIG. 3) of the lever 39C leftward with the shaft 39a as a fulcrum, thereby generating a pressing force from the roller 39B provided on the other end of the lever 39C toward the guide rail 39E. An inclined portion 39F is provided at one end (right end) of the guide rail 39E, and a flat portion 39G extending in the left-right direction is provided on the left side of the inclined portion 39F.

[0037] Therefore, when the roller 39B reaches the inclined portion 39F at one end (right end), the pressing force of the roller 39B has a horizontal component force, and the reaction force from the guide rail 39E to the roller 39B is transmitted to the lever 39C, the shaft 39a, the base 39A, and the landing side door hanger 35, and the landing doors 7, 8 are guided toward the fully closed position. This keeps the landing doors 7, 8 in a closed state.

[0038] The roller 41 as an engagement portion attached to the landing door 7 described above constitutes one member of the landing side lock mechanism H that prevents the landing doors 7, 8 in a closed state from moving to the opening side.

[0039] 2 and 5, the landing-side locking mechanism H includes an engaged part 42 fixed to a lower end part of the header frame 30 at approximately the center in the left-right direction, and a locking part 43 that can engage and disengage with the engaged part 42. The engaged part 42 has a locking piece 42A that extends upward from the vicinity of the upper end of the landing door 7. Note that Fig. 5 is a view of the pair of cams 5, 6 as viewed from the landing side, and the view also illustrates the landing-side locking mechanism H as viewed from the landing side.

[0040] The locking portion 43 is attached to the landing side door hanger 34 of one of the landing doors 7. Specifically, the locking portion 43 includes a fixed side member 43A fixed to the left end portion of the landing side door hanger 34 of one of the landing doors 7, a lock arm 43B rotatably supported by the fixed side member 43A and having a lock portion 43b that locks with the locking piece 42A of the locked portion 42, a pair of rollers 40, 41 attached to the lock arm 43B, and a coil spring 43C provided between the fixed side member 43A and the lock arm 43B as a biasing means that biases the lock arm 43B to rotate counterclockwise. In the state of FIG. 5, the pair of rollers 40, 41 are arranged on the lock arm 43B with a vertical distance therebetween, and the support shaft 40A that rotatably supports the upper first roller 40 is arranged closer to the right side in the left-right direction than the support shaft 41A that rotatably supports the lower second roller 41, so that the second roller 41 is configured to have a larger diameter than the first roller 40. The support shaft 41A of the second roller 41 penetrates the lock arm 43B and is attached to the fixed side member 43A, forming a rotation shaft for rotating the lock arm 43B. The first roller 40 is a roller for rotating (changing the position) the lock arm 43B and releasing the lock with the locked portion 42 by the right cam 6 of the pair of cams 5, 6 abutting against the first roller 40. The second roller 41 forms an engagement portion that is sandwiched and engaged by the pair of cams 5, 6 (see FIG. 7) as the engaged portion attached to the car 2 described above.

[0041] The opening and closing operation of the landing doors 7, 8 linked to the opening and closing of the car doors 3, 4 will be described based on the landing side lock mechanism H and the door engaging device 1.

[0042] 4 and 5 show a state where the car 2 has landed on a specific landing. At this time, the locking portion 43b of the locking arm 43B is locked to the locking piece 42A of the locked portion 42 (see FIG. 5), and the landing doors 7 and 8 are maintained in a closed state. In addition, the first roller 40 and the second roller 41 are positioned between the pair of cams 5 and 6. When the car doors 3 and 4 are moved from this state to the open position by the driving force of the motor 10, the pair of cams 5 and 6 move to the left together with the car door 3. As a result, the second cam 6 abuts against the first roller 40 and rotates the locking arm 43B counterclockwise, thereby releasing the lock with the locked portion 42. Furthermore, when the car doors 3 and 4 are moved to the open position, the rotating arm 27 moves away from the striker 26, and the first cam 5 approaches the second cam 6 (see FIG. 7). As a result, the second roller 41 is sandwiched between the pair of cams 5, 6, and the moving force of the car door 3 on the opening side is transmitted to the landing door 7 via the second roller 41, and the landing door 7 is moved to the open position in conjunction with the movement of the car door 3 to the open position. Note that Fig. 6 and Fig. 7 show a state in which the car door 3 and the landing door 7 are positioned at the open position. In addition, the other car door 4 is moved by the belt 13, and the other landing door 8 is moved by the rotation of the belt 32 due to the movement of one landing door 7.

[0043] When the car door 3 in the open position in Fig. 6 and Fig. 7 is moved to the closed position, the pair of cams 5, 6 are in a state of sandwiching the second roller 41 (see Fig. 6) until the first roller R1 of the rotating arm 27 abuts against the striker 26 (see Fig. 4) even when the motor 10 is driven to move the car door 3 to the closed position. As a result, the moving force of the car door 3 toward the closed position is transmitted to the landing door 7 via the second roller 41. Therefore, the landing door 7 is moved to the closed position following the movement of the car door 3. When the car door 3 approaches the closed position, the first roller R1 of the rotating arm 27 abuts against the striker 26, and the rotating arm 27 rotates clockwise. As a result, the first cam 5 is moved away from the second cam 6. As a result of this separation, the second roller 41 is released from being pinched by the pair of cams 5, 6, and the lock arm 43B rotates clockwise due to the biasing force of the coil spring 43C, and the lock portion 43b of the lock arm 43B engages with the lock piece 42A of the engaged portion 42, thereby locking the landing door 7 in the closed position (see FIG. 5).

[0044] However, after an earthquake occurs, if the residual displacement of the car differs from the residual displacement of the landing, a positional deviation may occur between the car and the landing. In this case, the pair of cams 5, 6 and the second roller 41 may completely disengage at the depth of the car, preventing the landing doors 7, 8 from opening and closing. In this case, a worker must be dispatched to the elevator installation site, which is inconvenient as it takes a long time to restore the elevator. In addition, if the car doors 3, 4 are opened or closed in a state where the pair of cams 5, 6 and the second roller 41 are disengaged, the landing doors 7, 8 may be damaged.

[0045] In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention provides a position shift detection means 44 for detecting whether the engagement amount between the pair of engaged cams 5, 6 and the second roller 41 as the engaging portion in the depth direction of the car perpendicular to the left-right direction is less than a predetermined engagement amount set in advance (they are misaligned), as shown in Fig. 3, and also provides a moving means for moving at least one of the pair of cams 5, 6 and the second roller 41 in the depth direction of the car (the direction in which the pair of cams 5, 6 approach each other) when the position shift detection means 44 detects that the cams 5, 6 and the second roller 41 are engaged with each other so that the engagement amount between the pair of cams 5, 6 and the second roller 41 in the depth direction of the car becomes equal to or greater than the predetermined engagement amount set in advance. This ensures that the pair of cams 5, 6 and the second roller 41 are engaged with each other when the car doors 3, 4 are opened or closed, thereby opening and closing the landing doors 7, 8.

[0046] As shown in FIG. 3, the position deviation detection means 44 is provided on one of the car doors 3 and is composed of a distance sensor that measures the distance from the car door 3 to the landing door 7 located opposite to the car door 3, and a signal from the distance sensor is input to a control unit (not shown). When the detected distance is outside a preset range, the control unit determines that the engagement between the pair of cams 5, 6 and the second roller 41 in the depth direction is less than a preset predetermined engagement (there is a position deviation), and operates the moving means to move at least one of the pair of cams 5, 6 and the second roller 41 in the depth direction of the car. The distance sensor may be of any type, such as a photoelectric type, an ultrasonic type, or a capacitance type. The distance detection by the distance sensor is preferably performed every time the car lands on the landing, but the distance detection may be performed at predetermined time intervals. In addition, the distance detection may be performed at normal times, and in abnormal times such as when an earthquake occurs, the distance detection may be performed every time the car lands on the landing.

[0047] A specific configuration of the moving means will be described. There are three types of moving means. The first moving means is a means for moving the second roller 41 itself toward the pair of cams 5, 6. The second moving means is a means for moving the car toward the platform using a vibration control device provided in the car. The third moving means is a means for moving the car itself toward the platform using an actuator. Each of the first to third moving means can be provided alone or in combination of two or more types. The moving means is configured to operate when the car is on the platform.

[0048] As shown in FIG. 3, the first moving means is configured with a push solenoid 45 as an actuator for moving the second roller 41 toward the pair of cams 5, 6, that is, the second roller 41 shown by the solid line to the second roller 41 shown by the two-dot chain line, toward the rear side in the depth direction of the car, when the position deviation detection means 44 detects that the pair of cams 5, 6 of the car door 3 are separated from the second roller 41 of the landing door 7 by a predetermined distance or more in the depth direction of the car. In addition to the push solenoid 45, it can be configured with various actuators such as a telescopic electric motor or a fluid pressure cylinder. In FIG. 3, the second roller 41 is moved toward the pair of cams 5, 6, but the pair of cams 5, 6 may be moved toward the second roller 41. Since the first moving means is configured to move the second roller 41, which is a small part, toward the rear side in the depth direction of the car so as to approach the pair of cams 5, 6 by a small actuator, it is possible to suppress the door engagement device from becoming large.

[0049] As shown in Figures 8 to 11, the vibration control device constituting the second moving means includes an acceleration sensor 46 as a vibration detection means for detecting vibration of the car during ascent and descent, a guide device 48 provided in contact with a pair of left and right guide rails 47, 47 provided on both the left and right sides of the elevator shaft through which the car ascends and descends, and a control unit (not shown) for controlling the operation of actuators 49, 50 provided on the guide device 48 based on the vibration detected by the acceleration sensor 46.

[0050] As shown in FIG. 11, the guide rail 47 is composed of a member that is approximately T-shaped in a plan view and includes a plate-shaped base 47A having a width in the front-to-rear direction and a plate-shaped protrusion 47B that protrudes inward in the left-to-right direction from approximately the center of the base 47A in the front-to-rear direction.

[0051] The guide devices 48 are provided at four locations in total, two on the left and right of the upper end of the car and two on the left and right of the lower end of the car. Fig. 8 shows the guide devices 48 provided at two locations on the left and right of the lower end of the car. As shown in Fig. 11, each guide device 48 includes a first guide roller 51 that abuts against a tip surface 47b of the protruding portion 47B of the guide rail 47, a second guide roller 52 and a third guide roller 53 that abut against both front and rear side surfaces 47c, 47d of the protruding portion 47B of the guide rail 47, a first actuator 49 for adjusting the pressing force of the first guide roller 51 against the tip surface 47b of the protruding portion 47B of the guide rail 47, and a second actuator 50 for adjusting the pressing force of the third guide roller 53 against the rear side surface 47d of the protruding portion 47B of the guide rail 47.

[0052] Therefore, by expanding and contracting the first actuator 49 and the second actuator 50 based on the vibrations detected by the acceleration sensor 46, it is possible to suppress the vibrations of the car during ascent and descent.

[0053] As shown in Figs. 9 and 10, the first actuator 49 is configured to be extendable and connected to a support plate 54 whose base is fixed to the lower end of the car, and the tip of the extendable rod 49A is connected to the extending ends of a pair of extending parts 55A, 55A extending in the left-right direction from the upper-lower middle part of a vertically long columnar member 55. The columnar member 55 is attached to a support base 56 attached to the lower end of the support plate 54 so as to be swingable around an axis Y1 in the front-rear direction. The first guide roller 51 is rotatably attached to the lower end of the columnar member 55 by a bolt 57. Therefore, when the rod 49A in the contracted state in Fig. 10 is extended, the columnar member 55 shown in Fig. 10 is swung counterclockwise around the axis Y1, and the pressing force of the first guide roller 51 against the tip surface 47b (see Fig. 11) of the protruding part 47B of the guide rail 47 is strengthened. By shortening the extended rod 49A, the pressing force of the first guide roller 51 against the tip surface 47b (see FIG. 11) of the protruding portion 47B of the guide rail 47 is weakened.

[0054] As shown in Figs. 9 and 10, the second actuator 50 is configured to be extendable like the first actuator 49, and is connected to a support plate 54 whose base is fixed to the lower end of the car, and the tip of the extendable rod 50A is connected to the extending ends of a pair of extending parts 58A, 58A extending in the left-right direction from the upper-lower middle part of a vertically long columnar member 58. The columnar member 58 is attached to a support base 56 attached to the lower end of the support plate 54 so as to be swingable around an axis Y2 in the left-right direction. The third guide roller 53 is rotatably attached to the lower end of the columnar member 58 by a bolt 59. Therefore, when the rod 50A in the contracted state in Fig. 9 is extended, the columnar member 58 shown in Fig. 9 is swung clockwise around the axis Y2, and the pressing force of the third guide roller 53 against the rear side surface 47d (see Fig. 11) of the protruding part 47B of the guide rail 47 is strengthened. By shortening the extended rod 50A, the pressing force of the third guide roller 53 against the rear side surface 47d (see FIG. 11) of the protruding portion 47B of the guide rail 47 is weakened.

[0055] An actuator for pressing the second guide roller 52 against the front side surface 47c of the protruding portion 47B of the guide rail 47 is not attached, but may be attached. As shown in Fig. 9, the second guide roller 52, like the third guide roller 53, is rotatably attached by a bolt 61 to the lower end of a columnar member 60 whose upper end is attached to a support base 56 so as to be swingable about an axis Y3 in the left-right direction. The columnar member 60 has an extension portion 60A extending horizontally from its vertical middle portion, and an actuator can be attached between the extension end of the extension portion 60A and the support plate 54.

[0056] When the positional deviation detection means 44 detects a positional deviation and the vibration control device is used to move the car towards the landing side, the four second actuators 50 (see Figs. 9 to 11) are extended to increase the pressing force of the third guide rollers 53 against the guide rails 47, as shown in Fig. 12, thereby making it possible to bring the car 2 closer to the landing door 7. This makes it possible to make the engagement allowance in the depth direction of the car 2 when the pair of cams 5, 6 and the second roller 41 engage with each other equal to or greater than a predetermined engagement allowance that has been set in advance.

[0057] Fig. 13 shows the third moving means. That is, it shows a telescopic actuator 62 that presses the rear surface 2B of the car 2 to move the car 2 itself toward the landing side. Examples of the telescopic actuator 62 include a fluid pressure cylinder and an electric motor. In Fig. 13, the rod 62A in the contracted state shown by the imaginary line is extended to the position shown by the solid line. This allows the engagement allowance in the depth direction of the car 2 when the pair of cams 5, 6 and the second roller 41 engage with each other to be equal to or greater than a predetermined engagement allowance set in advance.

[0058] The present invention can be modified in various ways without departing from the spirit of the invention. The specific configurations of the various parts are not limited to the above-mentioned embodiments. The elevator door engagement device of the present invention is configured as a device that assumes an earthquake, but it can also be configured as a device that can respond to positional deviations of the engagement margin under normal conditions.

[0059] In the above embodiment, the car doors 3, 4 are double-leaf doors that move in different directions to open and close the car entrance 2K, but they may be single-leaf doors that move in the same direction to open and close the entrance 2K. The number of car doors can be freely changed to any number of 1, 3 or more. The landing doors will also be adapted to changes in the opening and closing method and number of the car doors.

[0060] In addition, in the above embodiment, the landing side locking mechanism H is provided, but the landing side locking mechanism H may be omitted. In this case, the first roller 40 for releasing the lock arm 43B having the lock portion 43b that engages with the locking piece 42A of the engaged portion 42 becomes unnecessary, and only the second roller 41 is provided on the landing door.

[0061] In addition, in the above embodiment, the guide device 48 is provided in a total of four locations, two on the left and right sides of the upper end of the car and two on the left and right sides of the lower end of the car, but it is also possible to provide it only at either the upper end or the lower end of the car, so long as a sufficient engagement allowance can be secured in the depth direction of the car 2 when the pair of cams 5, 6 engage with the second roller 41.
