As shown in Fig. 1, a remodeling fitting 1 of this embodiment is installed in an opening 11 of a building frame 100 of a building such as an apartment building. Fig. 1 shows the remodeling fitting 1 as viewed from the inside of the room. The remodeling fitting 1 is formed by renovating an existing frame 2 that has already been installed by attaching a new frame 3 to it.
[0008] In this specification, "front view direction" refers to the direction in which the faces of the facing materials of the shoji screens 71, 72 of the remodeled fitting 1 placed in the opening 11 formed in the wall of the building skeleton 100 extend. "Outside of the front view direction" refers to the outer periphery of the opening 11, and "inside of the front view direction" refers to the inner periphery of the opening 11. "Front view surface" refers to each of the surfaces of the remodeled fitting 1 facing the outside and the inside of the room. The horizontal direction in the front view direction of the remodeled fitting 1 is the left-right direction.
[0009] In this specification, the "prospect direction" refers to the thickness direction of the above-mentioned panel material (i.e., the depth direction). The "prospect direction" is also the indoor / outdoor direction. The "prospect surface" refers to the surface of the renovated fitting 1 that extends in the indoor / outdoor direction. In the drawings, the outdoor side of the prospective direction of the renovated fitting 1 is the outdoor side X1, and the indoor side of the prospective direction of the renovated fitting 1 is the indoor side X2.
[0010] As shown in Fig. 1, the remodeled fitting 1 is constructed by attaching a new frame 3 via an attachment 4 (see Figs. 2 to 4B) to the inner periphery of an existing frame 2 installed in an opening 11 of a building skeleton 100. The exterior facing surface portion 513 has a bent end portion 513a at its lower end that is bent toward the interior side X2.
[0035] The hollow portion 514 is disposed above the projection surface portion 511, and is formed by the projection surface portion 511, the exterior surface extending upward from the exterior projection surface portion 513, the cover member side standing piece 512, and an upper surface 514a connecting the upper end of the exterior surface extending from the exterior projection surface portion 513 and the upper end of the cover member side standing piece 512. The hollow portion 514 is formed to be hollow inside. A recess 514b is formed in the upper surface 514a of the hollow portion 514. A fin portion 514c protruding upward is inserted into the recess 514b. The fin portion 514c is formed of a soft resin such as rubber, and covers the exterior surface of the outer surface portion 212 of the existing upper frame 21.
[0036] 4A, the new upper frame 31 is attached to the inner periphery side (below the upper frame attachment body 41) of the upper frame attachment body 41 via a spacer member 316. The new upper frame 31 is placed on the lower surface of the spacer member 316 with the plate-shaped spacer member 316 sandwiched between the new upper frame 31 and the lower surface of the projected surface portion 411 of the upper frame attachment body 41.
[0037] The spacer member 316 is composed of one or more sheets. The thickness of the sheets constituting the spacer member 316 and the number of layers of the sheets are appropriately set according to the size of the gap between the upper frame attachment body 41 and the newly installed upper frame 31, etc. Depending on the size of the gap between the upper frame attachment body 41 and the newly installed upper frame 31, the spacer member 316 may not be provided.
[0038] The newly installed upper frame 31 is divided into two in the prospective direction, an outdoor frame member 311 and an indoor frame member 312. The outdoor frame member 311 and the indoor frame member 312 are both metal frame members, and are each made of extruded shapes extruded in the longitudinal direction from a metal material such as aluminum. The outdoor frame member 311 and the indoor frame member 312 are integrally connected by a connecting member 313. The connecting member 313 is made of a material having thermal insulation properties such as resin, and blocks the transfer of heat from the outdoor frame member 311 to the indoor frame member 312 in the newly installed upper frame 31.
[0039] The new upper frame 31 has a pair of guide rails 314a, 314b for the two shoji screens 71, 72 that are placed inside the new frame 3, and a guide rail 314c for the screen door 73 that is placed on the outermost side X1 of the new frame 3. The guide rails 314b, 314c are disposed on the exterior frame member 311 and protrude downward. The guide rail 314a is disposed adjacent to the connecting member 313 in the interior frame member 312 and protrudes downward. The guide rails 314a, 314b, 314c extend over the entire length of the new upper frame 31 in the longitudinal direction.
[0040] 4A, the exterior frame member 311 has a hollow portion 3111 and a screw hole 942. The hollow portion 3111 is formed in a generally rectangular cross section extending from a portion where the guide rail 314b is arranged to the connecting member 313.
[0041] The screw hole 942 penetrates the upper and lower surfaces of the hollow portion 3111 and is configured by forming a screw groove on the upper and lower surfaces. The screw hole 942 is disposed at a position in the hollow portion 3111 corresponding to the screw hole 941 formed in the projected surface portion 411 of the upper frame attachment body 41.
[0042] The outdoor frame member 311 has an outdoor extension 3112 integrally therewith, which extends toward the outdoor side X1 at a position lower than the upper surface 311a of the outdoor frame member 311. When the new upper frame 31 is attached to the inner periphery of the existing upper frame 21, the outdoor extension 3112 is the lowest part of the new upper frame 31. The outdoor extension 3112 is disposed at the end of the new upper frame 31 on the outdoor side X1. Specifically, the outdoor extension 3112 is disposed between the guide rails 314b and 314c. The outdoor extension 3112 also serves as a drainage channel that directs rainwater that has infiltrated the upper surface of the new upper frame 31 in the viewing direction without allowing it to flow into the indoor side X2.
[0043] An exterior side surface portion 315 extending in the vertical direction is integrally provided at the portion of the exterior extension portion 3112 that is furthest to the exterior side X1. The exterior side surface portion 315 is arranged overlapping in the projection direction on the interior side X2 of the lower end side of the exterior facing surface portion 513 of the upper frame cover member 51. A bent end portion 513a at the lower end of the exterior facing surface portion 513 abuts against the exterior side surface portion 315, and a water-stopping material 513b is provided between the exterior side surface portion 315 and the exterior facing surface portion 513.
[0044] The indoor frame member 312 has a hollow portion 3121 with a generally rectangular cross section that extends from the connecting member 313 toward the indoor side X2. An upper surface 311a of the outdoor frame member 311 corresponding to the hollow portion 3111 and an upper surface 312a of the indoor frame member 312 corresponding to the hollow portion 3121 are both flat surfaces and are arranged flush with each other in the projection direction of the newly installed upper frame 31. The connecting member 313 does not protrude above these upper surfaces 311a, 312a.
[0045] Between the pair of guide rails 314a, 314b of the new upper frame 31, a rail-to-rail cover 3113 made of resin or wood-derived material is attached. The rail-to-rail cover 3113 is disposed across the lower surface 311b of the outdoor frame member 311 and the lower surface side of the connecting member 313 so as to substantially shield the space between the guide rails 314a, 314b of the new upper frame 31. As shown in FIG. 4A, the rail-to-rail cover 3113 has a double structure constituted by an upper plate portion 3113a, a lower plate portion 3113b disposed substantially parallel to the lower side of the upper plate portion 3113a, and a plurality of connecting plate portions 3113c connecting the upper plate portion 3113a and the lower plate portion 3113b. The rail-to-rail cover 3113 suppresses the outside air temperature transmitted from the existing upper frame 21 side to the new upper frame 31 from being transmitted to the inner periphery side of the new upper frame 31.
[0046] As shown in Fig. 4A, an angle member 319 made of resin or wood-derived material is attached to the end of the indoor side X2 of the indoor side frame member 312 of the newly installed upper frame 31. The angle member 319 is disposed along the lower surface of the indoor side frame member 312, and is connected to a decorative member 320 that covers the indoor side of the fixed structure on the upper frame side.
[0047] The upper frame side heating foaming material 61 is disposed on the lower surface (the surface on the inner periphery side of the opening 11) of the projection surface portion 411 of the upper frame attachment body 41, and is engaged between a pair of engagement protrusions 411a. The upper frame side heating foaming material 61 is disposed continuously along the longitudinal direction of the upper frame attachment body 41. Since the screw hole 941 is disposed between the pair of engagement protrusions 411a, the upper frame side heating foaming material 61 is disposed around the screw hole 941. The upper frame side heating foaming material 61 may have a hole formed in advance through which the screw 93 is inserted, or the upper frame side heating foaming material 61 may be broken and penetrated by the screw 93. The upper frame side heating foaming material 61 is attached so as to foam toward the new upper frame 31. When the upper frame side heating foaming material 61 foams, it seals the space between the lower surface of the projection surface portion 411 and the upper surface of the new upper frame 31.
[0048] 2 and 4A, the screw 93 has a long shaft portion that passes through the screw holes 941 and 942, and fixes the newly-installed upper frame 31 and the upper frame attachment body 41 by inserting the screw holes 941 and 942. At this time, the screw 93 passes through the upper frame-side heating foaming material 61 and passes through the screw holes 941 and 942.
[0049] Next, the fixing structure of the existing lower frame 22, the newly installed lower frame 32, the lower frame attachment body 42, and the lower frame cover member 52 will be described with reference to Figure 4B.
[0050] As shown in FIG. 4B, the existing lower frame 22 is disposed at the bottom of the opening of the building skeleton 100, and is formed in a stepped shape from the outside X1 to the inside X2 in the prospective direction. The existing lower frame 22 has a pair of guide rails 221a, 221b for an existing shoji screen, which each protrude upward from a stepped bottom surface 221, a guide rail 221c for an existing screen door, and an indoor side surface 221d on the innermost side X2. The height of the existing lower frame 22 is formed to gradually decrease from the guide rail 221a on the innermost side X2 to the guide rail 221c on the outermost side X1. An outer frame 102 inclined from the inside X2 to the outside X1 is fixed to the outside side X1 of the existing lower frame 22.
[0051] The lower frame attachment body 42 is attached so as to cover the upper part of the existing lower frame 22. The lower frame attachment body 42 is disposed below the opening 11 between the existing lower frame 22 and the newly installed lower frame 32, and is a long member extending in the front direction. The lower frame attachment body 42 has a front surface portion 421, an exterior inclined portion 422, an exterior hanging surface portion 423, and a screw hole 961.
[0052] The projected surface portion 421 extends in the projected direction of the lower frame attachment body 42, and extends generally flat from the end of the indoor side X2 to near the top of the guide rail 221b. The projected surface portion 421 is connected to the end of the indoor side X2 of the existing lower frame 22 near the end on the indoor side. The projected surface portion 421 has a recess 421a formed at the end of the outdoor side X1. The recess 421a is formed continuously along the longitudinal direction of the lower frame attachment body 42. The recess 421a is a recess in which part of the flat surface of the projected surface portion 421 is recessed downward and opens upward. The dimensions of the opening and bottom of the recess 421a are larger than the diameter of the screw 95 described later.
[0053] The screw hole 961 is formed in the bottom of the recess 421a, and is configured by forming a threaded groove in the thickness direction into which the screw 95 can be fastened.
[0054] The outdoor inclined portion 422 inclines downward from the outdoor side X1 end of the visible surface portion 421. The outdoor side hanging surface portion 423 hangs down from the outdoor side X1 end of the outdoor inclined portion 422 along the outdoor side surface of the guide rail 221c and is fixed to the guide rail 221c.
[0055] The lower frame cover member 52 is fixed to the outdoor side hanging surface portion 423 of the lower frame attachment body 42, extends in the vertical direction at a position spaced from the outdoor side hanging surface portion 423 to the outdoor side X1, and covers the outdoor side hanging surface portion 423.
[0056] The newly installed lower frame 32 is divided into two in the prospective direction, an outdoor frame member 321 and an indoor frame member 322. The outdoor frame member 311 and the indoor frame member 312 are both metal frame members, and are each made of extruded shapes extruded in the longitudinal direction from a metal material such as aluminum. The outdoor frame member 321 and the indoor frame member 322 are integrally connected by a connecting member 323. The connecting member 323 is made of a material having thermal insulation properties such as resin, and blocks the transfer of heat from the outdoor frame member 321 to the indoor frame member 322 in the newly installed lower frame 32.
[0057] The new lower frame 32 has a pair of guide rails 324a, 324b for the two shoji screens 71, 72 that are placed inside the new frame 3, and a guide rail 324c for the screen door 73 that is placed on the outermost side X1 of the new frame 3. The guide rails 324b, 324c are disposed on the outer frame member 321 and protrude upward. The guide rail 324a is disposed adjacent to the connecting member 323 in the inner frame member 322 and protrudes upward. The guide rails 324a, 324b, 324c extend over the entire length of the new lower frame 32 in the longitudinal direction.
[0058] As shown in Fig. 4B, the outdoor frame member 321 has an end portion on the indoor side X2 connected to the connecting member 323 and fixed near the boundary between the projected surface portion 421 of the lower frame attachment body 42 and the outdoor side inclined portion 422. The outdoor frame member 321 has guide rails 324b, 324c arranged on the upper surface formed substantially flat, and has a hollow structure inside. The outdoor frame member 321 has an upper surface 321a, a stepped inclined portion 321b, an outer side surface portion 321c, a first protrusion 3211, a second protrusion 3212, a third protrusion 3213, and a screw hole 962.
[0059] The upper surface 321a extends to a position lower than the upper surface 322a of the indoor side frame member 322. The stepped inclined portion 321b inclines downward with a step along the inclination of the outdoor side inclined portion 422. The outer side surface portion 321c hangs down and is exposed to the outside.
[0060] The first protrusion 3211 is formed protruding downward near the end of the upper surface 321a on the connecting member 323 side. The first protrusion 3211 rests on the projected surface portion 421 of the lower frame attachment main body 42. The second protrusion 3212 is disposed at a distance from the first protrusion 3211 to the outside X1, and protrudes downward approximately parallel to the first protrusion 3211. The second protrusion 3212 rests on the projected surface portion 421. The third protrusion 3213 protrudes downward from the step inclined portion 321b, and rests on a flat portion of the outside inclined portion 422 of the lower frame attachment main body 42 described later.
[0061] The screw hole 962 is formed between the first protrusion 3211 and the second protrusion 3212. The screw hole 961 is disposed at a position corresponding to the screw hole 961 formed in the recess 421a of the lower frame attachment main body .
[0062] The indoor frame member 322 is placed on the projected surface portion 421 of the lower frame attachment body 42. The indoor frame member 322 is formed in a hollow rectangular cylinder shape, and has a flat upper surface 322a, a lower surface 322b, an engagement portion 325, and a fixing piece 328. The upper surface 322a has an end portion on the outdoor side X1 connected to the connecting member 323, and a guide rail 324a protrudes upward from the boundary between the connecting member 323 and the upper surface 322a. The lower surface 322b faces the upper surface 322a and is disposed at the upper part of the projected surface portion 421 of the lower frame attachment body 42. The engagement portion 325 protrudes upward at the end portion on the indoor side X2 of the upper surface 322a. A molding material 326 is connected to the engagement portion 325. The fixing piece 328 protrudes toward the indoor side X2 of the rectangular cylindrical portion and is fixed to the indoor side X2 end of the lower frame attachment body 42 by a screw.
[0063] A top cover 327 made of resin or wood-derived material is attached to the top surface of the new lower frame 32. The top cover 327 has an outdoor top cover 3271 and an indoor top cover 3272. The outdoor top cover 3271 is arranged over the upper surface of the outdoor frame member 321 and the upper surface side of the connecting member 323 so as to substantially shield the space between the guide rails 324a, 324b in the new lower frame 32. The indoor top cover 3272 is arranged over the space between the guide rails 324b and the engagement portion 325. The top cover 327 is formed with a flat cover surface 327a and small legs 327b protruding downward from the lower surface of the cover surface 327a. The top cover 327 suppresses the outside air temperature transmitted from the existing lower frame 22 side to the new lower frame 32 from being transmitted to the inner periphery side of the new lower frame 32.
[0064] The lower frame side heating foaming material 62 is disposed in the recess 421a on the upper surface (the surface on the inner circumference side of the opening 11) of the projected surface portion 421 of the lower frame attachment body 42. The lower frame side heating foaming material 62 is disposed continuously along the longitudinal direction of the lower frame attachment body 42. Since a screw hole 961 is formed in the recess 421a, the lower frame side heating foaming material 62 is disposed around the screw hole 961. The lower frame side heating foaming material 62 may have a hole formed in advance through which the screw 95 is inserted, or the lower frame side heating foaming material 62 may be broken and penetrated by the screw 95. The lower frame side heating foaming material 62 is attached so as to foam toward the new lower frame 32. When the lower frame side heating foaming material 62 foams, it seals the space between the upper surface of the projected surface portion 421 and the lower surface of the new lower frame 32.
[0065] 2 and 4B, the screw 95 has a shaft portion that passes through the screw holes 961 and 962, and fixes the newly-installed lower frame 32 and the lower frame attachment body 42 by inserting the screw holes 961 and 962. At this time, the screw 95 passes through the lower frame-side heating foaming material 62 and passes through the screw holes 961 and 962.
[0066] Next, the fixing structure of the pair of existing vertical frames 23, the new vertical frames 33, the vertical frame attachment body 43, the vertical frame cover member 53, and the vertical frame-side heated foaming material 63 will be described with reference to Fig. 3. Since the configurations of the pair of existing vertical frames 23, the new vertical frames 33, and the vertical frame attachment body 43 on the left and right sides in the view direction are generally similar, only the configuration of the left side shown in Fig. 3 will be described, and the description of the configuration of the right side will be omitted.
[0067] As shown in Fig. 3, the pair of existing vertical frames 23 are arranged along the vertically extending side portions of the opening 11 of the building skeleton 100. The existing vertical frames 23 have an indoor / outdoor extending plate 231 extending in the prospective direction, an outer side surface portion 232 extending in the prospective direction from the end of the indoor / outdoor extending plate 231 on the outside X1 side, an inner side surface portion 233 extending in the prospective direction from the end of the indoor / outdoor extending plate 231 on the inside X2 side, a guide rail 234 for an existing shoji screen erected from the middle of the indoor / outdoor extending plate 231 in the indoor / outdoor direction toward the inner periphery, an outdoor L-shaped piece 236 protruding outward in the prospective direction from the end of the indoor / outdoor extending plate 231 on the outside X1 side, and an indoor L-shaped piece 237 protruding outward in the prospective direction on the indoor / outdoor extending plate 231 on the inside X2 side.
[0068] The vertical frame attachment body 43 connects the existing vertical frame 23 and the new vertical frame 33. As shown in Fig. 3, the vertical frame attachment body 43 is disposed between the existing vertical frame 23 and the new vertical frame 33 on the side of the opening 11, and is a long member that has a predetermined width in the projection direction and extends in the up-down direction. The vertical frame attachment body 43 is disposed along the projection surface of the existing vertical frame 23 on the inside in the projection direction of the existing vertical frame 23, and is fixed to the existing vertical frame 23.
[0069] The vertical frame attachment body 43 extends in the projection direction. The vertical frame attachment body 43 has a projection surface portion 431, a vertical frame cover member fixing portion 432, a connection piece 433, and a screw hole 981.
[0070] The projected surface portion 431 is a plate-like portion that extends in the projected direction of the vertical frame attachment main body 43 and at the same time extends in a position approximately parallel to the indoor / outdoor direction extending plate 231 of the existing vertical frame 23. The projected surface portion 431 has a locking recess 431a and a locking protrusion 431b. The locking recess 431a is a recess in which the projected surface portion 431 is recessed toward the outside in the projected direction and opens toward the inside in the projected direction. The locking recess 431a is formed continuously along the longitudinal direction of the vertical frame attachment main body 43. The locking protrusions 431b are bent so that the upper ends on the opening side of the locking recess 431a approach each other.
[0071] The screw hole 981 is formed in the bottom of the locking recess 431a, and is configured by forming a threaded groove in the thickness direction into which the screw 97 can be fastened. The screw hole 981 is a hole into which the screw 97 that fixes the new vertical frame 33 described later is fastened.
[0072] The vertical frame cover member fixing portion 432 extends in the projection direction at a position where the outdoor end of the indoor / outdoor direction extending plate 231 is slightly shifted outward in the projection direction. The vertical frame cover member fixing portion 432 is formed in a step formed so as to be recessed outward in the projection direction from the indoor / outdoor direction extending plate 231. The connection piece 433 is a flat portion that protrudes outward from the outer surface in the projection direction on the indoor side X2 of the projection surface portion 431. The connection piece 433 is overlapped with the inner surface portion 233 of the existing vertical frame 23 and fixed with screws.
[0073] The vertical frame cover member 53 is fixed to the inner surface in the facing direction of the vertical frame attachment body 43, and is disposed on the outdoor side X1 of the existing vertical frame 23. The vertical frame cover member 53 has a vertical frame facing surface portion 531 as a facing surface portion, a connection piece 532, and an outdoor side facing surface portion 533.
[0074] The vertical frame projected surface portion 531 is a thin plate-like portion extending in the projected direction, and is overlapped on the vertical frame cover member fixing portion 432 of the vertical frame attachment main body 43 and fixed with screws. The vertical frame projected surface portion 531 extends from the indoor side X2 surface of the outdoor side projected surface portion 533 described below toward the indoor side X2 in the projected direction. The vertical frame projected surface portion 531 has a bent end portion 531a whose end portion on the indoor side X2 is bent toward the vertical frame cover member fixing portion 432. The bent end portion 531a abuts against the vertical frame cover member fixing portion 432, thereby closing the gap between the vertical frame projected surface portion 531 and the vertical frame cover member fixing portion 432.
[0075] The connection piece 532 is a flat portion that protrudes from the vicinity of the center of the vertical frame projection surface portion 531 in the projection direction toward the outside in the projection direction. The connection piece 532 is arranged so as to abut against the outside surface portion 232 from the outside X1 of the existing vertical frame 23. More specifically, the connection piece 532 has a bent end portion 532a whose free end side is bent toward the outside surface portion 232, and a water-stopping material 532b is arranged in a space surrounded by the connection piece 532, the bent end portion 532a of the connection piece 532, and the outside surface portion 232. A locking claw 532c that protrudes outward in the projection direction is formed at the end portion on the outer side of the projection direction of the connection piece 532. The locking claw 532c protrudes toward the outside X1 and then bends toward the inside X2 of the room to form a recess inside. A fin portion 523d that protrudes toward the outside in the projection direction is inserted inside the locking claw 532c. The fin portion 523d is formed of a soft resin such as rubber, and covers the existing vertical frame 23 and the side of the opening 11.
[0076] The exterior facing surface portion 533 is disposed on the exterior-most side X1 of the vertical frame facing surface portion 531, and extends in a direction substantially perpendicular to the vertical frame facing surface portion 531. The exterior facing surface portion 533 has a surface with a narrow facing width, and extends from the vertical frame facing surface portion 531 in one and the other directions in the facing direction.
[0077] 3, the pair of new vertical frames 33 are disposed along the vertically extending sides of the opening 11 of the building skeleton 100, and are attached to the inner side in the view direction of the vertical frame attachment body 43 via a spacer member 336. The new vertical frame 33 has an indoor / outdoor extending plate 331, an outer side surface portion 332, and guide rails 334a to 334c.
[0078] The indoor / outdoor direction extending plate 331 extends in the projection direction along the vertical frame attachment body 43 and the vertical frame cover member 53. The indoor / outdoor direction extending plate 331 has a screw hole 982 for fixing the newly installed frame 3 to the attachment 4 on the indoor side X2. The screw hole 982 is arranged at a position corresponding to the screw hole 981 formed in the locking recess 431a of the vertical frame attachment body 43. The indoor / outdoor direction extending plate 331 is arranged on the inner surface of the plate-shaped spacer member 336 with the spacer member 336 sandwiched between the indoor / outdoor direction extending plate 331 and the projection surface portion 431 of the vertical frame attachment body 43.
[0079] The spacer member 336 is composed of one or more sheets. The thickness of the sheets constituting the spacer member 336 and the number of layers of the sheets are appropriately set according to the size of the gap between the vertical frame attachment body 43 and the newly installed vertical frame 33, etc. Depending on the size of the gap between the vertical frame attachment body 43 and the newly installed vertical frame 33, the spacer member 336 may not be provided.
[0080] The outer side surface portion 332 is disposed on the outermost side X1 of the indoor / outdoor direction extending plate 331, and extends in a direction approximately perpendicular to the indoor / outdoor direction extending plate 331. The outer side surface portion 332 has a surface with a narrow visible width, and extends in one and the other visible directions from the indoor / outdoor direction extending plate 331. An outer visible surface portion 533 of the vertical frame cover member 53 is disposed on the outer side X1 of the outer side surface portion 332 of the newly installed vertical frame 33, and both extend in the up-down direction.
[0081] The pair of guide rails 334a, 334b guide the two shoji screens 71, 72 that are placed inside the newly-installed frame 3. The guide rail 334c guides the screen door 73 (not shown in FIG. 3) that is placed on the outermost side X1 of the newly-installed frame 3. The guide rails 334a to 334c protrude from the inner surface of the indoor / outdoor extending plate 331 toward the inside in the front direction. The guide rails 334a, 334b, 334c extend over the entire length of the newly-installed vertical frame 33. As shown in FIG. 3, the guide rail 334a is disposed on the indoor side X2 of the indoor / outdoor extending plate 331 of one of the pair of newly-installed vertical frames 33 so as to engage with the shoji screen 71 on one side in the front direction (the right side in FIG. 3). The guide rail 334b is disposed on the outdoor side of the indoor / outdoor extending plate 331 of the other of the pair of newly installed vertical frames 33 so as to engage with the shoji screen 72 on the other side in the front direction (the left side in FIG. 3). The guide rail 334c is formed on the outdoor end of the indoor / outdoor extending plate 331 of each of the pair of newly installed vertical frames 33. The guide rail 334c is formed integrally and continuously with the outer side surface portion 332.
[0082] The vertical frame side heating foaming material 63 is disposed in the locking recess 431a on the inner surface in the view direction (the surface on the inner circumference side of the opening 11) of the projection surface portion 431 of the vertical frame attachment main body 43. The vertical frame side heating foaming material 63 is disposed continuously along the longitudinal direction of the vertical frame attachment main body 43. Since a screw hole 981 is formed in the locking recess 431a, the vertical frame side heating foaming material 63 is disposed around the screw hole 981. The vertical frame side heating foaming material 63 may have a hole formed in advance through which the screw 97 is inserted, or the vertical frame side heating foaming material 63 may be broken and penetrated by the screw 97. The vertical frame side heating foaming material 63 is attached so as to foam toward the new vertical frame 33. When the vertical frame side heating foaming material 63 foams, it seals the space between the inner surface in the view direction of the projection surface portion 431 and the outer surface in the view direction of the new vertical frame 33.
[0083] 3, the screw 97 has a shaft portion that passes through the screw holes 981 and 982, and fixes the newly installed vertical frame 33 and the vertical frame attachment body 43 by inserting the screw holes 981 and 982. At this time, the screw 97 passes through the vertical frame side heating foaming material 63 and passes through the screw holes 981 and 982.
[0084] Next, the screens 71 and 72 will be described.
[0085] As shown in Figures 2 and 3, the shoji screens 71, 72 are constructed by fitting one or more panel members 714, 724 made of glass or the like inside a rectangular frame body consisting of an upper frame 711, 721, a lower frame 712, 722, and a pair of left and right vertical frames 713, 723.
[0086] 2, the upper frames 711, 721 are composed of upper frame bodies 7111, 7211 made of extruded shapes extruded in the length direction from a metal material such as aluminum, and cover members 7112, 7212 made of resin or wood-derived material that cover the indoor side X2 side of the upper frame bodies 7111, 7211. The upper frame bodies 7111, 7211 are arranged to sandwich the guide rails 314a, 314b of the newly installed upper frame 31 in the prospective direction.
[0087] As shown in Fig. 2, the lower frame 712, 722 is composed of a lower frame body 7121, 7221 made of an extrusion formed by extruding a metal material such as aluminum in the length direction, and a cover member 7122, 7222 made of a resin or wood-derived material that covers the side surface of the lower frame body 7121, 7221 on the indoor side X2. The lower frame body 7121, 7221 is provided so as to sandwich the guide rails 324a, 324b of the newly installed lower frame 32 in the prospective direction. Inside the lower frame body 7121, 7221, a door roller 7123, 7223 is provided and is placed on the guide rails 324a, 324b so as to be rollable.
[0088] 3, the vertical frames 713, 723 are composed of vertical frame bodies 7131, 7231 made of extruded shapes extruded in the length direction from a metal material such as aluminum, and cover members 7132, 7232 made of resin or wood-derived material that cover the indoor side X2 side of the vertical frame bodies 7131, 7231. The vertical frame bodies 7131, 7231 are arranged to sandwich the guide rails 334a, 334b of the newly installed vertical frames in the prospective direction.
[0089] According to this embodiment, the following effects are achieved. The remodeling fitting 1 is configured to include an existing frame 2 provided in an opening 11 of a building skeleton 100, a new frame 3 fixed to the inner periphery of the existing frame 2, and an attachment 4 arranged between the existing frame 2 and the new frame 3 to fix the new frame 3 to the existing frame 2. The remodeling fitting 1 is configured to include a heat-foaming material 6 arranged on the inner periphery of the opening 11 in the attachment 4 and attached so as to foam toward the new frame 3. Since the heat-foaming material 6 foams so as to block the gap between the inner periphery of the opening 11 in the attachment 4 and the new frame 3, even if the heat is transmitted deeper toward the center of the projection direction than the outside X1 or inside X2 of the remodeling fitting 1, the heat can be blocked between the attachment 4 and the new frame 3. This improves the fire prevention effect when exposed to intense or long heat.
[0090] According to this embodiment, the attachment 4 is configured to include the projection surface portion 411, 421, 431 extending in the projection direction, and the screw holes 941, 961, 981 for fastening the screws 93, 95, 97 formed in the projection surface portion 411, 421, 431 to fix the new frame 3. The heated foaming material 6 is arranged around the screw holes 941, 961, 981. Since the heated foaming material 6 is arranged around the screw holes 941, 961, 981, the gaps between the screws 93, 95, 97 and the screw holes 941, 961, 981 can be sealed. Therefore, the fire prevention effect can be further improved.
[0091] According to this embodiment, the attachment 4 is configured to include an attachment body 40 fixed to the existing frame 2, and a cover member 50 fixed to the attachment body 40 and disposed on the outdoor side X1 of the existing frame 2. By configuring the attachment 4 from two members, it becomes easier to adjust positional deviations due to construction errors and the like during installation, and the weight is reduced during handling, improving workability.
[0092] The present disclosure is not limited to the above embodiment, and modifications, improvements, etc. within the scope of achieving the object of the present disclosure are included in the present disclosure. For example, the positions of the screws and the heat foaming material in the projection direction may be appropriately changed on the inner peripheral surface of the opening 11 in the attachment 4. In addition, in the above embodiment, the heat foaming material 6 is described as being continuously arranged along the longitudinal direction of the attachment 4. However, this is not limited to this. A plurality of heat foaming materials 6 may be arranged at intervals in the longitudinal direction of the attachment 4. [Explanation of symbols]
